   Summary

   You can’t see much. Not in this weather. The fog’s thick, far too thick for this time of year. It’s cold, too. The rain doesn’t help much, the thick droplets catching in your eyelashes and turning the mud-trodden leaves beneath your feet slick and slippery. The shadows seem to creep in, the towering redwoods surrounding you occasionally creaking in the cold wind.
