We all miss Sammy. It’s hard not to when he became such a fixture, but then he had to go and die. I know there’s the video of him getting shot or whatever (before you get on my ass, yes, I’ve seen it), but I don’t think that he would have let himself go out like that. He was THE Blue Bird, right? He wouldn’t just get dunked on by some loser in a shack. He was better than that. And I think we should be better than to think so lowly of him.
I know he’s dead. I have to keep telling myself that. He’s gone. But I don’t see why this has to be the end.
All this to say: he should live on forever. He’s already the Wax Man, and we should honour that. It’s what he wanted. I actually wonder if the Wax Man killed who we knew as Sammy and filled him up with wax and replaced him long ago. That would explain a lot. It’s why he was so many people—the wax just melted into the right shapes and suddenly he was Blue Bird, suddenly he was Teddy, suddenly he was Ted. We all saw how he turned out!! He looked just like Ted!! It was destiny. Don’t you guys see it? I don’t get why no one’s talking about this!! Maybe this is just nothing burger eternity. IDK. Whatever. WHATEVER!
It shouldn’t matter that much, but it feels like everyone has moved on from what we had. Like, yeah, there’s the real gore of him out there now, but we should appreciate what he made when he was alive. Wax Man >>> death. But whatever. I see how everyone is. It’s all about shock value. Fake fans…
Anyways, Sammy, here’s your happy ending, living on in the minds of so many people. We know how important you were and you really made a difference! Luv you lots!!
Miss you.
