Chapter Text

Henry walked into the restaurant with Charlie, he was a little later then William right now due to Charlie having to do something after school.
William's kids were already there playing around and stuff, William walked up to Henry, "Hey Henry some package dropped off for you, no name, no return address, no paper, just your name," William said as they walked to there respective offices, "Okay thank you Will"
Charlie went off with the rest of the kids having fun, it was Thursday so Fredbear's Diner wasn't that Busy.
Henry Looked at it, it was a crate that went a bit above his knee, just like William said there was no return address, no name, no paper, nothing...
He brought it to the workbench and attempted to open it, it was heavy, it did not budge.
He Grabbed a crowbar and pried it open.
He opened it up, There was a animatronic, a black bear that's right eye was missing, its stomach, and ears were grey, it's left eye was a golden color while it's right eye was black with a small white pupil, it had a red bowtie, it's eyelids, elbows, knees, were red, it hd a golden star on it's chest, it also had red cheeks, it looked small, like it barely came up to his knees.

It snapped its head to Henry Causing Henry to jump back making a startled squawking sound while it Jumped also and accidentally fell with the crate it was in while also causing some tools to fall.
"Dad, are you okay?" He heard Charlie walk in and see, one; a confused looking Henry, and two; a small bear animatronic that huddled itself under the desk.

"Dad... what is that?" Charlie asked partially confused, Henry shrugged, "Some person sent me a crate, had this animatronic in it... I didn't do anything it was already online..."

The bear was huddled in the corner eyeing them, Charlie grabbed a paper off the ground and read it.

Take the stupid animatronic or scrap it or sell it i don't care what you do with the useless thing, it cannot speak and it very timid and its name is something along the lines of Lefty or Lefton and it's not some mindless thing or doesn't act like it in any way acts like it can feel emotions.

She handed the note to Henry silently before crouching down looking at the animatronic, Henry looked partially angry at the note, "This animatronic, Lefty or Lefton is not useless... it's very...advanced," Henry said as he crouched down next too his daughter.

Charlie nodded, with the ones on stage and the one right here trembling eyeing them warily, it's clear on who's more advanced, "Come on buddy, we aren't here to harm you," Charlie said, it felt weird talking to a animatronic. She slowly rested her hand infront of it, like one would do to a scared cat.

Henry wasn't fully sure what to do with a scared animatronic that might or might not have feelings like a human... and how did someone build something like this?

after Charlie cooing to it, trying to coak it out.

Henry joined in on what , if someone walked in... it would probably be the weirdest thing ever.

It took some time but they managed to get it out, Henry picked it up and set it on the table.
"What do you plan on doing with it?" Charlie asked, watching the animatronic be set on the edge of the table, it kicked it's feet lightly like a child as it glanced around.

"I'm going to check it make sure none of it's systems are broken... i don't know if it's fragile or not, and it's not built like a springlock so i can probably check out it and learn something from it," Henry said and Charlie nodded.

Lefty allowed Henry to go over its build while Charlie left, Henry did tell Charlie not to tell anyone yet.

Lefty's build was made of osmium... not what normal animatronics were built out of... it's not fragile... at all.
It was made... so very advanced, and it's not something anyone could wear with how its endoskeleton was.
There was a knock on his office door, "Don't come in i'll be out in a second!" Henry said, he didn't want the others to see Lefty yet... not till he knows it's not dangerous or going to explode.
Henry closed the chest hatch and patted the animatronic on the head, "Stay here i'll be back," Henry said as he walked out, he was already getting use to Lefty.

William was waiting outside of Henry's door, He might need to watch over Charlie today if Henry plans of staying later, suddenly henry walked out of the room closing the door behind him. William watched Henry, "So Henry, will you be going home now or will i need to take Charlie for tonight?" William asked and Henry glanced at the clock, it's past closing time, "I will ask Charlie," Henry said.

Charlie was called by Henry and she walked over, "Hey dad, do you need something?" she asked, "You want to watch me do what I'm doing or go home with William and his kids?" He asked and Charlie paused, sure going home with uncle William would be fun but than... Lefty... the new animatronic might just take the win... extremely interesting.

"I think i would like to stay and watch you this time" Charlie said with a shrug and Henry just nodded, William looked at Henry, "Me and the kids are going home for today, see you tomorrow," William said as he called for his kids and they left the building.

"So how is Lefty?" Charlie asked as they walked into the office, the animatronic was still on the table waiting patiently.
"Made out of Osmium and very advanced, and seems less scared now," Henry said as he opened up the chest plate again, neat design Lefty showed Henry it.
Henry explained the components that he understood, there was a few things that he couldn't figure out.
A Mechanism that was connected to a lot of the important stuff (he has pain receptors)
a small red button (Shuts down Lefty forever)
what looked like a oil tank but unsure what's it's use
a random thing that was connected to the oil tank (Power module, Lefty doesn't need to charge)

Leftyouldn't let them press it anyway.
"Where are you going to keep Lefty?" Charlie suddenly asked, looking up at her dad, "I might bring it to our basement workshop and keep it there for the night, i'll see what it needs to charge," Henry said and Charolette nodded and glanced over at Lefty who was staring at them,

Henry picked up Lefty and motioned for Charlie to follow. They got to the car and Henry put Lefty in the back before getting in and drove home.
when they got home Henry put the animatronic in the basement and then got Charlie ready for be.
Lefty looked around and seen some blueprints, he climbed up onto the table and seen something about springlocks. He internally copied it all to his systems to go over later, safety was top priority.

Henry walked down the stairs and well whole and behold Lefty was already starring at the stairs that he just came from, definitely not creepy at all. Lefty was on the table right next to the blueprints for Springbonnie and Fredbear.
Should the animatronic really be near the blueprints? he will find out probably.

"Okay now to find out how you are suppose to charge..." Henry said as he glanced around the basement.

Lefty looked around and seen a whiteboard and marker, he got off the table and grabbed the dry erase marker and started to draw on the white bored.
Henry shrugged not sure what to do as he glanced around, when he checked Lefton it didn't exactly have what was needed to use the springsuit chargers to chargers. Henry walked over to the blueprints and looked at them when he suddenly felt a tug at his arm, usually Evan did that when he didn't want to talk.

Henry glanced over and seen Lefty pointing at the white bored, he walked over and looked at it.
The drawing to say the least was amazing, and what it showed was lefty's oil tank and the thing that connected to it, then there was a arrow that showed the tank full then below it was a battery mark showing full and then next to it was the oil tank half way and then the battery half way then there was one when it was empty and then the battery at zero.

so in other words oil was being used as a source of energy for the animatronic.

"So when your oil tank is at zero your battery is at zero?" Henry asked and Lefty nodded.
"How many times a week does it need to be refilled,"

Lefty wrote zero
"How many times a... Month does it need to be refilled?..."
Another zero
"how about every three months...?"
Another zero...
"Nine months?"
Zero again
"A year... what about a year"
One... only one

"okayyyy thats surprising"

Henry glanced around, "I'll be going to sleep now ill leave you here to power off," Henry said as he left the basement.

Lefty stared at the kind man going off to sleep somewhere in the building, was he going to be abandoned again...? No he wasn't he was just going to sleep that's all...

3AM...
Lefty was under the table, knees drawn to it's chest as it rocked back and fourth, anxiety shaking in it's form as it trembled like a leaf under the table, the workbench, that the blueprints were on.
It distracted itself by going through the blueprints.
It closed it's eyes as the scan appeared being both blueprints and notes.
It read about it.

Safety was a main priority of Lefton, and these did not follow anything on this, and this probably doesn't follow OSHA regulations, he should contact the police or someone! he might get abandoned again never mind... He has to keep watch! and learn how to deal with a springlock faliure!
Does the kind man have a printer? he should print the OSHA regulations for machinery...

Yes Lefton is about safety and knows his OSHA regulations

And he suddenly remembered the kind man wasn’t with him giving him a fresh wave of anxiety, theyweregoingtoabandonhimlikealltheothers!

And he was back to rocking back and forth on the ground trembling with anxiety from being left without whoever owned him, even if most of them hated him, his creator loved him…. And always kept him by his side… and now…. He’s been stuck from storage to other people’s places….
They all wanted him to be a emotionless robot to do there bidding

Henry walked down stairs and seen the small black bear under his workbench and looked like it was trembling, was it broken? Or-
It perked up as soon as Henry stepped closer and everything immediately stopped as it jumped up and ran to Henry and hugged Henry’s leg, “hi Leftion, well I went to make sure your still here before I drop Charlie at school and go back to Fredbears diner," Henry said as he picked the the bear, kind of heavy but he could deal with, he did wear that Fredbear suit.

They were in the truck with Lefty in the back, Charlotte in the front passenger seat and Henry was driving, because who else would drive? When Henry dropped of Charlotte he went outside and talked with William, including the new animatronic in the conversation.

They drove to the Pizzeria and they were planning on opening it after Henry showed the animatronic.

They were in the office as William stared at the small animatronic, "Can we take it apart and study it?" William suddenly asked causing Lefty to immediately back away from William. Henry gave William the look, "No we are not taking it apart i don't even think we have the technology to fix it!" Henry said, almost shouting.

William rolled his eyes, "This is way beyond us! i think we should take it apart, this animatronic is built like it's from the future," William said, and both Henry and Willam got into a argument.

Lefty hated the yelling of others, it usually hurt it's auditory sensors because his creator designed it to have really good hearing, even if it took 138 try's to build it perfectly.
the kind man wasn't really yelling but the bad man was... and it was loud...

Lefty's ears drooped as a warning for his systems overheating popped up.... that's not good...

Lefty suddenly and very quietly walked out of the room, unnoticed... It walked around and seen the two animatronics on stage,
The springlock suits... i should contact OSHA.... but the nice man may... scrap me or dismantle me!...

Thought Lefty as he walked closer to study the animatronics... they look like how they were on the blueprints.... where was Leftys blueprints?

Lefty seen the bad man walk out and huff while rolling his eyes. Leftion quickly ran to the corner of the pizzeria where there was shelfs of plushies and a box. William than walked out of the pizzeria leaving Henry to open the pizzeria himself.

Henry walked out of the room sighing, he glanced around not sure where Lefty ran off to when suddenly he felt something grab his leg, he glanced down and seen Lefty hugging his leg, "Hi Lefty, let me open the restaurant up real quick, okay?" Henry said, he felt like he was taking care of a child all over again.

After Henry Opened the restaurant he went into his office, Lefty was settled down onto a side table as Henry worked on whatever he was working on, some employs walked in asked or did what they had to and left, it was a slow day, would be slow till school closes for the weekend.

Eventually Henry got up to get Charlotte, "Okay Lefty, stay in the office i will be back in a little bit," Henry said smiling slightly as he glanced back at Lefty before he walked out.

Lefty watched as Henry walked out of the room to get Charlie... why did he drop off his child too that big building?

Lefty glanced around again, his ears drooping, Henry was gone again...

Lefton climbed down from the table that was behind the desk that Henry used, he hid himself under the table drawing his knees to his chest as he glanced around, alone... again....

Henry was sitting in his car as he waited for Charlotte to exit the school, as Charlie got into the front passenger seat, she looked at her dad with a confused look, "Did you and William get into a argument? it's quite obvious, he's glaring at your car like you murdered his mother and neither of you are talking to each other" Charlie said partly concerned, it wasn't that often did William and Henry get into arguments.

Henry sighed as he started up the car, "William wanted to dismantle Lefty to see how Lefty is built and 'learn better ways to make animatronics' when i think we should just let Lefty be and not dismantle it," Henry said as he started to drive to Fredbear's diner

"That's.... not good" Charlotte said as she looked out the window, Lefty seemed very advanced and wasn't mindless and actually looked like it thought about things. What were they going to do?

Lefty rocked back and forth under the table as he trembled his internal systems overheating slowly as anxiety was wrapped in his form as he trembled uncontrollably. It was in the office, alone, and the people in the open restaurant felt like it was louder then what if felt like was normal, at least what it could tell from the last day.
Lefty glanced around, good man still wasn’t back yet… lefty curled up tighter his ears flatting as he closed his eyes.

Henry walked through the restaurant with Charlie trailing behind, "Let's go see Lefty i want to see how he's doing!" Charlie stated already sprinting towards the office, William walked in with his kids as Henry entered the office.

Charlie walked into the office as seen Lefty curled up in a ball, he perked up when he seen Charlie and he ran up to her, hugging her, there was still a slight trembling in his form and his ears were still slightly pinned down.
"hi i missed you too buddy," Charlie said as Henry walked in.
Henry sat down on the desk looking at- there was multiple printed OSHA regulations on there...

Lefty needed to distract itself... try not to focus on the lonelyness.... how the good man was gone.... so it printed out all the OSHA regulations that Bad man and Good man weren't following.

Henry was confused on why they were all something about machinery.... wait was that about employe safety?
"Dad can i show my friends Lefty now?" Charlie suddenly asked, "Uh... sure go ahead" Henry mumbled as he was reading one of the papers.

"Okay Lefty lets go" Charlie said as Lefty let go, his ears were not pinned down anymore as he walked next to Charlie to outside the office, there was a lot more people out there, a lot lot more.

"Susie!" Charlie yelled suddenly and a blonde haired girl who had curly hair and hair length that goes just a little higher then her mid back, she had eyes that was the color of the ocean and a dress that was patterned green and black with her hair up in two ponytails and both sides having green bows in it.
"Charlie hi!" Susie said as she ran to Charlie, “oh did you dad make that?” Susie asked pointing at lefty, she smiled at the bear animatronic as it waved at her.

Charlie shook her head smiling, “Nope, dad got a package and thats what was in it, and it’s like really cool and like a lot” Charlie stated proudly.

Elizabeth walked over to were they were, “What’s that,” Elizabeth asked pointing at the bear animatronic. Charlie looked over to the right where Elizabeth was walking from the stage, “Oh this is a animatronic that my dad got suddenly,” Charlie said.
Susie suddenly spoke up, “Can it talk? It hasn’t said a single word…” she said glancing over at the animatronic.
Charlie shook her head, “No, Lefty can’t speak he’s a mute animatronic,” Charlie said, Elizabeth then asked, “Where is the eye?”
Charlie shrugged, “From what my dad told me that’s how he was when he opened the package,” she said glancing at the missing eye.
Susie looked at the missing eye, “So can he see out of it?” Susie asked
Charlie glanced at it, “I’m not sure my dad said he would try to figure it out when I asked the same question to him… he might be available to he might not,” Charlie stated.
Evan then walked over to where they were, he was holding the Fredbear plush like always and looking side to side warily, Elizabeth was introducing herself to Lefty after she asked all those questions.
Evan glanced at it curiously but stayed away from it, “Charlie what is that?” Evan asked quietly as he glanced around cautiously. Charlie smiled warmly, “This is Lefty a animatronic my dad got randomly for free in a crate, and it’s also shy and skittish like you I’m sure you all would get along,” Charlie stated softly,

Lefty glanced side to side, there was quite a few people staring and asking about me…
Lefty’s ears drooped down when he suddenly heard something and glanced back where there was the corner of the gift shop, they were at the gift shop but something was in the corner.
Suddenly a teenager or preteen with a foxy mask jumped up and said boo scaring Evan causing him to tear up and Lefty to jump slightly and take a few steps back.

Elizabeth quickly turned around to hear Mike laughing, “That was not funny Michael!” Elizabeth yelled while Charlie immediately went to comfort Evan who was crying silently, he fell down when he got scared and now was on the ground crying silently.

Micheal rolled his eyes, “He’s a crybaby he needs to toughen up” Michael stated, then he seen the bear animatronic, “What is that thing?” He asked going to poke it, Lefty quickly took a few steps forwards charlie and Evan in a attempt to dodge the poking of the ‘scary man’

Charlie huffed, “Stop scaring Evan it’s not nice, and that’s Henry’s animatronic he got for free from a package randomly sent to this place and don’t touch it, animatronics can be fragile” Charlotte stated.

Michael rolled his eyes, “Fine I won’t touch the thing” He said with a huff, Susie patted the animatronic on the head suddenly and Lefty immediately turned around just to see it was Susie, Lefty then hugged Susie and went next to Charlie and Evan.

Evan watched the animatronic warily, he’s always been afraid of animatronics, he also seen how it jumped when Michael scared him… maybe it was also skittish….
Charlie sighed, “Okay well I’m going to go back to dad now, I’ll come back in a little bit, come on lefty let’s go,” She said and Lefty followed Charlie while also getting stared at by other children.

Sorry I can’t figure out what to do after the point I’ve gotten at with the 3rd chapter. I’m half way though it and now I’m not sure what else to put so don’t expect a update for a little bit I’ll figure out something
