   Summary

   It all starts as a "harmless" military bioweapons project, designed by the US military to aid them in the ongoing world war. I mean, what could possibly go wrong? The answer is: a lot.

   It turns out that the virus Fabian creates, designed to only infect animals, actually mutates once its out in the open. Cities turn to ruins, countries fall to anarchy, and all development ceases as the undead roam every single corner of the world.

   Those lucky enough to be uninfected have either come together as groups in an attempt to survive or isolated themselves from the outside world, much like the once-renowned scientist has done. The military's containment force, antagonised by those left alive, weeds out difficult survivors and undead alike.
