Known Pokémon: Eevee, Dusknoir, Naclstack (speculative), Grafaiai (speculative), Flamigo (speculative), Gimmighoul (speculative), Vaporeon (speculative), Espeon (speculative), indistinct number of additional Eevees (speculative)

Known Affiliations: Pokémon Ranger Union, Team Star, Paldea Pokémon League, Uva Academy

Current Assessment: Originating from the Almia Region, Taylor Hebert is a recent graduate of the Pokémon Ranger School. Prior to her graduation, she participated in numerous official Pokémon Ranger operations, including the Chroma Highlands landslide and the capture of Team Plasma Grunts in Pueltown. News articles attribute a complete rout of Team Plasma's Grunts during an attempted assault on the Ranger School to Taylor Hebert.

Her origins are unknown, but she was regarded by Almian media for a time as the "One-Armed Ranger". As you can see in the video, her right arm is a prosthetic. It is currently unknown how she lost her arm, or if she ever had it to begin with.

The top she can be seen using is a Capture Styler, a device used by the Pokémon Rangers to facilitate communication between humans and Pokémon.

She recently arrived in the Paldea Region and was first recorded during her battle against Gym Leader Iono mere minutes after landing. Notably, Taylor received a Gym Badge despite breaking numerous League rules, likely because of her status as a Pokémon Ranger. She has since been seen training with Eevee, Dusknoir, and possible Gimmighoul in Mesagoza. It is currently unknown where she obtained a Ceruledge's armor, or what happened to said armor's original inhabitant if one existed.

But wowza, I'm super glad I didn't have to fight her like that. Chat was popping off when Taylor started Baton Passing, but this was a whole 'nother level! She totally earned my Gym Badge, and I hope she snatches more out from under the others soon, nyeheheh!

As someone who has had the honor of meeting Taylor Hebert in person, I am beyond impressed with her accomplishments so far. While I cannot speak of Paldea League operations while they're underway, I will say that her battle against Ortega has given me hope for the future of Paldea's Pokemon Trainers and Pokemon Rangers alike.

Dusknoir helped. But yes, the Silph Co. Model Nine prosthetic is capable of outputting force equal to half a Machop's punch. I'm not surprised that whatever component she hit broke.

Ohmigosh, she totally could do a Star Barrage on her own. I know Ruchbah's reformatting so they can become Pokémon Rangers, but if all of them start using those strats… Ririiii! Halp!

Hey, so is anyone else interested in joining the Pokémon Rangers? I looked them up, and they're an environmentalist group who help Pokémon with as little battling as possible. It looks like the new Union in Paldea's there to help revise the rules? The website's summary says that certaint hings are being changed "pending the Paldea Union's success".
