Chapter Text

"My name is Billy
I'm told that I got some issues
They say I'm a really smart kid with a bright future problem is my brain is misued
They say that I cannot play nice
There mommy goes with the tissues
They say that I'm under arrest for a murder confessed but I don't see the issue"

CHARLIE SWAN lives an ordinary life in the always cloudy city of Forks, Washington. It's a tiny town, and he's its famous sheriff, known for his kindness and handsome appearance, which has earned him stalkers who swear they're in love with him.

His routine, quiet life takes a turn when his daughter, Bella Swan, decides to start living with him, leaving her mother and the warmth of Phoenix, Arizona, behind.

With her arrival, the beings that slept in the city begin to awaken and begin to revolve around Bella like a solar system, further complicating Charlie's life, as he tries to juggle his life with his daughter's personality.

—BILLY LOOMIS was a serial killer.

It was as simple as that.

He began killing young, and it was a thirst for blood that never abated and only increased once he died, only to awaken as a vampire who only wanted human blood.

With eternity before him, Billy decides to enjoy his new life in different ways since he left Woodsboro and Billy Loomis died on paper.

𝗔𝗧 𝗔𝗡𝗬 𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘, both identities take an unexpected turn when some people end up in a room without any explanation, with a single note that would take all the ideas those present had about Charlie Swan and turn them on their heads.

Because Charlie Swan wasn't just a man full of kindness.

And because he wasn't just a human being, either.

"Get to know the real person behind the mask."

━━━━━━𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗗𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗔 𝗡𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗗𝗘 had her eyes closed.

The whispers were attacking her like needles puncturing her brain. Whispers of screams of a coven that now worshipped with fear in their bones the being they had created filled her ears. That same cacophony fueled her ire, her envy, even more so as she felt the air itself shift, leaning as if to better hear the prayers of worshippers too drunk in ecstasy to realize what they had done to her and her plans.

They had created an enemy, her enemy.

An enemy their Lord had powered up and crowned with blood, thorns, and spines. Did her Lord forgot how long and faithfully she had served him for so many years? Does she now has to worship someone who was supposed to worship her? And those witches, who simply accepted him and worshipped him ignoring that she was their Supreme. She was their leader, their guide, their ruler.

But she had been betrayed by her people who now prayed and kneeled to another person, forgetting her service to them, to their cause, to their Lord.

Damn those witches, and damned him.

"Those idiots." growled Desdemona. "They had created an abomination."

Yes. He was an abomination. How dare he exist when he seemed to break all balance with his mere existance? How dare he take the power and crown that was supposed to be hers?

"You should not say those words lightly, Supreme."

Desdemona did not forget the presence beside her, she simply ignore said presence that was loyal to her above all.

"Who could stop me, dear Mara?" Asked Desdemona with a self sufficient smile.

Mara, the presence by her side, simply looked at her.

"Our Lord may not be happy to hear you call his Heir such word." Reply Mara.

"He is not the Heir!"

Desdemona's screamed echoed on the empty chamber, repeating the words as if trying to console her.

"That is not up to you to decide. Our Lord is always watching." Whispered Mara ominously.

Desdemona felt the air grow colder, as if she was being watched. And for all her power and knowledge, Desdemona also knew her limits. She was not all powerful, not yet.

"Our Lord will not just accept him like that. He will have to prove himself worthy." Desdemona answered, taking a deep breath to cool her mind.

"Yes, but there was a reason why he was chosen, right? He has proved himself... similar to our Lord." Mara said, this time taking slow but steady steps towards Desdemona.

"He is nothing like our divine Lord." Snorted Desdemona, founding such idea insulting and funny.

"Not yet." Replied Mara with a smile. "He does seems too attached to his new and fake life."

Desdemona crossed her arms over chest, reminding herself that yes, her enemy has built himself a whole lie of a life, as if running away from his grand past. He who used to be a predator now lives like a prey, hiding behind a mask of righteousness and humanity when he was anything but.

He was living happily.

And Desdemona did not want to see him happy.

"Do not be angry, Supreme." Mara interrupted her thoughts.

Desdemona took another deep breath, and the energy around them pacified. She, as the Supreme, was never so emotional or transparent. She has too many decades on her belt to be so weak. However, she has also never had an enemy like this one before her who threatens everything she has.

"He is an obstacle."

"Why? Because of your fear?" Asked Mara. "Your fear of him taking your title, your position, your importance in the eyes of our Lord?"

And wasn't that the cold, hard truth that Desdemona has been running away from? The truth that more than angry, she was afraid. The witches and warlocks were already starting to bow before him. The energy itself seem to leaned towards him. And her Lord, their supreme leader, seemed to have chosen him.

"He is merely a man who has no knowledge of what he is. Making him disappear would be as easy as snapping my fingers." Desdemona said, snapping her own fingers to emphasize how easy she could make him disappear, not admitting her fears.

"Yes, it probably would. But wouldn't it be better to first destroy him? Wouldn't it be more satisfying to see him crumble and break? " Like the Devil, Mara began to whisper in her ear.

Desdemona simply looked at her with indifference. She has lived too long to let herself be controlled and manipulated like that. However, she could see the appeal of Mara's ideas.

"Yes, I woukd love to see him suffer before destroying him." She admitted that, nonetheless. She was not scared of the consequences. Her Lord only wanted the best, and if his chosen one broke, then it was simply prove that he wasn't worth it.

It was simply a test for him, he would eventually have to take one either way. She was just... speeding up his.

"Well, he seems to be loving his new life. He seems to want to leave everything behind, to begin a new. He even has a daughter he adores. Wouldn't it be fair to you to destroyed him like how he is threatening to destroy you? Wouldn't it be fair to watch him be left alone, destroyed by his past he thought long buried?" Wondered Mara, smiling at the Supreme.

Yes. Desdemona wanted to watch him get destroyed. She wanted for him too see his life be destroyed before his eyes. She wanted to see the moment he realizes the daughter he loves oh so much hates him for who he was and what he is.

After all, why should that abomination live seemingly well among vampires, werewolves and humans? That's just couldn't be. Not when he had ruined all her plans, even if unknowingly so.

"He will be destroyed." Whispered the Supreme to herself.

Mara looked at the woman, and just leaned her head to the side and smiled. A smile full of arcane knowledge that not even Desdemona was privy to.

The day of Charlie Swan started like any other day. He woke up early in the morning, as he did every day. He stared at the ceiling for a few seconds before getting up and grabbing the towel hooked on the back of his door. His gait was silent, like a predator, but it was to keep his daughter, Bella, from waking up before her alarm. It was Friday, and his workday would force him to work until the evening before having the weekend off.

He walked into the bathroom and turned on the shower, making sure to set the water to hot. He set the towel aside and stepped into the shower, feeling the warm water fall on him, erasing everything from his mind. He cleaned himself quickly; it only took so long because he stood under the water for several minutes as if he didn't have to pay any water bills.

Not wanting to get out of the shower but forced due to his schedule, he turned off the water and got out, grabbing the towel to dry himself and avoid wetting the floor any further. So, with the towel tied around his waist, Charlie quickly headed to his room. He began to get dressed, putting on his sheriff's uniform with the monotony of having done so for many years.

He looked at himself in the mirror of the vanity, being greeted by his undeniably handsome face, which caused people to look for more than usually desirable. For a moment, he just stared at himself, his face completely blank, his eyes dull, no longer shinning with the mischievousness that was typical of him back on his youth.

But alas, it was time to leave, so Charlie took his keys and left as silently as everything he had done previously, knowing that his day was just starting.

In the silent city of Forks, Charlie did his job calmly. There was never any truly bad crime that forced him to work or do anything crazy. So, of course, he expected his day to simply be like every day. He expected to be done with his job, go home, have some peace, and simply repeat.

But no.

Instead, he found himself in some type of movie theater full of vampires and a single human he knew too well.

'Well, there goes my boredom.' Thought the sheriff, looking around and seeing faces he recognized too well. Like, why the hell were the Volturi Kings present? And why would his very human kid be here among such beings?

"Bella?!" Charlie screamed, looking at his daughter, who was in the arms of the familiar Edward Cullen.

"What is this place?" Asked a feminine voice that was clearly Rosalie Hale.

"Is this some kind of teleportation power?" A masculine voice asked with way too much excitement in his voice. Charlie didn't even have to see his face to know the owner of that voice was Aro Volturi.

"Such an interesting power if that is true." Another masculine voice, much more calm, answered. He was Marcus Volturi.

"The Volturi Kings are here." The worried voice Esme Cullen whispered, even though she knew the Volturi could heard her either way.

"My father is here!" The whispery scream voice of Bella was heard.

"Do not go to him yet, Bella." Warned Edward.

"How could you say that? He is clearly the only other human except for me who is here surrounded by vampires! Beings he does not know exist!"

Charlie acted like he was confused, ignoring that he could very well listed to every breath Bella was taking while looking at her with worry and repeatedly calling her name.

"Seems like everyone is present."

The female voice interrupted everyone and made them pay attention at the giant screen that seconds ago was black.

"Who is that lady?" Asked the masculine voice of Emmet Cullen.

"Who I am, is of no matter to you. I am only hear to tear down masks."

The Cullens looked at each other, and then at Bella.

They were worried not about the girl, but about father and what his reaction would be to them being vampires.

For the vampires present, it was obvious that it was about them. What other mask could be tear down except for theirs, who lived among humans as if they were humans themselves?

"Dad..." the whisper Bella let out made Edward hug her.

While Bella was a distant daughter, she very much loves her dad. She was afraid of his reaction towards vampires, towards Edward, towards her wishes and dreams of also being a vampire herself and living as an immortal while leaving him behind.

The Volturi weren't as worried. To them it was a simple fix. Human who knows about them, human who was dead.

But Charlie?

He narrowed his eyes, his teeth for a moment feeling sharper, and his hands warmer.

Notes:

First things first, English is not my first language so please forgive my mistakes, I'll try to avoid them but I'm not Grammarly.

Second, I usually go for hella long reactions, if you had read my other stories, especially the One Piece one, yall know I like my reactions long. But for this one and maybe the Harry Potter one I will try to keep a little shorter due to schedule.

I still don't have a clear direction with this story, which is why the prologue is so short. Also, updates will take very long. I work and my shifts are not the same every week so I get tired way too much and sleep even more than before so I got no real time. I'm also trying to go back to school so, yeah... not a lot of time.

If the tags weren't a dead give away, this is a BL, MxM or whatever yall called it. The plan is Volturi Kings x Charlie Swan :)

I also really really wanted to add more characters but I really don't know how to add them because I saw the movies a long time ago and it would just be too much characters for me to honestly keep track on and keep them semi on character. So expect OOC.

I'll see ya later or on another story if you guys read my other stories.

Notes:

yeah, another one hehehe

well, ya'll know Twilight, Scream, the images, and the lyrics (Billy Loomis by Zay) do not belong to me :)
