Chapter 1 of this shitstorm of a story

You know the drill if you’ve read any of my stories, Natsu X Other world’s Harem, kinda my shtick.

I’m testing a different writing style from my normal one, tell me if you like it more.

This chapter is just going to be an intro to this story so don’t expect anything amazing, I’m still a newbie writer with very little talent, and I couldn’t give less of a shit about the normal ships, I do what I want whether people like it or not.

Quick note: I write these stories in a google doc before posting them to Wattpad and Fanfiction so the formatting is fucked up and I’m too lazy to fix it 90% of the time, so if the formatting annoys you, know it pisses me off far more.

Other note: I’ll be putting a (+) by each of the girls in the harem and a (-) by the ones I’m willing to add if people want, comment on a character if you want them in.

50+ characters, I’m cooked, there’s no way I’ll be able to keep track of them…

If I put any characters twice, it’s because I’m dehydrated, have gotten 7 hours of sleep in the past three days and have heat exhaustion from being outside for too long from Summerfest.

A man only known by the name of Revenant summons all the characters previously mentioned to a movie theater, the man has short blond hair and pale skin. He is wearing a black, grey and white yukata with a black veil covering the top of his face, leaving only his mouth exposed. One of the most notable things is that he doesn’t have legs, they fade away similar to a ghost’s.

Mei: “Where are we!?”

Kiana: looks at Seigfried “Old man, what the hell are you doing here?”

Kallen: freaking the hell out “WHY DO SO MANY PEOPLE LOOK LIKE ME!?!”

Everyone mutually ignores the screaming white haired woman

Cecelia: speaks up “Can everyone calm down please!”

This time everyone pays attention to the screaming white haired woman, causing Kallen to pout.

Kiana: “Mom?”

Cecelia: “Kiana?”

The two run over and hug each other dramatically while the others stare

Revenant: snickers ‘crazy how nobody noticed me yet’

Mei: sighs “we should figure out who’s who here”

Kiana: “Mei-Senpai is right, I’ll start, I’m Kiana Kaslana from St. Freya

Mei: “Raiden Mei from St. Freya”

Bronya: “The Bronya Zaychik, St. Freya”

Fu Hua: “Fu Hua, St. Freya”

Himeko: “Murata Himeko, a teacher at St. Freya”

Theresa: “Theresa Apocalypse, the principle of St. Freya”

Otto: “Otto Apocalypse of Shicksal”

Amber: “Amber of Shicksal”

Bianka: “Durandal or Bianka Ataegina from Shicksal”

Rita: “Rita Rossweisse, Shicksal”

Shushang: “Li Shushang from Shicksal!”

Everyone looked at her shocked, but people were too surprised to say anything, though she didn’t notice

Tesla: “Frederica Nikola Tesla, Anti-Entropy”

Cocolia: “Cocolia, Anti-Entropy faction…”

Wendy: “Wendy, Anti-Entropy” she said calmly with a hint of curiosity

Seele: “Seele Vollerei, Anti-Entropy”

Rozaliya: “Rozaliya Olenyeva, Anti-Entropy”

Liliya: “Liliya Olenyeva, Anti-Entropy”

Raven: “Natasha Cioara or Raven, World Serpent”

Everybody except the other Herrschers tensed at hearing that but nobody interrupted

HotE: “Herrscher of the End” she said flatly, ignoring most everybody 

 HoT: “Herrscher of Thunder”

Kiana: “She looks like you Mei-Senpai…”

HoS: “Herrscher of Sentience” she said with a smirk 

Songque: “Songque, the Shu of Deception~” she winked

Thelema: “My name is Thelema, the Shu of Pleasure belonging to the Seven Shus~”

Lantern: “Lantern or Tsavorae, the Shu of Destruction”

(I’ll be using Lantern because her real name pained me when trying to spell it)

Senadina: “I’m Senadina, I don’t belong to a faction!”

Sparkle: “Sparkle of the Masked Fools~” she said with a eerie smile 

Vita: “Vita of the Masked Fools”

Revenant: Openly chuckles now that they have calmed down

Everyone looked up at the floating pale man and mutually freaked out

Shushang: “why’s a ghost here!”

Kiana: “I’m the one who’s supposed to ask obvious questions!”

Sirin: “Both of you shut up!” she yelled annoyed

Revenant: grins which to everyone else looks freaky “Hello, my name is Revenant, I am a god”

Sirin: looks at Revenant “there’s no way that is true, our God is a female honkai!”

Revenant: “yes, ‘your’ God, but there are many more, I am one of them”

Cecelia: “so why bring us here ‘God’” she asked confused

Kiana: Jumps in front of Mei “I won’t let you hurt Mei-Senpai!”

Revenant: waves his hand, teleporting Kiana to her family and tying her down to a chair “I have no interest in hurting anyone here, Tuna”

Cecelia: pats Kiana’s head “don’t interrupt people” she says before looking back at Revenant “so?”

Revenant: “simple, I want you to watch the brief version of history of an entity that will soon come here, and then go back with you to your world”

Otto: “is this ‘entity’ really that important”

Revenant: smiles “more than you could ever know”

Everyone looks confused and a little scared by this

Revenant: snaps his fingers teleporting everyone to their seats, and keeping Kiana away from Mei so less interruptions happen, which Kiana pouts at “time to start” he said as the screen turns on

Narrator: “In a land far, far away, lies The Kingdom of Fiore. A small peaceful nation of 17 million and a place filled with magic. Found in every home, bought and sold in every marketplace. For most, magic is only a tool, a mundane part of everyday life. For some however, magic is an art, and they’ve devoted their entire lives to its practice. These are the Wizards, banded together into magical guilds, they hone their skills in search of fame and fortune. Many such guilds dot the landscape of Fiore, but there is a certain guild in a certain town that soars high above the rest. One from which countless legends have been born, a guild that will no doubt continue to create legends well into the future. It’s name is Fairy Tail”

Otto: “Fairy Tail?”

Sora: “Like the fairy tales you used to tell me, Miss Raven?”

Raven: “Probably not Sora”

The Herrschers seemed bored while the others were curious about this other world

Narrator: “ Do fairies have tails? More than that, do fairies even exist? Nobody knows for sure. So this guild is like them, an eternal mystery, a never-ending adventure.”

A couple of those who were intrigued seemed to get more excited to know about this guild.

Revenant: “the guild of Fairy Tail is incredibly interesting with each member being unique, but we are going to focus on a couple for now, and then later one”

Everyone nodded as the intro Snow Fairy played (Snow Fairy is one of the best songs of all time and I will fight people who disagree)

The intro played showing off Lucy, Erza and Gray, all of which got positive responses from the opposite gender in the audience but when it got to Natsu

The vast majority of girls in the audience: ‘so not only is his smile and hair is cute, he’s also built like a greek god’

Many of the girls blushed while a couple even had nose bleeds.

Even Kiana who was obsessed with Mei was blushing up a storm to the surprise of everyone who could see her besides Revenant.

HoS: “this guy looks cool~”

Some of the other girls nodded while others were too focused on the screen

(I’m going to skip over a lot of scenes because I don’t want to die of old age when writing this chapter, and also I’m lazy)

The scene starts off with Natsu and Happy (who nobody questioned the existence of) walking around the port city of Hargeon.

Natsu: “Hey happy, this salamander we’re looking for has got to be Igneel right?”

Happy: “aye, it has to be because the only fire dragon I’ve ever heard of is Igneel”

The audience was a bit confused by the usage of fire dragon but chalked it up to just a slang term or something along those lines.

In the distance a group of girls were shouting about a salamander calling him ‘cool’ or ‘dreamy’

Natsu: Runs up with Happy on his tail “speak of the devil Happy, we’re in luck today!”

Natsu: “Igneel! Igneel it’s me!” he said running into the crowd of women

However when they get there, they see a frankly below average looking guy with purple hair

The boys in the audience looked confused on why a bunch of girls were crowding around such a strange looking guy thinking along the lines of ‘is this what girls are into nowadays’

The girls in the audience looked at the man and thought one word ‘womanizer’ in disgust

Natsu: looks at the guy blankly “who the heck are you?”

The guy: looks shocked “who am I? I’m Salamander, surely you’ve heard of me before”

Natsu left before he could even finish his sentence, causing the group of girls to drag him back

Kalpas: “Damn” he snickers

The other boys around him do the same while the girls pity Natsu

Mei: “Poor guy…”

Bronya: “the Bronya agrees with subject Mei’s sentiment”

The guy: “now now, that’s enough my lovelies, I’m sure the boy didn’t mean anything malicious by it”

Just the words from this guy's mouth was enough to make the girls on screen swoon.

The guy: writes down ‘Salamander’ on a piece of paper “here, now you can brag to all your friends”

Natsu: blankly “no thanks”

This pisses of the girls on screen again

Seigfried: “bro doubled down” he grins

The guy: “well, I’m afraid I must be going ladies” he says and uses purple fire magic to lift himself up “I’m having a soiree on my yacht today, and you’re all invited” he said before flying off (if you are like me and didn’t know, soiree is just another term for a fancy party)

Natsu: “...who the heck was that guy?” he muttered

The blond haired girl from the intro walked up to him

Lucy: “I don’t know but he was a real creep” she smiled at him “thank you for your help”

This caused Natsu to uhh in confusion

Mei: “Mr. Revenant, what is she talking about?”

Revenant: “you’ll find out in a little bit, the girl explains it”

Mei and most of the others nod

Sirin: in a bored tone “so what’s the deal with the pink guy?”

Kiana: nods “he doesn’t seem that different from a normal human”

Revenant: chuckles “again, you’ll find out soon”

The scene switches to Natsu, Happy and Lucy in a restaurant, Natsu and Happy scarfing down food on a level that could put a Kaslana to shame

Lucy: “My names Lucy.. aheh, Natsu and Happy was it?”

Welt: “Jesus that guy has an endless stomach..” he said, the entirety of the theater nodding

Himeko: “well, he’s got to get all that muscle from somewhere~” she says staring at Natsu’s exposed abs while purring seductively

Most of the girls somewhat agree with her without thinking, many of them also looking at Natsu’s body

The boys on the other hand sweatdrop ‘this guy’s coming to our world? He’s cooked’

Lucy: “Evidently that Salamander guy was using magic, a charm spell to hypnotize the ladies in town into thinking they were in love with him. Charm spells have the power to attract people to you against their own will, but they’ve been banned for years, nobody even sells them anymore”

The girls listened intently all getting more disgusted with the ‘salamander’

Kiana: “what a loser, imagine needing magic to get people to love you” 

Bronya: “The Bronya is confused, idiotka doesn’t have anyone who loves her romantically either”

Kiana felt an invisible arrow pierce her chest as the others snickered at her.

Lucy: “I totally fell victim to his spell but I snapped out of it thanks to you barging in when you did. I really can’t thank you guys enough”

Natsu: with his mouth full “no problem”

Lucy: “I know I may not look like it but I’m a wizard too”

Natsu: still with his mouth full “is that so?”

The audience was a bit surprised that she was one but considering what they were watching, it made sense

Einstein: “Maybe she could help us understand magic better…”

Tesla: nods “perhaps”

Otto: ‘maybe I could kidnap her for research’

Everyone looked at Otto, somehow able to understand his thoughts “Otto no”

Lucy: “I should probably explain huh, see guilds are these organizations where wizards come together to share information and find work and things like that. Unfortunately you aren’t considered a full fledged wizard until you become a member of a guild.

Lucy: starts rambling “but there are tons of them all over the world. I’ve heard it’s really tough to get into the more popular ones and the one I want to get into is the most popular one. Oh they’re the greatest and if I could actually convince them to let me join I might just die”

Natsu: he and Happy looked at her blankly “yeah?”

Lucy: “sorry, I bet all this wizarding talk must sound like a bunch of gibberish to you”

Everyone sweat drops at her ramblings

Mei: “...so wizards and magic gets her talking a lot?”

Bronya: nods “subject Mei seems correct…”

HoT: “loud”

Kiana: “she better not try to steal my Mei-Senpai”

Everyone: “obsessive simp Tuna…”

Kiana: looks offended “HEY!”

Lucy: “but I’m telling you, I’m gonna join that guild someday and make a ton of money”

Natsu: “Oh, yeah?” slightly more interested

Happy: “you talk a lot…”

Everyone snickers 

Lucy: “oh, I almost forgot, you guys came here looking for someone right?”

Happy: “we’re looking for Igneel”

Natsu: “we heard a rumor about a salamander in town so we came to see him, turns out it was somebody else”

Happy: “yeah, that guy didn’t look like a salamander at all”

Natsu: “no kidding, I bet that poser can’t even breathe fire like a real dragon”

Lucy: “uh, I don’t get it, your friend Igneel looks like a dragon?”

Natsu: “no you’ve got it all wrong, he doesn’t look like a dragon, he is one”

Happy: “Aye, Igneel is a real like fire dragon”

Sirin: “So they have dragons in that universe too?”

HotE: “like your little pet?”

Sirin: “shut it prick”

Meanwhile the others were worried about another dragon that could become a potential threat

Revenant: notices “you don’t have to worry about Igneel coming to your world, probably”

Theresa: “What do you mean ‘probably’?”

Revenant: shrugs “might be fun for me”

Welt: “it’ll probably be a hassle”

Narrator: “even in this magnificent world of magic. Dragons are considered extraordinary mystical creatures. They are rarely seen by the human eye.

Lucy: “WHY WOULD A FIRE DRAGON SHOW UP IN THE MIDDLE OF TOWN!?!”

Natsu and Happy: uh ‘damn, she’s got a point’

Scene ends

Seigfried: “not the smartest in the world huh?”

Himeko: “I think it’s cute, especially since he isn’t annoying~”

Kiana: “I’m definitely smarter than him”

Bronya: “The Bronya thinks that is debatable”

Next scene starts.

Natsu: leaning against a rail with Happy “that was quite a meal ey happy?”

The girls… ‘WHY IS HIS VOICE HOT AND CUTE’

Happy: “aye… hey look, do you think that’s the boat that salamander guy is having his party on?”

Natsu: suddenly sick “I’m gonna hurl”

Tesla: “so he gets motion sick?”

Kevin: “Kind of lame…”

Elysia: slaps him “you’re just mad he’s both hotter and cuter than you

Kevin: “even you’re simping?”

Elysia: giggles unbothered “not everyday you meet a good looking guy with pink hair much like myself~”

Kevin: rolls his eyes “doubt he’s into witches”

Elysia: smacks him across the room “shut up or I’ll castrate you”

Kevin: nods nervously

Random girl 1: “oh my gosh, that’s salamander’s yacht”

Random girl 2: “who’s salamander?”

Random girl 3: “you’ve never heard of him?”

Random girl 1: “he’s a famous wizard from Fairy Tail”

Natsu: overhears and looks back at the yacht “Fairy Tail…”

Natsu: crouches down, the camera getting a good view of his abs and serious face “so he’s in Fairy Tail…”

Scene ends

The girls seeing him in this pose blush up a storm while Sakura and Raven cover Rin and Sora’s eyes

Himeko: slams her head on the wall “why’s he even hotter with a serious face?”

Bianka: snickers despite blushing “Himeko, I wouldn’t get your hopes up, we all know how your other dates go”

Himeko: “shut up”

The boys on the other hand are saluting Natsu

Seigfried: “good luck brother”

The other boys: “amen”

Scene goes to the boat with Lucy and the purple guy insert FNAF joke here

Lucy: talking to the guy “I don’t want to give you the wrong idea, I want to join the fairy tail guild, but I’m not going to date you to make that happen”

The guy: smirks “you’re quite a handful”

The curtains open revealing several other guys carrying unconscious woman

Lucy: shocked “what’s going on here?”

The guy: “Welcome aboard my ship, and you’d be wise to behave yourself until we get to Bosco.”

Lucy: “Bosco? I thought you’d get me into Fairy Tail
The guy: “Forget it, I just said that so you’d become on of my slaves to sell”

Both the girls and boys in the audience looks more disgusted by the revelation

(people often forget how dark some of the themes in this show got, we’re talking about slavery, mass murder, terrorism and so much other shit)

Lucy: tries to grab out her gate keys but the guy uses a flame whip to knock it out of her hands

The guy: “a celestial wizard? You need a contract to use these so they’re useless to me” he said before tossing them off the boat

Lucy: shaking with anger and fear “using magic to take advantage of others… you’re the worst wizard alive!”

Suddenly the roof caves in as Natsu crashes through the ceiling like a badass.

(I’m going to skip to the beach scene cuz I’m lazy)

Everyone sighs in relief only to realize Natsu has motion sickness ‘probably could’ve planned that better’

Theresa: “Well, his heart is in the right place?”

Otto: “true?”

The boat now lays sideways on the beach

Random guy 1: “what happened?”

Random guy 2: “that boat was thrown into port”

The guy and his lackeys start recovering while Natsu stands on top of the boat, looking down at them, a shadow covering his eyes

Himeko: about to talk

Fu Hua: “we get it, you want to have sex with him”

Himeko: pouts

Natsu: “so you claim to be a member of Fairy Tail”

The guy: “So what's it to you? Go get him guys”

Natsu: unbothered while taking off his overcoat “let me get a closer look at your face”

The men run up to Natsu while Lucy and Happy are on the sidelines

Lucy: “look out”

Happy: “I probably should’ve told you this earlier but Natsu’s a wizard too”

Lucy: shocked

The audience wasn’t doing much better, they knew Natsu was important since they were forced to watch him, but they didn’t expect this

Otto: ready to take notes with Einstein and Tesla

Natsu: bitch slaps some poor assholes while showing a guild mark on his shoulder, Fairy Tail’s mark

The girls see his angry face and blush more

Natsu: “My name is Natsu, I’m a Fairy Tail wizard and I’ve never seen you before”

Both Lucy and the guy looked shocked

Lucy: “You’ve got to be kidding me? Natsu’s from Fairy Tail”

Siegfried: “So that guy’s one of the best?”

Kevin: “looks like it”

Himeko: “hot~”

Elysia: nods along with Himeko

Random guy 3: talking to the guy “that mark on his arm, this guy’s the real deal Bora”

Bora: “don’t call me that you idiot”

Happy: “I know him, that’s Bora the Prominence, Rumor has it he was kicked out of the Titan Nose guild (goofy ahh name)

A couple years ago because of bad behaviour”

Kiana: “So that guy is a bad guy?”

Mei: “definitely a bad guy”

Seele: shivers a bit

Natsu: walking up to Bora “I have no idea what you’re trying to do and I don’t care if you are a good guy, bad guy or what. I’m not going to let you dirty the Fairy Tail guild’s name”

Bora: “and what are you gonna do? Stop me?” he creates a large magic circle and sends a wave of fire at Natsu “Prominence typhoon”

Otto: “guess we don’t have to worry about him after all”

Himeko: “...” smacks Otto

Everyone else looks worried

Bora: “that’s the way it goes, the bigger the talk, the weaker the man” he goes to walk away 

Natsu: “guh, this is so gross, are you sure that you’re really a fire wizard? Cause these are the nastiest flames I’ve ever tasted”

Bora, his men, and Lucy all looked shocked while Happy is unbothered

Kallen: “What is that guy?”

Sakura: “yeah…”

Kiana: “doesn’t that hurt?”

Mei: too shocked to answer

Cecelia: “holy…”

Sirin: “... what a strange human”

(lol, they think he’s human)

Natsu: eats the rest of the flames and smirks “thanks for the grub poser”

Random guy 4: “what’s going on here? Who is this kid!”

Happy: smiling evilly “fire magic doesn’t work on Natsu”

Lucy: shocked “I’ve never seen anything like that”

Natsu: “Now I’ve got a fire in my belly that’s raging to get out” he inhales deeply “here goes, Fire Dragon’s Roar” he shouts while a torrent of flames are released from his mouth, instantly taking out all of Bora’s men in one shot while also destroying a 16th of the port city.

Everyone: ‘what power for just a human…’

The flame-chasers look worried, not wanting to deal with this big of a threat

Random guy 3: barely conscious “hey Bora, I swear I’ve seen this guy before. The pink hair, scaly looking scarf. There’s no doubt about it, he’s gotta be the real one”

Lucy: stunned “Salamander…”

Everyone… ‘so he’s the real one’

Natsu: crouches down while coating his hands in fire “I hope you guys are paying attention, this is what a Fairy Tail wizard can do” 

Bora: starts shooting fireballs at Natsu “Red shower” while Natsu dodges them, running up to him, jumping up before punching him across the town.

Lucy: “So he eats fire and then attacks with it? But how does he do it, is it some kind of spell?”

Everyone is curious, but the scientists are more so

Otto: ‘this guy could be very useful’

Welt: ‘I’m not letting that psycho kidnap this guy’

Happy: “he has dragon lungs that allow him to breathe fire, dragon scales to help him to dissolve the fire, and dragon claws for attacking with fire. His brand of fire magic allows him to take on all the qualities of a dragon. It’s an ancient spell that’s rarely used anymore” he says while Natsu stands on a building looking at Bora

Lucy: “seriously?”

Happy: “this particular magic was originally meant to deal with dragons”

Kallen: “a magic type made to kill dragons.. That’s terrifying”

Most of the others nodded while some wanted to either recruit or fight Natsu

Bora: creates a fire laser “Full prominence!” he shouts while the laser destroys a quarter of the town, but Natsu is unharmed

Happy: “it’s called Dragon Slayer Magic, Igneel was the one who taught it to Natsu”

Bora throws a sphere of flames at Natsu, but he just catches it and eats the flames

Kiana: “Revenant, would the Herrscher of Fire be able to fight Natsu?”

Revenant: “in this scene Natsu isn’t quite strong enough, but the Natsu you’ll meet could tear apart any of the Herrschers, not just the Herrscher of Flames”

The others shiver at that ‘what kind of monster could he be?’

Natsu: wipes his mouth “that wasn’t a bad meal, but now I’m going to cook you like a smoked fish”

Bora: shitting his pants “you’re going to do what to me?”

Natsu: crouches down and jumps “get ready, Fire Dragon’s Iron fist!” he shouts and coats his fist in fire and punching Bora, sending him through about 50 buildings and into a bell tower where you can hear an audible “bong”

Happy: unbothered “don’t be silly Natsu, everybody knows you smoke food with smoke, not fire.

Meanwhile everyone in the audience is more shocked

Mei: “Does this guy have the power to destroy a town without trying!?”

Revenant: grins “of course!”

Suddenly the military comes, causing Natsu to grab Lucy and start running

Natsu: “crap, we gotta get out of here”

Lucy: “where are you taking me!?”

Natsu: smiles “you said you wanted to join Fairy Tail, so let's go”

End of episode

Revenant: “so, what did you think?”

Ana: “that guy is freakishly strong”

Cecelia: “quite possibly insane”

Himeko: “has a killer bod~”

Elysia: “I agree with the spinster~”

Himeko and Elysia fight while the others share their opinions on Natsu and Fairy Tail.

Over all, they liked it and Natsu

It’s been a day guys, why are people reading this?

Whatever, this chapter is going to cover part of the second episode of Fairy Tail, Fire Dragon, Monkey and Bull, mostly just introducing the guild and a bit of Natsu’s backstory.

Thanks for reading and please read my other stories, I’m desperate for views.

Revenant: “Anyway, now that we are done with the first part of the thing I wanted you to watch, I will now teleport Natsu here so you can talk with him, and he can watch with you.” 

The others nodded while Kiana was still strapped to her chair so she wouldn’t do anything stupid

Revenant: snaps his fingers and opens a portal, after a couple seconds Natsu falls out of the portal and lands on his feet, he’s wearing a black open vest with both sleeves torn off and golden accents, loose white pants and sandals. However to the surprise of everyone including Revenant, a woman with blonde hair follows, landing on top of Natsu and causing him to fall to the ground

Natsu: groaning “ow…my freakin back”

The blonde woman: gets off Natsu and helps him up, the others getting a better look at her.

The woman has waist length blonde hair and red-orange eyes, she wears a white fur lined kimono with purple floral designs, she has a hood with a crescent moon design and a gem in the middle (you probably thought I was talking about Lucy. nah, I’m not that predictable, and anyway, I prefer Selene, she’s a hot, blonde, psycho, single MILF who’s also a dragon and she has no living kids, that’s like perfect… that sounded so wrong but I don’t care)

Natsu: stands up and looks around before smelling the air ‘most of these people don’t smell fully human, hell, I can’t tell what they are…’ he thought, confused while Revenant regained his composure

Revenant: “can’t say I expected another person but this might make things more entertaining”

Natsu: looks at him with Selene calmly “...so ghost guy, you the boss here?”

Revenant: chuckles, “I wouldn’t say boss, more like the orchestrator”

Natsu: “...what?”

Selene: giggles and whispers to Natsu the meaning of the word

Natsu: “oh, alright… but why are we here?”

Revenant: “simple, I want you to react to some of your past battles with the people in this room”

Natsu: “...why?”

Revenant: “I’m bored, and you are going to be going to these people’s dimension after this so you might as well bond with them”

Natsu: “So another Edolas and Elentear situation?”

Revenant: “essentially”

Natsu: sighs “will there at least be fun things to fight in this dimension?”

Revenant: “should be, and with your power it won’t be life or death anymore”

Natsu: grins a bit “so I get to let loose without the stakes”

Revenant: grins back “bingo, but you should introduce yourselves, I’m Revenant by the way”

Natsu: nods and looks at everyone with a smile which causes some of the girls to melt “yo, I’m Natsu Dragneel, Salamander of Fairy Tail”

Selene: wraps her arms around Natsu’s waist “hello, I’m Selene, the Moon Dragon God”

Everyone was a bit shocked by what Selene had said but Himeko and Elysia were more annoyed by her possessive display

Himeko: walks up to the two with a seductive smile, putting her index finger on Natsu’s chest “well hello, I’m Murata Himeko, but you can just call me Himeko”

Elysia: walks up next to Himeko, smiling in a similar way “I’m Elysia, I can’t wait to get to know you better darling~”

Natsu may act dense, but he knew they were hitting on him, but he couldn’t for the life of him figure out why… it’s not like nobody told him he’s in the top ten most desired male wizards in the world because he’s hot and insanely sweet when he isn’t fighting… wait

Natsu: just smiles and pats their heads unbothered “nice to meetcha” this has the unintended effect of making them blush and stutter

Elysia: ‘how can he be so casual around us when we are trying to hit on him?’

Himeko: ‘...finally, a guy who doesn’t look below my eyes. He will be mine’

Selene: notices their reaction and sticks her tongue out

Natsu: he slips out of Selene’s grip and starts talking with the others, getting to know their names

After getting to talk with the others for a few minutes, and a staring contest between Selene, Elysia and Himeko. Revenant teleports them all to their seats. Natsu on a large bean bag with Selene in between his legs, lying on his chest, Himeko on his left side and Elysia on his right. In front of him was Mei and HoT, the former looking at him with a smile and the latter being expressionless.

Kiana: she was jealous of Natsu because of the attention he was getting from Mei, but she was also strangely slightly jealous of Mei for being able to be so close to Natsu

Revenant: “time to start”

Starts off showing a large concrete building in an unknown location

Narrator: “this is the magic council, Era”

Inside a dark room shows nine figures standing on a large blue magic circle.

Natsu: “we have a narrator?”

Revenant: “don’t question it”

Natsu: “alright?”

Council member 1: “Those idiots from Fairy Tail have gone and done it again, this time they’ve destroyed an entire port”

Council member 2: “What is the matter with them?”

Blue haired member: “I’m actually quite fond of those dimwits and their lazy faire attitude”

Natsu: was a little annoyed with how they were talking but he couldn’t really blame them

Thelema: “my, you seem to cause a lot of trouble for them~”

Natsu: shrugs “sometimes I go overboard”

Siegfried: “you mean all the time”

Natsu: “pretty much yeah”

Council member 3: “They may behave like fools but we mustn't forget, they are also an extremely capable lot”

Council member 4: “Yes, that’s true. They present quite the quandary”

Blue haired member: while smirking “I think we should leave them be. After all, if it wasn’t for those fools, think how boring this world would be”

Sirin: “So why should we care about these guys?

Revenant: “focus on the blue haired guy, he’ll be important in the future”

Einstein, Tesla and Otto seem intrigued but don’t comment

The scene switches to show Natsu, Happy and Lucy standing outside of a large asian style building with the Fairy Tail guild insignia on it

Happy: “Welcome to Fairy Tail”

Natsu: kicks open the door “WE MADE IT BACK ALIVE!”

Happy “we’re home!”

Random guild members greet them and welcome them back

Cecelia: “you seem to be quite popular”

Theresa: “well it’s important to have a good relationship with your peers”

Guild member 1: “so I heard you went all out in Hargeon Natsu had to go starting trouble-” he said before getting cut off with a foot to his head. Natsu kicking him into a couple tables

Theresa: “nevermind…”

Natsu and the other boys snicker while the girls look confused

Seele: “why would you hit your friend?”

Natsu: “just watch”

Natsu: comically angry “you lied to me about that salamander, I’m gonna kick your butt!”

Guild Member 1: gets back up, also comically angry “don’t get mad at me, I’m just passing along a rumor I heard!”

Natsu: “It was just a rumor!?!”

Guild Member 1: “you wanna fight!?”

Natsu: “Let’s go!”

Not even five seconds later and the entire guild is in chaos, Happy got thrown around like a ball and everyone’s fighting everyone.

Kevin: “good lord, how does anything get done in there?”

Bianka: looks at the chaos “seems fun”

HoS: “Indeed~”

Shushang: nervously “shouldn’t you be worried about property damage though?”

Selene: “I’m not a member of the guild but I know for a fact nobody in that guild cares about property damage”

Most of the audience chuckles nervously

Lucy: “oh wow, I’m actually standing inside the Fairy Tail guild hall”

Rin: “she doesn’t have the best awareness huh?”

Sakura: “don’t be mean to people you don’t know Rin”

Eden: “she’s got a point though”

Gray: “So Natsu finally made it back huh?” he said, not realizing he’s in his underwear

Narrator: “this is Gray Fullbuster, a very talented wizard but he tends to… Well he has a bad habit of taking off his clothes”

Gray starts walking over to a dust cloud of other brawlers in just his underwear

Most of the girls are blushing, but it’s more from secondhand embarrassment rather than attraction, he’s hot, but strippers aren’t their type

Natsu: chuckles “can’t wait to beat that popsicle again”

Ana: “popsicle?”

Revenant: “Gray uses ice magic which is why Natsu refers to him as that”

A brown haired woman: “Gray, your clothes” she points out

Gray: startled “I don’t have time for that!”

Narrator: “this lovely lady is Cana Alberona, she holds the title as Fairy Tail’s heaviest drinker”

Cana: sighs “I don’t dig the men here because they have no class” she says before drinking a barrel of an unknown alcohol

Gray: kicking some poor asshole “come here and fight me Natsu!”

Natsu: strangling Guild Member 1 “not until you put some clothes on”

Raven: “I can’t tell which of you is a worse influence”

Natsu: “we aren’t even close to the worst influences in my guild”

Selene: “I with he was lying”

Hare: “oh~? Seems interesting”

HoT: “seems loud…”

Natsu: “it is”

A tall white haired man: walks over “it’s not even noon and you all are whining like spoiled babies!”

Narrator: “this brute of a man is Elfman, a muscle-bound wizard who believes all you need to solve any problem, are two strong fists”

Elfman: “I’m a real man, you want me to prove it to you?” he says, only to get punched in the face by Natsu and Gray at the same time, getting launched across the guild hall.

Lucy: mildly impressed “they knocked him out that easily?”

Otto: “thought he would last longer”

Kalpas: “if that’s a real man, then that’s sad

The girls roll their eyes

Orange haired man with two girls on his lap: “geez, it’s so noisy around here”

Narrator: “this is the lady killer Loki, ranked high on the most eligible wizard bachelor list”

The girls look at Loki and mutually agree that Natsu is probably higher on the list

The boys look at Loki and think that he’s betrayed the bro code

Loki: gets hit in the head with a cup “I’m going to go fight, only to protect you two” he says to the girls

Lucy: with a book she’s got from god knows where “he’s definitely off my list. What the heck is wrong with these people? There’s not one sane person in the whole place” she says, looking around at the over 40 people beating the shit out of each other.

A white haired girl: walks up to Lucy holding beers “hello, are you new here?”

All the boys except Natsu: ‘she’s hot’

The girls who are simping for Natsu look at her and think of her as more competition while the remaining girls admire her beauty

Lucy: geeking out “it’s Mirajane, in the flesh!” causing Mira to giggle

Narrator: “this is Mirajane, a beautiful wizard who’s known for her bikini clad photospreads in sorcerer weekly magazine”

Lucy: pointing at the fighting “don’t you think we should try to stop them or something?”

Mira: with a smile “it’s always like this around here, I’d just leave them alone. Besides-” get’s cut off when Elfman gets thrown into her “-it’s kinda fun, don’t you think?” passes out? I guess?

Lucy: panicking “ah, don’t die Mirajane” Gray gets slammed into her while Natsu twirls his underwear

Natsu: snickering

Gray: “Give me back my underwear jerk!” looks at Lucy unashamed “excuse me miss, could I please borrow your underwear?” (I mean, at least bro asked?)

Every single girl “hell no”

The boys on the other hand just salute him

Seele: looks confused “creep”

Bronya: “da Bronya thinks this man fits the description of a exhibitionist”

Siegfried: “damn”

Lucy: smacks him with a bat “as if!”

Loki: picks up Lucy “these guys don’t understand a woman has needs”

Elfman: uppercuts Loki, sending him flying and making him drop Lucy “real men talk with their fists Loki!”

Natsu: kicks Elfman in the chin launching him away “I told you to butt out!”

Cana: “so loud, so much for having a drink to relax” she says, activating her cards magic “that’s enough you guys, I suggest you cut it out”

Gray: with his underwear back on, activates his ice-make magic “oh yeah? Says who!”

Elfman: transforms his arm into stone with his takeover magic

Loki: activates his ring magic “you punks can be such a nuisance”

Natsu: coats his fists in flames “I’m ready for you!”

Otto: taking notes

Einstein: looks at Natsu “how many wizards are in your guild”

Natsu: “At the time of this I think it was roughly 200?” he says confused

Tesla: rights some things down too with Otto while Mobius looks at the various body types of the wizards

Lucy: holds up Happy “they always fight like this?”

Happy: “uh-huh”

Lucy: “You don’t seem worried?”

Suddenly a massive man appears towering over everyone and causing them to disable their spells and stop the fighting

Mira: “I’m sorry I didn’t know you were still here master”

Lucy: “MASTER!”

Theresa: “holy shit… he’s the opposite of me…”

Himeko: “tall, old looking, probably has gotten laid?”

Theresa: “shut it, you aren’t much better”

Natsu: looks at Himeko with slightly more interest “you don’t have a partner? how?”

Himeko: looks mildly surprised “I’m just looking for the right person… are you gonna mock me?” she asked, more vulnerable than anything.

Natsu: shakes his head no “nah, but I hope you find that special someone”

Himeko: smiles and leans closer to Natsu ‘I think I already have’

Elysia and some of the other girls look a bit jealous but don’t want to make a scene

Matser: “well, seems we have a new recruit” he says before turning back to his normal form, shocking Lucy “nice to meetcha” he says, holding up his hand

Lucy: “he’s tiny, is this little guy really that master?”

Mira: “of course, allow me to introduce the Fairy Tail guild master Makarov” she says with a smile as Makarov jumps of to the second floor

Master: clears his throat “you’ve gone and done it again, you bunch of morons, just take a look at the pile of complaints the magic council sent me, this is the biggest pile yet!”

Cecelia: worried “you should probably refrain from going all out so often…”

Natsu: chuckles “never holding back is part of being a Fairy Tail wizard”

Fu Hua: “doesn’t that just lead to lots of problems?”

Natsu: “yeah, but also lots of fun”

Narrator: “Remember the magic council? Well they monitor all of the different wizard guilds”

Master: “Have you lost your minds!? All you kids are good for is getting the higher-ups mad at me” he says angrily while shaking before switching to a grin “however” he sets the complaints on fire “I say to hell with the magic council” he throws the complaints, causing Natsu to jump up and start eating the fire

Seigfried: “you really like fire huh?” to which Natsu nods

Raven: sighs and mutters “I guess being a wild card is hot…”

Himeko: hugs Natsu “y’know, I also use fire, I can let you taste test later?”

Natsu: smiles “sure!”

Himeko: grinning ‘yes’ while Elysia and Selene look annoyed

Master: “listen up, any power that surpasses reason still comes from reason, right? Magic isn’t some miraculous power, it is a talent that only works when the flow of energy inside us and the flow of energy in the natural world are in perfect synchronization. To perform magic one must have a strong mind and the ability to focus, it should take over your being and come pouring out of your soul. If all we do is worry about following rules then our magic will never progress. Don’t let those blowhards on the council scare you, follow the path you believe in! Cause that’s what makes the Fairy Tail guild number 1!” he says as everyone performs the Fairy Tail hand sign and smiles.

Natsu: smiles wider and does the hand sign, the others following suit

Seele: “Mr. Natsu, what does this sign mean?”

Natsu: “just call me Natsu, and it means “no matter where you are, even if I can’t see you, I’ll always be looking your way”

Seele: smiles “that’s actually really nice”

Cecelia: nods “well it’s good this guild has some morals”

Natsu: “of course, Fairy Tail may be full of trouble makers but we always try and do the right thing”

Scene changes to just Lucy and Mira talking.

Mira: “many years ago, Natsu’s father left and never came back… well technically it wasn’t his real father but the one who raised him. He was actually a dragon”

Lucy: shocked for the umpteenth time “he was a what!? Natsu was really raised by a dragon?”

Rozaliya: “Wait for real? That’s sick!”

Lilya: nods “yeah”

Otto drops his pen in shock while the scientists also looked comically shocked

The others are all surprised but not as comically

Bianka: “Was the dragon strong?”

Natsu: “the strongest”

Rita: “Bianka, please refrain from doing anything dumb” 

Bianka: pouts while the others snicker

Mira: smiles sadly “when he was a little boy, a dragon found him wandering the forest alone, the dragon took him in, and taught him all about language, culture and magic. But one day, the dragon disappeared and never returned”

Lucy: “that dragon must be Igneel then”

Mira: “That's right, Natsu lives for the day he’ll get to see Igneel again, it’s kind of cute don’t you think?”

Natsu’s smile turns sad which everyone notices, Himeko and Selene hug Natsu tighter while Elysia frowns.

Kevin: decides to be the one to break the ice “what’s wrong?”

Natsu: looks at the screen emotionlessly “Igneel is dead”

Revenant: looks down sadly “sorry for bringing it up”

The others say their condolences

Natsu: sighs before taking a few deep breaths “it’s fine Igneel told me before he died that even in times of sadness we need to keep moving forward and to never give up, giving up means death and we fight to live”

The others nods in understanding

Natsu: “I’m going to keep living for Igneel no matter what happens, and I’m going to keep getting stronger for him too”

Selene: smiles and gives him a kiss on the cheek

Himeko: just nuzzles his arm.

Revenant: smiles before remembering something “Igneel was the Fire Dragon King, and since Natsu is his only living child that means Natsu is the Fire Dragon King”

Natsu: chuckles “actually according to Ignia, now I’ve got the title of Fire Dragon God since I beat him”

Selene: “which means you can have multiple mates~”

Natsu: rolls his eyes “technically yes but I’m not going to try and make a harem or something”

Revenant: snickers “I don’t think that’s your choice bro”

Natsu: “...shit”

Shorter chapter but I didn’t intend for it to be long in the first place, the next chapter will cover the tower of heaven and Natsu Vs Jellal which should be released on saturday the 5th. Maybe earlier depending on if I’m not lazy. I’ll be working on Eye for an Eye which you should read please…

I’m not much of a shipper when it comes to just Fairy Tail, I’d rather ship Natsu with other characters, but I thought I would go out of my comfort zone and add a bit of Natsu X Selene on top of the Natsu X HI3 girls. No other FT characters will be in this story though so sorry shippers.

So… I have over a hundred readers from nearly 30 countries reading this? Why? You know what? It’s not my place to judge what you all do in your pastimes, speaking of which, you all should read my other two fics, Eye for an Eye and Left Behind if you like me putting Natsu into dumb situations.

Thank you to everyone who has commented and supported this fic as well as my others, I mean that, while these fics were created because I was bored, I’m extremely happy they help other people also become less bored, so thank you.

This chapter is Natsu Vs Jellal, I’m not covering the entire tower of heaven arc because I’d like to enjoy my youth for a decent amount of time, anyway, enjoy

Revenant: “Alright, everyone ready for the next part of what we are watching?”

Everyone nodded signalling that they were ready

Revenant: “Okay, I’m going to explain part of what you are going to see so you don’t feel confused, if you do get confused despite this, feel free to ask me any questions, k?”

Everyone nodded again while Natsu was more focused on playing with Himeko and Selene’s hair

Revenant: “A long time ago a cult started to create a tower, called the R-system or Tower of Heaven to resurrect Zeref, the greatest and strongest dark wizard to ever live.” Natsu tensed up at the mention of Zeref with many noticing, but none wanted to make him feel uncomfortable.

Revenant: continues “the cult used people they kidnapped in order to build the tower, three of these kids were Erza Scarlet, Jellal Fernandez and Simon Mikazuki who will come into play later. Eventually these three along with many of the other prisoners incited a riot as a fight for their freedom, however Erza was the only one to escape the island. The rest under the leadership of Jellal who had been under the influence of magic managed to rally everyone in order to continue the project under the guise of ‘true freedom’.”

Natsu: snorts “their idea of freedom was screwed up from the start”

Himeko: tilts her head, curious “how so”

Natsu: “knowing me, I probably said something about it in what we are going to watch” which Revenant nods in confirmation at

Revenant: “In order to ‘revive’ Zeref, they needed a colossal amount of magic, and a body that was strong enough for Zeref, so they had that blue haired man you saw on the council use a large magical cannon called ‘the etherion cannon’ at the same time they kidnapped Erza and brought her back to the tower while Natsu, Lucy, Gray, and Happy went to rescue her (along with Juvia)”

Mei: Smiles “so a rescue mission?”

Natsu: nods “for me it was more like a revenge mission”

The others looked a bit confused by this

Revenant: “Natsu held a grudge against one of the members who shot him but apart from that he was there to save Erza”

Himeko: looks more concerned “you got shot?”

Natsu: shrugs “happens all the time”

Kevin: “you are far too casual for this”

Otto: ‘so extreme resilience is among his abilities’

Kira: “could you take a shot from our world’s weapons?”

Natsu: “probably”

Kira: “wanna test that?”

Natsu: “sure, why not”

Cecelia: “Kira, we shouldn’t shoot people”

Kira: pouts

Revenant: snickers “anyway, the video you are going to watch is right before the Jellal’s plans were about to be complete by sacrificing Erza”

Scene starts with Erza’s body getting absorbed into the Tower of Heaven

Erza: “JELLAL!” she shouts while nearly fully inside the ethernano crystals

Jellal: turns away, seemingly out of pity but as he looks back he sees Natsu pulling Erza out of the crystals

Susannah: “oh thank god, you got really close to this who revival thing”

Sparkle: “I do wonder what would’ve happened though~”

Vita: “probably nothing that would’ve benefited us”

Natsu: “Gotcha. Erza is a Fairy Tail Wizard, you can’t have her” he says fully removing her from the crystals

Erza: “Natsu…” she whispers

Natsu: smiles “sheesh, what are you doing? We need to get back and do some work or rent won't get paid this month, Lucy’s rent that is” he says while holding her in his lap

Erza: “sorry, I can’t move”

Natsu: grins and starts tickling her getting her to laugh

Ana: “I don’t think this is the time for that?”

Natsu: “Nah, it’s basically my job to make sure my friends smile”

Otto: “you still should’ve waited till after the fight”

Senadina: “I think it’s cute”

Rozaliya: “same”

Erza: after a bit “Natsu, you have to get as far from here as soon as you can”

Natsu: gets a more serious face “Not a chance, if you can’t beat him then I’ll do it for you”

Erza: “stop, he’s got an advantage, you don’t know that much about him”

Natsu: “So I can’t win unless I do?”

Erza: starts crying softly “please”

Kiana: “Natsu, beat that guy’s ass”

Natsu: “I plan to”

Selene: “you’re gonna go overboard again, huh?”

Natsu: “How is that even a question?”

Liliya: “who knows”

Natsu: stands up “Erza, I don’t know that much about you either, but I can win” he says and punches her in the gut, knocking her out

Jellal: who was standing there uncaring “you’re even more outrageous than the stories say. Had enough of hurting your friends so they can’t move?”

Natsu: “Erza… was crying… she had given up… her voice was shaking” he clenches his fist and ignites it “I don’t want Erza to be like that… Erza should be strong and ferocious… I want her to wake up from this nightmare and be her usual self” he said pissed off as the air around him starts to heat up “I will fight”

Jellal: “interesting, show me the power of a dragon slayer” he says calmly and makes a ‘come on’ gesture

Bianka: “this should be a fun fight to watch”

Sakura: getting ready to cover Rin’s eyes if needed

Mobius: “it will certainly help us learn more about dragon slayers…”

Natsu launches himself forwards towards Jellal slamming his fist into him, which Jellal blocks with his hand. Natsu twists his body and slams his foot coated in fire into Jellal’s face, launching him backwards. While Jellal is still in the air Natsu goes into a combo of fire coated punches

Natsu: “Fire Dragon’s Wing Attack!” he shouts while moving his arms in a slashing motion, hitting Jellal and keeping him in the air. Natsu then grabs the ground “and Fire Dragon’s Talon” he kicks Jellal into a pillar of Ethernano crystals, stunning him briefly “Fire Dragon’s Roar” he launches a wave of Fire which Jellal can’t block, creating an explosion.

Kalpas: “damn bro, you’re kicking his ass”

Natsu: shakes his head “no, look closer”

Sirin: “... still, for a human this is impressive”

Jellal: Takes off his now burned coat “are you serious? Natsu Dragneel, the son of Igneel. I wanted to taste the destructive power of a dragon slayer before I destroyed you, but this is pathetic”

Natsu: “Say what!” he yells while running up to Jellal again

Jellal: “how dare you interrupt the ceremony… I will use heavenly body magic to rip you apart” he says with a smirk and covers his body in the magic “Meteor” he says and takes flight, dodging all of Natsu’s attacks while hitting him with either punches or kicks, kicking Natsu to the ground.

HotE: “that’s a strange kind of magic”

Natsu: “yeah, I still have no idea how it works but it still pisses me off”

Fu Hua: “isn’t it a good idea to study your opponents during battle”

Natsu: “well, yes, but you can’t really study something you can’t sense”

Natsu: “damn it, he’s too fast” he mutters “I can’t follow him with my eyes… fine, I’ll use all my senses to beat him” he starts to use all of his senses “predict his movements… There” he coats his fist in fire and narrowly misses Jellal “what? He’s even faster now” 

Jellal: appears behind Natsu “your attacks will never hit me again” he said before rapidly punching Natsu in a combo “this is the end, I will show you true destructive magic” he floats up into the air “Be judged under the seven stars, seven stars blade, Grand Chariot” he fires multiple lasers of heavenly magic at Natsu destroying part of the tower uncaringly, leaving Natsu lying on the ground “that’s the power of falling meteors, I’m impressed your body is still intact. Perhaps I went too overboard… it would be dangerous to damage the R-System any more. The magical power is starting to leak out” he then looks at Erza “I must hurry, isn’t that right Erza?” 

Jellal starts walking over to Erza but notices Natsu throwing small fragments of the lacrima at him

Siegfried: “despite all of that damage to your body, you are still putting up a fight against him?”

Himeko: looks at Natsu sadly along with Elysia doing the same

Bronya: “Da Bronya is confused by your actions”

Natsu: struggling to move “so breaking this tower… no, Lacrima is bad huh?” he then grins “that’s shitty luck for you then” he says and punches the ground, splitting open part of the tower in one strike

Jellal: slightly panicked “Don’t!” 

Natsu: Now standing “breaking things just so happens to be a Fairy Tail wizards specialty” he ignites his hand again “I’m all fired up, more than I’ve ever been” he says with a grin

Jellal: reactivates his magic and looks pissed “you little brat, I’ll send you to hell regretting you ever stood up to me”

Natsu: snickers “one thing I know is that I can be real stubborn. If you are going to do it then give it your best shot!” he said with grin

Theresa: “you’re still injured, don’t get yourself killed by doing something stupid”

Bianka: “still, tear that tower down to the ground!”

Rita: “while I agree with her sentiment, you should be cautious”

Helia: nods “you are far too interesting to die yet”

Natsu: “thanks?”

Jellals starts firing more magic at Natsu who dodges each of the blasts with ease
Natsu: jumps into the air “bring it!” 

Jellal swipes his hand sending a wave of magic at Natsu, pushing him back and digging a trench in the tower, damaging it more and waking up Erza

Natsu: tanks the magic and dispels it before running at Jellal “what’s wrong? Is that all you’ve got? You're scared of breaking the tower so you’re holding back? That ain't gonna work on me!” he shouts while getting closer

Selene: “provoking him to use more power so the tower is destroyed faster? Or is there another reason?”

Natsu: “nah, I just wanted to annoy him”

Jellal: “You ain’t gonna talk big for so long brat!” he fires another magic shot at Natsu, sending him back

Natsu: Lands “Fire Dragon’s Brilliant Flame” he says jumping into the air and bringing down a massive ball of flames onto the tower destroying more of it before landing and grinning

Jellal: absolutely livid at this point “the… tower I spent 8 years constructing… How dare you!”

Kiana: “I’ll repeat, Kick his ass!”

Mei: “8 years just to see your creation getting destroyed, that’s gotta sting”

Bronya: “Da Bronya thinks that subject Jellal is going to do something extreme”

Natsu: snickers “what a shame… I told you, my specialty is destroying stuff”

Erza: looking at Natsu in shock ‘Natsu… he can barely even stand…’

Himeko: ‘pushing himself so much to protect her… would he do the same for me?’

Elysia: ‘... the power he gets from wanting to protect what’s important to him. It’s endearing to a degree’

Thelema: smirking “that fire in you… it’s attractive”

Jellal: “You won’t get away with it!” he shouts while creating a large magic circle, sending out a large amount of pressure

Natsu: covering his face with his arms “what is this pressure… it’s making me sick”

Erza: ‘the shadows are extending backwards to the light source… this magic is’

Jellal: “fall into the infinite darkness Dragon Slayer” he said while creating a large black sphere in the air

Otto: “what a strange magic, being able to affect other phenomena to such an extent”

Einstein: writing down notes “it looks like a black hole, not to mention warping light and air pressure’

Tesla: “if it is a black hole then this could get very bad very quick”

Welt: “that still doesn’t answer what his magic really is, as far as we know it could do something even more absurd”

Erza: walks in front of Natsu, ready to take the blast “will you kill be as well?” she says, shocking both Natsu and Jellal “You need a body to resurrect Zeref correct?”

Jellal: “yes, it’s a requirement that it has to be the body of a wizard around the strength of one of the ten wizard saints” he looks down “but at this point, it doesn’t have to be you anymore” he says, surprising Erza “die, both of you” he reactivates the magic

Natsu: “Erza, move!”

Erza: “I will protect you” she says with a smile

Natsu: “No, don’t!”

Jellal: “Heavenly body magic: Altairis!” he shouts before throwing the sphere which tears apart part of the tower but before it can hit Erza, Simon jumps in front of the attack and takes it. A couple seconds later he falls over on the edge of death.

Raven: covers Sora’s eyes, not wanting him so see this

Sakura: does the same with Rin, making sure she won’t see a corpse 

Natsu: “Simon… he was a real one”

Siegfried: along with the other boys “Indeed”

Simon: “Erza…”

Erza: “Simon!” she screams and runs over to him

Jellal: “still crawling around here, you worm”

Erza: “But why would you do this? why didn’t you escape?” she asks Simon

Simon: “I’m glad… that I… could be… of help… to you… at last” he struggles to say

Erza: “I understand, now no more talking” she says while crying

Simon: “you were always… so kind… so kind”

Erza: “Simon…

Simon: “I lov… ed you” he says before passing away in Erza’s arms… 

Theresa: “So that's why he did that. Sacrificing yourself to save someone you love”

Songque: “makes you think how you’d react to something like this happening in front of you”

Seele: “I can’t imagine that. Losing someone who loves you so dearly”

Jellal: starts laughing like a mad man “how pointless, how incredibly pointless. They call that throwing away your life for nothing. This doesn’t change a thing! Because there’s no way anyone is leaving this tower alive!” he shouts only to get punched by Natsu across the tower and into a crystal

Natsu: “shut up!” and as Jellal lands he coughs up saliva.

Kevin: “that’s gotta hurt a lot”

Kalpas: “yeah, it looked like it almost broke his jaw”

Siegfried: “where did he get that much power from and how did Jellal not notice?”

As Jellal regains his footing he sees Natsu start eating some of the crystals

Jellal: ‘this crazy bastard is eating etherion’ he thinks as Natsu absorbs some of the power, magic gathering around him in large quantities, so much so that even a simple punch shook the tower which Jellal dodged

Natsu: falls over and starts choking on the powers

Erza: “That's insane! The ethereon is fused with elements other than fire too!”

Selene: panicked “are you trying to get yourself killed!? We can’t eat elements other than our own!”

Himeko: “if that’s true then what the hell are you doing?”

Mei: “even if you do get a power boost you are being far too reckless”

Natsu: “worth it for what I did”

Jellal: “did you seriously think you could power up by eating an element other than fire? That’s the kind of thinking that will lead to your downfall” he says as Natsu continues struggling, only for Natsu’s entire body and the area around him to be coated in flames.

Scales start to cover Natsu’s face as the flames take on a draconic shape

Jellal: ‘he’s actually absorbing Ethereon?!’

Natsu: jumps forwards crashing his knee into Jellal’s chin before jumping off a pillar at Jellal “you’re the reason” he grabs Jellal’s neck and sends him through a floor of the tower “Erza was crying!” he says while sending him through another floor, and then another. “I made a promise to take care of Erza!”

Eden: “dragon scales covering his body? That’s actually pretty cool… and hot”

Vill-V: “quit being horny, but yes, it is extremely cool”

Felis: “is nobody gonna question how the world will survive if he comes to our world?”

Griseo: “I don’t think anyone wants to think about it”

HotE: “this power… it’s not quite on the level of a Herrscher in sheer power but the skill he uses it could easily make him a match for any of them…”

Kiana: “Wait, so you’re telling me even we’d struggle to fight with him?”

Fu Hua: “yeah, I mean just look at him, he has the power to melt everything with almost no effort, he could probably melt most of your attacks”

Himeko: “that sort of power even the Herrscher of fire doesn’t have…”

Everyone else is too surprised to say anything

Jellal: “you cocky bastard. Meteor” he says and uses the magic to escape Natsu’s grip. “You’ll never be able to catch me at these speeds!” Only for Natsu to start parkouring up the tower at insane speeds just to catch him, before Natsu ignites his feet, propelling himself up and punching Jellal in the gut sending both of them through the top of the tower

Jellal: “impossible! I can’t lose!” he shouts and kicks Natsu down “I’m making a kingdom of freedom. Zeref whispered to me in my pain and fear “do you desire true freedom” Zeref beckoned. Only I can sense Zeref, I am the chosen one. Zeref and I will create a true kingdom of Freedom!”

Cecelia: “I think there are some serious flaws in his logic for this kingdom of freedom”

Ana: “is the first one trusting the ghost of the most evil wizard to ever live”

Kallen: “probably, Natsu, can you beat it into his skull for us?”

Natsu: “yeah, that’s what I’m going to do”

Natsu: “And you’ll make it by taking away another's freedom!?” 

Jellal: “only ones with the will to change the world can make history!” he fires several blasts at Natsu, which he dodges “why can’t you understand this?” he creates a large magic circle in front of him

Erza: “Abyss Break? You plan to destroy the tower now as well?”

Jellal: “8 more years, no, this time I’ll finish it in 5… Zeref, wait for me.” he said, about to use the attack but flinches from an attack Erza hit him with earlier.

Kiana: “Now is the perfect time to strike! Hit him with everything you’ve got”

HoT: “crush the pest with all your strength!”

Mei: “I hate that I agree with her but do it”

Sirin: ‘these humans… they’re far beyond any of the ones we have in our world. How much would they shake up the balance if they came here?’

Natsu: ignites his feet and flies up to Jellal, coating himself fully in fire “you’ll never find freedom. There is no such thing as freedom for someone taken over by ghosts!” Natsu’s fire starts to take a more draconic shape again “Free yourself first Jellal!” he shouts and punches him straight through the entire tower from top to bottom.

Erza: ‘Is this Natsu’s true power? Is this a dragon slayer? He defeated Jellal… the battle I’ve been fighting for 8 years is finally over. Now everyone is truly free’ she thinks and catches Natsu as he passes out “you’re incredible… really”

Scene ends

Revenant: “that was the end of that scene, now, what did you think about it”

Natsu: “I feel the urge to punch Jellal just a bit, a nice little gut punch maybe…”

Revenant: “...okay? Anyone else”

Bianka: “I liked the fight, Natsu is really strong. I wanna fight him”

Kira: “same, but I don’t think we’d stand much of chance against him even in the past”

Kallen: “yeah, but was that really the power of a dragon?”

Wendy: “maybe, but I have a feeling this was only a fraction of his real strength”

Lantern: “Probably, there is no way Revenant would show us his real power this quick”

Himeko: “that power just makes him more attractive”

Thelema: “I agree, now I’m interested”

Elysia: “back off, he’s mine”

Himeko: “no, he’s mine!”

Thelema: “where’s the sign saying he is, huh?”

Kevin: “my brother is cooked”

Seigfried: “most definitely”

Kalpas: “amen”

Natsu: “Why does this keep happening to me?”

Selene: “you are too irresistible for your own good”

Natsu: groans annoyed

Revenant: “the next thing you will react to will be a bit more romantic than this”

Natsu: “I don’t remember anything like that?”

Revenant: “you are just painfully dense”

The girls who are interested in Natsu: ‘love rival?’

Chapter 2.5, Mini chapter

I wanted to cover this but I didn’t want to shove it into the second chapter because that would make it too long, so here it is.

You know, after rewatching this scene 8 years later, I can understand why people ship NaZa now.

While there are writers with far more talent than me, capable of writing stories that draw out your soul and push your emotions to the limit, there is no writer above me, when it comes to the severity of their brain damage.

Enjoy this shorter chapter guys.

Revenant: “alright, so the next thing we are going to cover happens immediately after the video you watched last. The amount of magic energy in the tower is going haywire without someone to control it”

Natsu: “ooh, so you are going to show them ‘that’ part of what happened too?”

Revenant: “yep”

Himeko: “which part?”

Natsu: shrugs “there was a specific event that went down immediately after the fight that caused a lot of drama at the guild, revolving around me and romance”

Elysia: looks a bit annoyed “how so?”

Natsu: “you’ll see” 

Revenant: “yep, so without further ado, let’s begin”

Scene starts with the Tower about to blow up

Erza: “if I can fuse with the Etherion, then can I control this power? Can I stop the explosion? I’ve got to take the chance” she says as she puts her hand on the crystals, which sinks in causing her a bit of pain “good, the lacrima is accepting me”

Natsu: wakes up to find what Erza is doing “Erza…”

Erza: “Natsu”

Natsu: “what are you doing? Erza… you’re putting yourself into the lacrima…” 

Otto: “That's a pretty big gamble, you don’t know if you can control it and if by the small chance a human can control that amount of power, there is no way the person would survive…”

Revenant: “at the time she felt like she had no other option”

Tesla: continues writing “protecting people you care about can make you do some pretty insane things”

Sirin: “Are humans normally like that?”

Revenant: “most don’t take it to this extent”

Erza: “this is the only way to stop the etherion”

Natsu: “stop? The etherion?”

Erza: “yes. Look around you. The tower will explode shortly as the etherion goes out of control, but if I can fuse with it, then I can suppress it”

Natsu: “what are you saying you idiot!? If you do that then you’ll…”

Raven: sadly “so those are the stakes”

Sakura: looks at Natsu, noticing how sad he looks so she gets up from her seat, walks over to him and hugs him from behind

Natsu: glances at her “thanks” he said gently before petting her ears

Sakura: nods while enjoying the sensation of her ears being petted

Selene, Himeko, Elysia and Thelema look the most jealous out of the girls now.

Erza starts to get absorbed more by the crystals

Erza: “don’t worry about it anymore! I’ll stop it for sure”

Natsu: “stop!”

At this point the entirety of her lower body is now inside the crystal while Natsu tries his best to get to her

Erza: “Natsu…” she reaches down and cups his cheek gently “I couldn’t have lived without Fairy Tail, a world without my friends is unthinkable. You are all just that important to me” she says as we see Lucy, Happy, Gray, Sho, Milliana and Wally

Natsu: “Erza…”

At this point, many of the people in the audience are getting emotional including some of the people who tend to be strong on the outside

HotE: “to go so far for your friends…” she mutters

Natsu: smiles softly “while I don’t like her sacrificing herself, I’m glad to know we are that important to her”

Erza: she smiles softly and lets go of him “if I can save everyone… then I will do it without hesitation. Even if it takes this body… so be it!” she says as she gets fully encased in the crystal

Natsu: “Erza!” he shouts while desperately banging on the crystal “Get out of there Erza!”

Erza: ‘Natsu, take care of everyone for me, because I will always be by your side’

Nobody knew what to say, all of them have seen people die before their eyes, but to see this level of trust, caring and love was almost unreal to them, the Herrschers especially so.

Bronya: “Da Bronya can’t understand this?”

Seele: “... I wonder if anyone would do that for me?” mutters but Natsu still hears her

Natsu: smiles “I’ll help you if you need”

Seele: looks confused “why though, we aren’t exactly friends?”

Natsu: “so? I still want to protect people even if I’m not that close to them” he says, smiling causing her to blush

Natsu: as Erza disappears fully into the crystal he cries and shouts “ERZA!” and the entire tower starts to release its power into the sky instead of exploding 

Erza starts seeing various visions of what could happen in the future, making her question if this was the right choice. She looks behind her only to see a hand trying to get to her… she blacks out… a little while later she wakes up in shallow waters at the beach.

Erza: “what happened. I’m… alive?” she says only now noticing Natsu holding her in a bridal carry ‘Natsu? You… saved me? He found me inside that vortex of magical energy? Incredible.’

HoT: “how is that possible, that much magic power, not only would it be hard to find anyone, but it’s near impossible to get out”

Natsu: “Time works differently in there, I spent a couple hours looking for her while only a couple minutes passed outside. As for how I escaped, I’m not sure”

Himeko: “that’s insanely reckless”

Natsu: “so? What’s new?”

Natsu: sets Erza down “we’re the same. We are all the same… Please, don’t do something like that again.”

Erza: “Natsu…”

Natsu: “Never again!” he says while shaking 

Erza: leans closer to him so their foreheads are touching “okay. Thank you… Natsu.” she says softly ‘that’s right, you don’t die for your friends, you live for them! Because that’s how you create a happy future!’

Scene ends

Natsu: smiles happily while everyone stares at him. The girls that are interested in him are slightly jealous that they haven’t gotten a sweet moment like that with Natsu yet, the girls who aren’t that interested in him thought it was cute while the boys thought it was cool.

Revenant: “Anyway, that was the end of the short thing I was going to show you, any thoughts you all would like to share?”

Himeko: looks at Natsu “are you naturally a chick magnet or is it only for specific girls?”

Elysia: “yeah, I want to know how much competition we have”

Selene: “Do I have to worry about Erza as competition?”

Thelema: “like what are the numbers?”

Natsu: confused “pardon?”

Girls: “give us the freaking answers”

Natsu: “you think I keep track of the amount of people that like me? I don’t even know the amount of people I’ve bathed with”

Girls: “you aren’t helping your case”

Natsu: “I’m unbelievably aware about that fact”

Natsu Vs Zancrow, Fire Dragon Slayer vs Fire God Slayer. Should be a fun one.

Revenant: “alright, this time you are going to be watching Natsu Vs Zancrow, and yes, I will give you a rundown of what happened before the fight so you aren’t clueless on what’s going on now”

Natsu: “That guy? Dude’s laugh was painfully annoying, you think he was tone deaf?”

Revenant: “there’s a good chance of that”

Kiana: “So are you gonna explain or what?”

Mei: “Kiana, quit being rude to him”

Kiana: “but Mei-Senpai, he’s being slow~”

Bronya: “the Bronya thinks subject Idiotka should shut up”

Kiana: “you shut it Bratnya!”

Before they could get in a fight Natsu bonked them gently with his fist, though because of his strength, this still created a crater in the ground

Natsu: looks at the crater “... I’m not saying sorry”

Kiana and Bronya groan in pain

Revenant: “ANYWAY, let’s get back to the main point of this, yes?”

Everyone: “get talking”

Revenant: sighs “why do I do this…” 

And much like the average male experience of “wow, this is the most hopeless, awful and downright soul crushing day of my entire life” and then snapping back to reality and saying “alright, I’m over it”

Revenant: “Okay, so wizards like valkyries are separated into classes. Once a year Fairy Tail holds a test called the S-Class Trial for A-Class wizards, where the winning wizard gets promoted. Despite how much power Natsu has, he’s still considered A-class because he hasn’t passed the trail”

Natsu: “oh, didn’t you hear? For completing the 100-Year quest, I got promoted to S-Class” 

Revenant: “Really? At this point I thought you never would despite being able to beat almost every S-Class wizard in the world in a fight”

Natsu: “it really kinda was BS how I didn’t get promoted earlier huh?”

Revenant: “yeah…” he said thoughtfully “Anyway, the S class trials were happening meaning 8 mages including Natsu were selected to participate, they could bring a partner, and apart from them, the 3 S-class members and master were also there on a secluded island. During the trial they were attacked by the Dark Guild Grimoire heart who were looking for Zeref”

Fu Hua: “Zeref again? I know he’s the greatest dark mage to ever live but why are so many people obsessed with him”

Natsu: “they treat him like some sort of god when in reality he was just a guy who wanted to die so he could stop hurting others”

Theresa: looks at Natsu “... have you dealt with Zeref before?”

Natsu: hesitantly nods and looks at Revenant “I encountered him while he was on the island, that’s all I will say…”

Revenant: nods “he’ll be important later but for now let’s just leave it at that” 

Theresa: “alright..?”

Revenant: “let’s begin then”

Scene start

Natsu: was staring down a blond man with red eyes, Zancrow

Zancrow: smirking “is that really all the power you need to slay dragons?” he said in a mocking tone “Come at me seriously”

Natsu: grinning angrily “you’re a real pest and my body has finally gotten warmed up. The real fight starts now”

Elysia: covers her ears annoyed “I can see what you mean when you said you hate his laugh”

Ana: "Definitely not the most pleasant sounds I’ve heard

Bronya: “the Bronya thinks she’s heard Subject Kiana play guitar that sounds better”

Kiana: “yeah… HEY WAIT YOU-”

She was cut off with another bonk from Natsu

Kiana: pouts while looking at Natsu, only for her eyes to drift lower to his abs, and then lower… and she got bonked again, this time by Himeko

Himeko: “no horny”

A group of cats was on the sidelines watching along with a blue haired girl, Wendy.

Happy: “Natsu’s got this, he hates to lose!”

Carla: “yes but his attacks aren’t doing anything”

Lily: “he said he was a god slayer or something… are there guys like him all around?”

Zancrow: “oh yeah, I forgot to give you my name, I am from Grimoire heart, one of the Seven Kin of Purgatory, Zancrown the God Slayer”

Natsu: “Natsu, Fire Dragon Slayer of Fairy Tail”

Sirin: “God slayer?”

Revenant: “magic that is said to be able to kill gods, so far the most I’ve seen it do was hurt one though”

HotE: “still, hurting one is impressive”

Natsu: remembering how he one-shotted one of the 18 war gods Ikusa-Tsunagi, not to mention one V one-ing four different dragon gods and winning “huh…” nobody seemed to notice (before someone corrects me, this is an AU from the original story which will become clearer during later chapters)

Zancrow: laughs “yeah, your rampages are famous even among the Balam alliance, but trust me, those guys Jellal and Zero, are nothing more than bugs compared to me”

Lily: “Baram alliance?”

Happy: “it’s the most powerful organization of dark guilds, with the three big ones being Oracion Seis, Grimoire Heart and Tartaros”

Wendy: “but the allied guilds have already taken down the Oracion Seis…”

Wendy: “she has the same name as me…”

Natsu: smiles at her “there’s actually quite a lot similar between you two, the most obvious ones being you both have wind powers and you are both adorable”

Wendy: blushes but smiles back at him “thank you”

Natsu: “no problem”

Selene: “...you have a strange amount of luck with women”

Natsu: “...”

Natsu: cracking his knuckles “god slayer my ass” he says before coating his hands in fire and rushing at Zancrow. “So you were taught by a god, huh?” he says, as they kick each other, resulting in a stalemate

Zancrow: “of you were to call master Hades a god then yes, I got my magic from a god”

Natsu: “sounds like you just got it from a human to me. Well I was taught by a real dragon” he coats his body in fire

Rozaliya: “I’m still amazed by how cool that sounds”

Natsu: “Igneel was pretty cool”

Rozaliya: “you should tell me some stories about him later”

Natsu: Grins “sure”

Zancrow: “dragons? The scaly flying things” holds up a chubby gecko “so like this thing’s cousin?”

Natsu: “Igneel isn’t a gecko!”

Wendy: “Neither is Grandine!”

Siegfried: “Why is that gecko so big though?” he asked

Otto: shrugs “might be because of the magic or something”

Natsu: “nah, most of the time they are normal sized, that one is just weirdly large”

Kevin: “Nobody gonna question where he got the thing from?” 

Kalpas: “it did kind of just pop out of nowhere” he pointed out

Welt: “one of the great mysteries of our generation…” he said with intrigue

Zancrow: “shut up, I’ll get to you next once I kill this guy” 

Natsu: drops and kicks Zancrow, which he blocks with little effort

Zancrow: “Fire god’s breathe” he launches a wave of fire at Natsu

Natsu: “Fire Dragon’s brilliant flame” does the same as Zancrow despite this, Natsu gets pushed back

Wendy: “the powers of a dragon and a god colliding…” 

Natsu: “yo Revenant, did I kill Zancrow or just knock him out?”

Revenant: shrugs “fuck if I know”

Natsu: “don’t you keep track of these things

Revenant: “yeah,  but I’m also lazy”

Natsu: nods calmly “understandable”

Natsu: “Fire Dragon’s Roar” he shouts and fires the attack

Zancrow: “Gods were the ones that gave creatures fire, not humans or dragons” he says and eats Natsu’s fire

Natsu: “prick”

Zancrow: “Fire God’s Bellow” he shouts, the resulting explosion launching Natsu away”

Bianka: “I kinda want to fight that guy now, if he can beat Natsu so easily”

Natsu: didn’t comment because he knows what happens later

Rita: “do I need to keep you on a tighter leash Bianka”

Bianka: shakes he head rapidly

Scene change, a couple minutes after the fight, Natsu is standing by Makarov who can’t move while Zancrow appears again.

Zancrow: with the same smirk “got beaten by master Hades, isn’t that right Makarov”

Natsu: starts shaking which is believed to be out of fear

Makarov: “Enough Natsu, escape”

Zancrow: “how pathetic, you’re afraid”

Raven: looks down at Sora “see? It’s only natural to have fears”

Sora: nods but continues watching “seeing someone so strong with the ability to fear…”

Natsu: “fear is a part of being human, it can make you stronger too”

Natsu: coats his body in flames again “that’s not it… it’s true that this is fear, but it’s not the kind that makes me scared of you”

Zancrow: “Huh?”

Natsu: clenches his teeth “the shaking is me being afraid that the one who hurt gramps gets wiped out by someone other than me… Master Hades, you will be crushed by my hands! I will never let you get away!”

Zancrow: “beat master Hades? That’s so funny I’m not even laughing”

HoS: “so is this gonna be a round 2 or are you continuing the original fight”

Revenant: “just count it as a continuation” 

Kira: “make sure to beat his ass Natsu”

Natsu: punches Zancrow launching him back

Zancrow: “I told you, that doesn’t hurt”

Natsu: rushes forwards and kicks him, to which he blocks

Zancrow: “there’s a difference between the flames of a dragon and the flames of a god. God’s flames don’t burn, they are wrath incarnate, destroying everything in their path” he said, creating a scythe out of fire and slashing at Natsu who managed to get out of the way, however Zancrow still cut down several trees with the slash”

Natsu: sends on of the trunks of the trees flying at Zancrow but he destroys it and punches Natsu in the gut

Seele: looks at Natsu worried

HoT: “I know you struggled against Jellal but at least you had a plan, what is your plan here?”

Natsu: “planning requires thinking, and thinking is for fucking nerds”

Revenant: snorts “despite you saying that, you aren’t nearly half as dumb as you want people to believe you are”

Natsu: shushes him

Zancrow: creates jaws out of fire “gods flames love to devour wizards. Fire God’s Last Supper” he shouts and traps Natsu in his flames “the only thing that will escape are your ashes!”

Makarov: Enlarges his hand and grabs Zancrow “continue hurting him and I will crush you alive”

Zancrow: “So you still got fight in you eh?” he ignites himself “let me go or your arm is gonna be gone”

Makarov: Squeezes harder

Revenant: whispers to Natsu “for example, what you are about to do in a short while”

Natsu: whispers back “you don’t have to be that smart to figure out what I was going to do”

Revenant:  whispers again “yeah, but you still had to think in order to have the idea to do that”

Natsu: shushes him again

Natsu: uses his flames around himself

Zancrow: “So who will win, Dragon, God or Human?”

Natsu: his flames suddenly go out

Sparkle: while playing with a mask “there is no way he doesn’t have another trick” she said with a smile

Vita: watches Natsu argue while whispering with Revenant “I have a feeling you are right about that”

The others are more worried about Natsu, except Selene, she got too comfy and fell asleep on Natsu without him knowing.

Zancrow: “so the dragon goes down first” he says but Natsu starts eating his flames “how are you eating the flames of a god!?”

Makarov: ‘he used all his magic, so he could absorb a god’s flames’

Natsu: wipes his mouth “I guess some flames need a trick to eat”

Makarov: ‘that’s more than a trick, doing that normally is suicide!’ he throws  Zancrow “are you trying to kill yourself Natsu!”

Natsu: covers one of his hands in god flames and the other in dragon flames “I have no plan on dying. I’m not going to let anyone die. We’re all going home. To Fairy Tail” 

Mei: “does this mean you have to power to kill a god now” she asks Natsu, breaking him out of his argument

Natsu: scratches his head “I mean, sort of? I couldn’t really use God Slayer flames up until recently but I do still have the ability to do damage to gods which I’m guessing was my body evolving to work with the magic”

Sirin: “you’ve fought with gods before?” she asks to which he just nodded

Bianka: “when did you fight one? Was it strong? Did you kill it?”

Natsu: flatly “soon, yes, yes” 

Zancrow: “huh?”

Natsu: “come together flames of a dragon and flames of a god” he jumps up in front of Zancrow “Dragon God’s brilliant flame” he shouts, combining both spells and one-shotting Zancrow

Makarov: “he did it…”

Scene ends

Revenant: “alright, that was the end, what did you think of it?”

Everyone gave a positive response except Selene who was still asleep, Natsu who lived through it, Himeko who was staring at Selene annoyed and Sirin who was still confused on how a human can damage a god so she didn’t process the question.

Natsu: glances at Sirin before reaching over and poking her nose

Sirin: blushes and swats his hand away “watch it human”

HoS: “...you just blushed…”

Sirin: blushing more “shut up!”

Selene: wakes up and speaks in a sleepy voice “as I said, you have weirdly good luck with women” she nuzzles closer to Natsu, wrapping her arms around his waist and falling back asleep

Natsu: smiles and rubs her back

The others smile too, even some of the jealous girls.

Chapter 3.5

This one is gonna be a bit different, actually if you can’t tell, all of the .5 chapters are different from the main chapters.

Unlike all of the other chapters before this, this is gonna be reacting to Natsu in the actual HI3 world.

All of this would happen post 100-year quest

IMPORTANT NOTE: probably should’ve said this in the first chapter but I have nothing against lesbians. Like whoever you want to like, be whoever you want to be, I won't judge. That being said, Kiana will be bisexual if you couldn’t already tell.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTE: are you all happy with my upload schedule? I feel like I’m slow but compared to other writers who take like two weeks to upload, I’m not slow, but still… either way it’s gonna slow down once school starts again (yes, I am in high school but I’m not gonna specify grade/age)

Revenant: “alright, this video is gonna be a bit different from the previous ones”

Natsu: “you gonna show something embarrassing?”

Revenant: blankly “yep, but not embarrassing for you”

Natsu: smirking “elaborate”

Revenant: gestures to Himeko who stiffens

Himeko: cautiously “hey… what do you mean by that?”

Revenant: smirks like Natsu “just know this one is going to be fun for everyone except probably you, or maybe it will be for you, not sure”

Selene: wakes up again “what’s going on?”

Elysia: confused “you gonna show baby photos or something?”

Revenant: snorts “hell no, I have something way more entertaining”

Sirin: “That being?”

Revenant: “this takes place in an alternate future, but let’s start now”

Scene start

Natsu: he was in the fairy tail Guild Hall on the second floor staring at the S-Class jobs, after completing the 100-Year Quest, he along with Gray were promoted to S-Class while Lucy and Wendy were now A-Class.

Natsu: sighs “man… nothing looks interesting…” he muttered before noticing how one of the requests seemed to cover up another, Natsu moved it out of the way and looked at the writing “isn’t this the same freaky language that made me trade bodies with Loki?” He grinned, while switching with Loki wasn’t necessarily fun, it was entertaining, and that was what Natsu wanted right now. He started reading out loud what the text said in the hopes of something interesting happening.

HoT: raises an eyebrow “really? You were bored so you were going to do something that could have unforeseen consequences”

Natsu: snorts “I’m pretty sure I’ve made clear how I feel about thinking and it’s connection to being a nerd”

Theresa: giggles “still, it’s quite reckless”

Natsu: shrugs “well, we just got back from the longest, and hardest quest we’ve ever done, not to mention I met a friend who I was forced to forget about” gestures to Selene (lore will be explained in a later chapter, remember this is an AU) “so it’s only natural I’d get bored quick when nothing happens after”

The boys: “real”

Natsu: his body started glowing as the other guild members started to notice, and the next second, he was gone

In a different universe

Natsu: wakes up to find himself in a park of a bustling futuristic city (at least to him) he looked around blankly “... well, guess I’m here now…” he said, he would’ve liked to freak out, but if this was anything like an Edolas or Elentear situation, he’d rather not be labeled a weirdo in a new world quite yet. Speaking of weird, he looked down at his clothes, he wasn’t wearing his usual get up, it seems the teleportation changed his clothes too.

His outfit was a tight maroon tank-top with a black open coat that had gold trimmings and a gold lining, he had his scarf still wrapped around his neck, apart from that he had black sweatpants, with a brown belt keeping them up and black tennis shoes. Natsu preferred his other get-up but this one could pass as semi-formal and wasn’t uncomfortable.

Every single woman: “smash”

Siegfried: looks at Cecelia in shock “WHAT!?”

Cecelia: in a completely calm voice “just saying, if I didn’t have you then he would be a good second option” 

Siegfried: still shocked “is that meant to help!?”

Elysia: giggles “Natsu’s even got married women gunning for him~”

Natsu: facepalms “don’t remind me”

Then a wallet dropped onto his lap along with another item. He looked around but saw nobody nearby, so he looked inside the wallet which had a credit card, ID and a note which Natsu opened “Hello Natsu Dragneel, I am Revenant, the being which posted this request. Inside of the wallet you will find a card which has all of your money that was in jewels in this world’s currency, apart from that there is an Identification card. The other object is a phone, which can be used for communication and other things. I also took the liberty of making all your clothes out of synthetic version of dragon scales so they won’t be damaged as easily. Anyway, the request itself is simple: save the world. Good luck - Revenant”

Natsu: stares at it blankly “...dick”

Revenant: looks at Natsu with mock offense “well fuck you too”

Natsu: snorts “I already have plenty of people trying to do that dumbass”

Revenant: flips Natsu off which Natsu responds with the same

Selene: giggles “well, at least he gave you some things to help you in the future”

Natsu: “yeah, but he could’ve at least told me in person”

Revenant: sarcastically “well I’m sorry”

Natsu: lights his veil on fire

Revenant: violently screeching and putting the fire out

A short while later

Natsu: After walking around the city exploring for the better part of a day, Natsu decided to go into a restaurant because he was hungry from not having eaten in 8ish hours, no, he didn’t notice how fancy it was. Due to his draconic hearing he overheard something while walking in and noticed a beautiful crimson haired woman with amber wearing a red and gold dress sitting at a table and talking to a waitress.

The Waitress: in an apologetic tone “miss, your date hasn’t gotten here and you’ve been waiting for an hour…”  

The Woman: trying to sound confident but clearly upset “he’s probably just late”

The Waitress: “an hour late? I’m sorry but I don’t think that’s likely” she said, other people were starting to look at the woman with some empathy

Himeko: hugging her knees to her chest “what a terrible first impression…”

Natsu: rolls his eyes “compared to all the people who have tried to kill me the second they saw  me, you’re fine”

Himeko: cheers up a little “thanks”

The boys: “get a fucking room!”

Natsu: “fuck off!”

The Woman: looks down, saddened. She was getting ready to leave when Natsu decided to step in

Natsu: walks over and sits down opposite of the woman before speaking in a loud but not obnoxious voice “sorry I’m late, my brother had me drive him back from the airport, we didn’t expect traffic to be that much of a nightmare coming into the city”

Natsu: lowers his voice so only the woman can hear “what’s up? I’m Natsu, whoever ditched you is a dick”

The Woman: looks at Natsu in surprise ‘do I play along? He’s trying to help me… and he’s cute’ she took a deep breath and smiled at Natsu also speaking in a clear voice. “thanks for showing up, I was getting worried. And yeah, traffic gets like that at this time of day, I should’ve told you to take the northern exit” she also lowered her voice “I’m Himeko, thank you so much, this was getting embarrassing”

Natsu: looks at Himeko with his signature smile “cute name, and no problem”

Himeko: smiles wider “thank you Natsu”

HoS: “maybe Selene was right, you do have insane luck with women”

HoT: scoffs “says the one staring at Natsu with heart eyes”

HoS: purrs “I can like what I see and comment at the same time”

Everyone- a couple “pervert”

HoS: “I can make this situation infinitely more uncomfortable for everyone here”

Natsu: “you try anything with me and I will incinerate you”

HoS: pouts

Natsu: flatly “that look isn’t gonna work on me”

Selene: “that’s not true, you fall for it, it just takes some time”

Natsu: bonks Selene 

The two ordered and talked for a while, getting to know one another, Natsu did make sure to avoid mentioning things about magic, other monsters or things that he didn’t see in this world. They ate (with Natsu being surprisingly clean), Himeko was having an amazing time and Natsu liked seeing her happy, and then the Hyperion dropped by.

Himeko: sighs, pissed off. She was about to turn to Natsu to knock him out but he vanished, all that was left was a cloud of ashes “what the- ah, it doesn’t matter, why did you interrupt my date with that hunk?” she said to one of the women who came out and gave her a coat

Himeko: angrily “I’m gonna kill her when we get back home”

Bianka: “you say that every time you can’t land a date, which is all the time”

Himeko: “like you are any better, the strongest valkyrie can’t get a boyfriend”

Bianka: defensive “I can, I’m just waiting for the right one”

Elysia: “aren’t we all?”

Seele: nods while looking at Natsu

Kiana: “you all are hopeless, you need to go after the one you love”

Bronya: “subject Kiana, how many times has that worked for you?”

Kiana: “shut it”

The Woman: “Does that really matter? A honkai outbreak happened in Nagazora, similar to the one 14 years ago” she said as she along with Himeko and several other women went into the Hyperion.

Natsu: meanwhile, he had dipped using a spell to turn his body into ashes the second he sensed an annoyance, before reappearing a short distance away, just within his hearing range “...Honkai? Sounds fun” he muttered, using Enhancement he modified his senses so he wouldn’t get motionsick and hitched a ride on the Hyperion.

Natsu: “me for real”

Otto: “that is you”

Natsu: “I know, that’s why I said it”

Otto: confused

Natsu: “this is why you are single” he says while flashing a wink at Kallen

Kallen: blushes a bit

Natsu: grins “yeah, sorry bro but I’m gonna score even if you try being goalie”

A couple minutes later

Natsu: he had been chilling on the Hyperion, being careful not to trip any sensors when he felt a large power source, he’d say it’s a couple stages below the spriggan twelve but it could still be fun to fight, he enhanced his vision to see the threat "interesting… a purple-haired chick holding a white-haired chick… looks like the power is coming from purple” he muttered unbothered.

Natsu: watches as Himeko leaves the Hyperion in some sort of suit intent on fighting the purple chick. The purple girl firing a beam of lightning which Himeko managed to block. Natsu grinned “talk about a feast, but still that’s only about half of what Laxus can do when motivated… speaking of him, might as well use lightning flame dragon mode again” he muttered.

HoT: “since when could you use lightning?”

Revenant: “you’ll find out why in the next video I have you watch”

Mei: “lightning and fire is an interesting combination”

Sparkle: “sounds like destruction waiting to happen~”

Natsu: “uh, have you met me?”

Sparkle: smiles and wraps her arms around Natsu’s neck “of course, but we can still get closer~”

Himeko, Elysia, Thelema, and the some of the other girls glare at her

Selene: teleports her back to her seat with her magic “he’s mine”

Revenant: uses magic to seal all the girls mouths so they can’t talk “yeah, we aren’t listening to you all argue”

Purple girl: “I shall reduce you to ashes” she said, firing another beam, Himeko was getting ready to block despite the Nexus System being fully overloaded, but to their shock, the lightning was redirected to behind her before being absorbed by something, the smoke clears revealing a pink-haired man grinning

Natsu: “cooking people is my schtick, find a different one”

HoT: muffled protesting

Kevin: “gotta agree with Natsu, he does it better than you”

Welt: “yeah, just from the little amount we’ve seen, he’s cooked more people”

HoT: more muffled arguing

Natsu: wipes his mouth with a grin “hey now, I can’t have a second date with you if you take yourself out doin’ something stupid”

Himeko: looks at Natsu in shock “what happened!? Why are you here!? What did you do!?”

Natsu: chuckles “let’s not worry about that now, hey?” Natsu said before looking at the purple haired girl “nice to meet you, but I’m afraid your times up” he said and vanished in a flash of lightning, only to axe kick her, knocking the white haired girl out of her arms and catching her “time for the real fun” he sets the white haired girl down next to Himeko

Kalpas: “jesus dude, you hit like a armored train”

Natsu: “Really? I didn’t even use magic to attack that time”

Welt: slightly shocked “that was just raw strength?”

Revenant: “you’d be surprised by how incredibly busted Natsu’s strength really is, I’ve seen him pick up cruise ships with one arm while slapping the shit out of a leviathan”

Kevin: “you serious?”

Revenant: “yeah”

everyone - Natsu, Revenant and Selene: ‘what the hell is that guy?’

Himeko: still shocked “wha- I- fuck it, I’ll rely on you since this suit is worthless right now” she said, getting out of it, leaving her almost completely nude.

Natsu: looks at her blankly before tossing his jacket at her “really? Is the flashing a necessary part of the suit?”

Himeko: turns a bit red and catches the jacket, putting it on “I can’t control how the suit is meant to be worn!” she says, noticeably staring at Natsu now that his coat’s off.

Revenant: dispels the magic he has covering the girls mouths

Himeko: panicked “YOU’RE TELLING ME HE’S ALREADY SEEN ME NAKED!?!”

Theresa: “how can he stay that calm?”

The  boys- Natsu: “nah, like how”

Natsu: “you don’t want to know”

Natsu: rolls his eyes and watches the purple haired girl recover from the kick “took longer than I thought but who cares, let’s start”

Purple girl: attempts to slash Natsu with her sword at lightning speeds but he just dodges, she does it again but the same thing happens. Despite this she keeps trying

Natsu: dodging without trying that hard “you’re not bad but still nowhere near the level of my friends like Erza and Suzaku” he says flatly before catching the sword with his bare hands. “Still from someone who claims to be a god or something, this is sad” 

Sirin: annoyed “HoT, what is this performance?”

HoT: also annoyed “don’t blame me, I didn’t have my full power”

HoS: grinning “still, a human who can outspeed a Herrscher so easily, that just makes him hotter”

HotE: nodding along with what HoS before realizing what she just agreed to “...shit”

Purple girl: looks infuriated and tries to rip the sword out of Natsu’s grasp “you won’t be like this for too long human” she spat

Natsu: grins “how about this, if you can stay conscious after this I’ll take back what I said” he said, grabbing her and holding her in place

Purple girl: starts desperately struggling against Natsu’s grip.

Natsu: “that moment of hesitation was the end” he activated his magic, setting his arm ablaze and coating it with lightning “LIGHTNING FLAME DRAGON KING’S FIRING HAMMER” he shouted, punching the purple girl in the gut and creating an explosion powerful enough to send the Hyperion flying back

Shushang: terrified “guess he wasn’t lying about his power”

Revenant: unbothered “this is nowhere close to his max power”

Einstein: “I’m sorry, you’re telling me what?”

Revenant: “what you just saw was only his base form, not even close to full power”

Himeko: “... he’s got a point, he didn’t use dragon force or anything”

Bianka: actually slightly concerned for once “that’s insane”

Natsu: dispels his magic once he feels the girl’s powers calm down and sees her unconscious before laying her down

Himeko: stuttering in shock “w-w-w-wh-what the hell was that!?!” she screeched, making Natsu cover his ears 

Natsu: in an annoyed tone “damn woman, I was just making sure you wouldn’t die” he said before tossing her a piece of paper.

Himeko: takes it “what is this”

Natsu: smirks “I did say i wanted a second date” he says before jumping off the hyperion “I’ll be gone for a couple days so don’t be surprised if I don’t pick up” he shouts and disappears in a cloud of ashes

Himeko: flustered while the white haired girl was awake but just barely for the ending part of the fight.

End scene

Revenant: “alright, questions, concerns or anything else?”

Himeko: looks like she wants to crawl in a hole never to be seen “how could I fold so easily?”

Elysia: patting her shoulder “don’t worry, now you only have to try harder compared to the other girls”

Himeko: annoyed “I bet your first interaction with him will be infinitely worse”

Revenant: snickering “actually, out of all of you, that might be the best first impression anyone gave Natsu”

The girls: “I’m sorry, WHAT?”

Natsu: rubbing his temples “god, we’re all cooked”

Chapter 3.5 end

I’ll be real, I’m probably never going to do a chapter like this again. HI3 lore is far too confusing for my smooth brain which is already filled with Fairy Tail, Destiny and Pokemon lore. I did want to include one chapter of Natsu’s arrival so this is it. For other .5 chapters I’m just gonna do something far more basic.

If it leaks to my friend group that I’ve written fanfics, I’d probably die of embarrassment, like I’m more comfortable sharing that I loved my little pony when I was 6 than I am of sharing this… crazy how only a year or two later I would start watching Fairy Tail.

Chapter 4

Sorry I haven’t posted in a bit, I was busy getting back into Destiny 2, as well as some sports I used to play. Not to mention I was also working on Left Behind and recently I went to Rockfest in which I had a blast.

Quick question though: What do you all think of my OC, Revenant? I’ve only made a couple OCs before but he’s the one I’ve spent the most time on. Good? Bad? Anything else?

IMPORTANT NOTE: so… the actual fight was too short for this to be a decent chapter (Ex: Natsu Vs Jellal was ~30 minutes, Natsu Vs Zancrow was ~18 minutes, this one is like 8 minutes), so I am gonna throw my own spin on it

Revenant: “before you all freak out over your horrible first impressions, let's move on to explaining how Natsu got to be able to use the lightning element” he said in an annoyed tone

Elysia: crying in a corner while shaking

Revenant: confused “what happened to her”

Theresa: sighs “she got upset because she thinks she ruined her chances… also” she gestures to Natsu and Himeko

Himeko: sitting next to a sleeping Selene while feeding Natsu some of her flames, which he enjoys

Natsu: notices Elysia in the corner and tilts his head confused before grinning. He stands up carefully as to not wake Selene, then walks over to Elysia, wraps his arms around her waist and lifts her off her feet, getting her to squeal and blush when she realizes who did it “C’mon Ely, I’m sure our first encounter wasn’t that bad~” 

Revenant: “it was, you had to 1 v 13 all of the flame-chasers because they thought you were an agent for a Herrscher which led to half of the sahara desert turning into a molten crater… not to mention after the fight, none of them could move for like a month” he said unbothered, causing Elysia to go back to her mental breakdown

Eden: “I’m sorry, what?”

Revenant: flatly “you all got treated like glorified punching bags, lots of fire but on the bright side, all the ash on the ground led to the desert being slightly more fertile than it was beforehand”

Kevin: shocked “HOW? I get he’s insanely strong but all 13 of us got beaten?” 

(A/N: I know I don’t need to explain but let me do it anyway, Herrschers, at least to my understanding, have absolute control over their element, and one of which managed to destroy nearly all of the MANTIS, however E.N.D and by extension, Natsu was created to kill Zeref, an immortal, someone who can under no circumstances die. Meaning Natsu, in order to kill Zeref, has to have the ability to defy the absolute, and thus can beat even beings who seem like gods despite seeming unbeatable… on a side note, his flames can literally burn through spacetime and destroy Chronos, he’s basically a fucking god at this point so yes, he can destroy all of the Flame-Chasers)

Sakura: “even with the power he displayed against the HoT, we should still be able to beat him”

Vill-V: “not to mention, since this is in the future, we should be even stronger at this point…”

Natsu: confused “I do have stronger modes than the one I showed off”

Elysia: stops her breakdown “how much stronger?” she says concerned

Natsu: about to list off some modes

Revenant: cuts him off before he can start “don’t, we’ll get to them all eventually, spoiling things now would ruin things”

All of the HI3 characters: look at Revenant annoyed

Revenant: rolls his eyes “I haven’t even gotten to explaining what you are going to be watching”

Natsu: drags Elysia back to his seat so she’ll stop whining 

Revenant: watches, now amused “m’kay, so this event happens an hour or so after Natsu beats the Fire God Slayer. The other members of Fairy Tail managed to defeat the other Seven Kin of Purgatory and are now going after the leader of the dark guild Grimoire Heart, Hades” he explains before pausing to make sure everyone is following “Natsu along with 4 other guild members, Erza, Gray, Lucy and Wendy go against Hades and that fight is the one we are going to watch”

Kalpas: musing “naming yourself after a god, is he an edgelord?”

Natsu: nods “that and a dumbass”

Selene: wakes up again and gets comfy

Revenant: “yeah, he wasn’t exactly the smartest, but lets start”

Scene starts

Natsu, Gray, Erza, Wendy and Lucy are all staring down the master of the dark guild, Grimoire Heart, Hades or Precht.

Natsu starts off the fight by sending a wave of fire at Hades which he blocks without much effort. However once the smoke clears Erza, along with Gray attack him with their Black Wing armor: Moon Flash and Ice Make: Cold Excalibur respectively, sending Hades back before he gets hit by a Sky Dragon’s Roar from Wendy.

Theresa: “you five work phenomenally well together” she comments

Natsu: shrugs “back at Fairy Tail, we were a part of the same team, Team Natsu”

Theresa: “Why was it named after you?”

Natsu: confused “I don’t actually know…”

Welt: “So people just randomly decided that the team should be named after you?”

Revenant: “I’m not fully confident, but I think it’s because Natsu was technically the first member of the team, and they didn’t bother thinking of a different name”

Theresa: “well I guess that makes more sense”

Hades swipes his hand, clearing the dust only for Taurus’s axe to come crashing down onto him. He jumps back, dodging the axe but his wrist gets caught in Lucy’s whip, trapping him while Erza and Gray attack again. Slashing Hades across the chest, face and arms but to their shock, doing nothing.

Bianka: “that guy’s defenses are insane, but on a different note, how are his clothes still intact? Shouldn’t they be shredded?”

Rita: “might be a new kind of fabric or something”

Shushang: “Nah, I think that guy might just be cheating”

Ana: confused “cheating?” 

Liliya: “I’d just ignore her…” she said blankly

Shushang: offended “rude”

Hades: uses bullet magic to knock everyone back before grinning “so the little fairies have managed to take down my soldiers? It was quite shocking if I’m being honest. But now it’s time for a demon to play with you brats” he says and starts using his chain magic, wrapping the chains around Lucy and Wendy

Erza cuts the chains releasing the two while Natsu runs up to Hades, hitting him with a Fire Dragon’s iron fist, knocking him back before Natsu rushed forward, grabbing Hades’s long hair, pulling his head forward and sending his flaming knee into Hades’s face

Hades grabs Natsu’s legs and slams him into the ground, creating a crater while Gray comes up behind Hades, slashing downward which Hades dodges by jumping forward.

Kalpas: “How is that old guy so fast? I’m physically in my mid twenties and when I move weirdly I want to die, this guy can jump around like a kid without straining his body in the slightest, that’s some bullshit” he says annoyed

All of the ‘developed’ women cringe, feeling a sudden jolt of back pain

Welt: “this needs to be studied”

Revenant: “real, how have humans gone from being able to outrun most if not all mammals to tearing a ligament when you twist your wrist too fast”

Welt: “Einstein, Tesla, I want an 18 page essay on my desk by tuesday”

Natsu: “it’s tuesday currently…”

Welt: “yeah, and?”

Natsu: “fair point”

Wendy: casts Arms, Armor and Vernier on Natsu, Gray, Erza and Lucy

Erza swaps her armor to her Purgatory armor, sending a slashing wave at Hades which he blocks with his chains.

Natsu and Gray appear behind Hades, the latter using Ice Make: Hammer to launch the former at Hades while using Fire Dragon’s Wing Attack, knocking Hades off his feet only to get hit by a Sand Buster from Scorpio who Lucy summoned

Lucy: while looking at the dust “did that do it?”

Erza: shakes her head “no, he wouldn’t go down that easily”

Lucy: “EASY!?”

Natsu: snorts “Erza’s right, there is no way the guy who beat gramps so easily would fall from just those attacks”

Hades: “he’s right about that” waves his coat to clear the dust revealing him unharmed, he outstretches his hand “Amaterasu, formula 28” he says before the five are engulfed in an explosion, leaving them all on the ground with various cuts, bruises and burn marks covering their bodies.

Aponia: “to have the power to completely change the course of a fight against five powerful opponents, incredible…”

Natsu: scoffs “if that dumbass fought us without the power of the Devil’s heart, I bet we could’ve wiped the floor with him” he mumbles

Eden: confused “what?”

Natsu: sighs “nothing, I’m just annoyed my friends got so hurt”

Eden: nods “yeah, I can understand that”

Natsu: hums “by the way, I never got the chance to talk to you personally”

Eden: “hm? Oh, I’m a member of the Flame-Chasers and a singer”

Natsu: grins “cool, my friend Mira taught me a bit about music but I bet you are really good”

Eden: smiles back at Natsu “thank you”

Natsu: “no problem, maybe one of these times we can try some music together”

(A/N: that’s called foreshadowing… no clue what chapter that is gonna be in though, we’ll see in the future. I just wanted to give these two something to bond over, why not it be music? I think I’ve got a song picked out for that chapter)

Still Natsu pushes himself up, trying to hit Hades only to get hit with an onslaught of magic bullets, some managing to tear small holes into his body but none being fatal.

Hades: “Fairy Tail, a guild about a never-ending mystery, do fairies even have tails? The origin of the guild’s name probably spouted from that question” he walks up to Natsu and pushes him to the ground with his foot “the guild was entrusted to me from Mavis, and to Makarov from me… but Makarov changed it, but that was a mistake”

Natsu: desperately trying to push himself up “What’s wrong with change!? We don’t live like we already died like you do! We live with our lives on the line! If you don’t have the courage to deal with change then you might as well just die!”

Hades: stomps down on Natsu’s head “...If you are going to hate someone, hate Makarov” he kicks Natsu away and starts shooting him with magic bullets “it’s Makarov’s fault you have to suffer and die like this”

Natsu: screams out in pain while Erza and Lucy are yelling at Hades, telling him to stop, Gray is gritting his teeth, Wendy is openly sobbing

Selene: "Can I kill Hades?” she holds onto Natsu harder

Himeko: “me first” also holds onto Natsu

Elysia: “I don’t care who goes first, just let me join” she mutters while gripping Natsu’s arm

Thelema: “Same” she holds Natsu’s other arm

Natsu: mumbling “can’t breathe…”

Multiple other girls: whispering death threats to Hades while the boys sweat nervously

Hades: Stops shooting “enough of this, time for you to disappear” he says while aiming for Natsu’s head but before it could hit, Hades got kicked away by a bolt of lightning.

The lightning bolt transformed in front of Natsu, turning into a tall blonde male, Laxus Dreyar.

Laxus: “So you are the punk that left Fairy Tail to gramps” he says and high kicks, sending Hades into the air, he then jumps up and punches Hades back into the ship. Laxus goes in for another punch but Hades dodges, firing a chain at him.

Laxus dodges the chain but it hooks onto a large globe, which Hades tries to swing into Laxus, but again he dodges. Laxus fires a Lightning Dragon’s Roar that Hades deflects. Hades uses his chains to trap Laxus and uses Amaterasu, successfully managing to hit Laxus.

Laxus: tanks the hit “despite not being a member anymore, I’m allowed to get angry about this right?”

Natsu: grins “Of course!”

Laxus: grins too “this punk is really a monster, to think someone like him exists, guess the world really is massive” he says before feeling the after effects of Amaterasu

HoT: “a lightning dragon slayer?”

Revenant: “an incredibly strong one too, he gave Natsu an extremely rough time”

Theresa: “they fought?”

Revenant: “a couple months before this, Laxus tried to take over Fairy Tail using force, he pitted the guild against each other but was eventually beaten by Natsu and Gajeel. He was exiled from the guild but returned in the nick of time”

Otto: “interesting switch up”

Hades sends Grimoire Ray at Laxus, however Laxus transfers his magic power to Natsu, electrifying him before getting hit by the ray which creates an explosion that lifts up the entire airship

Laxus: gets blasted back from the ray but smiles anyway “pay him back 100 fold Natsu!”

Natsu: looks at Laxus in shock before smirking “of course, I’ll tear him apart”

Mei: looks at Natsu with concern “still, even with that power, is it enough to beat Hades?”

Revenant: grinning “don’t forget, Natsu’s power also increases when his emotions become stronger, and right now, there is plenty of anger flooding through his veins”

Himeko: silently wondering if that would also apply to some ‘other’ things

Revenant: notices “yes”

Himeko: turns bright red “shut up, I wasn’t thinking it”

everyone-Himeko: “Cap”

Natsu’s body becomes coated in fire along with lightning while Hades takes off his eye patch, revealing the Demon Eye.

Hades: “the abyss of magic, this domain of magic is far beyond even your wildest dreams… this is your end, Fairy Tail”

Natsu: launches forward, sending a Lightning Flame Dragon’s Iron Fist straight into Hades’s face “Yeah fucking right!”

Natsu follows up immediately with an overhead kick, sending Hades through the floor of the airship and into the Devil’s Heart artifact, destroying it in the process

Hades: stands up pissed off “You fool! Stupid fucking brat… Come, divine punishers of heaven: Nemesis!” he shouts, creating several shadow like demons from the rubble of the Devil’s Heart which all starting gunning for Natsu

Kevin: “So he also has the power to make demons from rocks? But what was with the weird heart thing?”

Natsu: “that was the source of his power, now that it’s gone, he’s mortal and completely beatable”

Kiana: “oh, so that’s why you didn’t do damage beforehand” she murmured

Bronya: “indeed, those attacks would’ve killed almost anything in any normal circumstance”

Fu Hua: “just goes to show you how monstrously powerful someone can get with the right tools”

Helia: “that thing could be useful if we got it on our side and used it against the honkai”

Otto: “true, an endless supply of power…”

Revenant: “not quite, the Devil’s Heart isn’t truly endless unlike what it was based off”

Everyone-Natsu and Selene: looks at Revenant

Revenant: facepalms “you’ll learn about it on a later date”

Natsu tears through the various demons, burning some to ash or sending enough volts through them to power a city, it didn’t matter

Natsu: punches one of the demons into Hades, stunning him before inhaling deeply “LIGHTNING FLAME DRAGON’S ROAR” he shouts, sending a beam of concentrated fire and lightning at Hades, destroying the remaining demons but Hades managed to survive with minimal damage

Hades tries to counter with Amaterasu, formula 100 but the spell takes too long to prepare

Natsu: “I’m going to erase you for what you have done to my family, Dragon Slayer Secret Art: Crimson Lotus: Exploding Lightning Blade” he shouts, waving his arms and using his remaining magic to send torrents of fire and lightning at Hades, destroying half of the airship and nearly killing Hades, leaving him lying on a non-destroyed part of the floor

While they were all surprised by the power of the attack, Natsu did seem to use a stronger attack against the HoT before. Still the amount of power displayed this early was a shock

Himeko: shakes her head to clear it “I wanted to ask, what exactly is a secret art?”

Many of the others nodded along, wanting to know what made it different from the other attacks besides just being more powerful

Revenant: “well there is two main answers, one is that the technique is more complicated compared to others while the other is that the technique is unique to the slayer, so while each slayer can use a roar, only Natsu can use the Exploding Flame Blade (A/N: that will be the case for this story, not sure about canon though)

Kiana: suddenly scared “if that’s true, then what if Natsu uses a secret art now?” she says, causing the others to also start fearing for their lives

Revenant: “you don’t want to know…”

A short while later

showing Hades lying on the ground, defeated while Makarov stands a short distance away from him, with his back facing Hades

Makarov: “why did you fall into darkness?”

Hades: “I already told you, the true nature of magic… is darkness. The miracles created in the depths of darkness were called “magic”. I retired from the guild and journeyed on the road of magic, because I wanted to discover the truth of this world.. The world that overflows with magic is a world of lies. But that world that Zeref is in, The Great Magic World is the true world. I wanted to see what that world was like, which is why I wanted to awaken Zeref… I was so close to getting there”

Makarov: “even if you found that, it wouldn’t change anything. It doesn’t matter if you say the true origin of magic is darkness, it wouldn’t matter if you said light either, magic is alive, its place changes just like we do and it grows alongside us. It can be felt in infinite ways, as dark, as light, as red or as blue. And it is living freely together with Fairy Tail, All of this I learned from you” he says before walking away

End scene

Revenant: “Alright, what did we think about that?”

Otto: taking notes "definitely helps with understanding what magic is”

Mobius: “the concept of magic being alive is interesting, it makes the possibilities for magic types endless”

Natsu: “yeah, it’s actually pretty rare for two people to have the same magic, I think I’ve only seen a couple with the same”

Selene: “as Makarov said, magic lives and grows with us, each person is unique making their magic unique to themselves too”

Natsu: “true, magic is something we can nurture into something even greater than it already was”

Himeko: “I wonder if the same applies to honkai energy” she glances at the Herrschers

Sirin: “not really… Honkai energy has some similarities but in the end, it’s a lot darker than magic”

Natsu: smiles at Sirin “it’s a power, it doesn’t matter if it comes from a source of light or from darkness, all that matters is how you use it, maybe you can even use it to do things you never thought was possible”

Sirin: looks at Natsu in surprise and nods

Revenant: “on that note, let’s end things here for now”

Sorry for not uploading, had to take a break due to some things that made it so I didn’t have my laptop for a while.

Chugged 4, 16 oz cans of Monster, either I’m getting this chapter out today or I’m having a heart attack. Let’s go. 

Enjoy

Everyone was taking a short break after the events in the past few hours, some were chatting, some were eating, some were taking bathroom breaks and some were sleeping

Natsu: chatting with Revenant, Kevin, Kalpas, Sora and Kosma about blowing things up with various different things

Selene, Himeko, Elysia, Thelema, Eden and several other girls: trying to rip each other apart in a cat-fight

Majority of Shicksal/World-Serpant/Anti-Entropy: raiding the buffet while talking about what they just saw 

The Herrschers: arguing over who’s better

Everyone else: either in the bathroom or doing something else

Natsu: “all I’m saying is the more explosive the attack, the more fun”

Kosma: “but that just leads to property damage”

Kevin: “Who gives a shit about property damage? We are trying to wage war against the sky, we can destroy the HOA”

Revenant: “we don’t even have the HOA here and I still get mad hearing about them”

Kalpas: “those troglodytes are so annoying, we do the smallest thing wrong in a mission and then I have to do paperwork”

Natsu: “the one time I did paperwork I realized it would be a more enjoyable experience to drag my nuts through a desert of broken glass”

The other guys burst out laughing

Kevin: holding his stomach “that’s incredibly accurate, that shit is so annoying to do”

Revenant: wiping his eyes “I can’t tell you how glad I am that I don’t have to do paperwork, I sometimes monitored Makarov while he was working and I felt my soul weep”

Meanwhile, in the cat-fight

Selene: clawing at the other girls “HE’S MY MATE”

Himeko: pulling her hair “I DON’T GIVE A RAT’S ASS, SHARE”

Selene: “I DON’T WANNA”

Elyisa: latched onto Selene’s back “LET US ALL HAVE HIM”

The fight continues before Selene relents but still wants to remain queen, which turns into another fight in order to decide who the superior woman is

After about a half hour

Revenant: “now that everyone is done with their… activities? Do we have any questions or something before we continue onto the next scene?”

Cecelia: “since every other scene we watch isn’t really a fight, is it right to assume neither is this one?”

Revenant: pauses to think “I don’t think it would be right to call it a fight, so yes”

Most if not everyone looks at Revenant confused

Revenant: ignores the looks “let’s just start” he says with a sigh

Scene starts

A couple minutes after the Hades fight.

A wave of energy cascaded over Tenrou Island, the first to feel it were the Dragon Slayers along with Gildarts. An overwhelming ominous feeling of pure power that surrounded the island. Making Natsu, Wendy and Gajeel freeze before an ear-piercing roar erupted from an unknown source in the sky surprising everyone.

Kevin: covering his ears while looking at Revenant “did you really have to boost the audio”

Revenant: with a straight face “audio wasn’t boosted, what you heard is what they heard during this time”

Rozaliya: “I’d have gone deaf, that actually hurt”

Liliya: rolls her eyes “yeah, but what was the thing that made that sound?”

Revenant: “you’ll see it soon enough”

Natsu: looks at the screen angry and annoyed, same with Selene

Aponia: notices “something wrong?”

Natsu: shakes his head “a lot of bad memories just resurfaced, nothing more”

Selene: nods “yeah, same with me, not the greatest memories”

Gray: confused “what’s that?” 

Elfman: covering his ears “it’s too damn loud”

Gajeel: “this voice…”

Freed: “what is it?”

Wendy: shivering “the cry of a dragon”

Lisanna: “WHAT!? A DRAGON!?”

Gildards: holding his arm “he must be from back then…”

Lily: points up towards a large shadow “Over there!”

As the shadow circles overhead, more details can be made out. Its entire upper body is covered in black, round, scales, which, in turn, are decorated by spiraling, blue markings. Its lower body, specifically his chin, chest, stomach, inner tail, thighs, and arms, are gray in color, and appear to be rather smooth. It has two large wings with the same scales and blue markings, and a tail that has a stinger-like tip at the end. Overall, it seemed to be around the size of a 6 story building.

Revenant: “.... you know, if it wasn’t for the shitty situation, I bet you it would’ve been cool as hell to see one still alive”

Natsu: sighs “yeah, but not that one, even when we first heard him, he gave off such a bad vibe, kinda like one of those ominous feelings when you talk to killers or dark mages who are so far gone they don’t regret anything…”

Selene: “with what that monster did, if you got any vibe from him besides that I would’ve been disappointed”

Everyone else: looking at them “you gonna share with the class?”

Revenant: “it’s something you’ll learn in the future, this isn’t the right time quite yet”

Everyone else: “why not?”

Revenant: with a blank look “because I feel like it would be lazy writing to shove everything in your face at once”

“What?”

Revenant: “...forget it”

The fairy tail members stared at it in awe and fear

Gray: “what is that?!” 

Elfman: “It's huge!”

Juvia: “That is a…”

Bickslow: “DRAGON!?”

Lucy: “what the heck…”

Gajeel: shaking “is that for real…”

Wendy: frozen “a real-life dragon”

Natsu: shocked “I knew it… Dragon’s do still exist”

Makarov: “The Black Dragon of the Apocalypse… Acnologia” 

Kira: “Well, I was gonna ask why everyone is so scared, but with a title like that…”

Songque: “not the prettiest thing in the world”

Sakura: “that’s putting it lightly, it looks like it can and would rip someone in half”

Kallen: confused “should you be saying that in front of your sister?”

Sakura: pauses and covers her sister’s ears “nope”

Einstein: Look at Tesla “have we ever gotten the chance to really study a dragon?”

Tesla: shakes her head “no, in fact, the only one I remember was Benares”

Welt: “I feel like studying that thing won’t be the best idea considering we have no idea what it can do”

Bronya: observing Acnologia “The Bronya agrees, something like that shouldn’t be underestimated or treated like a lab rat”

Tesla: annoyed “hey! We are better than that”

Cocolia: sighs “she knows, she’s just pointing it out for everyone”

Acnologia lands on the island, cracking the ground under its weight before letting out another booming roar, shattering more of the earth and creating plumes of dust. It then turned its attention to the various Fairy Tail members on the ground, all of whom are frozen solid, terrified. Acnologia pushes off the ground, aiming for the members.

Gildarts: “RUN FOR IT. GET TO THE SHIP” he shouts while the ground is torn open again when Acnologia lands, now much closer, sending some of the members flying

Erza: “RUN! We’re all going back to Fairy Tail together!”

Carla: running with Wendy “Wendy! You can talk to dragons can’t you? Can’t you do something about this!?”

Wendy: “I can but dragons are all really smart, this one should also be able to understand us!” 

Gray: “So why is it still attacking!?”

Kiana: “I seriously doubt talking to it when it’s already attacking would help this situation”

Mei: “why is it even there though? What attracted it?”

Revenant: “you’ll see who did in a minute”

Theresa: “on a separate note, look at its power, being able to destroy the ground without even trying”

Bianka: “That kind of power is incredible…

Rita: “don’t even think about fighting it”

Bianka: “but”

Revenant: “no, like seriously, that think could solo a Herrscher, without taking damage, you don’t want to fight it”

Everyone collectively shivers at that

Sirin: “What makes you so sure about that?”

Natsu: “the dragons from our dimension can only get hurt from dragonslayer magic, everything else doesn’t have a hope for even cracking their scales”

HotE: mumb;es “if that is true, then would my powers even be able to hurt it?”

Selene: notices “I can sense you are strong, compared to a human, you are almost godlike, but against a dragon from our world, I don’t think it will be enough”

Meanwhile 

On Grimoire Heart’s airship, we see a black haired boy in a black and white robes with golden accents looking at Tenrou island, the most noticeable thing however is his glowing red eyes

The Boy: “Acnologia can speak perfectly, in spite of that it doesn’t use words because it doesn’t see humans as anything more than insects. You wouldn’t stop and talk to a pest buzzing around you, it’s the same for him. You also wouldn’t bother taking an obnoxious insect seriously for even a moment. There are things in this world you can not oppose or fight against no matter how hard you try… Mankind will come to learn of this shortly.”

The Boy: sighs “it appears we will be embarking on a long journey once again. This era has come to an end. Farewell… Natsu”

Himeko: narrows her eyes “who is that guy and what is his connection to my…” she notices Elysia, Selene and several others staring at her “our Natsu”

Shushang: “his eyes are giving off a strange vibe”

Felis: “it’s like looking at death personified…”

Revenant: “to answer the first questions, that is Zeref”

Elysia: concerned “Zeref, as in the strongest black wizard to ever live? But didn’t he die?”

Revenant: “that along with the answer to the second question will be answered later on”

Kiana: “why do you have to be so cryptic” she says annoyed

Bronya: “you need to stop talking Idiotka”

Kiana: “it’s a fair question Bratnya!”

Revenant: facepalms “drama”

Back with Fairy Tail

Makarov: activates his gigantification magic, transforming into his colossal form before grabbing onto Acnologia’s neck, holding onto it “run, get to the ship”

Gray: “It’s useless! There is no way you can fight that thing alone!

Erza: “Master! Stop it, please!

Bickslow: “If you are going to pick a fight with it, we’re joining!”

Evergreen: “Let’s smash that thing to pieces!”

Makarov: despite his wounds opening up, he holds onto Acnologia “DO YOU REALLY PLAN ON DISOBEYING YOUR MASTER’S FINAL ORDERS YOU BRATS!?”

Mira: whispers “did he just say final?”

Natsu: “I’m still gonna kill him for thinking he could leave us all behind like that”

Seele: tilts her head “what do you mean”

Natsu: “sacrificing yourself is just giving up, leaving everyone who cares about you behind to fend for themselves without you. I’ll admit, I have done similar things despite my better judgment”

Revenant: “that’s pretty wise coming from you” 

Natsu: “May I remind you I am second to none when it comes to motivational speeches?”

Hare: smiles “that’s a pretty random thing to be good at but congrats”

Natsu: “But Gramps, I’m a Dragon Slayer, we can take that thing” he shouts but gets pulled back by Laxus

Laxus: “We are getting out of here Natsu”

Natsu: “Laxus, You-” he stops when he sees the look in Laxus eyes, they all do.

Gritting their teeth, all the guild members make a run for the boats

Makarov: muttering to himself “It’s better this way, you’ll understand some day. What is the meaning behind your tears? Do you feel sadness when someone dies? Can sadness itself kill someone? The answer lives in each and every one of your hearts… my shitty brats, full of pride. Now live on! Into the future!”

Cecelia: smiles sadly “letting your children escape and live even when you yourself will die… he’s a good parent”

Senadina: “true, I wonder if mine would do the same for me?”

Everyone ponders the same question, well, everyone besides Natsu and Revenant. Revenant not having any parent and Natsu already knowing the answer with both his birth parents and Igneel 

Natsu: looks down “while I can’t say for certain, if they did care for you as much as they should’ve, there is no doubt in my mind they would have done the same”

Everyone just nods at that, deciding to put off the question.

Acnologia pushes against him more, sliding him across the ground while Makarov digs his feet in

Makarov: grunting “I don’t know what you are after but… I won't let you push any further ahead!” he tightens his grip “because all of my children are behind me!”

Acnologia lifts Makarov off the ground before slamming him into the ground, creating a small earthquake. Acnologia pushes his claws into Makarov’s chest, getting several screams of pain from him.. But yet he grins

Makarov: “finally, for the first time I was acting like a real parent, now I have no regrets”

However, right as he accepts his fate, footsteps could be heard nearby before a figure jumps onto Acnologia’s arms, Natsu.

Natsu: holding onto Acnologia’s scales “Give us Gramps back!” he shouts while Acnologia flails his arm around, smashing Natsu against multiple objects

Makarov: “Natsu!?” he shouts, his gigantification wearing off

Erza: along with the others rush in, attacking Acnologia “charge!” 

Natsu: grins “did you really think we would just run away? Gramps is our family, and we’d never leave him behind, even if it means putting our own lives on the line”

Revenant: chuckles “yeah, even while watching this, I knew there is no way you’d just run without putting up a fight”

Natsu: “you were watching us?”

Revenant: shrugs “how do you think I got these recordings? I watched your entire journey”

Himeko: “ignoring how creepy that sounded. Natsu, you still should’ve ran away”

The other girls nodded along, not wanting him to die

Natsu: “I wouldn’t be able to live with myself if I just let him die for us, it was the same with Erza”

Raven: looks at Natsu interested “I can count on one hand how many people I know who share a similar sentiment, but nobody has been as passionate about it as you, is there a reason?”

Natsu: smiles sadly “I guess you could say I just don’t want to be alone without my friends and family. I don’t want to re-experience what it felt like when I couldn’t find Igneel or when he… sorry”

Raven: shakes her head “no, I’m sorry for bringing it up”

‘Natsu: “it’s fine, besides, I can see you care about others a lot like I do” he gestures to Raven and Sora, causing the former to blush while the latter looked confused

Raven: snaps out of it “thanks for that” she muttered

Sora: whispers to Raven “I think he would be a good match for you” 

Raven: blushes more “quit talking”

Dozens of explosions go off as each member attacks Acnologia with as much magic as they have remaining

Laxus: “I want you to know, I was against this, but…” he smiles at Makarov. “Do you really think they are the kind of people who can run away and leave some old geezer to die? It’s your guild after all”

Despite all the attacks being sent at it, Acnologia isn’t damaged, in fact, it doesn’t even seem to be trying as it launches everyone away with a simple stomp

Erza: “Is everyone okay!?”

Mira: “none of our attacks are working!”

Gildarts: ‘this thing isn’t using the same power it did against me… is it playing with them?”

Siegfried: “I was gonna ask before but who is that?”

Revenant: “hm? Oh, that’s Gildarts, the strongest member in the entire Fairy Tail guild who’s pretty close to Natsu, he’s also a bit of a pervert and an alchoholic…”

The last part seemed to make the women annoyed while the first part caused the men to get interested

Kalpas: “how strong exactly”

Natsu: “terrifyingly so, and that’s coming from me”

Everyone shivers at hearing how Natsu, the guy who stared down Hades without any fear was scared of Gildarts

Theresa: “and he didn’t manage to beat that dragon either” she muttered causing everyone’s eyes to widen

Acnologia spread its wings and with one powerful flap, it took off

Lily: “It Flew!”

Happy: “Is it gonna come back?”

Carla: “don’t let your guard down”

Acnologia starts inhaling large amounts of air

Gajeel: “it’s using a breath attack!” 

Cana: “Is it planning on blasting the whole island away!?” she shouts in shock

Evergreen: “No way!” she says nervously

Lantern: cringes “well that’s not good”

Thelema: “you’re telling me! My love will get killed!” she freaks out

Songque: facepalms, knowing trying to calm Thelema down will be near impossible

Meanwhile the other girls who like Natsu are in a similar state of panic while the others seem to waiting for something or someone to come to the rescue, unfortunately for them, it seems like that won’t be happening.

Erza: “Everyone who can use defensive magic, put all your power into it now!”

Freed: “there’s not enough time to draw runes!”

Levy: “there’s plenty of defensive magic that doesn’t need symbols or runes!”

Lisanna: “Everyone! Focus all your magic power onto Freed!”

Mira: “Let’s join hands!” she says, bringing her hands out to transfer magic faster

Natsu: taking Lucy and Erza’s hands “We can’t let it end here!”

Lucy: crying “We’ll never give up!”

Erza: “Join your power as one, show it our strength!”

Makarov: “We all go home together…”

Everyone: “To Fairy Tail!”

Acnologia fires the breath attack, a massive laser approaches the island, and in the next few seconds, an explosion engulfs the islands. Once the explosion clears, nothing is left of Tenrou Island, not even ashes.

Scene ends

Himeko: wrapped herself around Natsu “WHAT!?”

Elysia: did the same as Himeko but is rapidly checking Natsu for injuries and making sure he is real

Thelema: runs up to Natsu and tackles him, and with Selene also already on him, causing him to be suffocated between four women, making many of the men salute him

Revenant: bangs his head against his chair “HE ISN’T DEAD”

Mei: confused “but we saw the island get destroyed, there is no way anything survived”

Welt: “she’s right, they would’ve got eviscerated along with the island

Revenant: grumbles “the island isn’t destroyed either”

everyone-Natsu: “huh?”

Natsu: manages to break out of the dog pile “the first master of our guild cast a spell right before the attack hit, it protected us completely but the cost was that we were stuck in stasis for seven years while the world moved on without us” 

Otto: mutters “a spell like that exists? incredible”

Natsu: “not when everyone you know thinks you are dead. It was such a pain to get things sorted out when we got out of stasis”

Revenant: “yep, but we’ll get to that later”
