Chapter Text

Ninjago City, the biggest place to be and live in. It’s near the harbor, where people often go there to get their boats, fish, and so much more. Besides the harbor, there’s the downtown area, where all the good stuff happens. You see, The People of Ninjago are used to normal lives and still are! But, there’s also something that scares half of the population.

Mafia.

Hear that word and people start running and hiding.

Why?

There are so many mafia throughout Ninjago and they are attempting to gain control of the big city. But unfortunately, they have to fight each other, as in killing, kidnapping, on and on in order to gain control of parts of the city. But truly, there’s time it went too far that the Ninjago Police Department had to team up with the Ninjago Bureau of Investigation to handle every mafia situation but it goes bad because some agents and officers were killed in one incident.

They are still working today in order to combine organized crime, well known as the Mafia. 

Besides the NPD and NBI, who are the mafias?

First one up is, surprisingly, the Ninja except. They are Mafia. Let’s call them, Ninja Mafia. The Ninja Mafia is a well-known mafia in Ninjago. Ever since the start, they were Ninja but that all changed following the death of Wu. Ever since then, Lloyd Montergmory-Garmadon, Wu’s Nephew and the Son of Lord, now Sensei, Garmadon, and Misako, became the head of the mafia. His father is the second in command while the rest are the members. Those members are Kai, Jay, Zane, Cole, Nya, and Pixal. Excellent members of the Mafia.

They have many rivalries and have done illegal crimes in Ninjago, even the NPD have a warrant for each but are scared as shit to confront them and even look for them. 

In the mafia, they’re like family and have to protect each other, especially the teenagers in the family. Those teenagers would be Sora, Arin, Frak, and Wyldfyre. Anything happens to them, the Mafia won’t be playing around.

Besides the Ninja Mafia, there's another mafia trying to gain control of Ninjago. That would be the Elemental Mafia. Elemental but they have no powers but they know how to move quick. Another well-known mafia throughout Ninjago, they are known for committing a shit lon of crime. The person in charge is Neuro Pathis, an excellent head of the mafia. He and his half brother, Shade “Shane” Lee, followed in the footsteps of their mother, who once owned the biggest mob in the past but before passing, she wanted her sons to go down the path. So they both did. The second in command is, surprisingly, Mystaké. Originally a tea shop owner but she agreed to join the Mafia to aid and help out on missions. Besides the three, there are other members also. Karlof, Griffin Turner, Tox, Paleman/Mr. Pale, Ash, Jacob, Bolobo, and Chamille, excellent members.

any teenagers protected at all cost? Shade's Daughter, Obscuria. She's the sweetest in the Mafia and the group is very protective of her. anything happens to her, the whole Mafia will show no mercy.

A Wise woman, two brothers, and some familiar faces in one mafia? Isn’t that interesting.

The Elemental Mafia has a rivalry with the Ninja Mafia as there was a time where a shootout occurred between both groups, resulting in multiple injuries.

But there is one more mafia in the house that is very well known throughout Ninjago and in both Mafias.

That would be the Chen Mafia.

The Chen Mafia is another well known mafia of Ninjago, first founded on an Island by the one and only Master Chen and his older brother, Vincent Chen. The two brothers each married the same wife in different years and each had a daughter from her before she unexpectedly vanished. Vincent had his first daughter, Natalie Chen, who looks like him and is the oldest. Master Chen had his first daughter, Skylor Chen, who looks between her mother and him and is the youngest. During that time, Chen’s Noodle House was blooming. The Criminal Empire was blooming too as different people were recruited by Vincent. Some who have families were recruited and joined the Mafia so they could have a better life. Who fucking knew. Master Chen and his brother knew this would make things better for them and their daughters.

Let’s just say, it sorta did. They currently have a massive rivalry with the Ninja and Elemental mafia, ever since and turns out, Master Chen ordered a hit on both Wu and Mystaké, only for Wu to get killed and Mystaké spared. This triggered a massive rivalry between the three mafias but the Chen Mafia have excellent members, just like the Ninja and Elemental Mafia. Master Chen is the head of the Mafia and his brother, Vincet Chen, is the second-in-command. The Mafia contains the well known members, which are Natalie, Clouse, Zugu, Eyezor, Kapau, Chope, Braxton, Skylor, Ronin, Luther, and Neil. there’s teenagers in this mafia and are protected at all costs, just like how the Ninja Mafia would protect Arin, Sora, Frak, and Wyldfyre. Those teenagers are Cindy, Lucas, and Aziel. 

Besides the main mafias, they each have an ally! An ally just in case shit gets out of hand. 

Well what can you say about Ninjago being in multiple hands of these mafias, who are trying to gain control of it? At some point, Ninjago is gonna become “Little Ninjago”.

Little because one by one, every mafia is gonna gain control and will have to fight one another.

Chapter Text

It was a normal day in Ninjago City as the Atmosphere was a bit cloudy and sunny. People were doing their normal routines as usual, either going to work, visiting loved ones or doing whatever the hell they wanted. But even if it seems normal for today, there’s still the activity of the Mafia. To almost everyone, it’s normal for the mafia to be around but something could go wrong at any time now. A man with red sunglasses was walking down the streets, wearing a coat as it seemed like he was on his way to an “important” meeting. As he was, he checked for his surroundings as he looked around for a moment before focusing on the street ahead of him.

By the time he made a left turn, his phone was buzzing as he pulled it out from his pockets and checked who was calling him. He answered it as he said, “Boss, what is it?”

“Turner, where the hell are you? You’re coming in late or something?” A voice called out for him as Turner mumbled quietly, wasn’t sure on what to say for a moment.

“I’m coming soon. The streets are packed. You know I gotta be careful, especially how at any time by now, I could have a target on my back.” Turner told his boss, who was on the phone.

“You know we don’t have all day. Just get your ass here.” His boss said on the phone.

“Got it, Nerdo.” Turner hung up the call as he started speedwalking towards a depot. He was unaware that a vehicle parked on the sideroad was watching his move towards the depot as a man with white hair and beard took a closer look with his binoculars. A man with black slicked hair and a goatee was eating his potato chips as he also watched Turner’s moves.

The white-haired man looked over at him as he said, “Neil, focus on what we are looking at and stop eating..” he grabbed the bag from Neil, “this.”

“Braxton, come on.” Neil said angrily, “I am focusing! You see the guy and I’ll give the information to Chen and Vince.”

“That’s not how it’s gonna work.” Braxton mumbled angrily as he rubbed his temple, “You know how they are when it comes to enemies, like that guy we saw.”

“Ever since..Wu.” he added as he slowly started the car, “Time to go and inform them.”

“Already? Unless I take a photo.” Neil looked over at him.

“Nah, We’ll tell them.” Braxton assured him, “Besides, you have a son waiting for you to get home.”

“You have a point there.” Neil said as he folded his arms and relaxed.

As the two drove off, Braxton’s walkie talkie started to speak as a familiar voice came out, wanting to know what information they got, “B, N, what do you got?”

Neil grabbed the walkie talkie as he held it up his mouth and said, “We got an eye on one of them. We’re moving out now. That’s all we have, Vincent.”

“Who was it that you both saw?” Vincent asked on the walkie talkie as he wanted to know.

“I believe it is..one of Neuro’s men, Griffin Turner. The one with red sunglasses.” Neil answered.

“Son of a bitch. Either they are planning something or..doing something else but I'll inform my brother.” Vincent said.

“Copy that, boss.” Neil answered as he lowered the walkie talkie.

Vincent lowered his walkie talkie as he got up from his chair and whistled quietly. He grabbed his coat as he put it on and rubbed his beard as a knock was heard at the doorway. He looked over to see who it was as it was a man with a winkle face, a mustache and black hair at the doorway as the man told him, “Your brother wants to talk to you, Mr. Vincent.”

“Tell him I’ll be out, Clouse.” Vincent told Clouse as he adjusted his coat and looked at the mirror for a moment. Clouse nodded as he slowly walked away to inform Master Chen that Vincent was about to come out of his room to talk.

A teenager wearing an orange jacket and dark blue jeans was helping another teenager, who appears to be his friend, on something as the two were working together, to at least make things quicker to finish. As they were, a blonde young adult stood at the doorway, all dressed appropriate for something as he watched how the two teenagers were working. He softly smiled as someone tapped his shoulder. He quickly turned around to see a black-haired ponytail woman in a suit, behind him.

“Lloyd, Your father wants to talk with us..all of us.” She informed him, “It’s sorta urgent.”

“How Urgent?” Lloyd asked her as he wanted to know.

“It’s about something..” The woman whispered into his ear as his eyes widened for a moment. He knew this was urgent as he slowly nodded, “Let’s go then. But first, mind telling him that I will be there soon?”

“Of course, Lloyd.” The woman softly smiled at him, “Don’t be late.”

“Thank you, Nya and I won’t!” Lloyd assured her as Nya walked away, heading off as Lloyd looked back at the two teenagers. He walked over to them as he said, “Looks good, Arin and Sora.”

Arin and Sora looked at him as Arin said, “Thanks, Lloyd! We’ve been working on it since yesterday but..We were doing other things and forgot about it.”

“Almost..” Sora corrected him, fixing a part of the thing they were working on, “We’re just about to get it done soon.”

“Well..Just wanted to make sure you guys are doing okay and..perhaps need any help but I have a meeting to get to. I can get Wyldfyre and Frak if you want me to before I go.”

“I mean..We could use some help..” Sora looked at Lloyd.

“And some time while you go have a meeting!” Arin softly chuckled as Lloyd nodded.

“I can go get them now..” Lloyd chuckled as he looked over, only to see the two there already with two familiar faces.

“Make things fast, you know.” A black-haired man stood behind Frak as his arms were folded, all dressed appropriately. 

“Like us, how fast we do things quickly.” A Brown-haired man stood beside the black-haired man as Wyldfyre was in front of him.

“How long is that meeting even gonna be?” Wyldfyre asked as she folded her arms slowly, “I bet it’s gonna be all boring!”

“It’s Important work, Wyldfyre.” The brown-haired man assured her, “Will be busy but hopefully quick.”

“Quick, I mean.” The black-haired man chuckled, “You know how we move when something happens.”

“Oh, Cole.” the brown-haired chuckled softly, “At least it gives us something we need or what we need to do.”

“Come on, Kai, Cole.” Lloyd slowly took a few steps, “My father needs to talk to us. It’s urgent.”

“Copy that, Boss.” Kai nodded as Frak looked at them and asked, “How urgent is it?”

Cole, Kai, and Lloyd looked over at him as Frak rubbed his neck, “Sorry, I was just..wondering.”

“Sorta but not rushed, Frak.” Cole replied, “It’s alright, Frak.”

Moments later, the trio entered a private room as Garmadon was in front of a map. Beside him was his wife and Lloyd’s mother, Misako. Zane, Pixal, Nya, and Jay were talking as Lloyd closed the door behind him. They looked over and saw them arrive on time as Garmadon looked around to see his son arriving on time.

“Sorry about this..Late or something, I was with Arin and Sora, checking to see if they were okay. Frak and Wyldfyre are with them.” Lloyd explained to his dad as Garmadon nodded.

“It’s fine, son.” Garmadon assured him as he gestured at all of them to come over, “I have something urgent to tell. It’s about us gaining control. I fear that we have lost a bit of it.”

“What?” Lloyd was somehow shocked as he looked down at the map.

“This right here..” Misako pointed at one part of the map of Ninjago City, “It’s us right now but the Elemental Mafia and Chen Mafia are each gaining control of it, one by one. I’m concerned that they’re surrounding it, trying to make us surrender the whole part but we know these two will eventually clash over it.”

“For how long has this been happening?” Jay asked as he looked at the map.

“Apparently, since yesterday.” Zane stepped in, “at some point right now, they could be preparing themselves to occupy it.”

“Then why not shoot them all?” Kai folded his arms slowly as Lloyd shook his head.

“You know how fucking tough they are, Kai.” Lloyd looked at Kai, “We still have the other parts but look at the Chen’s!” He pointed at a large part of Ninjago City, “They have this place under their control right now and they want to take our part but the Elemental’s want that part too. Each of us have a large part of the city but we’re all going to war in the streets if one of us set a time bomb off.”

“Not even the Police and NBI won’t face us.” Pixal stepped in, “All of us have a target on our backs..and that would include Sora, Arin, Frak, and Wyldfyre..”

“Any of them lay a finger on them, They have fucked with the wrong people.” Nya said.

“Which is why we need to regain it!” Cole said, “if we don’t, they could come after the rest of our control and we are done for!”

“I get it you all are worried about losing.” Garmadon looked at each of them, “Ever since what happened to my brother, things have changed, changed us also. Believe me, I am too. But right now, we fight back. Teach these little shitheads a lesson. We’re family. Nothing can take us down.”

Everyone exchanged looks as they all looked at Lloyd, wanting to know about what the next steps should be. Lloyd looked at the map for a moment as he knew that in order to gain control of Ninjago City, they had to fight back at least. He knew a lot of plans were in his mind.

And he knew what he was gonna do.

At the Depot, Turner arrived as he saw some familiar faces talking to each other. He took off his coat as he placed it aside as he walked to a certain spot to be in. He looked for a moment at his people, who he considers as family, talking. Karlof was talking to Paleman, Tox, and Chamille as Jacob, Bolobo, and Ash were talking to each other. He shook his head as suddenly, he bumped into Shade, who was showing his daughter about the place for a moment.

Turner and Shade exchanged looks for a moment as Shade slowly chuckled, “You finally came on time.”

“I had to handle some crowds on the streets.” Turner patted his shoulder, “Sorry if I got your brother impatient.”

“Nah, he'll understand.” Shade assured him, “He’s with Mystaké right now, talking. He will come out and talk to us.”

“For now..I’m just showing my daughter and his niece a tour of this place we all worked so hard for.” Shade looked at his daughter, “Obscuria, Say hello to T.”

“T?” Obscuria looked at her dad for a moment.

“Turner.” Turner chuckled softly, “You know, your father and uncle have worked hard for this place, making sure we’re all together and making sure this whole group reminds together.”

“I know, my dad just told me moments ago.” Obscuria softly smiled, “Besides, where am I gonna be when you are all having this meeting?”

“You’re gonna be up there..” Shade pointed at the many windows where Mystaké and Neuro were talking right now, “When Mystaké and Uncle Neuro come out.”

“Really?” Obscuria looked at her dad, “I was interested in that meeting.”

“Well, it's adult business, sweetie.” Shade looked at her.

“Someday, you will understand, kiddo.” Turner softly chuckled as the three were now having a conservation. Besides the three and everyone else talking, Neuro and Mystaké were having a conversation of their own. Mystaké had a map laid out to show Neuro about how their mafia was doing and turns out, they’re neck and neck with the Chen Mafia in gaining control of the part where the Ninja Mafia are in charge of.

“We’re neck and neck.” Mystaké explained as she took a sip of her tea, “but you know as well as I do that both mafias are well known killers.”

“Not just killers, experts on what they’re fucking doing.” Neuro looked at his second-in-command, “We do something, They do it too. We’re killers too, Mystaké. You know as well as I do that Master Chen spared you and killed Wu.”

“It was a one time thing.” Mystaké glared at him.

“It’s not that anymore. It was a warning from him to “Don’t fuck with the Chens.” Neuro placed his hand on the table as he looked down, “Sigh..We all have done bad things, just so we can protect the ones we care for.”

“And gain control, make sure we don’t lose.” Mystaké stated, “We’re all tough but we have targets on our backs as well.”

“I’m considering retaliation on them.” Neuro folded his arms.

“Retaliation?” Mystaké lowered his cup slowly, “Sounds like something your mother would do. She did it before in the past.”

Neuro was quiet for a moment as Mystaké explained, “You and your brother, Shade, followed down the same path as her instead of your father, who more likely had a “Better” Path but you and him made the right choice on going down this path.” She pointed her cane at him, “You are in charge now. You lead us, you give us orders on what to do and what we need to do now.”

Neuro was about to say something but the door behind him opened as it was Shade and Obscuria. The two looked over at him as Neuro softly smiled, “Didn’t expect my brother and my niece here now.”

“Uncle Neuro!” Obscuria slowly ran up to him as he gave him a hug, “I thought you were gonna come out and do your thing.”

“Just busy with Mystaké right now, Obby.” Neuro hugged his niece back as he softly chuckled. He looked at Shade as he asked his brother, “Is Turner here already?”

“Yeah. He came here moments ago.” Shade rubs his neck, “I think we are here now.”

“Good because I have a lot of..stuff to go over.” Neuro nodded as he let go of the hug and looked at Obscuria, “Your father and I have a meeting to be in now. Best if you stay here and wait until we are done.”

“How long is it gonna be?” Obscuria asked as she wanted to know. 

“Depends how long it is for but you have your phone with you and books too, Obby.” Shade told his daughter as he softly smiled.

“I know, Dad.” Obscuria understood.

“We have many things to talk about today.” Mystaké said as she started to walk to the door, with the help of her cane, “It’s better if we talk now.”

“Can’t say no to an old lady.” Shade rubbed his neck as Mystaké glared at him. Shade looked at her as he mumbled, “Apologizes.”

Neuro grabbed the map from the table as he held it in his hand and took a deep breath. He knew how important today was as he said, “She’s right. We need to start the meeting now.”

“Stay here until we are done, Obby.” Shade told his daughter as Obscuria nodded.

Upon leaving the room they were in, they went down the stairs as they saw everyone gathering around the table as Neuro snapped his fingers, gaining everyone’s attention as they saw their boss coming over with their brother, who in secret is the mafia prince of the group, and the second-in-command. He whistled as he told them, “We got a lot to discuss about.”

He placed the map down for everyone to see as he pointed at one part of the map, where the Ninja Mafia was slowly close to losing control, “The Ninja Mafia is losing but we’re neck and neck with the Chen mafia.”

“As in the Chens?” Ash folded his arms slowly as he looked at the map.

“Correct.” Neuro nodded as he grabbed a red marker and drew a line between the Chen Mafia and Elemental Mafia, “We’re neck and neck but at some point, they can have something up their sleeves.”

“They have killers, we are killers ourselves.” Karlof folded his arms slowly, “Who knows if they could have sent any of their men or women after us.”

“They’re excellent when it comes to this type of shit.” Turner rubbed his temple, “Seriously, they are and we know how fast they move.”

“What I am saying is that Chen’s Criminal Empire is gonna grow more and I would consider retaliation.” He added as Bolobo asked, “Isn’t that gonna make shit worse?”

“It already has and looks at what’s going on.” Tox pointed at the part where the red line is, “Any of us get there and gain control of what the Ninja Mafia have left, who knows if the Chen Mafia sent any of their men or women to take any of us down.”

“What do you suggest, Boss?” Jacob slowly looked over at Neuro, “Do you know what we need to do?”

Neuro was quiet for a moment as everyone looked at him, wanting to know what they needed to do in order to take what the Ninja Mafia have under control and make it theirs before the Chen Mafia get it and have it under their control. He rubs his goatee for a moment as he knew what they all need to do.

And it wasn’t gonna go easy. but at the same time, he knew what to do.

Master Chen was sitting in his chair, playing with his paddle, which had a string and ball attached to it as his brother, Vincent Chen, was across from him. He was tapping his finger on the table as the Chen brothers heard some footsteps coming out. Clouse and a woman with red hair came in with another woman with half black, half white hair with two streaks on it, a brown-haired man with an eyepatch, a black-haired man with a bandaged eye, and a few tattoo-faced men. 

“Sorry about us coming in late.” The woman with two white streaks said as she sat down next to the red-haired woman. 

“It’s fine, Natalie.” Master Chen looked at his niece before he looked at the red-haired woman, “Ah, My Skylor. Hope you had a fun time yesterday dealing with those men.”

“Dad, you know how I handle them with Luther and Ronin. Natalie, on the other hand, knew other ways.” Skylor softly chuckled.

“Don’t blame me, Sis.” Natalie looked over at her (Half) Sister, “I had other ways to handle them.”

As they all sat down, Braxon and Neil entered at last as they all looked over and saw them preparing to take a seat. Vincent and Master Chen looked over at the two as Master Chen stopped playing for a moment, “Ah! Neil and Braxie. Thank you for the information earlier.”

“Anytime, Boss.” Braxton nodded slowly.

“It’s good that we keep an eye out on things and make sure they’re all fine.” Vincent folded his arms, “Now, Clouse. Please, the map.”

Clouse nodded as he placed the map down on the table as everyone gathered. He pointed at the large part of the map, which was under their control at this time, as Clouse explained, “This right here is us and over here..” He moved his finger to where the Ninja Mafia part is, “The Ninja Mafia is slowly about to lose this. They have other parts under their control but this one right here is expecting to be taken over..”

“Which means, we gain another chunk for the empire to grow!” Master Chen excitedly clapped his hands as everyone exchanged looks for a moment.

“Indeed but there’s an issue.” Clouse placed his hands behind his back.

“What is the problem?” the bandaged eye man, which seems to be Luther, asked.

“We’re neck and neck with the Elemental Mafia.” Clouse informed them, “I’m suggesting we do something because who knows if they are slowly gaining it without us knowing.”

“We can retaliate against them.” Ronin folded his arms, “Or have half of us go undercover and see their every move.”

“We saw one of them heading to the depot.” Braxton explained, “I believe he was on his way to a meeting..Griffin Turner, expert on going undercover.”

“One time, he went undercover so half of the group could do a heist. Worked pretty damn well.” Neil folded his arms, “and also one time, He managed to make a deal with the Ninja Mafia, all went to hell and all started shooting at each other. That was before Wu was killed.”

“Well then..” Master Chen slowly stood up, “A deal won’t work because of course, they’re fucking idiots.” He folded his arms as he looked at the map, “Unless..” He slowly started to smirk, “We do something first.”

“Are we going to make the time bomb go off, dad?” Skylor asked as she folded her arms slowly.

“You and one of the Ninja Mafia people, Kai, used to be together. I’m craving some revenge on him. But not just him, on Mystaké, Neuro, and the others.” Master Chen said, “They want revenge too for what I, WE, did. but half of you are innocent. I’m considering retaliation.” 

“I’m considering that too.” Vincent nodded, “But we need a plan how.”

“Half of us could stay at a hotel near Dareth’s bar.” Luther said.

“I mean, there is one there.” Neil agreed with him.

Master Chen and Vincent exchanged looks for a moment as Vincent nodded, “I mean, We’re in the big city so..We’ll contact, meet up, and inform one another.”

“Good Point!” Master Chen nodded as he clapped his hands, “Just so you all know, We’ll be the biggest empire of all of Ninjago one day! Once those fuckers are all dead and we are the biggest empire of Ninjago. Now, I’ll make sure the guards get ready with the vehicles.”

“I’ll book some hotel rooms for half of you.” Vincent slowly stood up, “We got ourselves some busy weeks.”

“We always do, Dad.” Natalie looked at her father as she softly smiled at him.

Following the meeting, Master Chen had the vehicles ready as half of the mafia were ready to leave, all armed and each having a walkie talkie. As the vehicles pulled, Natalie looked down for a moment, licking her lips for a moment. Skylor noticed as she looked over at her sister and asked, “Nervous or something, Nat?”

Natalie looked over at her as she chuckled, “Nervous? We have done this before. Not really.”

“In case you are, we're just getting started once again.” Ronin crackled his knuckles slowly, “We have dealt with people before but these shitheads? It’s round whatever number now.”

As the vehicles pulled up, Neil fixed his collar until he heard someone calling him out, “Dad!”. He quickly turned around to see his son, Aziel, Lucas, and Cindy coming out as Aziel ran over to his dad.

“Az, my boy.” Neil chuckled softly as he opened his arms, allowing his son to hug him. Aziel hugged his dad as he looked up at him and asked, “Where are you going?”

“Well, you know, I have important business to do, Son.” Neil looked down at him as he smiled.

“Really?” Aziel frowned, “I honestly thought we could have some son-father time.”

“Someday when me and everyone handle the bad guys.” Neil assured him, “You know bad guys are still out there.”

“Someday son.” Neil patted his shoulder as Luther was hugging his brother, Lucas for a moment as Lucas said, “You are gonna come back, right?”

“Of course I am. What else could I go?” Luther chuckled softly.

“You’re gonna go handle bad guys, Luth.” Cindy folded her arms as she chuckled.

“Not just me.” Luther chuckled softly, “My, My, you’re all growing and understanding.”

“Well, you took us in for a better life so..” Cindy rubbed her neck, “But at least have fun!”

Luther laughed slowly from what she said as Cindy and Lucas laughed also. Natalie and Skylor got inside the car with Braxton and Ronin and as they did, Vincent and Master Chen looked at their daughters as Master Chen looked at them and said, “Now, you know what to do, you two.” 

“Yeah, We know, dad.” Skylor assured her father.

“We know what we gotta do, Uncle.” Natalie assured her uncle.

“Well, just in case something goes wrong, use the walkie talkie.” Vincent told the two.

“We’ll make sure we’re all safe, Boss.” Ronin assured the two.

“You better.” Master Chen smiled as the door closed. Soon, the vehicles started as they all drove off. Master Chen, Vincent, Cindy, Lucas, and Aziel watched them go as Master Chen and Vincent exchanged looks. The brothers knew what they were gonna do as they were gonna join eventually, later on.

Every single person in each Mafia has a job to do. That territory there, that’s gonna end up being some kind of war zone or will it? Depends if anyone sets off the time bomb and causes all sides to fire at each other. It’s about gaining control, to show each mafia that they should be afraid of them. See how the Chens are growing their empire slowly, the Elemental mafia and Ninja mafia have their little empires too but, who knows what could happen.

Chapter Text

Lloyd Garmadon was relaxing in the back of the car with Cole, who wanted to make sure he was comfortable, as Kai and Nya were having a conversation up front. Kai was driving as Nya was in the passenger’s seat, talking about something family-related. Nya took a bite of her chips as she was explaining, “Mom and Dad know what we have been lately.”

“We should, at least and someday, pay a visit to them.” Kai suggested as he made a left turn.

“Or maybe, they can come over and visit us instead.” Kai added as he whistled quietly.

“Did you forget that they can’t because they’re afraid of what the Chens and the Elemental Mafia could do to them?” Nya recalled as she stopped eating for a moment.

“Riiiighttt..” Kai slowly realized, “Sorry. It’s been a while.”

“Someday we will see them again.” Nya assured her brother, “Who knows, maybe when we..” Nya checked her pistol, “regain control and finish these Chens and Elementals off.”

“Hopefully because we’re losing.” Cole said as he folded his left leg.

“It’s just the start.” Lloyd explained, “They don’t know we’re gonna regain it back. They don’t even know that We’re gonna fuck them up soon, all of them.”

“Not to mention, we could kill them right now.” Cole pulled out his pistol for a moment, “Besides, not just them, there’s other people who are a threat to us, you know..People who talk shit about us, try to kill, on and on.”

“We did kill someone for trying to kill my father..a Grieving father. To be honest, I felt bad but I would have been in a worse state if my dad was killed after my Uncle.” Lloyd slowly looked down, “Now that I’m in charge, things have changed and we're gonna make sure we don’t fall. We have parts of Ninjago under our control but I know damn well, we are gonna gain it back.”

Cole, Kai, and Nya slowly nodded as Cole looked out of the window for a moment. Suddenly, he saw a vehicle beside them as a man rolled down, pulled a pistol out of the window and aimed it at the car. His eyes widened as he shouted, “DOWN!!”

The gun opened fire at the car as Kai and Nya took cover. Cole uses his body to protect Lloyd as the gunfire stops. The vehicle came to a halt as the vehicle that was beside them drove off in a hurry. Lloyd angrily shouted as he kicked open the door and fired at the vehicle, missing every shot. He ran out of bullets as people on the streets were running down the streets, taking shelter from the gunfire as Cole, Kai, and Nya got out. The four stood in the middle of the road as all they could hear were people screaming and running.

“It has to be one of them!” Kai angrily shouted as he gripped his pistol.

“Who else could it be?” Nya angrily said as she loaded her pistol.

“Lloyd, what do you want us to do?” Cole looked at Lloyd for a moment as Lloyd gripped his empty-out pistol for a moment. He closed his eyes as he knew what to fucking do.

Karlof was driving the vehicle as fast as he could as Griffin Turner reloaded his pistol. Shade was in the back, clenching the walkie talkie as Ash was beside him. Karlof made a quick left as he looked around, “We’re clear!”

“Saw that asshole’s look?” Turner asked as he reloaded his pistol.

“Shithead didn’t expect that to happen.” Shade said.

“They’re not behind us, which is good.” Ash added as he checked behind, “How are we on gas?”

“We’re fine!” Karlof assured them, “just have to find somewhere to hide.”

He spotted an alley ahead of them as he quickly drove right in. He parked the car aside as police sirens were heard far from them. Luckily for them, they ended up in the alley, which was beside Dareth’s bar. They were hiding for a moment as Shade’s phone rang in his pockets. Shade quickly pulled it out as he answered it, “Hey.”

“Shade, Where are you at?” It was Paleman’s voice on the phone as he said, “Trying to look for you guys.”

“Alley near the bar.” Shade explained, “Something else also. Tell my fratello that we encountered Lloyd Garmadon and his gang on the road.”

“Wait. You encountered them?” Paleman asked on the phone as he wanted to know so he can inform Neuro.

“Yes! He was driving beside us. I think they figure that their little territory is surrounded by us and the Chens. Figure that they’re gearing up to regain it.” Shade explained as he lowered his head.

“Shit..I mean, don’t they have other parts already left? It’s just a territory.” Paleman said, “But I will inform your brother and Mystaké about it.”

“Thanks.” Shade hung up the call as he put his phone away, “The Ninja Mafia is fearing that they’ll lose.”

“Sad that I missed several aims at them.” Turner said as he took a deep breath.

“Half some bullets struck any of them.” Ash assured him, “Who knows.”

“I think we pissed them off.” Karlof chuckled softly, “That will be a kickstart.”

As they stood in the alley for shelter until it was fully clear, on the sidewalk, a car was parked as It seemed like Neuro was taking a sip of his iced coffee. Mystaké was looking on the sidewalk as they were beside a hotel. She wanted every single person’s move to make sure no one, at least no one, approached the car and attack. As she watched, Neuro’s walkie talkie spoke up as She and Neuro looked at it.

“Mr. Pale here. Neuro, Mystaké, any of you there?” It was Paleman’s voice as Neuro grabbed the walkie talkie and held it up his mouth.

“Mystaké and I are here, Mr. Pale. What do you have?” Neuro asked.

“Believe me, Your Brother, Karlof, Ash, and Turner encountered the Ninja Mafia.” Paleman informed the both as Neuro’s eyes widened for a moment. He started to fear the worst as he asked, “Are they okay? Is my brother alright?”

“Don’t worry, Boss. They’re all okay. I figured that the Ninja Mafia are aware that they are losing territory and perhaps, are gearing up.” Paleman explained to Neuro.

“We’re still neck and neck with the Chens.” Neuro said, “But we should gear up also, in case any of them come at us.”

“I’ll inform them then.” Paleman said.

“Tell them that we will meet at the..” Mystaké paused for a moment as she looked out of the window and her eyebrows furrowed. To her shock and surprise, the Chen Mafia were walking down the streets and towards the hotel. She snapped her fingers for Neuro to look as Neuro looked over. He was somehow shocked as the Chen Mafia were on their way to the Hotel.

Something caught Neuro’s eyes as it was Natalie, who was walking alongside Skylor. She, Skylor, Ronin, Neil, Braxton, Luther, Eyezor, Chope, Kapau, and Zugu entered the hotel as Neuro just took a good look at Natalie. His eyes widened in surprise for a moment as Mystaké noticed and snapped his fingers.

“Focus on the task at hand.” Mystaké told him as Neuro shook his head and nodded.

“Sorry.” Neuro held the walkie talkie up, “We’ll see you at Dareth’s Bar.”

He lowered it for a moment as he took a deep breath. Mystaké looked at him as he said, “You know the Chens are our enemy. Unless the table turns.”

“You think I'm just looking at her?” Neuro asked her, “You know what we need to do when it comes to the enemy. Who are they and what will their moves be.”

“Sometimes we can just admire them and think they’re okay.” Mystaké looked at her, “Oh Child. What would your mother say if she saw you looking at her.”

She was talking about how Neuro looked at Natalie for a moment before focusing. Neuro was quiet for a moment, now thinking about what his mamma would say if she saw him looking at a woman. He knew that she would probably laugh for a moment, believing that her son was about to have feelings for her. He closed his eyes for a moment as he answered, “Laugh, maybe. But she would also say to focus.”

“No wonder why you and Shade are brothers. She did the same thing you just did when she saw your father.” Mystaké recalled, remembering her time with Neuro and Shade’s mother, “Believe me, it took them a while to get along until they got married and had you both.”

“I forgot that you knew them.” Neuro stated, “But my Papà is an asshole. I haven't even seen him since I was 16!”

“He left you three but Your mother knew how to take care of the mafia before she fell ill.” Mystaké explained, “I’m just saying that you are half him, more like your mother. Same thing goes to Shade.”

Neuro slowly nodded as he looked out of the window for a moment, slowly letting his mind rest. But inside the hotel, the group of Natalie, Skylor, Ronin, Braxton, Neil, Luther, Eyezor, Chope, Kapau, and Zugu arrived on time to get their hotel rooms as Skylor looked around for a moment. She knew that she had to keep her eyes peeled up in case anyone from either the Ninja Mafia and Elemental Mafia showed up. The front receptionist saw them coming over as he slightly shivered, thinking about what could happen to him.

“It’s alright, young sir.” Ronin assured the receptionist, “We’re not gonna harm you or anything. We each like a hotel room.”

“For how many?” The Receptionist asked as he looked in front of his computer.

“Six please.” Ronin gave the answer as Zugu, Chope, Eyezor, and Kapau looked over at him.

“Uhm..What about us?” Kapau asked, “Aren’t we gonna get a room also?”

“You guys need to go around the city, see any activity and see if any of the mafias are out there.” Skylor told them, “My Father and his brother, MY Uncle, will need information so..”

“What she is saying is that she wants your four to go out there, see any activity, if there’s either the Ninja Mafia or Elemental Mafia out there, come here and inform us so we can inform my uncle and my father.” Natalie said as Skylor looked at her sister for a moment.

“We’ll do what we can, miss.” Zugu assured her as He motioned at Eyezor, Kapau, Chope, and Zugu, knowing that it was time to go.

Ronin, Braxton, Neil, Natalie, Skylor, and Luther each got a Key to their hotel rooms as the Receptionist told them that their rooms are on the third floor, telling them that they have access to the luxury part of the hotel as they each thanked him. As they walked towards the Elevator, they were unaware that Jay, Zane, and Pixal were watching them. As they saw them go inside the elevator, they immediately moved out of the hotel as Jay lowered his cigarette.

“Those were the Chens.” Jay said as he slowly blew a bit of smoke out of his mouth.

“I guess they figure that we are losing and they know what they came here for.” Zane stated.

“They’re not the only ones who also figure.” Pixal added as she folded her arms, “Maybe, the Elemental Mafia know also.”

“We’re losing slowly but we can just kill them if we can.” Jay suggested as he suddenly started to cough from the smoke he blew out of his mouth. Zane and Pixal looked at him coughing as Jay dropped the cigarette and shook his head, “Gosh, Guess people were right..Smoking is bad!”

“Well, you should know how to..” Zane softly chuckled as his walkie talkie suddenly spoke up.

“Zane, Pixal, Jay, Any of them there?” It was Lloyd’s voice on the walkie talkie as Zane grabbed it and held it up his mouth.

“Lloyd, We’re here. What is it?” Zane asked as he wanted to know.

“We’re gonna meet at the bar.” Lloyd explained, “Several of Neuro’s men shot at us on the road earlier.”

“What!?” They were all shocked. Jay grabbed the walkie talkie from Zane as he held it up his mouth, his face full of worry, “Is Nya okay!? Is she Alright? Are you all alright!!?”

“We are!” Lloyd assured him, “She’s safe, We’re safe. But meet us at the bar!”

“Copy that.” Jay said as he lowered the walkie talkie.

“We should probably get there now.” Pixal suggested as Jay and Zane nodded and the three started to walk over to the Bar. unaware that some enemies will be there soon. They walked past the alley as Shade, Griffin Turner, Ash, and Karlof saw them on their way to the bar as Ash whistled slowly.

“I guess they figured.” Ash said as Shade scoffed.

“Of course they did.” Shade said, “They’re afraid of losing their territory. And perhaps, we can just..” His pistol clicked, “Take them all down for once.”

“Nah, they have tricks up their sleeves.” Karlof stated, “We have tricks up our sleeves also. But we should find a way to strike soon.”

“We will.” Turner assured him, “We just have to wait for the right moment.”

He opened the car door as he slowly puts on his glasses. Ash opened the door, followed by Karlof and Shade as the four put on their glasses and brace themselves for what was gonna happen soon.

At the hotel, Natalie was in her room, reading her favorite back as she was just simply relaxing. Suddenly, a knock was heard at the door as she turned over and sat up. She placed her book down as she slowly got off the bed and stood close by her nightstand. Her pistol was laid down as she slowly opened the door, only to see Skylor in front of the door.

“Sky.” Natalie was surprised to see her at the door, “What do you want?”

“I was just wondering if you were interested in going to the bar, to get a couple of drinks.” Skylor asked her sister, “Ronin will be going, make sure we’re okay.”

“Sure thing. But we should bring our pistols just in case any of them are there.” Natalie stated.

“In which we will.” Skylor assured her, “Come on, it’s gonna be fine.”

“If you say so.” Natalie nodded as she grabbed her coat and puts it on, “Is he in the lobby?”

“Not really.” Ronin’s voice was heard across as the Chen Sisters looked over at him, seeing that he was at the doorway of his room, eating a slice of pizza, “You can maybe eat something on the way to the bar, that way you’ll get drinks.”

“Not really that hungry.” Natalie slowly chuckled, “All I want is the drinks.”

“Gotcha.” Ronin finished eating as he snapped his fingers, “Let’s go, Fellas.”

The three started to make their way towards the elevator as Skylor pressed the bottom to the lobby. The elevator door opened and as they did, the three were somehow surprised to see someone familiar in front of them. A white haired young adult wearing a dress in front of them as she softly smiled at the three.

“I didn’t expect either of you to be here.” The white-haired female was somewhat surprised as she chuckled.

“Harumi..” Ronin was somehow surprised, “Since when did you decide to go out?”

“I’m just heading to the bar for today.” Harumi answered, “Just for a couple of drinks.”

“We’re heading there too.” Skylor said as she, Natalie, and Ronin entered the Elevator. The doors closed as the four were now going down to the lobby. As they were, it was mostly quiet as Harumi then asked the three, “How is Mafia life going for you three?”

“Normal.” Natalie answered.

“Fine as usual.” Skylor answered.

“Okay as Usual.” Ronin answered, “hunting down people, stealing money, and more “fun” shit to do.”

“Sounds very interesting.” Harumi said as the elevator doors opened, slowly allowing herself and the three to come out. They walked out moments later as Harumi was explaining to them about what she has been up to lately, “I’ve been around lately. Been visiting Lloyd, Arin, Sora, and the others.”

“Seriously?” Skylor asked as she folded her arms.

“It’s just a little visit.” Harumi assured her, “I’m barely used to seeing people killed in front of it and It’s quite joyful.”

“She does have a point there.” Ronin nodded.

“Well, We kill people if they do something stupid with us.” Natalie pointed out as the four were on their way to the bar. 

“I heard that your uncle..” Harumi looked at Natalie for a moment before she shifted to Skylor, “and your father killed Master Wu before.”

“Spared Neuro’s Second-in-Command. The Ninja Mafia weren’t happy about what Master Chen did to Wu.”

“They still aren’t and they are losing territory between us and the Elemental Mafia.” Skylor folded her arms as she took a deep breath, “Ever since that, after Wu’s Death, things became unstable for me and Kai and..We broke up.”

“After that, Master Chen wanted revenge for what happened.” Natalie added as she looked at the Bar, “Looks like We’re here.”

“Finally.” Ronin said as he opened the door, “Ladies first.”

The bar was crowded as there were a lot of people there to relax, drink, have fun and even meet up. There’s a lot of gangs out there besides the main mafias of Ninjago. They have massive rivalries with them each and in some cases, all of them. Harumi, Natalie, Skylor, and Ronin looked around for a moment for a spot to sit in as they saw an empty one. As they were about to head over there, a voice called out for them.

“Guys! Over here!” It sounded familiar to them as they quickly turned around, seeing a brown-haired chubby man waving at them, “There’s plenty of space here!”

“Dareth.” Skylor was surprised to see him as She, Natalie, Ronin, and Harumi walked over to the front of the bar and sat down.

“Didn’t expect you guys to be here.” Dareth said as he placed his hands down on the table, “Did your bosses decide to say “It’s break time”?” 

Dareth is a bartender and owner of his own bar. People go here a lot to do what they want to do as long as they don’t do serious shit. Dareth is, perhaps, a close ally between the Chen Mafia and Ninja Mafia, who he knows have a serious rivalry with each other. But, he's a lover of puffy potstickers at Chen’s Noodles House and a “wannabe” Mafia person.

“Sorta.” Natalie said, “We’re just going around.”

“Good. Now, what can I get you, fellas?” Dareth asked as he smiled, “There’s plenty of drinks to have today.”

“I would like some cold water.” Harumi told him.

“Some wine please.” Natalie told him.

“Wine here also.” Skylor nodded.

“Give me some whiskey.” Ronin chuckled, “I could use some whiskey today.”

“Got you fellas covered.” Dareth chuckled as he went over to the counter to get some glasses. As he did, in a corner, Neuro was watching them for a moment while taking a sip of his whiskey. Mystaké was sitting down as she watched Shade, Griffin Turner, Karlof, Paleman, and Ash play a pool game. She noticed Neuro looking at Harumi, Natalie, Skylor, and Ronin as she slowly got up and stood beside to watch.

“Them again.” Neuro informed her, “But this time with someone new..”

“Harumi.” Mystaké looked at Harumi for a moment, “Close ally to the Ninja. In some cases, she would go over to their place and talk, sometimes taking care of the teenagers.”

“Some kind of babysitter?” Neuro asked.

“Sorta but she helps them out by seducing some people to get informed about us and any other gang out there.” Mystaké explained as she then looked at Skylor, “Same goes to Skylor, she’s an expert at seducing people to get information.”

“What about her and the eyepatch guy?” Neuro asked, referring to Natalie and Ronin.

“Natalie Chen, An expert at going undercover. Will do what she can to survive and is willing to put up a fight. And if you think she seduces people too, in some cases, yes but!” Mystaké looked at Neuro as Neuro looked back at her, “not always because she rather fights people.”

“I see..” Neuro looked at her as he noticed her looking around. He examined her like earlier as he took a sip of his whiskey. The look was what’s making his stomach get butterflies for a split moment. He has never seen someone this beautiful but Natalie? Holy shit, he finished his whiskey as he still examined her until Mystaké snapped her fingers. Neuro slowly shook his head as he focused on what Mystaké was telling him.

“For Ronin, he's a killer. Well known expert on bringing people to the Chen brothers and hurting them for answers.” Mystaké explained, “He was ordered one time to take someone and bring them to Chen, turns out the guy was threatening Skylor. You know how serious we are with the Chens. When we take one, it may be over but! We could need information on what they are planning to do..with the Territory we are neck and neck with.”

“Good Point.” Neuro said as he placed his glass down. He was so unaware that Lloyd was watching him. He furrowed his eyebrows for a moment as Kai, Cole, Nya, Zane, Pixal, and Jay were talking. He wanted to get revenge on him right now, knowing that Neuro POSSIBLY ordered the shooting at him and the others.

“We were on the road and then, out of nowhere, they fired at us.” Nya explained as she placed her glass down, with Jay holding her hand, “I’m now guessing that this is some kind of retaliation, asking us to surrender that territory and let them have it.”

“I’m on the same page as you.” Cole agreed with Nya, “I’m suggesting we fight back, like what Garmadon said.”

“We need to.” Nya said, “We’re not losing that territory.”

“At some time by now, we have to strike.” Zane said.

Kai was just listening to them talking as he took a sip of his glass and looked over for a moment. As he did, the place was crowding and crowding more and that’s when something caught his eyes. He looked at the pool game as he saw Shade, Griffin Turner, Karlof, Ash, and Paleman play. He sets his eyes at Shade for a moment as he examines him for a moment. He felt butterflies in his stomach for a split moment because of the way Shade was all dressed and the way he looked.. but then, someone was snapping his fingers at him as it turns out, it was his sister.

“Kai, Yoohoo! Listen in.” Nya snapped her fingers at her brother as Kai shook his head and looked over at his sister.

“Sorry..I was just..Uhhh, looking out for any of our enemies.” Kai explained, “You know how important it is for us to know their moves.”

“Well, you are doing something right for us.” Lloyd said, “I suggest an attack on Neuro’s Men. They’re here so we should be able to.”

“In front of everyone?” Pixal asked, “It’s Risky, especially that we are in a crowded spot right now.”

“Yeah but you know what they almost did to me, to Kai, to Nya, and to Cole.” Lloyd said as he heard an argument nearby, “We do it, and show them, that they made a fucking mistake.”

Kai looked away to look at Shade again, seeing how Shade was smiling after winning a round of the pool game. Kai felt the butterflies again as he was unaware that Lloyd got off of his seat and was getting into an argument with someone. Kai was just too focused on Shade at this time, slowly admiring him but he knew that you can’t be in love with an enemy, unless you make them switch sides or keep it an secret. 

Everything was all good for a moment.

But then, bang!

Someone just opened fire inside the bar as it alarmed everyone inside the bar. People began to scream as they were all scattering to the door. It even alarmed those outside as the streets were about to fill up with people running. For Lloyd and his gang, they took cover as they opened fire at the person who started it all. The person somehow escaped. For Neuro and his gang, they saw Lloyd and his gang as Neuro knew this was an advantage on taking on the group as he fired his pistol at them. 

Lloyd looked over and saw Neuro firing several shots as he and the group took cover. Shade rushed over to his brother as he shouted, “Fratello, we gotta go!”

“Come on!” Paleman shouted as suddenly, Ronin, Skylor, and Natalie fired at the group, while taking cover. This was now escalating into a shootout as half of the group was firing at each other. But they knew that they would run out of bullets as the only option now is..wait a minute, take someone, maybe? Each member fled the bar but as they did, Shade was behind his brother but suddenly, Kai caught up to him as he grabbed Shade and covered his mouth. Shade let out a scream as Neuro, Mystaké, and Griffin Turner looked back. Neuro tried to rush over to help him but the crowd of people running pushed him away.

“SHADE!!” Neuro shouted for his brother as Shade was suddenly taken by Kai and into a vehicle. Ronin, Skylor, Harumi, and Natalie were separated but suddenly, a hand covered Natalie’s mouth as it turned out to be Ash. Karlof helps him as the two drag her into a vehicle, with Paleman following them.

Jay, Cole, Nya, Zane, and Pixal were trying to get to their vehicle but suddenly, a hand reached out for Jay as Ronin dragged him towards him. Nya looked back as she saw her boyfriend get taken by Ronin, with Skylor helping him.

“Jay!” Nya shouted as she tried to go after them but Skylor fired several bullets into the air. Pixal grabbed Nya’s hand as she dragged her inside the vehicle. Kai and Lloyd were dragging Shade inside their vehicle and as they did, Harumi kicked open the door. It shocked the two as Lloyd was surprised to see her.

“Harumi?” He asked as Harumi looked at Lloyd.

“Just get in!” Harumi told him as Lloyd got inside. Kai shoved Shade inside the backseat of the car as he pulled out his pistol and got inside. They drove off as Police sirens were heard coming over. Shade was trying to find a way out but Kai aimed his pistol at him and shook his head.

“Don’t fucking even.” Kai told him, sounded serious as his pistol clicked. Shade stopped for a moment as he looked at Kai and the pistol aimed at him. He knew he couldn't escape now. He is completely fucked as the group was driving back to their place.

Time went by as the group arrived back at the monastery. Ever since what happened at the bar, they, at least, accomplished something. They took someone and that someone was Shade. Shade had a bag over his head as Kai and Nya were dragging him to an empty room. Lloyd was meeting with his parents as Arin, Sora, Frak, and Wyldfyre were asleep. Kai and Nya shoved Shade inside the room as his hands and feet were tied up. He couldn’t be able to escape as Nya held him and shoved him down on the chair. Kai aimed his pistol at him as Shade slightly grunted.

Then, the bag was removed off of him as he was looking down at the floor. He slowly looked forward and as he did, he got slapped by Nya, who looked angry. Kai aimed a pistol at him as Shade hissed quietly from the slap he got from Nya.

“What the fuck..” Shade hissed as he shook his head and looked at the two for a moment.

“You’re fish bait now.” Kai said as he lowered his gun.

“Fish Bait, my ass.” Shade glared at him, “Caught the wrong person.”

“Did we?” Nya folded her arms, looking unamused, “Your brother probably figured that you’re with us now.”

“The fuck do you even want me for?” Shade asked as he had a serious look on his face.

“Answers.” Kai said as the door behind him and his sister opened. It was Lloyd and his father, Garmadon, at the doorway as the two were folding their arms, looking serious as Shade glared at them.

“We have every reason to have you here, Shade.” Lloyd said, “We know about you and your brother and your gang, especially what you fuckers are up to.”

“Oh? So, you figured that you’re losing that territory?” Shade scoffed, “Good luck getting it back.”

“Well, actually, we're gaining it back.” Lloyd walked towards him as he grabbed his face, “And I believe we will use you to help us understand why you and your gang want that spot.”

He shoved him back to the seat as Shade grunted. He glared up at him as Lloyd folded his arms, “You’re staying here until we get enough information from you. Then, we'll return you back.”

Shit, seems like Shade is screwed but he knew he was tough because deep down, he knew the group fucked with the wrong person and may have, as well, fucked with the wrong group. But he knew that he was going to, eventually, fight for his life if he wanted to be returned back to his brother, his daughter, and his gang.

Griffin Turner parked the car near the Garage at the Depot as Neuro kicked the door open. He was letting his anger out after Shade was taken. He was fucking pissed. Mystaké got out of the car also, with the help of her cane, as she knew how Neuro was feeling right now.

“FUCK!” Neuro slammed his fist on the ground in anger. How could he have let his little brother be taken by the Ninja Mafia? He knew they needed to pay as he got up from the ground and paced around, “We need to get him back and kill them for once!!”

“We tried to, back at the bar, Boss!” Turner told him, “Shit got out of hand.”

“Don’t blame yourself. One of the Ninja Mafia Member’s mindset was something we didn’t expect.” Mystaké told Neuro, “But we will get him back.”

The Depot doors opened as Jacob, Bolobo, Tox, and Chamille came out. They saw the three as Chamille didn’t notice Ash was with them. She started to worry as she asked, “Where’s Ash?”

“He was behind us..He should be here.” Turner looked at her, assuring her as suddenly, a car pulled out behind. They all looked over to see Karlof and Ash getting out. They managed to escape the shootout as Chamille rushed over to Ash and hugged him. The two hugged for a moment as Karlof walked over to Neuro.

Neuro wanted answers on what they have as he asked, “What do you have and please tell me it’s either one of the Ninja Mafia members..”

“Actually..It’s someone else..From the Chen mafia.” Karlof informed him.

“Chen Mafia!?” Turner asked in shock.

“Yeah..” Karlof showed as Paleman came out, holding one of the Chen Mafia members by the arm. They had a bag over their head as Paleman looked at Neuro.

“Sorry, Boss. But she could help us, maybe. Or give us answers on why we are so neck and neck in the Ninja Mafia’s Territory.” Paleman explained as he removed the bag off of her. To Neuro and Mystaké’s shock, It was Natalie Chen. She looked at him for a moment as she gritted her teeth in anger and tried to resist. 

Neuro looked at Natalie for a moment as he realized this was the person that caught his attention. Oh fuck, this was Natalie, Natalie Chen, the Daughter of Vincent Chen, Niece of Master Chen, and Half Sister of Skylor Chen. an Expert on going undercover. 

Natalie glared at Neuro as she slowly chuckled, “You got the wrong person, 混蛋 (“asshole”).”

“Fuck..” Neuro mumbled quietly to himself for a moment. But then, he realized that she could, maybe, help out and give information on why the Chen Mafia and the Elemental Mafia are neck and neck with each other and tell us about Shade’s whereabouts.

Neuro took a deep breath as he motioned to Paleman, “Take her inside.”

Paleman nodded as he took Natalie inside the depot. Neuro watched as Natalie tried to resist again but stopped as she knew there was no way out now. Neuro looked at everyone else as he ordered, “Gonna need half of you out in the city, look for any sightings of Shade or any of the mafias. I’ll stay here, talk to her for answers.”

“Not just you.” Mystaké took a few steps, “I’ll be joining you as well, Neuro.”

Neuro looked at her for a moment as he slowly nodded. She then added, “Everyone else, go and search around, search for answers and maybe, kill some people.”

They all nodded as Neuro and Mystaké went inside the depot. There, Paleman was tying Natalie down on a chair as Natalie looked down, mumbling to herself. After he was done, he looked over at Neuro and Mystaké as he explained, “She tried to escape but I didn’t let her.”

“Good.” Neuro took a few steps, “Gonna need you to join the others and search for answers. I need to know my brother’s whereabouts and maybe, kill someone for answers.”

“Got it, Boss.” Paleman nodded as he walked out of the depot, leaving him, Mystaké, and Natalie all alone. Natalie refused to look at either of them as the two looked at her for a moment. Neuro knew that Natalie could, at some point, attack. But he knew he needed answers and information on why the hell the mafias are clashing with each other. Maybe, he can ask her for help. Mafias are enemies first of all but Neuro just wants information and answers.

He knew what he needed to do as he looked over at a chair nearby him.

Jay was all tied up on a chair, with a bloodied bag over his head as suddenly, it was removed by Braxton. His face had a black eye and a bloody scar on his cheek as Skylor was in front of him, with Neil, Ronin, Eyezor, Kapau, Chope, and Zugu standing on her sides each. 

Jay looked at them for a moment as he gritted his teeth. He knew what was gonna happen to him but he also knew that the Chens caught the wrong fucking person but to the Chens, this was a good thing.

“The Fuck do you people want?” Jay asked as he glared at them, “Whatever you guys have, I’m not interested, plus, I didn’t even take one of your members.”

“In which we are well aware of.” Skylor said as she took a few steps, “Believe me, You and your people are losing this small territory of yours.”

“Lady, please..” Jay looked at Skylor, “We ain’t losing, you’re just fucking surrounding us, telling us to surrender it.”

“That’s the point there.” Skylor chuckled as she aimed a pistol at him, “Now, my sister was taken and I need your help.”

“Nuh uh.” Jay shook his head, “Not happening.”

Suddenly, Ronin delivered a punch at Jay as Jay turned his head from the punch. He grunted from the punch as Skylor lowered her pistol, “Look, I want you to return to your people safely, but I want your help.”

“Why would I want to accept this deal?” Jay glared at her.

“Because you have a gang waiting for you, a girlfriend waiting for you, would you like to return home to them? If so, help me get my sister, and maybe, we can stop surrounding your little territory.” Skylor offered, “If not, then today might be your lucky day.”

She slowly backed away as Jay gritted his teeth but suddenly, he got punched by Neil as Neil backed away. Jay sees this offer as a trick but he does want to go home. As he was getting beaten, Skylor pulled out a cigarette and smoked for a moment, now thinking about Natalie for a moment, knowing that she got taken, she wants her back now. But she needs help getting her back.

Jay might be the right one.

As of right now, she just wants an answer, whether Jay accepts the offer or die.

Chapter Text

Neuro was sitting in front of Natalie, who was tied up on a chair and glaring at him in anger, as he had his pistol in hand. He knew if she did something stupid right now, he was gonna kill her. But at the same time, he could use her help for some reason. And he needs information about her mafia and why they are clashing with his mafia. The two were just exchanging looks for a moment as neither of them spoke at all.

Then, Natalie took a deep breath and said, “Your name rings so many bells throughout Ninjago.”

“Your name also.” Neuro added as he folded his left leg, “Chens are everywhere throughout Ninjago.”

“We’re always everywhere.” Natalie took a deep breath, “You are all over Ninjago, same thing goes to the other mafia, in which, I know you and I don’t want to hear.”

“Ah, so you know about them?” Neuro asked, “Saw you interacting with Harumi.”

“Excuse me?” Natalie was somehow surprised, “So, you were following my moves, seeing what I was gonna do?”

“Not exactly.” Neuro said, “Maybe.”

“I heard some stories about you.” Natalie said, “You seriously made a fucking mistake getting me.”

“I just want answers.” Neuro lowered his pistol.

“Answers, my ass.” Natalie said, “What are you even gonna do? Gonna shoot me, kill me or what? My men and sister are probably looking for me.”

“Now, I don’t want to kill you. I just want answers and I need your help.” Neuro explained as Natalie glared at him in shock.

“My help? For what?” Natalie asked.

“You see, your people and my people, We’re clashing with the Ninja Mafia’s territory and I know if we manage to control it..” Neuro was cut off by Natalie as She said, “You’re saying that you want me to side with you and help out on that territory, the one that my people and your people are fucking with?”

“I’m not finished.” Neuro tried to explain but Natalie just scoffed, seeing this as a trick.

“You’re just trying to get my men here and make some kind of deal. None of us are experts at Deals.” Natalie explained.

“Maybe, a deal could work.” Mystaké’s voice was heard as she started making her way towards the two. She looked at Neuro for a moment as she said, “Your Niece is asleep. She doesn’t know that her father was taken.”

Natalie tried to connect the dots for a moment as the two looked at her for a moment. She looked back at them as she bites her lips for a moment. She then realized what Mystaké meant, “..Well shit.”

“Is this why you want a deal?” She asked, “You want me to help? You know damn well how I act, how I fight people who fuck with me, and how I am an expert with going undercover. You know all of us are killers, not just us but the people in the streets too.”

“If you want me to make a deal, let me do something.” She offered something, “Can I contact my sister, tell her that I’m fine?”

Silence filled the air for a moment. 

Jay was all bloodied and badly bruised after Neil, Braxton, and Ronin finished beating him. Jay still didn’t want the offer but deep down, he just wanted to get back to his mafia. He wasn’t sure about this deal because he sees this deal as a trick. Ronin was smoking for a moment as he looked over at Jay and lowered his cigarette.

“You know, if I were you, I would take the deal.” Ronin told him as he took a few steps towards him, “Sounds very interesting.”

“Why the fuck would I believe this deal..?” Jay slightly coughed, “Sounds like a joke, b-besides..you fuckers are experts on making deals like these.”

“This is a golden ticket out.” Neil told him as he paced around, “You know, take it.”

“I ain’t taking it.” Jay said, “You fuckers..If you wanna kill me so bad, go ahead and do it! I ain’t taking the deal..Yet.”

“Yet?” Skylor slowly walked over to him, “This deal will get you out of our hands and you go back doing whatever the fuck you want but at least accept it. Do you want to be alive?”

Jay glared at her for a moment, still refusing to accept the offer. Skylor chuckled softly as she lowered her cigarette, “You know..I don’t think your people would like to hear word about another death. You know what happened to your first head of the group, right? When my father killed him. That sparked anger in all of you, even his brother.”

Jay said nothing at all as he just glared at her. Suddenly, a knock was heard at the door as they all shifted over, only to see Luther opening the door and quickly entering. He had a walkie talkie in his hand as he informed them, “The Ninja Mafia figured that Jay is missing. But they don’t have Natalie.”

“The Elemental Mafia do.” Luther told them as they all exchanged looks. Skylor pinched the top of her nose for a moment as she mumbled angrily. But at the same time, she wasn’t done with Jay at all. She looked over at Jay for a moment before looking back at Luther.

“Get Clouse on the call and tell him so he can inform my father and my uncle..” Skylor told him, “About to be a "Beautiful" Day today.”

Jay glared still as Skylor walked over to him and told him, “You see, Jay Walker. You were born in a junkyard and suddenly, you came on top after being offered to join the Mafia by Master Wu. Eventually, you became family when every single person you met, especially how you and your girlfriend met. What a love story you two have.”

“Oh please. You and Kai broke up because of what happened to Wu, why? Because Master Chen threatened to kill Kai and you broke up with him, just for safety, am I correct?” Jay asked as he gritted his teeth, “What happens if I accept the deal again?”

“Well..You go back to your family, live another day.” Neil replied.

“You might as well see the sun even more.” Braxton folded his arms as he paced around.

“What if I don’t.” Jay asked again, still wondering to know more.

“Well..” Ronin walked over to him as he placed a knife on his throat, it was quite close to his carotid artery. 

Skylor glared down at Jay for a moment as she answered, “We will deliver your dead body at the steps of the monastery, so Lloyd and the others can see it.”

Jay slowly started to get a bit nervous as he gulped slowly. He felt the knife close to his carotid artery as Skylor added, “You’re Nervous, I can tell but believe me, I take the deal so I can see the sun again.”

“So, what do you say?” Skylor now wanted an answer as she folded her arms and looked at Jay, who now had a nervous look on his face. 

Outside the Room, Luther was calling Clouse so he could inform him about what happened. He waited and waited for Clouse to answer until finally, Clouse answered. Closure was appearing busy looking at a map for a moment as his phone rang.

He went over to it as he answered, “What is it, Luth? I’m busy right now.”

“Sorry, Clouse. It’s urgent. Natalie was taken by the Elemental Mafia but we have Jay Walker from the Ninja Mafia.” Luther explained on the phone, “Can you put either Master Chen or Vincent Chen or both on the call right now?”

Clouse’s eyes widened from what he was told as he said, “Hold on, will you?”

“Yes, sir.” Luther said on the phone as Clouse quickly rushed out of the room and rushed towards where Master Chen and Vincent Chen were.

Shade has been in that room for hours now as he was trying to untie himself. He tried and tried but he couldn’t. He just wants to get out of there, ever since what happened earlier, he just can’t stand being in a room all alone. He is probably guessing that Obscuria knows that her father is missing and hasn’t come back. He also guessed that his big brother, Neuro, found out and is probably ordering half of the group to go search for answers and look for him.

He tried to free himself but suddenly, he stopped as he heard the door unlocked. It was Kai who opened the door as Lloyd, Cole, Zane, Pixal, Misako, Nya, and Garmadon entered the room. As they did, they gathered around him as Shade looked around  at them. 

He gritted his teeth in anger as he asked, “What do you all even want from me?”

“We actually want help and answers.” Garmadon explained as he took a few steps towards him, “Why are you and your gang trying to take our territory?”

“Excuse me, old man?” Shade looked at him in unamusement as Lloyd explained, “You and the Chen Mafia are neck and neck with our territory, technically surrounding it.”

“Don’t you have other territories?” Shade asked, “Isn’t that enough?”

“That part is important to us.” Kai added as he took a few steps towards him, “We do but it’s very important to us. If it gets taken, then all was for nothing.”

“Kiss my ass, fire boy.” Shade gritted his teeth, “Kiss my ass, all of you!”

“It would be easy if you shut the fuck up for a moment.” Lloyd slightly slapped him, causing Shade to hiss from the slap, “Now..Where was I..Oh! The territory issue.”

Lloyd slowly bent down a bit to look at Shade as he explained, “Your brother, Neuro, is aware that you are being held by us or he might be but the thing is, this is good because We’re willing to piss him off as much as we can, at least for right now.”

Shade mumbled quietly in Italian as he glared at Lloyd, “Just say what you need to say, Greenie.”

“All We want is answers and some help.” Lloyd gave his reason, “First thing first, we need answers on why you, your brother, and your gang want that territory of ours and what do you need it for.”

Shade was quiet for a moment as Cole said, “Look, Your brother might be out looking for you right now and believe me, if I saw him right now, I’ll be dead right now. But we want answers and plus, why the hell did you open fire at us?”

“Did your brother order it?” Nya asked him as she looked at him.

Shade was quiet for a moment as he refused to answer the question. The group inside exchanged looks for a moment as Kai took a few steps towards Shade and stood in front of him, “Look, man, We know what you and your fellow people did to us. It nearly got us killed.”

Shade glared at Kai for a moment as Kai explained, “We don’t want to kill you and deliver your dead body to your brother, you know he would lose it. So, just give us the answers and we will explain what help we need.”

“I ain’t helping you.” Shade answered.

“Doesn’t matter.” Nya said, “Just tell us the answers. Why do you want that small territory of ours and what do you need it for?”

Shade was quiet for a moment as he looked down, before taking a deep breath and answered, “..Because we want it as a way to give ourselves some kind of home and use it as a hideout. Plus, a Noodle house is there so we would want to go there and eat.”

“The Reason why my brother wants that spot is because he wants it under his rule, HIS FUCKING RULE.” Shade said, “It belongs to us.”

“And We will not surrender that spot.” Garmadon angrily told him.

“Are you fuckers thinking that My brother and his men have your fellow person, Jay Walker?” Shade scoffed slowly.

“Don’t you fucking dare say his name.” Nya angrily told him.

“Just telling the truth.” Shade mumbled angrily, “You took the wrong guy.”

“Well clearly, we didn’t.” Misako said, “You fired at my son and his people, almost got him killed.”

“Oh please.” Shade shook his head, “You think it was me?”

“You were with your brother’s men when one of them fired at us!” Cole told him, “Nearly killed us!”

“You should be dead by now.” Shade said, “You’re damn lucky to be alive.”

“Now, onto the help.” Lloyd looked at him, “We need your help on regaining it.”

“No.” Shade immediately answered without a hesitation.

“It’s your ticket back to your people, Shady boy.” Zane folded his arms slowly.

“Non sto aiutando” Shade said in Italian to confuse them at first before switching to English again, “I ain’t helping.”

“Since when did he decide to speak in Italian..” Cole folded his arms.

“To confuse us. Forgot to say that his and Neuro’s mother is Italian-Ninjagoran.” Lloyd looked at Shade for a moment as he folded his arms, “This is your way out and pretend that none of this happens.”

“My Fratello (“Brother”) is gonna kill all of you.” Shade gritted his teeth.

“We’ll kill him first.” Pixal said in a serious tone.

“No!” Shade angrily answered. He doesn’t want his big brother killed but this was gonna make him lose it as he felt some anger and rage built up inside of him.

“Then help us regain control.” Lloyd said, “We can make a deal.”

“I don’t think he’s up for it.” Shade said.

“Then how about we contact him.” Garmadon said as he held up his phone. Shade was quiet for a moment as he looked down. He took a deep breath as he knew that if Garmadon answered the call, Neuro was gonna fucking lose it on the call. 

He rolled his head back for a moment as he asked them, “Can I have a moment..?”

The group exchanged looks for a moment as they all looked at Shade. Then, Lloyd folded his arms as he said, “Sure, but Kai will be staying with you.”

Kai’s eyes widened for a moment as he shook his head in surprise, “W-What?”

“You mind keeping an eye on him while we talk?” Lloyd asked Kai as he wanted to make sure if Kai was okay with keeping an eye on Shade.

“Absolutely, Greenie.” Kai assured him as he held his pistol in hand, "I will.”

“Good.” Lloyd nodded as he opened the door, slowly leaving the room with Nya, Cole, Zane, Pixal, Misako, and Garmadon and leaving alone Kai and Shade. Kai glared at Shade for a moment as Shade glared back at him in anger. Guess the two were just gonna have to work it out while the rest talk outside the room. and maybe, Kai can ask Shade questions about the territory, Jay's Whereabouts, and what does his Mafia want.

Meanwhile at the Depot, Neuro and Mystaké were looking at Natalie for a moment after Natalie simply asked if she could contact Skylor and tell her that she’s fine. Mystaké sees this as a trick as she knew what the answer was gonna be.

“No.” She gave her the answer as Natalie shook his head.

“Seriously?” Natalie scoffed, “Can’t let me call my little sister?”

“We know what you might do.” Neuro told her, “Besides, can’t let you call right now.”

“If you want me to accept the deal, let me contact my sister and my dad, tell them that I’m okay.” Natalie said, trying to free herself but Mystaké held her down.

“Look..” Neuro unfolded his left leg as he slowly stood up, placing his pistol on the chair as he took a few steps towards her, “We want answers, my brother’s whereabouts, and some help.”

Natalie glared up at him for a moment as she gritted her teeth, “You want answers?”

“Why is the Chen Mafia neck and neck with us, what do they want with it, and what might happen if they gain it.” Mystaké gave out the questions as she moved away from Natalie, slowly standing aside as Natalie was quiet for a moment.

Neuro went over to the table as he grabbed the map and showed it off to Natalie, pointing at the part where the Ninja Mafia is expecting to lose control of it but between the red line, the Chen and Elemental mafias are neck and neck with each other. 

Natalie looked at it for a moment as Neuro explained, “I did say my name rings throughout Ninjago. It would be such a shame if I killed you and delivered your body to your family’s place.”

“You wouldn’t.” Natalie said, “You wouldn’t kill me.”

“Besides, our names ring throughout all of Ninjago.” Natalie pointed out, “We’re all dangerous towards each other.”

Neuro looked at her for a moment as he held the map still as Natalie explained, “My Uncle and my father, who is his brother, want that place to grow our empire even more. Even make another noodle house, despite one being there already but doesn’t matter because it’s perfect for us to have under our control.”

“The Chen Empire..I see.” Neuro said as he placed the map down and pinched the top of his nose, “È davvero interessante imparare da voi Chen. (“You Chens are so interesting to learn.”)”

“吻我的屁股 (“Kiss my ass.”).” Natalie switched to English soon after, “Kiss my ass.”

“Is that why your father and your uncle want that spot so badly?” Neuro asked her.

“Of course..” Natalie answered, “They get what they want.”

“Except there’s one thing.” Natalie added, “They’re willing to kill people over that spot.”

“So..” Natalie took a deep breath, “Here’s my deal now, besides yours. I can temporarily stay in your gang to, at least, help you gain your future territory, help you get your brother back, and maybe, set off a deal with my family, telling them that they lost the territory and it was regained by the Ninja Mafia again or gained by your mafia.”

Neuro and Mystaké exchanged looks for a moment as Neuro looked at Natalie, seeing this sudden side of her. Natalie then added, “First of all, when I was little, it was the first time I was seeing a dead body, a person killed by my father. He said that I gotta do what I need to do to survive. Turns out, it was my and my sister’s mother. I was in utter shock and if you think this is a sob story, it's just something true.”

“I remember my sister, Skylor, crying when she saw it. I was just in a frozen position. I ask myself why he killed mom. Turns out, my Uncle, Master Chen, ordered it and why? Because she was planning to leave the mafia and expose them.” Natalie explained, “That’s when they were afraid and..killed her. To this day, it still scars me but if you want your baby brother to be returned safely, let me help you out.”

Neuro was quiet at first for a moment as Natalie rolled her head back, trying to stretch. He was somehow interested in this deal as Mystaké noticed his look. She walked over to him with the help of her crane as she said, “This could be a trick.”

“Unless it isn’t.” Neuro pointed out as he looked over at her, “She will be tied up still and help us out.”

“We need Shade back so she can help us gain that spot.” Neuro told her, “She’s staying here so she can explain what the whole plan will be.”

Natalie glared at him for a moment as she looked down, somewhat surprised. Neuro then asked Natalie a question, “Are you willing to leave your gang?”

“Excuse me?” Natalie asked, she had a questionable look on her face for a moment.

“Your deal sounds like something that I would do.” Neuro took a few steps towards her, “We make a deal, help us win that spot, and we’re all fine.”

“Deal.” Natalie accepted, at last, “But first, untie my legs.”

Neuro uses his pocket knife to untie her legs as Natalie feels relaxed. She rolled her head back as she felt her legs free at last. Neuro looked at her as he explained, “You’re still gonna be tied up so this is how’s gonna go.”

“You’ll explain to me the plan, you are here temporarily, you’ll help me get my brother back here, and I’ll let you go back to your original gang or just let you go.” Neuro explained to her.

“Sounds like a handsome deal there.” Natalie folded her left leg, “Fine then, I’ll explain what the plan is and I promise you that I’ll get your brother back.”

“Promise you won’t do shit?” Natalie asked as she glared up at him.

“I can’t make promises but..” Neuro slowly sat down in front of her, “Temporaliy.” 

Natalie looked at him for a moment. Suddenly, things were shifting for her. Suddenly willing to switch temporarily to help out Neuro’s gang on gaining the Ninja Mafia’s Territory. Also, willing to get Shade back and tell her mafia that either the Ninja Mafia regained the territory or the Elemental Mafia gained it. At the same time, she does want to go back to her gang but she took a deep breath and began to explain.

Master Chen and Vincent Chen were playing a bit of ping pong for a moment as Master Chen was getting a bit upset that he was losing. As the Chen Brothers were playing, Clouse knocked on the door as he saw them playing for a moment.

“Vincent, Master Chen, Luther is on call.” Clouse told the two.

“How is it going?” Vincent asked as he was too focused on the game.

“Did they catch anyone?” Master Chen excitedly asked as he was too focused on the game also.

“Yes, Jay Walker and I have to break the news but Natalie was taken.” Clouse informed them as the two stopped playing ping pong and looked at him. 

“What?” Vincent looked at Clouse in shock as if his ears were deaf. Master Chen looked at Clouse as if his ears were deaf also.

“Natalie was taken by the Elemental Mafia.” Clouse explained, “Luther told me and he’s on call.”

“Hello, Vince and Master Chen!” Luther’s voice was on call still as Master Chen walked over and grabbed the phone.

“Is it true that my niece was taken by them?” Master Chen asked on the phone as he held it up his mouth.

“Yes, Sir. She was taken by the Elemental Mafia but we have one of the members of the Ninja Mafia, Jay Walker. We’re trying to negotiate some kind of deal..Look, I know you and Vincent don’t like deals but we have one for Jay Walker.” Luther explained to him on the phone, “We want him to help us find her.”

“She can protect herself.” Vincent placed his pistol down, “You know how she is and knows how to protect herself. Besides, she knows how to fight.”

“Fair point, brother.” Master Chen somewhat agreed with him, “Let my Niece figure this out, all by herself as usual.”

"Also, tell the others to wait for us. We'll be joining." Master Chen added.

Luther on the call was somehow surprised but he slowly nodded as he said, “Copy that.”

He hung up the phone as he opened the door and walked in to give the others information. As he did, he looked and saw Jay all untied and held by the arms by Braxton and Neil as Skylor, Ronin, Eyezor, Zugu, Chope, and Kapau looked over at him. Skylor walked over to him as she wanted to know about what her father and her uncle said.

“What did they say?” Skylor asked as Luther took a deep breath.

“They said she can fight her way out of the group herself.” Luther said.

“Hold on, are they suddenly switching?” Ronin asked as he folded his arms.

“I’m guessing that they’re too busy right now, plus they're gonna join us soon.” Luther said, “What are we gonna do with him?”

“He agreed on the deal.” Skylor explained, “but he said that if we get Natalie back, we can help him and his gang regain control of the territory.”

“Sounds bullshit to me.” Luther said, “But okay, that could work.”

Jay just glared at him for a moment, “I accept the deal, now let me fucking help you.”

“Okay..not bullshit anymore!” Luther chuckled softly.

“Let’s just do it ourselves and save Natalie.” Neil said, “Who knows if she’s being hurt.”

“Let’s just hurry up.” Neil said.

As the group was about to move, Jay unpinned a flashbang he secretly had and dropped it on the floor. Suddenly, it goes off as Luther, Neil, Ronin, Skylor, Braxton, Eyezor, Zugu, Chope, and Kapau take cover. Jay took this as an advantage to escape as he quickly made his way towards the door and opened it. He was escaping as he quickly limped towards the elevator. He pressed the button as the elevator doors opened and he quickly went in. 

The elevator doors closed as Skylor, Ronin, Neil, Braxton, and Luther rushed out. Their eyes were hurting for a moment as they were too late to go after Jay. Skylor then realized that he tricked them into agreeing with the deal. She gritted her teeth, “FUCK!!”

“Son of a bitch tricked us.” Ronin said as he stomped his foot.

“We need to go after him.” Neil said.

“We should.” Luther said as he gripped his pistol.

“He’s probably getting away by now.” Braxton said as he looked over at Skylor, “Sky, what do you want us to do?”

Skylor was quiet for a moment as she took a deep breath and said as she pressed the button for the elevator, “Wait until my father and my uncle get here. Tell them what happened.” 

Down at the lobby, Jay got out of the elevator as he rushed to the outside. He looked around for a moment, trying to see if the air was clear for right now. It was as Jay started to walk down the streets, quietly and carefully as he limped towards an empty car. He took a quick peak before he heard someone calling for his name.

“WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU, JAY WALKER!?!” It was Skylor’s voice as Jay quickly hid behind a car, making sure she didn’t see him. He can see hear her calling out for him, “WAIT TILL MY FUCKING DAD AND UNCLE TO GET HERE, THEY’LL FUCKING KILL YOU.”

Jay carefully opened the car doors as he quickly got in. He saw the keys as he grabbed them and placed them in, starting the engine. He lowered his head for a moment as he slowly started to drive off. He managed to escape but it wasn’t over yet. He has to drive back to the monastery, inform them what happened and see what Lloyd can do.

At the Monastery, Shade was still thinking about what Lloyd offered earlier. He was looking down, still thinking as Kai just looked at him. He had to keep guard on him to make sure he didn't do anything stupid. Kai just glared for a moment as he slowly began to pace around as Shade gritted his teeths, it seemed like he had enough.

“You know, we don’t have all day to think.” Kai told him, “You know sooner or later, you’ll be dead if you don’t come up with an answer.”

“Over a fucking answer?” Shade glared up at him, “You are all asking me to help you regain control. Who fucking knows if that territory of yours is gone by now.”

“And who are you gonna blame if neither of us took it but instead, under police rule? Or anyone else’s rule?” Shade asked Kai as Kai was quiet, just looking at him for a moment.

“Do you even know how the Mafia works?” Shade scoffed slowly, “You have any idea who you just fucked with?”

“Clearly, I do.” Kai took a few steps towards him, “All of us do. You know, our names ring throughout Ninjago City.”

“So does mine as well as my brother and whole ass family.” Shade angrily answered.

“Even the police and NBI know us all, shithead.” Shade added, trying to free himself, “If you really want my help, then untie me.”

“Fuck no!” Kai said without hesitation. 

“Then I ain’t helping your little asses.” Shade said as he gritted his teeth, “For god sakes, if you really want my help so badly, just let me go for once and maybe, we can pretend that this never fucking happen!”

“First of all, Shade.” Kai looked at him, “We know who you are.”

“I know the same thing, Mr. Kai Smith.” Shade glared up at him, “An Expert on going undercover. Managed to pull a heist with your gang and got away with it. Funny that we're all at war with each other.”

“All we want is Jay to come back home.” Kai said.

“My Mafia doesn’t even fucking have him.” Shade scoffed.

“Then who has him?” Kai aimed his pistol at him.

“Probably the Chens.” Shade answered as he looked up at him still, “You know how they fucking are.”

“Especially how they are responsible for killing Wu..Sad to hear that you and..what was her name again? Oh! Skylor..Sad that you two broke up because all she wanted was for you to be safe.” Shade looked up at him still, “So..Go ahead and kill me all you want but would Lloyd be happy?” 

Kai glared down at him as Shade said something to him in Italian, “Prega che mio fratello non ti trovi e ti uccida, non vorrai che Lloyd sia deluso per avermi ucciso. Hai bisogno di risposte, te le darò. (“You better pray that my brother doesn't find you and kill you, you don't want Lloyd to be disappointed on you for killing me. You need answers, I'll give them to you.”)”

Kai was quiet for a moment, not understanding what Shade just said as he paced around him for a moment. Shade was important as of right now, especially how he can be helpful on graining the territory back. Kai rubbed his chin for a moment as he mumbled for a moment, unaware that Shade was slightly smirking.

Natalie was on the floor now, with her hands tied up still after explaining her plan as she was just looking down on the floor. Neuro and Mystaké were discussing about her plan as all she could do was wait. Both were mixed on her plan as they weren’t sure and were sure about it. At this time, Neuro was just pacing around, thinking about it.

“I’m all mixed, Mystaké.” Neuro told her.

“I am also.” Mystaké agreed with him, “Sounds good but sounds like a trick. If she is willing to show us her real royalty to us, that fully means that she could be an ally, a secret ally to us.”

“Besides, how long have we ever had one?” Mystaké asked as she sat down on a chair.

“Since forever..” Neuro rubbed his neck for a moment.

“Point there, she might help but of course, we will let her go.” Mystaké said, “Either go back to her gang or let her go, I mean letting her go off and do something on her own.”

Neuro was at a pause for a moment as he looked over at Natalie, who was just sitting down on the floor and still tied up. He groans for a moment as he rubs his face for a moment, “The thing is still, we need to get Shade back.”

“In which I’m well aware.” Mystaké said as she placed her cane on her lap, “Believe me, I want your brother back here also.”

“Who knows if he’s getting hurt right now..” Neuro said as he took a deep breath. 

“What if this is her true self? Her true self exposing to us.” Mystaké slowly stood up, “I’ll go check on Obscuria. You ask her questions.”

Mystaké began to walk away from him as she started making her way towards the stairs. As he watched her go, he slowly looked over at Natalie for a moment as Natalie wasn’t looking back at him. She was too focused on the ground as Neuro walked over to her and slowly sat down beside her.

Natalie finally looked over at him in confusion as she said, “I thought you didn’t trust me..or rather not sit next to me.”

“I did but my mind decided to change.” Neuro explained as he pulled out a cigarette and placed it between his teeth, “Got a lighter at least?”

“We’re not friends, 笨蛋 (“Idiot.”).” Natalie told him.

“Just please?” Neuro looked over at her with the cigarette in his mouth as Natalie slowly held up her tied up hands. Neuro pulls out his pocket knife as he unties her hands, allowing Natalie to pull out a lighter. She lights it up as Neuro lights his cigarette up and slowly sits back down again. He smoked for a moment before pulling the cigarette out, allowing him to blow. 

Natalie was quiet for a moment as she looked over at him for a moment. She folded her arms real quick as she said, “I honestly thought you were someone who kills anyone who demands answers.”

“That would be if anyone from another gang or Mafia does something to me and my family..” Neuro explained, “My Mom would do that..”

“So..You inherited her mob?” Natalie asked as she wanted to know. Neuro was quiet for a moment as Natalie then apologized, “Sorry if I ask..I just wanted to know.”

Neuro nodded in understanding as he looked over at her for a moment, “I was raised in a household, before Shade was born, where my parents were in a Mafia, the one my mother owned, now officially to me. I had two brothers and one sister. one of my brother and my sister are fraternal twins. My parents weren’t getting along all of a sudden and I asked myself, “Am I the cause of this?”. That’s when they had a custody battle. Apparently, my two brother and my sister went with my dad while my mom took me, in which I was mixed..Sad and Happy. But then, my mom met my stepfather and they got along well. Both made sure this Mob went well, after my separation from my biological father. At the same time, they were occupying spots and fighting with the Chen Mafia. I didn’t understand all of them because I was just young. But then, they got married and had three kids, which meant that I’m their half-brother. Shade is my favorite one. I barely got along with my other two, Ultra Violet and Killow.”

He took a deep breath as Natalie was listening to his story, “..Me and Shade got along and ever since that, I always looked out for him and he looked out for me. Then, my stepfather, His, UV, and Killow’s Father..His name is Adam..and apparently, he got killed by Vincent Chen and Neil Anderson...”

“My father..” Natalie was somehow shocked, “Neil is apparently this kid..His name is Aziel..Neil is his father. I was like..maybe sixteen when it happened..”

“Same age also..” Neuro said, “When that happened, my mother was getting sick. She wasn’t aware of Adam until his body was brought into the hospital. He was dead anyways as my mother saw him in the bag. She was heartbroken and collapsed, got back to the bed and had to get her medicine in..We saw his body..Shade started to cry, Killow and Ultra Violet..they were empty before being shocked. Me? I was mixed. Crying before shockness and emptiness.”

“Ever since that, my mother..She was heartbroken and sick. Then, before she passed, She told me and Shade to take care of the Mafia..make sure it stays active and when Mafia forms, it’s officially your family.” Neuro closed his eyes for a moment as he added, “Ever since then, This Mafia has been around.” Neuro looked at Natalie for a moment.

“Sorry about your loss.” Natalie said, “..I know how it feels to lose a parent.”

“Didn’t you say that your mother was killed by your father?” Neuro recalled what Natalie said earlier.

“Yeah..” Natalie nodded, “Of course you know how my family is growing their mafia and empire..Well, my mother, on the other hand..She didn’t like it. She wanted me and my sister, Skylor, to live a normal life, where we never have to grow up where Crime is but nope. We all lived in the Mafia life, where my Uncle Chen and my father, Vincent Chen, owned together. At least it expands the Noodle houses. But at the same time, My Mother, Noemi Chen..She didn’t feel comfortable.”

She looked over at Neuro for a moment, “She wanted to get out, take me and Skylor but neither of them let her. I was young and Skylor was little. I was born before her. So we were just living in a criminal empire while my mom was trying hard to get us out but she knew she had to get used to it. Until one day, she was gonna leave and expose us, tell the truth to all of Ninjago about who the mafia was.”

“This angered my father and my uncle so, my Uncle ordered my father to kill her one rainy night..and then, he did.” Natalie took a deep breath, “He held her body in a bag and when I saw it, I thought it was someone and suddenly, he revealed it to be my and Sky’s mother. Skylor saw her too and began to cry. My father looked at me and her and..you know what he told me.”

“Ever since then, we both grew up in the mafia, apparently they call it “Empire”, and here we are now..” Natalie finishes her story.

The two were quiet for a moment as Natalie told him, “We have something in common. Dead mother. But that doesn’t mean that we are friends. Just your secret ally to get your brother back and help you gain control of that territory.”

Neuro nodded slowly as he slowly got up from the floor and grabbed his pistol. He placed it in his belt for a moment as he looked over at her. Natalie looked at him for a moment. The two just exchanged looks for a moment, perhaps knowing that Neuro wants to get Shade back, and get the plan done.

Shade and Kai have been alone in the room for so long as Shade was giving the answers to Kai, so that way, Kai can tell the rest about what Shade said. He was still tied up as Kai was looking at him, like if he was a crow, waiting for the prey to die or something. Shade was taking a deep breath despite giving all the answers to Kai, he knew it may not be enough as he looked up at Kai and asked, “Are you just gonna pace around like an animal waiting for their prey?”

“Maybe.” Kai responded as he continued to pace around, “At least you gave me the answers. What I needed to know so I could go and tell my team. But I need your answer if you are willing to help us out on getting Jay.”

“Seriously?” Shade looked unamused, “You still want my help? Sounds like you’re begging.”

“Begging?” Kai scoffed, “You know how worried my sister is for her boyfriend.”

“In which I’m well aware of, Fire Boy.” Shade glared at him, “You think I’m stupid?”

Kai felt flustered and upset by the name Shade just called him as he stopped pacing around and stood in front of Shade as he placed his gun on his waist, “Look. You’re not stupid or anything. I want your help in getting Jay back and when we do, you’re free.”

“I gave you all the answers and that wasn’t enough?” Shade glared up at him, “Jesus, you are a beggar for answers.”

“They were enough, I just want you to help us!” Kai slightly yelled as Shade chuckled.

“Seriously?” Shade said, “You have no fucking idea what you have done. I’m the Mafia Prince of the Elemental Mafia, you shithead.”

“Wait until there is a day where you and I are alone, someday I’m hoping for a fight between us, because I’m gonna put you on your back!” Shade glared at him as Kai clenched his fist and was about to swing but suddenly, Shade kicked him in the knee, causing him to stumble back. Shade managed to free himself from the ropes as he pushed Kai against the wall. Kai grunted from the push as he got the upper hand and shoved Shade against the wall. Kai pinned Shade against the wall for a moment as the two were breathing heavily.

Shade, perhaps on the other hand, was slowly liking the way Kai was acting as of right now. But he had a trick on his sleeve as he uses his leg to kick Kai in the thigh, causing Kai to stumble back. Shade punched him in the face as Kai fell to the ground. Shade knew it was time to escape as he quietly opened the door and checked if the coast was clear. 

It was as he knew this was his advantage to escape. He quickly and quietly rushed towards the door as he quickly opened them and closed them. Shade made his way towards the monastery doors as he opened them. At least at this moment he was feeling the air blowing.

But suddenly, gunshots rang behind him.

Chapter Text

The sounds of gunshots rang behind him as he quickly turned, only to see Lloyd, Cole, Zane, and Pixal firing at him. He quickly made his escape but he tripped as he began to roll down the stairs. He quickly protected himself while rolling down the stairs as the only thing he could hear was Lloyd shouting orders to go after him. 

Shade managed to get off the stairs as he started to make a run for, finally escaping from the hellhole he stood in for hours. He kept on running and running as he was breathing heavily. But he felt something bleeding as he looked on his side and saw a gunshot wound. It sliced his side as it was bleeding. He grunted as he kept on running and running, hoping that he could get to the city on time.

And hide from the Ninja Mafia.

He was unaware that Neuro, his big brother, was gonna go look for him as back at the depot, Neuro was checking his pistol ammo as he was getting himself ready to go find his brother and be able to have Natalie’s temporality help on gaining the Ninja Mafia’s territory. Natalie checked her switch blade as she knew how important this temporal alliance was to get Shade back and help the Elemental Mafia gain some control on the Ninja Mafia’s territory, the one that almost the three mafias are fighting for.

After getting themselves ready, Mystaké came down the stairs with Obscuria, who was awake and sorta active as Neuro looked over at the two. He was somehow surprised to see that his niece was awake and sorta active as he placed his gun behind his back. Natalie placed her switch blade away as Obscuria looked at her uncle for a moment.

“When’s my dad coming back?” Obscuria asked, “I haven’t seen him with you almost all day, Uncle.” 

“Your Papa has been busy all done, dear niece.” Neuro softly smiled, “But I am gonna go help him on something important.”

“I wish I could join.” Obscuria looked down slowly.

“It’s important for you to stay here, Obby.” Neuro looked at her, “You know how important this is and your father would want you to stay.”

“In which I understand, Uncle.” Obscuria nodded slowly.

“I’ll make sure she’s alright.” Mystaké assured Neuro as she then looked at Natalie, “Better not get him killed.”

“I won’t.” Natalie assured her, “We’re just an alliance for today.”

“Temporality.” Neuro nodded, “But it's best if we get going right now.” 

“As we should.” Natalie folded her arms. Neuro gave Obscuria a hug as he was about to leave. He pulled away as Obscuria waved at him as “Goodbye”. Neuro waved back at his niece as he and Natalie started to make their way towards the exit and go outside. Natalie felt the wind blowing at her for a moment as she felt a bit relieved. But she knew if she made a escape right now, she would be fucked. Instead, she agreed on a temporary alliance with Neuro to get Shade back and help him and his mafia out on gaining the territory.

The two got inside the car and as they did, they were unaware that Jay Walker, who made his escape from the Chen Mafia earlier, was watching them. He was holding his arm for a moment as he watched how the two were unexpectedly working together as he clenched his fist slowly. He needed to focus on getting back to the others but he was just in so much pain from the beatings he got from the Chen Mafia. 

He just waited for them to leave as he saw the car leaving the depot slowly. He soon started to drive off, away from them.

In an alley, Paleman stood by as Karlof, Griffin Turner, and Tox were beaten up on a guy, who was refusing to co-operate with them on Shade’s whereabouts. The Guy was begging for mercy as Tox and Griffin Turner held the guy’s arms as Karlof punched him over and over again.

Paleman stood by as he took a cigarette and placed it between his teeth as he just listened to the man pleading to them. He smokes for a moment before blowing as the guy was on the floor, still alive and badly hurt as Paleman slowly turned around and walked towards him.

“Please, Please!” The guy pleaded to the four as Paleman slowly looked down at him and lowered his cigarette for a moment, “I don’t even know who he is!”

“I have a wife and kids for god sake!” The Guy started to cry as Paleman looked down at him for a moment. The guy was just crying and crying as Turner pulled his hair back.

“Listen, man. We want answers on where Shade Lee is.” Turner told the guy as he gripped his hair slowly. Tox aimed her knife at the guy’s neck as Paleman took a deep breath.

“You see here, We’re the men and women of Neuro Pathis, the head of the Elemental Mafia, in which we are in, and he’s someone you don’t wanna fuck with. His brother, Shade Lee..He’s the Mafia Prince and believe me, you don’t wanna fuck with him either. But now, he’s missing and his brother is probably losing it..” Paleman slowly bent down to look down at him as he dropped his cigarette.

“He has a daughter too.” Paleman added, “Believe me, anyone hurts her, it’s over. So..” Paleman slowly folded his arms, “Where is Shade?”

“I don’t even know him!” The Guy tearfully said, “Please, I don’t know him..I have a family to take care of! Please!”

Karlof, Griffin Turner, Tox, and Paleman exchanged looks for a moment as they looked down at the man, who was pleading for his life as Paleman slowly stood up for a moment. He slowly pulled out his pistol as the guy looked down, now begging to sob slowly as suddenly, a whistle was heard behind the four.

They all turned around, shocked to see half of the Chen Mafia behind them. Skylor, Ronin, Neil, Luther, Master Chen, Vincent Chen, Clouse, and Braxton looked at the four as Paleman, Karlof, Griffin Turner, and Tox aimed their pistols at them. Master Chen slowly giggled as he said, “Awww..They’re scared of us. First of all, we're just going around! perhaps..Looking for my niece..although I did say that she can protect herself.”

“That would be me, brother.” Vincent shook his head as he looked at the four, “Fellas, We aren’t doing anything.”

“Looking for someone also?” Karlof asked as he had his pistol aimed at them.

“Awww..Is someone missing in your group?” Ronin chuckled softly, “Sucks, We’re missing one also.”

“We have her.” Tox confessed as Paleman, Karlof, and Griffin Turner looked over at her for a moment.

“Is she still there?” Vincent asked as he was about to pull out his pistol.

“We think so.” Tox added as she aimed her pistol still, “Besides, where else could she be?”

“Oh please..We were just wondering!” Master Chen chuckled.

“If she’s still there, I wouldn’t mind coming over and..” Skylor was cut off by her father as Master Chen said, “Nope! She can defend herself, Daughter. You know that and so do I..”

Skylor looked at her father for a moment as Ronin looked at her, who somehow felt bad for what he said as Paleman said, “You guys seriously have family issues.”

“Oh please, everyone does..” Vincent pulled out his pistol as he said, “Now, how about we discuss about that territory we are both fighting for.”

“Ah Yes!” Master Chen pulled out his pistol, “Now, that spot we are all fighting for, that’s gonna be ours.”

“Not fucking happening!” Turner shouted as he gripped his pistol and was still aiming at them. 

The tensions were rising slowly as they were just aiming guns at each other for a moment. Except for four people..Skylor, Ronin, Braxton, and Luther stood guard for a moment as they weren’t aiming their pistols at all. The four exchanged looks for a moment as Skylor motioned to them that they needed to go. They carefully and quietly left without the others knowing as the four walked away together. Skylor rubbed her face slowly as she groaned in anger, angry that her uncle and her father weren’t gonna do anything for Natalie.

Ronin, Braxton, and Luther looked at her for a moment, knowing how she was feeling as Ronin said, “I forget to realize that Vincent and Master Chen are jerks sometimes..”

“I mean..they have been..” Braxton pointed out as he folded his arms.

“We can find another way of getting her back somehow.” Luther said, “Who knows where she is.”

“She still has to be at that depot.” Skylor said, “Sigh, I know we are supposed to go after Jay Walker but not anymore. We have a new mission now.”

“Which is?” Ronin asked.

“We go after Natalie, get her back.” Skylor walked towards a black SVU as she opened the door slowly. She, Ronin, Braxton, and Luther went inside the SVU, unaware that they were being watched by an unknown group that were hiding in an alley. The group walked away slowly, seeing what their next move was gonna be.

Kai was resting on the couch as Pixal was treating his injuries. Nya was pacing around as Garmadon, Misako, Lloyd, and Harumi were talking. Arin, Sora, Frak, and Wyldfyre were in the living room as Zane and Cole were outside. Kai had a bandage on his forehead as Pixal stood up from her position.

“Injuries are minor but you should rest for today.” Pixal told Kai as Kai shook his head slowly.

“He caught me off-guard..Sorry, Lloyd.” Kai apologized to Lloyd about what happened as Lloyd walked over to him and patted his shoulder softly.

“It’s alright, Kai. Guess he has tricks up his sleeves. He made an escape but he won’t make one for long.” Lloyd told them.

“What about Jay?” Sora asked as she looked over at him.

“We’ll get him back.” Misako assured her, “Seems like half of us will be going.”

“I’ll stay and watch Sora, Arin, Frak, and Wyldfyre.” Harumi assured them.

“Kai also.” Nya said, “He’s staying.” 

“No.” Kai shook his head, “I’m not.”

“Kai, you got yourself hurt while handling the situation.” Garmadon looked at him, “It’s best if you take a rest.”

“No!” Kai slowly stood up, “I was responsible for this, I’m not letting my family go out there! If you all go, I will go also.”

“Brother, You’re hurt.” Nya walked over to him, “You need rest for once.”

“Not gonna happen.” Kai refused to rest until Shade is caught again, “He made an escape and it was my fault that he did. Look, I’ll be fine. I promise you all. I will be fine.”

The group exchanged looks for a moment as Kai then apologized, “Sorry for the hothead energy, I just..I just want to get him again..”

“We will.” Lloyd assured him, “We have to get ourselves ready to get to the downtown area, see where he went.”

They all nodded as Kai sat back down on the couch and the rest went off to get themselves ready. As they were, Wyldfyre looked over at Kai as she walked over to him and said, “I have never seen you this quite angry before.”

“I let someone escape, Wyldfyre.” Kai looked over at her for a moment, “Believe me, I know you would be mad also if someone you caught escaped.”

“I would be!” Wyldfyre agreed with him, “But sometimes I would ask myself if I took things too far..or not!”

Kai slightly chuckled for a moment as he added, “Sometimes you have to. You know how important you, Sora, Arin, and Frak are.”

“I know that..” Kai chuckled softly as he slowly stretched, “I’m hurt but..I want you to know that someday, you will take over my spot and you can be mean, nice, or anything..if someone is a jerk, you gotta teach them a lesson.”

“Those bullies at school are afraid of us because they know who we are.” Wyldfyre folded her arms slowly.

Kai chuckled as Nya approached him and tapped his shoulder. She motioned to her brother that it was time to go as Kai looked at Wyldfyre and slowly stood up, preparing to go now, despite him being all hurt from earlier as he says to Wyldfyre, “Harumi will keep an eye on you and the three while we are out. Remember to listen to what she says.”

Wyldfyre nodded as Kai, Nya, Cole, Zane, Pixal, Lloyd, Garmadon, and Misako started to head out and got themselves ready to head out, to find Shade, and if possible, maybe regain control of their territory.

Shade was running down an alley as he slowly sat down on the ground, breathing heavily. God, who knows how long he has been running for as he was looking at his bloodied hand. His side wound was hurting still as he took off his suit coat and ripped it piece by piece. He slowly wrapped some of the pieces on his wound as he grunted in pain.

He held behind a trash bin as he knew he needed to go and hid somewhere right now. He grunted from the pain as he looked around for his surroundings. As he slowly sat up, a door opened beside him as a teenager was carrying a bag towards the trash bin and tosses it away. He hums happily as suddenly, he notices Shade for a moment.

“Uh..You look bad, sir..” the teenager said as he folded his arms, noticing his side wound.

“It’s just..an accident I had..I’m fine.” Shade tried to assure him but the pain was stinging him slowly.

“Uhhhh..I don’t think so.” the teenager said as he offered a hand, “Let me get you inside. I’ll explain to my uncle what happened.”

Shade looked at the teenager for a moment as he slowly nodded and grabbed his hand. The Teenager helped him on his feet as he led him inside his apartment. Inside was his uncle, who had grey-hair and  a grey mustache and was sitting in a chair, reading a newspaper as he looked over and saw the teenager entering as he placed his newspaper down.

“Roby, what took you so long?” The Older man asked Roby as Roby answered, “Uncle Bleckt, I was taking the trash out and then, I saw someone badly hurt.”

“Don’t tell me you bought them in..” Blecket facepalmed as Roby took a deep breath.

“He was hurt! Uncle Bleckt, you know what my parents would say if someone was hurt.” Roby said as he showed Shade to him. Bleckt slightly gasped upon realizing who it was. He rubbed his temple as he slowly stood up, with the help of his cane.

“Get him on the sofa.” Bleckt told his nephew as he quickly rushed towards the door and closed and locked it. Roby helped Shade get to the sofa as Shade carefully sat down. His wound was stinging him again as Roby grabbed a nearby medic kit.

Bleckt walked over to the two as Bleckt asked Shade, “How did you get here, Mr. Lee.”

Shade looked up at Bleckt for a moment as he was somehow confused. But he feared that Bleckt was either an ally to the Ninja Mafia or Chen Mafia as Bleckt explained, “Look, I’m a close ally to your mafia, the one you and your brother, Neuro, are in charge of. I’m not close to the Chen Mafia, only to their members, and the same thing goes to the Ninja Mafia. Now, how did you get here and what happened?”

Roby looked up at his uncle as he asked, “You know him?”

“His father and..Neuro’s father, yes. Their mother too.” Bleckt explained as he looked at Shade, waiting for some answers. Shade looked uncertain at first as he then looked up at Bleckt and asked, “You won’t kill me, right?”

“Why would I?” Bleckt glared down at him, “Didn’t you hear what I said?”

Shade slowly nodded, “..Earlier, there was a shooting at Dareth’s Bar..I was caught in the crowd, taken by one of the Ninja Mafia’s members..or I’ll just say, the Ninja Mafia took me in. They were interrogating me, wanting to know why the hell my gang and Chen’s Gang were neck and neck on their territory, in which they are losing right now.”

“Neck and Neck?” Bleckt rubbed his chin for a moment, “Hmm..It seems like everyone is just aiming guns at each other, firing at each other, killing one another. The bad news is that you’re all wanted.”

“Again?” Shade grunted as Roby was treating his wound.

“Yes. It appeared on the news again, saying that if anyone saw any of these people involved in the shooting, contact the NPD or NBI. In which, I will not do that.” Bleckt said, which was a relief for Shade.

“But believe me..” Bleckt paced around, “Fighting over territories has been a massive issue with all of you. That might change someday.”

“How did you manage to escape?” Roby asked Shade as he wanted to know.

“One of the Ninja Mafia Members, Kai Smith, held me in a room. He wanted answers because apparently, one of their own, Jay Walker, was taken also. He completely made a mistake, his gang did.” Shade answered as he carefully sat up, “I think my brother is losing it. Over the fact that I’m missing.”

“It would be best if you stay here and maybe, rest.” Bleckt told him, “I could call him and..”

He couldn’t finish his sentence because a knock was heard at the door. The three looked over as Bleckt gripped his cane slowly. Roby Stood behind the sofa for a moment as Shade was about to pull out his pistol. The knocking was heard twice as a voice was heard at the door.

“Bleckt, Bleckt, It’s me, Ronin.” It was Ronin’s voice at the door as Bleckt carefully walked over to the door. He looked through the door’s hole, only to see him alone. Bleckt sighed in relief as He slowly opened the door, allowing Ronin to come in. As Ronin went inside, Bleckt closed and locked the door. Ronin saw Shade on the sofa as Ronin clapped his hands slowly.

“Suddenly, you caught Neuro’s brother, holy shit.” Ronin was somehow impressed as Bleckt explained, “Not really. He was hurt and Roby bought him in..”

“Treated him and stuff..” Bleckt added as Ronin grabbed a chair and sat down. Shade glared at him as he clenched his fist. Ronin looked at him for a moment as he folded his arms. He then noticed his wound being bandaged as Ronin whistled.

“The Mafia Prince is down..” Ronin was somehow surprised as Shade glared at him still.

“The Hell you want, Mr. Eyepatch?” Shade growled at him for a moment as Ronin folded his left leg and explained, “Just checking on Bleckt and Roby for a moment. I’m alone right now..”

“Besides, how long has it been for me to be in an apartment before the Chens enlisted me?” Ronin folded his arms, “You on the other hand..you look like shit already.”

“He was behind a trash bin.I don’t blame him though..” Roby informed Ronin.

“Trash Bin, huh?” Ronin looked at Shade again, “What are you hiding from and where are you heading?”

Shade shook his head for a moment as he answered, “Ninja Mafia. I escaped from them. I was..heading to the depot, trying to get back to my gang..”

“Clever.” Ronin said, “One of my own was taken, Natalie Chen. Apparently, she was taken by your gang.” 

Shade looked at him for a moment as Ronin added, “I’m suggesting a trade or..even better..” Bleckt walked over to him as he handed him a glass of wine. Ronin nodded at him as he held the glass in his head, “Help me find her.”

“Excuse me?” Shade scoffed, “The Ninja Mafia tried to convince me to help find Jay Walker and I said no to it, escaped afterwards.”

“We had him.” Ronin confessed to Shade as he took a sip, “He escaped when he released a fucking flashbang on us. We’re all mixed right now, either searching for him or searching for Natalie.”

“Now, you want me?” Shade glared at him as Ronin looked back at him.

“Unless you wanna go back to your brother, yeah.” Ronin said, “Besides, I won’t even hurt you. Your name, my name, our names, ring throughout Ninjago and you know how dangerous every single one of us is.”

Shade wasn’t sure what to say for a moment as he knew he wanted to go back to his gang, his brother, and his daughter already. He was quiet for a moment as he looked at Ronin and nodded. Ronin slowly smiled the moment Shade nodded, meaning that Shade was willing to go with him.

On the road, Neuro and Natalie were in their car, waiting for the light to turn green. Neuro was in the driver’s seat as Natalie was in the passenger’s seat. They waited for the light to turn green as Natalie whistled slowly, trying to kill some time off. The light turned green at last as the vehicles started to move forward. 

As Neuro made a right turn, Natalie looked out of the window, folding her arms slowly and whistling again as Neuro took a deep breath and asked her, “Is this what you do when you are bored?” 

“What else am I supposed to do?” Natalie looked over at him slowly, “You took me and we made a deal, an alliance to get your brother back and help you gain control of the territory we are all fighting for.”

“Who knows if that territory was suddenly gained back by the Ninja Mafia.” Natalie looked away for a moment.

“We’re just trying to gain it and have it as our own. But first, we're saving my fratellino.” Neuro said as he was driving still.

“Nice Italian.” Natalie folded her arms slowly.

“My mother and father are Italian-Ninjagoren.” Neuro explained, “So, I’m both.”

“Interestig.” Natalie nodded slowly, “Is your brother also the same as you?”

“Well..We’re half brothers, like you and your sister, same mom, different dads..I have two brothers, one sister with my mother and father. But after the custody battle and divorce, I ended up getting a brother and sister. The last baby born in the family I was in was Shade.” Neuro explained, “and here we are now..”

“Have you..been in contact with any of them?” Natalie asked as she looked over at him for a moment.

Neuro was quiet for a moment as he bit his lips and took a deep breath, “Barely.”

“Haven’t seen them in a long time.” Neuro added as he made a turn, now heading straight to an alley, “Me and Shade are close. I’m mostly the protective one and..”

Neuro was cut off as Natalie snapped her fingers, telling him to stop the car. Neuro stopped the car and as he did, the two saw two familiar figures coming out of an apartment. The two realized who they were. Two more figures came out of the apartment as Natalie recognized them.

“Motherfuckers..” Natalie quietly said as suddenly, Neuro started the car again and angrily shouted in Italian, “Figlio di puttana!”

The car started as Natalie held onto her seat and Neuro was driving in a sorta speed mode. Ronin was helping Shade walk as Bleckt and Roby watched but suddenly, the four looked over and saw the car suddenly coming towards them and stopped. Ronin and Shade looked as suddenly, Neuro and Natalie came out. Neuro rushed towards Ronin as he tackled him to the ground. Natalie rushed over to Shade as the two stood by and watched how Neuro was beating Ronin up.

Bleckt and Roby watched as Natalie grunted and walked over to Neuro, “That’s enough. We got him.”

Neuro stopped beating up on Ronin as Ronin slowly got up from the ground. He cleaned himself as he looked at Natalie for a moment, “Holy shit, Nat..You were with him!?”

“The Fuck was I supposed to do?” Natalie asked Ronin, “I told him that I made an temporarily alliance to get Shade back and maybe, help them gain that territory.”

“Are you fucking..” Ronin facepalmed, “Well..I mean..You are..on the right spot all the sudden. I mean, doesn’t Master Chen have enough noodle houses already?”

“Natalie told me that he wants to expand the empire. Is that true?” Neuro asked Ronin.

“Well he said that a couple of days ago. Vincent also.” Ronin answered.

Suddenly, a black SVU Pulled up in front of them as they all looked over to see who it was. Someone came out as to Shade’s shock, it was Kai Smith. His hand was bandaged as well as his forehead as suddenly, Shade pulled his pistol and aimed it at him.

Kai stopped for a moment as he raised his hands up, “Wait, wait, wait.”

“Fuck you want!?” Shade angrily asked, “Gonna take me back!? Beat the shit out of me!?”

Kai was trying to say something but suddenly, he was punched by Neuro. Neuro tackled him to the ground as Kai punched him back. Ronin and Natalie exchanged looks as the two rushed over and pulled Neuro away from Kai as Kai slowly got up from the ground. Shade rushed over to his brother as the two hugged for a moment before they all looked at Kai.

Kai just looked at them for a moment as he took a deep breath and said, “Look, I know what all of you are thinking..”

“You really needed your ass beaten, fire boy.” Natalie glared at him.

“Look, I know what you are going to do..” Kai said as he looked over at Bleckt and Roby, “Hi, Bleckt and Roby.”

“No fucking time to say Hi, pretty boy.” Ronin aimed his pistol at him, “What do you want?”

“A Talk.” Kai explained, “A talk about something.”

“Talk about what, basically?” Shade looked at him as suddenly, some police sirens were heard from far as the group looked over, hearing the sirens from a distance. Kai grunted as he pointed at the car, “In!”

“Do we even trust you?” Natalie glared at him.

“Just for god sakes, come on!” Kai shouted as he opened the backseat door. Ronin, Shade, and Natalie went in as Neuro went to the passenger’s seat. Kai quickly rushed over to the driver’s seat and went inside. The group of five were inside for a moment as Kai took a deep breath.

“I’m willing to give up and let either of you have that territory. We’re all fighting like dogs.” Kai explained.

“We always have been..” Ronin said, “Finally surrendering?”

“Just wait!” Kai rubbed his face. It slightly stinged after Neuro punched him, “..I just said that I’m willing to give it up.” 

“Sounds like you’re surrendering.” Shade folded his arms. 

“There’s a fucking differences.” Kai mumbled, “Okay, Okay! I’m surrendering! Just for god sakes, just so I can maybe help you all make the territory into two. One for you and one for you.”

“Help?” Neuro glared at him for a moment, “You fucking kidnapped my brother.”

“I had to and besides, what else am I supposed to do!?” Kai asked, “Jay, my sister's boyfriend, is still missing.”

“Don’t fucking tell me that you want our help to get him back.” Natalie looked at Kai for a moment as Kai was quiet for a moment. He didn’t know what else to say as he rubbed his temple for a moment. He started to feel butterflies in his stomach as he looked at the car mirror, which was directed aiming at Shade. 

Since the Bar incident, Kai slightly felt his heart beating a bit as he shook his head and said, “I’m asking for help and I’m willing to help you guys out.”

On the sidewalk, Jay was holding his arm as he looked around for his surroundings. He grunted and grunted from the pain as at the same time, he was feeling hungry. He looked around for a place to eat in for the meantime as he saw Chen’s Noodle house. He didn’t want to eat there but he was so hungry. He looked around for his surroundings as he rushed towards the restaurant. 

As he did, it was empty as there were only the employees. He looked over at the cashier and explained, “Table for 1, please..”

The Cashier nodded as Jay rushed towards the table and sat down, allowing himself to relax as he looked over and saw the food passing by. He slowly grabbed a bowl of noodles as he placed it down and began to eat. As he was eating, he felt a lot more relaxed. He was eating and eating, but he was alone at the same time. He just hopes that no one from the Chen Mafia or Elemental Mafia come here for a meal..or worse.

He finishes his bowl up as he hears a few people talking. He grabbed a plate of sushi as he was still eating. But suddenly, as he was eating, some figures stood beside his table. He didn’t even notice as a whistle was heard. He stopped eating as he swallowed and slowly turned to look at the figures.

Turns out, it was Master Chen, Vincent, Clouse, and Neil standing at the table as Master Chen slowly sat down on the table. Jay just glared at him for a moment as either of them said a word. 

“Are we enjoying our meal?” Master Chen Chuckled as he folded his arms slowly, “How is the food?”

Jay just said nothing at all. 

He could only just glare at the man in charge of an future empire and current Mafia.

Chapter Text

Jay and Master Chen just looked at each other for a moment as Vincent sat down next to his brother. The Chen Brothers just looked at Jay for a moment as Jay didn’t say anything at all. Clouse and Neil stood by as they watched how Jay wasn’t saying anything at all. 

Vincent placed his hands on the table as he said, “You managed to escape somehow. Very smart of you, Mr. Walker.”

Jay said nothing still as he took a deep breath and clenched his fist very weakly. 

Vincent noticed as he chuckled softly and folded his hands together, “Aww..Is the blue boy scared all of a sudden?”

Jay didn’t say a word at all as Master Chen slowly stood up and glared down at him.

“I must say..You are supposed to be the talkative one. What happened? Did a cat catch your tongue? Or are you surprised to see me, my brother, and my men here? Or maybe, you love the food.” Master Chen glared down at Jay still as Jay still refused to talk.

“How about we talk, Mr. Walker.” Vincent said, “You made an interesting escape earlier. Interesting but pretty stupid, I must say.”

“Your men caught the wrong person.” Jay glared at the Chen brothers, “That shootout that happened hours ago? Don’t point it at me.”

“Oh please.” Master Chen said, “We’re just here to talk.”

“And Talk, I mean..We should really talk.” Suddenly, a gun or two were clicked behind Vincent and Master Chen’s head as it turns out to be Lloyd and Garmadon. Cole, Nya, and Pixal came in after, aiming their pistols at Neil and Clouse as the two aimed their pistols back at them. Jay slowly got out of his seat as Nya rushed over to him and hugged him. Jay carefully hugged his girlfriend as Master Chen and Vincent exchanged looks.

“Well..This can’t be..” Vincent chuckled softly, “Well isn’t this our favorite gang to fuck with.”

“Master Chen.” Garmadon glared at Master Chen before glaring at Vincent, “Vincent.”

“Garmadon.” Master Chen and Vincent said in unison as the two didn’t even move. They just sat there, acting like this is normal as Master Chen slowly clapped his hands and giggled.

“The fuck are you laughing about?” Lloyd asked him as Master Chen folded his arms.

“Oh, nothing..” Master Chen grinned, “I’m just happy to see all of you..half of you, here once again.”

At the Ninjago Bureau of Investigation Headquarters, a brown-haired woman wearing a coat and a blonde-haired man wearing a coat also were walking down a hallway, on their way towards a meeting as each of them had a file in their hand. As they made a right turn, they saw a door beside them as the man opened it.

It was crowded as there were officers and NBI Agents working together. The man and woman exchanged looks for a moment and walked over to an older man wearing a Police Captain’s hat and with a grey mustache. He was talking to a few agents as the man and woman started making his way towards him. The Police Captain looked over and saw the two coming over as he ended his conservation with the agents.

“Helen, Peter.” The older man looked at the two.

“Commissioner.” Helen said, “I see how chaotic this place is, right now.”

“A true mess, I must say.” Peter added as he held a file close to him, “In other words, We have the files with us.”

“About the suspects?” Commissioner asked as he folded his arms.

“Yes, sir.” Helen nodded, “We did get more information about them.” 

“From anonymous reports from people around the city.” Peter added as he opened the file, “the suspects are, as usual, the mafias, the Elemental, Ninja, and Chens.”

“They have been a massive issue lately.” The commissioner said, “I also received a report from someone anonymous that another “Mafia-like” Gang have been roaming around.”

“Another Mafia?” Peter asked as he folded his arms, “God, I guess they are interested in Ninjago city also.”

“I’m guessing the same thing also.” Helen said, “I mean, Ninjago is really a good place to live in.”

“Correct. Although they haven’t committed any crime yet, we have to keep our eyes open.” The Commissioner stated, “They will commit one at some point, either as a way to distract us or willing to become a 4th issue.”

“Depends. The NPD Should be on high alert. Ever since that bar incident and the other incidents months ago, people have been afraid and are afraid of getting confronted by either one of the mafias we have been dealing with.” Peter rubbed his neck.

“The NBI is still investigating but eventually, we have to bring out the big guns.” The Commissioner said.

“Hopefully we do, sir.” Helen nodded.

“Thanks for the information.” The Commissioner nodded at Helen and Peter as the two slowly walked out of the crowded room and walked down the hallway. As they did, Helen checked the time for a moment as Peter said, “Time does go by fast, huh?”

“Truly it does, Sherlock.” Helen said as Peter chuckled for a moment.

“Suddenly, you’re calling me “Sherlock, now?” Peter looked over at her for a moment.

“Well, you’re an expert on hunting wanted people down. My favorite also and besides, we're friends with one of them.” Helen said, looking over at him, “We know someone from the Chen Mafia.”

“Natalie.” Peter said, “I hate it when you have to hunt down your own friend because they did something or because they’re wanted and are a part of a mafia.”

“Can’t blame her either because we know why she’s in it.” Helen said as she opened the door to the outside, “We can go to a cafe and maybe eat for a moment.”

“Sounds good to me.” Peter nodded as he and Helen went down the steps. They were unaware that they were being watched by Natalie, who was inside the car with Kai, Ronin, Shade, and Neuro. Ignoring them for a moment, since they were arguing as she saw Helen and Peter on their way to a cafe. Kai was arguing with Ronin, Neuro, and Shade over his surrender and his will to help out.

“You’re just fucking lying!” Shade angrily told Kai, “You just want to join us!”

“I just explain my reason to you all!” Kai angrily replied as he gripped the wheel. 

“You’re just trying to convince us to let you join.” Neuro mumbled angrily.

“I’m telling the truth, you fucking asshole!” Kai shouted at Neuro angrily.

“Don’t shout at my brother, you shithead!” Shade angrily shouted.

This was irritating Natalie slowly as she rubbed her temple slowly and started to question herself for a moment. What the fuck was going on with these fellas? They’re all supposed to be enemies now they’re all fighting like family members. She shook her head as she just continued to watch Peter and Helen. The argument just got more and more worse as Natalie finally had enough.

“ENOUGH!” Natalie shouted as they all went quiet and said nothing at all. Natalie took a deep breath, “We accept Kai, temporarily.”

“Are you fucking kidding me!?” Shade angrily said, “You know-”

“END OF DISCUSSION!” Natalie shouted, “I get it, We’re all fucking over the same fucking spot! How about we maybe go somewhere and maybe, agree on one thing.” 

Everyone was quiet for a moment as Ronin then added, “Can’t disagree with her, fellas. We may be enemies right now but, how about we just agree on one thing for once?"

“Deal.” Kai nodded.

Neuro and Shade exchanged looks for a moment as Natalie waited for them to nod their heads as an answer and give them the answers themselves. Then, the two brothers nodded slowly as Natalie felt relieved. She saw Helen and Peter entering the cafe as she slowly looked at Ronin, Shade, Neuro, and Kai, “Wait for me. I have some words to say with two people.”

Natalie slowly got out of the car as they watched her get out. She closed the door as she started walking towards the cafe. Neuro watches her go to the cafe as he wanted to make sure she wasn’t gonna make some stupid mistake or anything. But deep down, he was slowly worried as Natalie walked down the streets toward the street. 

Ronin noticed for a moment as he slowly grinned and folded his arms, seeing how Neuro was watching Natalie make her way towards the Cafe. He suspects something between the two. 

Natalie arrived at the cafe moments later as she entered and looked around for a moment, seeing how a bit crowded it was. Helen and Peter were sitting down and enjoying their drinks and meals they ordered with it as they were unaware that Natalie entered the cafe. As they were eating, Natalie spotted them as she rubbed her face and made her way towards them. Helen and Peter heard some footsteps coming over at their table. They turned to see who, only to be surprised to see Natalie coming over.

“Aww, isn’t it Nattie.” Peter said as he took a sip of his iced coffee, “Deciding to join us?”

“Just for a talk.” Natalie explained. 

“Talk of what?” Helen asked as she placed her coffee down.

“Just a simple talk.” Natalie slowly took a seat in front of them as the three just looked at each other, “Still searching for wanted people? You have one here, at least.”

“We’re not arresting you.” Peter took a sip of his iced coffee.

“Suddenly, you switch up or something?” Natalie softly chuckled.

“Nah, We’re just resting, and drinking coffee.” Helen chuckled as she looked at her, “So, what’s the issue?”

“Simple talk, I said.” Natalie said, “I want to know something.”

“Know what?” Peter asked.

“I know I am wanted for all of the shit that is happening.” Natalie said, “But I wanna know an alternative route on not being wanted anymore.”

“Switching your life around or something?” Helen asked.

“Sorta.” Natalie said, “I have a deal going on. One Ninjago Mafia Member, Kai Smith, said about a deal, apparently he wants to surrender his gang’s territory.”

“The One you are all bitching about.” Helen took a sip, “And who else?”

“Neuro Pathis and I made a deal. We found his brother, Shade, in which we did and now, I must have helped him gain that spot.” Natalie explained, “Except my gang is neck and neck with his gang. Making shit more difficult.”

“What does your gang even want that spot for?” Peter asked her.

“Expanding the empire and..another noodle house.” Natalie answered.

“Seriously, how long has your uncle and your father been trying to expand it?” Peter asked her another question.

“For years.” Natalie answered, “and I feel like I wanna do something else now.”

“Jesus, It’s about fucking time.” Helen looked at her, “But how are you even gonna do that?”

“I need your guys’ help.” Natalie answered.

Lloyd and Garmadon were in front of Master Chen and Vincent as Jay, Nya, Cole, and Pixal stood by, aiming their pistols at Clouse and Neil, who remained Neutral. There were no words exchanged at this time since it was just becoming a staring contest. Lloyd and his father wanted answers on why the hell does the Chen Mafia want the territory of theirs. Master Chen and Vincent just looked at them, with smirks on their faces.

Then, Lloyd spoke up, “It’s been years..ever since..” He looked at Master Chen, “You killed my uncle.”

“I had every reason to.” Master Chen smirked at him.

“Like hell you did!” Garmadon angrily shouted, “You killed him for Retaliation!"

“He had every reason too.” Vincent chuckled as he folded his arms, “I get it why you are here.”

“Damn right you get it.” Lloyd said, “You and the Elemental Mafia are neck and neck and want our territory. For what fucking reason?”

“Expand the empire, of course.” Master Chen excitedly explained, “And more noodle houses. And perhaps, kill all of you.”

“Oh please.” Garmadon scoffed, “We’ll kill you first.”

“Awww, still hurt from your brother’s death?” Master Chen folded his hands, “Wu should have known better.”

“Keep his name out of your fucking mouth.” Garmadon growled.

“At least you got our answers.” Vincent said, “We just wanna expand the empire.”

“How about you stop and maybe give us a chance to regain control.” Lloyd said, “Basically, surrender.”

“Surrender doesn’t run in the family.” Vincent glared at him.

“Well you don’t have a choice.” Garmadon said, “You give up now and leave us alone.”

“Not happening!” Master Chen answered, “How about you give it up and maybe, just surrender yourselves.” 

“Hell no!” Nya shouted, “You kidnapped my boyfriend and now you’re asking us to surrender?”

“It’ll let all of us have peace.” Clouse said as he folded his arms, “Not to mention, we don’t have to kill one another.”

“Not happening.” Cole said as he folded one of his arms, still aiming his pistol at Clouse and Neil.

“Come on, not even a peace deal?” Neil chuckled softly, “Just accept it for once and we can go back, doing whatever the fuck we want.”

“There isn’t gonna be a peace deal unless you guys stop surrounding our territory and give up.” Lloyd answered.

“Well then, we have all day to discuss.” Master Chen smirked once again as he folded his arms, feeling excited and knowing that this was gonna be long.

At the cafe, Natalie explained the deal and how she wanted to know about surrendering her uncle and her father. She just wanted answers too on what to do as Helen and Peter just listened to what she said as the two exchanged looks, upon seeing how Natalie was switching up for some reason. After Natalie finished explaining, Helen and Peter looked at her for a moment, now thinking about what she just explained.

“So..any advice?” Natalie asked, wanting to know as she folded her arms.

“Maybe, if you leave your mafia, maybe get the others to leave also, we can send the NPD and NBI there to their place and have them arrested.” Peter suggested.

“Lure them off somewhere.” Helen added, “and maybe, we can have them surrounded.”

Natalie folded her arms slowly, “So basically, I have to lead them somewhere?”

“Best option.” Helen took a sip of her coffee.

“If it works out.” Peter added as he took a bite of his brownie. 

“Work out?” Natalie asked, “I need your actual help, guys.”

“In which we are aware of but, how do we even tell our boss that you want help?” Peter asked her, “Jesus, Nattie. You know how long we been friends for.”

“I’m aware of that but I really need your help turning my life around.” Natalie unfolded her arms, “Please?”

Helen and Peter exchanged looks for a moment, thinking about what Natalie said to them. Meanwhile outside the cafe, Neuro, Ronin, Shade, and Kai were in the car, waiting for Natalie still as none of them spoke at all. Ronin was using his phone for a moment as Neuro was looking out of the window. Kai was looking down, not doing anything as he just waited for Natalie to come back. Shade was resting for a while, at least letting his wound heal for a while also.

As the four men waited, Ronin looked out of the window for a second, suddenly seeing three figures gathering at the door. He let out a startled noise, which alarmed Shade, Kai, and Neuro as they all looked over and saw the three figures. Kai recognized who they were as He rolled the window down. 

Skylor suddenly aimed her pistol at him as she asked in a demanding tone, “Where is she?”

“Who?” Kai glared at Skylor for a moment, slowly raising his hands up for a bit.

“My sister.” Skylor said, “Where is she?”

“She went to the cafe.” Neuro looked over at her, “Should be back soon.”

Skylor looked over at Neuro for a moment as she lowered her pistol and realized who it was. The head of the Elemental Mafia. “So you must be the asshole that took her!?”

“Wait, I can explain..” Neuro tried to explain but Skylor wasn’t gonna have it.

“The Fuck did you took her for!?” Skylor angrily asked.

“Sky, It’s best to let him explain..” Luther said as he folded his hands.

“Not now, Luth.” Skylor said.

“He has a point, Sky.” Braxton looked at her, “Just let the head of his mafia explain..”

“Fuck no!” Skylor angrily said as suddenly, a voice from far was heard. 

“Skylor!” It was Natalie’s voice as Natalie was rushing over, following her talk with Peter and Helen. Skylor, Luther, and Braxton looked over as Skylor placed her gun on her waist and rushed towards her. Natalie gave her a hug as Skylor returned the hug back. Shade, Ronin, Kai, and Neuro got out of the car soon after as the Chen Sisters pulled away from their hug. Skylor was suddenly shocked seeing Shade, Kai, and Ronin for a moment as she looked at them.

“It’s a lot of explaining..” Natalie rubbed her neck.

“Which is?” Skylor asked.

“Apparently, we're willing on multiple deals.” Ronin folded his arms, “The Main Deal is to stop fighting like dogs.”

“As in?” Braxton asked.

“Basically Kai is willing to surrender his gang’s territory.” Ronin said, “and maybe, he can help either of us gain it.”

“First of all, we're all mixed up.” Skylor said.

“We are, but I made another deal.” Natalie said as they all looked over at her, “We can surrender my father and my uncle.” 

They were all somehow surprised as Luther then asked, “Like turn them in?”

“Something like that but we lure them somewhere.” Natalie explained, “I talked to two of my friends, who are officers..”

“Officers!?” Ronin asked, “Trying to get us caught or something!?”

“No, you fucking idiot!” Natalie mumbled angrily, “How about we discuss this somewhere else?”

“Like where?” Shade asked as Natalie looked around. She saw an apartment ahead of them as she then knew where they could talk about it. 

Everyone else was doing their thing, either talking at a noodle house or on the sidewalk, but things are about to change.
