Work Text:
It had been about six or so years since Maya was born. Five since Elliot and 007n7 made it official, and eight since they first started dating. Eight years of push and pull, a game of tug-of-war, and eight years of falling deeper and deeper into the hot pink rabbit hole that was ‘love’ to both of them. Their lives had barely changed, save for the few major ones like c00lkidd growing up into what 007n7 can only name as a ‘mini version of his younger self,’ with how much his baby had become a little monster. 007n7 didn’t mind it, though. C00lkidd was still the most adorable little thing in his eyes! Red hair had grown out into a deep shade of reddish-magenta, horns poking upwards, and a toothy little grin that he had most days.
Maya, on the other hand, was blooming like the sweetest little flower. She was so kind and understanding, so much like her father. She represented all of what 007n7 loved about Elliot. His beautiful smile, freckled cheeks, kindness that knew no bounds, hard-working spirit, and his cheery, bright attitude. She was always trying to lend a hand everywhere she went. The park, the kitchen, even at bedtime! She wanted to do everything like a curious kitten would. She took after Elliot more than she did, after 007n7– but perhaps that balanced the family out. If c00lkidd were turning out like 007n7, soon enough, he would also mold into a well-adjusted young man in college. He just hoped it wouldn’t take the same accidents it took 007n7 to realize what he needed to do to make that change.
The sun peeked over the edge of the window with the warm spring air brushing gently against the glass. It was one of those days in March, the kind that made you want to stay in and sleep all day, but there were things to be done. 007n7 rolled over onto his side in the bed, expecting to face Elliot staring at him intently in the morning light. Much to his surprise, his husband was missing from the bed. He groggily lifted his head, letting out a yawn before flopping back down onto the pillow with a muffled sigh. Today didn’t feel like a getting-out-of-bed day, but 007n7 had chores to attend to. He had a family to make breakfast for, bags to pack, and people to send off. He lifted his head again, this time resting it on the pillow without opening his eyes. “Els, are you there?” He called with a hoarse voice, expecting to hear Elliot respond from the connected bathroom. “Els?” He called again, this time he slowly lifted himself from the bed, sitting upright with his feet touching the carpet flooring as he let out another yawn. Maybe he had an early shift and didn’t tell 007n7? That was a little out of the blue for him, but…
007n7 felt the table for his glasses, grabbing the old black pair of lenses and placing them over the bridge of his nose with a soft rub of the eyes. He blinked a couple of times to get his vision to work properly, looking to the bathroom door and the mirror nearby. On the edge of the glass, he noticed the familiar tint of yellow skin hiding away behind him. 007n7 smiled warmly, realizing it was just going to be another day in their life as usual. “You could have just said ‘good morning’ instead of watching me like a weirdo, you know that, right?” He slowly turned around, adjusting his glasses as he saw Elliot leaning on the wall in the corner of the room.
“Can’t I watch my gorgeous husband sleep? I thought you’d find it romantic.” Elliot shrugged playfully, leaving his position on the wall and walking over to where 007n7 was seated on the side of the bed. “I never said it wasn’t romantic… I just said you looked weird doing it. Both of those can be true at the same time.” The ex-hacker laughed, leaning his head up as Elliot leaned down to press a kiss to his lips. The kiss lasted only a few moments, but 007n7’s tail already began to thump against the soft bedding happily. He had long since forgone the idea of hiding his happiness around Elliot, knowing that the other thrived on the idea of making him happy and well cared for most days.
When they both finally pulled away, 007n7 had to adjust his glasses once more. “Can I ask why you were just watching me? You could’ve done that from the bed.” He asked playfully, standing up with a stretch of his arms upwards. Elliot took a few steps back, heading to the dresser nearby to get out one of his usual red work shirts. “When I’m in bed, I only get to see your face. From the corner over there, I can watch all of you sleep. Makes sense, right?” He replied, taking out one of the shirts and slipping it on slowly. “But I like waking up to see your face when I wake up. It’s the first thing I see in the morning, y’know?” 007n7 replied, running a hand through his hair. Elliot just smiled as he looked at the ground. “Alright, I’ll stop creeping around in the mornings and stay in bed. Happy?” He looked up, watching as 007n7 began to undress from his sleepwear. His movements slowed, eyes fixated on the way his body shifted as he pulled the shirt that was taut over his form.
He found himself staring again, unable to tear his eyes away from 007n7. Soft curves that melted into each other, slowly revealing as the shirt was pulled off and tossed into the nearby laundry basket. Elliot could count the stretch marks on his hips; he could map out each roll that sat on his belly. It was easy to tell that Elliot was enamored with 007n7– nothing could tear his eyes away from watching the ex-hacker changing in the early mornings. “Oh, Elliot… Stop staring. You know there’s nothing good to look at.”
Elliot blinked, eyes shifting to 007n7’s face. His brows were furrowed, lips in a slight pout. His arms slowly began to cover over his chest, watching as Elliot just smiled wider. “Sorry, just got lost in your beauty. Doesn’t matter what you think, right?” He added, buttoning up the red shirt and grabbing his name tag from the side of the dresser.
007n7 rolled his eyes as if to ignore what Elliot had said. He knew Elliot always had something strange to say when complimenting him; He just learned to peel back the layers to find the true meaning. He knew Elliot was always complimenting him, so he didn’t pay too much mind to how he said it. 007n7 hastily pulled his shirt on, tail flicking as it made the back of the shirt ride up slightly. Elliot’s eyes drifted down to 007n7’s waist, eyeing the side of him where he could see the subtle peek of something with a darker color than the rest of his skin. It was blotchy and strange if you looked at it for only a split second, but to Elliot, it was meaningful. He had long since quit smoking for the past four years, but the marks were still there.
It was a small drag of the burning end across 007n7’s hip one evening before Maya came into the picture. 007n7 had practically clawed his back bloody and red, leaving stains on the sheets and dripping onto the floor. He had profusely apologized to Elliot, telling him that the claws weren’t supposed to come out. They were a defense mechanism embedded by the gui- similar to his horns and tail. Elliot had reassured him that he enjoyed it, but that it would only be fair if Elliot got to mark 007n7 back. The older man had eagerly agreed, nodding as he watched Elliot remove the cigarette from his lips.
Elliot led 007n7 to the bloodied bed, laying him down on his belly with his hips raised and tail thrashing wildly with excitement. He had brought it down to 007n7’s skin, seeing the way he shuddered and clawed at the sheets, ripping new holes like they were trying to make a crime scene. The burn marks took the form of Elliot’s initials— E.B.— before he gave 007n7 a smack on the ass and told him he was ‘all done!’ They still both had those scars from that night. Elliot often could catch 007n7 staring at his back, eyes mapping out the shape of the scars his claws left in his back. Other times, Elliot would see 007n7 shooting him a look when he’s fresh out of the shower, towel just low enough to show off the burn mark, only ever covered by the fold of his belly.
“How long is your shift going to be today? If you start early enough, can you drop C00lkidd off? I wanted to spend some time with Maya and bring her to the nearby park.” 007n7 looked up at Elliot, going through his pants while waiting for an answer. Elliot blinked, rerunning what 007n7 had told him and registering the words in his head.
Elliot sighed, head rolling to the side slightly. “Are you going with anyone?“ He asked, almost as if it was a burden to know. 007n7 shook his head, unfolding a pair of grey colored khakis from the neat piles in the closet. “No, I promise. Just me and Maya. No Guest, no Chance, not even 8o8. Don’t worry.” He didn’t even look back at Elliot while he spoke. “Alright, I’ll drop c00lkidd off then. It’s another full day shift- only two other people are working, so I’ll be on most of the jobs. How does a lunch check-in sound?” 007n7 hummed when Elliot spoke, ears flicking against soft brown hair. “I don’t see why not… just make sure to not overwork yourself today, okay? I don’t want a repeat of last week.” He was stern, turning his head to look at Elliot, who merely put his hands up like he was a guilty man. “No promises! You know how the pizzeria is.” He chuckled, turning around so he couldn’t see the face 007n7 was making.
He just heard 007n7 sigh, feet padding along the carpeted floor closer to him. A warm hand rested on his shoulder before Elliot was pulled closer, feeling soft lips on the side of his cheek. “I’m going to go wake up the kids. Can you set stuff up downstairs?” 007n7 murmured as he pulled away. Elliot just nodded, grabbing his hat from the dresser and letting it hang off his wrist as he followed 007n7 out of their shared bedroom.
They split ways at the staircase, with Elliot going down to the hallway and towards the kitchen, while 007n7 stayed upstairs and went towards C00lkidd’s room first. Maya was much easier to wake up, as she was always eager to be up and doing things. C00lkidd on the other hand… He was a little more troublesome to wake up. He had begun to pick up a rather unfortunate habit of staying up unreasonably late just to chat with his friends over the computer, which meant that it was always a fight to get him to bed and a fight to wake him up. Elliot wasn’t very good when it came to that, so he usually let 007n7 deal with him. Somehow, there was barely ever any yelling coming from either of them. Just a rather annoyed and still very tired c00lkidd slinking down the stairs, followed by 007n7 with Maya in his arms.
She was very much capable of walking down the stairs herself, but 007n7 insisted that he carry her down in the mornings. By the time Elliot heard the familiar steps down the stairs, he was turning as he opened one of the cabinets. He had started the coffee machine for 007n7, hearing it slowly pour the liquid into his husband’s mug. Elliot— for as energetic and work-ready as he always is, doesn’t drink coffee. Something about it always makes him too agitated, and the crash was always worse than the high it gave him. Plus, it was always so bitter! There wasn’t any reason for him to drink it, even if it gave him some minor benefit.
He leaned on the counter edge, watching as c00lkidd came down and slowly dragged himself to the kitchen to rummage through the fridge. Elliot eyed the way his tail flicked, faster, then slower. It was easy to tell when he found something he liked. It was one of the ways he was similar to his father. The two had similar tails— they could never hide their true feelings with them. “‘Morning.” Elliot finally spoke up, seeing the way C00lkidd’s tail went up before slowly dropping back down. “Mornin’.” The teen replied sleepily, not bothering to look beyond the fridge at his step-dad. Maya was hanging onto 007n7’s shirt, tiny hands grasping at the blue fabric as her head turned to smile at Elliot. Elliot smiled back, waving at her.
For as energetic as Maya was, she didn’t talk much. 007n7 suggested that if it keeps up, they should take her to a professional about it. Neither of them minded the fact that she wasn’t chatty- but getting some kind of diagnosis would be better than letting any unseen possibilities fester. “Oh, c00lkidd,” 007n7 started, tapping his son on the shoulder lightly to get his attention. The red Robloxian let out a hum of acknowledgment, nodding his head as he turned to look at his dad. “I’m going to be taking Maya to the park, so Elliot is going to drop you off, okay? Be good for him.” He said, putting Maya down near the table before he went over to grab his mug from the counter where Elliot left it. “‘Kay,” C00lkidd replied, closing the fridge with one hand as he placed the milk on the table.
Elliot pursed his lips. 007n7 really was adamant about going out today, wasn’t he? He eyed the ex-hacker’s mug in his hands, wishing he had— Elliot shook his head, trying to shake out all the thoughts. It was a school day. He made a promise to himself that he was going to let him roam free on those days, since he would be too busy with Maya. It was her last year staying at home before she was going to go to a new school. He wanted to spend as much time with her before he was going to be at the house alone for most of the day. Great. Another thing to worry about. A lonely husband. His eyes darkened at the thought, staring off into nothing as it festered in his mind. He didn’t even register 007n7’s hand on his shoulder, trying to shake him out of it.
“Elliot, are you alright?” He asked, concern knit into his expression with creased brows. Elliot blinked, eyes refocusing on 007n7. He flashed a smile, uncrossing his arms to try and lessen the tension that lay deep in him. “Sorry, I was just thinking about some work stuff. What were you saying?” He asked, making sure to give 007n7 his warmest smile to try and deter any questions. He knew 007n7 wasn’t going to fall for it- he never did anymore. He just stared back at Elliot with a rather unimpressed expression before continuing. “I was saying that c00lkidd might need to be dropped off a little earlier. He mentioned something about a project he has to set up with pr3ttypriincess and bluudude.” 007n7 sounded rather annoyed that only now was c00lkidd telling them about a project, but he never really got too upset over it. It was more like a stern dismissal, followed up by urging c00lkidd to stay on top of deadlines and to get the work done. “Oh, no problem. Clocking in early is a good idea for me, too. I’ll be able to do some stock check.” Elliot chuckled, running his hand along 007n7 shoulder. The other just leaned his head to the side, smiling at Elliot. The kind of smile that said, I’m so lucky to have you. Sometimes words weren’t needed- all it took was a look for the two.
“Dad, you comin’?” C00lkidd called from the door, getting both men to turn their heads to look at him. “Coming, coming!” Elliot called back, turning to face 007n7 one last time to press a kiss to his cheek before waving goodbye and heading towards the door where c00lkidd was. “You got everything for your project?” Elliot asked, grabbing the keys out of the bowl on the table nearby. C00lkidd nodded shortly, tossing his bag over his shoulder. “Next time you have a project, tell me in advance, okay?” Elliot added, opening the door and waiting for c00lkidd to walk out. “I swear, I forgot to bring it up. —Didn’t mean to.” The teen replied, rubbing the back of his neck before moving his hair from under his bag. “It’s not a big deal. Happens to me sometimes, too. It just drives your dad crazy when he learns about stuff on short notice.” Elliot whispered the last part, watching as c00lkidd snickered a little at his words.
He watched as C00lkidd got into the passenger seat of the car, waiting for Elliot to get into the driver’s seat. “You’re going to have to get your license soon, buddy.” Elliot sighed teasingly, watching as C00lkidd pulled on the long parts of his hair at the mention of a license. “I’m not ready, driving is so hard! You’re like- like, driving a death machine. I can’t do that.” He groaned, hitting his head against the back of the seat. “I was the same way when I was your age. My dad wanted me to start driving at fourteen, which, you should know, was illegal. He just wanted me to do deliveries.” Elliot mentioned starting the car with a twist of the keys.
“Seriously?“ C00lkidd looked at him, blinking a few times. “Yeah. I hated it. We would spend hours in the school parking lot on weekends doing left turns, right turns, backing in, backing out… all of it. I’d do the same with you. You’re going to hate it, but it gets easier with time.” He told him, tapping his fingers along the wheel.
C00lkidd just nodded shortly, looking back at the road ahead. The ride to c00lkidd’s high school was short, but sometimes when Elliot was driving, he’d take the long way back so c00lkidd and him could chat. It was never to keep him there for longer than he knew the teen wanted to be— it was more like a bonding thing. But now wasn’t the time to take a left down the longer roads. C00lkidd had a project and Elliot had work- there wouldn’t be any time. Once Elliot had pulled up to the front of the school, he put the brakes on and looked at C00lkidd in the other seat. “Alright, this is your stop. Call your dad if you need anything, okay? I’ll be at work, so I can’t lend a hand.”
He reminded him, rubbing C00lkidd’s shoulder as the boy began to unbuckle himself and open the car door. Elliot was glad that he and C00lkidd were getting closer. C00lkidd used to hate leaning on him for help. He hated asking Elliot for things, and he hated being his son even more for a little while. As the door closed and C00lkidd waved goodbye before walking up the steps, Elliot waved him off in return. He still remembered when he and 007n7 had told C00lkidd that they would be getting married. C00lkidd threw a fit.
He begged 007n7 not to marry the evil pizza man, and I only want you, daddy! He was only twelve, with Maya only being a year old. The two had been discussing it for a while. Elliot had honestly pushed for them to get married— telling 007n7 that it was better if something were to happen. Perhaps there was some fear-mongering laced into his words- but it was for the better! He was doing 007n7 a favor. If they got married, he’d be able to be with Elliot forever. He spoke at length about how they could have a real wedding, or they could just go to a marriage office. Whatever Sev wanted.
007n7 had teetered on the idea, going back and forth. At first, he was eager, but then, when C00lkidd had thrown his little fit, he shied away from the idea. Elliot was glad that he could squeeze the answer he wanted out of 007n7. The way that 007n7 tiredly nodded, agreeing with his hand out, waiting for Elliot to slip the ring on his finger. Elliot had gotten him a nice engagement ring. Originally, he wanted to get it a few sizes smaller for 007n7 so it would be a hassle to take off, but he knew how self-conscious 007n7 was. At any sight of something that didn’t fit him, he got nervous and ashamed. Instead, Elliot had slipped the ring on, dragging his fingers down on 007n7’s hand, murmuring about how nicely the ring looked against his skin, how lucky Elliot was to have 007n7 as his husband. He remembered the way that his cheeks flushed, how 007n7 replied that he ‘already had him,’ ‘he always has.’ Elliot smiled at the memory.
Back at the house, 007n7 was busy cleaning up from the morning while Maya hung off his side and watched him wash the dishes in the sink. His tail was curled around her arm, keeping her supported as 007n7 focused on the task. “Looks like it’s just going to be me and you today, Maya.” He murmured, nudging at her head with his own. She smiled back at him, ears flicking wildly with excitement. 007n7 smiled, turning the water off and letting it drain down as he dried his hands on the towel that hung nearby. Once he had thoroughly dried his hands, he picked Maya off his side and held her tightly in his arms like she was a fragile glass vase that he couldn’t possibly drop.
“How about we go to the nearby park today? Just the two of us. It’s been a while since we’ve gone. Your daddy doesn’t like it when I go out without him… he’s so clingy like that. Can’t fathom being separated for more than a few minutes.” 007n7 sighed, spinning her around in his arms before finally setting her on the ground so she could walk with him to the door. “That’s why I can only have guests over when he’s out of the house.” And even then, he still manages to find out when people come over, even if it’s just to have a drink in the yard.
He knelt near the door, grabbing his shoes from the mat while Maya did the same as he did. 007n7 preferred more practical shoes instead of ‘nice’ ones. Maya, on the other hand, seemed to be fine with the troublesome laces that she had to deal with, poorly tying little bunny knots into her shoes before standing up again to look down proudly at her laces. “Good job, Maya.” 007n7 smiled, bringing a hand under her chin as he looked at her tied shoes. She was getting better at doing things on her own, which was a good thing! Her independence was crucial to her growth. It was just a little sad for 007n7. He had never really stopped taking care of her for the past six years, and before that, he was C00lkidd’s only hand. He wasn’t about to get choked up over the fact that his little girl was growing up; it was more that he didn’t know what he was going to do when she also reached the age that she would no longer need him. Perhaps taking care of the house and Elliot could be his full-time role…
007n7 shook his head as he slipped his shoes on, looking at the table by the door for the things he needed. Best not to think about the future while there was still the now to worry about. He needed Maya’s hat, her water bottle, and the sunscreen… did Elliot move them again? He let out a rather frustrated sigh, searching for the items on his mental list. Did he put them somewhere else while he was tidying up the front of the house? No, 007n7 was particular about where he put things he used on a daily basis, compared to things that could be put away. He furrowed his brows, turning to look at the staircase. There it was.
Elliot or c00lkidd must’ve taken it from the table and tossed it to the staircase. That was probably the only pet peeve 007n7 could list about either of them. They would leave things out without thinking! First, it’s Elliot with the tampered medication, and now it’s c00lkidd with the sunscreen. He clicked his tongue, shaking his head. “Maya, come here.” He called for her with a gesture of his hand. He opened the lid for the sunscreen, pouring some onto his hands and turning around to face his daughter.
He brought his hands to her face gently, rubbing the sunscreen in as she held her breath and kept her eyes shut tight. It was such a familiar face to him. C00lkidd used to make the same face when he was her age. He’d complain about how itchy it made him feel, about how his fur was ‘protection enough.’ He eventually switched to wearing big hats during the summer, since 007n7 didn’t feel it was right to continue making him feel itchy.
“Alright,” 007n7 stood up again, rubbing the last bit of sunscreen in over Maya’s nose as she giggled in return. “Are you ready to go? I’ve got your stuff in the bag.” He added, holding the bag in his free hand before he walked to the door. His daughter nodded eagerly, following him quickly like an excited puppy. He held the door open for her, watching Maya practically run out like a blur. She reminded him so much of C00lkidd— no matter how many times he could say or think it, he’d always find another reason to once again bring it up. It wasn’t that he was comparing his kids, heavens no. They were both so special in their own ways and balanced each other out like two sides of the same coin. 007n7 loved them both so dearly, he couldn’t help but see the ways they were so similar to one another.
As 007n7 walked Maya to the park, he looked both ways before picking her up to cross the street. She could do it herself- but 007n7 liked to be cautious. He didn’t want to risk Maya tripping or falling— he didn’t want her to get hurt. 007n7 knew his fears weren’t at all rational and unfounded, but he didn’t bother to think rationally sometimes. He knew he could be reckless with these thoughts- thinking something bad would happen the moment he turned away from something he loved, it might be gone. So, 007n7 was always careful. More than he needed to be. His need for control was similar to that of a drug; the way he needed to feel like he could control situations or people on a whim when he was younger did mellow out, but it never went away. Not fully. As much as Elliot controlled him, he controlled Elliot. He’d remind Elliot of how much he loved him, and how if he loved him the same, he’d pass him the remote. It started with little asks. Fetching him tea or water. Maybe go out and check on the plants. Watch over c00lkidd for a few hours. Then it was other things. Asking him to stay over for a little longer. Getting Elliot to stop by tonight, it wouldn’t be right of me to let you walk around in the rain. Then, I was thinking… why don’t you come to my room? I have some spare clothes you can wear. If you need to take a shower too…
007n7 would never admit how much it made his heart flutter when he realized he still had his controlling prowess from his younger years. Maybe he was still as charming as he once thought he was… No, there’s a million other reasons why Elliot loved 007n7. Thinking about it would only get him distracted! He was out with his daughter going to the park, for goodness’s sake. It was a little unfortunate knowing that no one else would be there to play with her, most likely, but 007n7 didn’t mind being her playmate. Since she was a little old to still be at home instead of in kindergarten, usually kids her age would be in school at that time and not out at the community park.
He held Maya’s hand while they were on the sidewalk, taking her down the way as he kept his eyes out for the familiar park sign on the grass. Maya knew the way there, so it was more like being led by her down the sidewalk as she skipped happily along. He just held her hand, watching as she led him towards the park. Maya had a favorite structure there. It was this small, cup-shaped spinning… thing? 007n7 had no idea what it was called, but she loved it. It was one of the few times when she would be vocal. She’d happily cheer for her father to spin her faster and faster, before she’d slow down and get off to stumble around while giggling the whole time.
007n7 lifted his head, focusing his eyes to see the park just up ahead. No wonder she was beginning to tug on his hand even more. As he sped up his walking to match her pace, she pulled him over the grass and through the small trees to where the park was. Some sand surrounded it— probably to soften the fall of any child who might’ve tumbled down a slide too fast or fallen off an edge without a railing.
“Alright, pumpkin,” 007n7 looked at her, slowly letting go of her hand. “We can stay here for an hour before we have to go back and do some chores, alright?” 007n7 continued as he watched her bounce around the playground- probably not hearing anything her father was saying. She was just so excited to finally get to go out again, and honestly, so was 007n7. It was a rare occurrence that he got to go out further than just the yard without Elliot.
As romantic as the thought is, it can also be a pain. Getting groceries, doing yard work, gardening, taking the kids to school, or the park… Elliot either had to know beforehand, or he had to be there! He could be so bothersome, sometimes! 007n7 liked that Elliot wanted to be so overbearing in some aspects, but truly, sometimes he’d like it if he loosened the leash a little. But then again, 007n7 also liked to test his patience and limits by actively working against him. A small smile ghosted over his lips, daring to bloom.
The number of times he’s done things just to irk Elliot, why, the list had to be as long as a highway! He’s invited people over, gotten close on the couch, and mentioned to Elliot how helpful the neighbors can be when you offer them something in return for their hard work! Elliot looked like he was really going to kill Guest that time. He’s had to talk him out of actually harming some of their friends before.
There was that time when 226w6 had come over at 007n7’s request- something about trouble with a recipe, and 007n7 knew his friend would have the answer. If anything, 226w6 and 118o8 were more like family than friends, hence Elliot’s leniency in letting them over more often than someone like Guest or Noli. Elliot was unbelievably pissed to find out that 007n7 had invited someone over without his permission. He had pulled 007n7 to the side while 226w6 was still in the house, holding his chin and asking him why the other hacker was even there. Despite his tail wagging around furiously, 007n7 had calmly explained that he just needed some help with something and didn’t want to bother Elliot. He then had to talk Elliot out of strangling 226w6 for something that had basically nothing to do with him.
007n7 smiled fondly at the memory. Elliot could just be so overprotective sometimes! His eyes drifted from his memories to the playground, watching Maya scramble up the structure and peek her head out from one of the tunnels, before tumbling down the slide and scampering about on all fours. He laughed, watching her zoom around like she was fueled by electricity. Such a cutie, he thought to himself. Maya was just the sweetest little girl. She had dusty blonde hair, unruly and impossible to brush flat. She had tiny nubs for horns and a stubby little tail that thumped wildly when she was excited. Her ears were a little pointed, but not as much as 007n7’s. Slanted eyes that were the same beautiful blue as Elliot’s, and sun-kissed skin that was a blend of both Elliot and 007n7’s tones. She was just the perfect little angel. He still remembered the first time he had held her in his arms.
Elliot had pushed for 007n7 to have a home birth. He had set everything up for 007n7, with him finally agreeing to live at Elliot’s house for a little while. As much as 007n7 knew why Elliot wanted him at home, he was honestly quite nervous and a little worried. Neither of them were qualified to perform such things, and 007n7 could only hope that things would work in their favor. The next 12 hours were hell for 007n7, but it went on without complication. He was nearly dead from exhaustion, a small bundle wailing in his arms as Elliot sat beside him, pressing an ice pack to his forehead. She was just perfect. Elliot had taken care of her mainly for the first day or so, letting her rest in 007n7’s arms while he took care of them both.
007n7 couldn’t ever forget how nice it felt to be spoon-fed his favorite foods, given messages, and treated like he was some higher being by Elliot. It was just the nicest! 007n7 had felt a little bad about the idea of just being pampered all day by Elliot, but on the other hand…
He sighed dreamily at the thought, focusing his attention back on Maya at the playground. She was still going around- now on the swings, not too far from 007n7. She was always so independent at the park. Able to entertain herself for hours on end. It was a little unfortunate that they could only spend an hour or so at the park before she’d have to be put down for her nap and 007n7 would do his daily house cleaning. He sat back against the bench, watching Maya play. It was going to be a big change once she was off to school during the day. What was 007n7 going to do? He couldn’t just stay cooped up in the house all day, even if that was what Elliot wanted of him…
Maybe he could invite Guest over more. Or, he could join a group of some sort. Elliot would hate it if he did that. He smiled a little wider. Elliot would hate it if I did that. Maybe he could find one for cooking, or some other kind of activity he was already at least familiar with. Yes, he decided. He’d get to looking at any nearby community groups that are open for the next year.
007n7 stood up after the thought, going over to Maya on the swings. “Hey, pumpkin,” he stopped her swinging with his hand on the rope, watching as she turned to look at him. “Mind if I push you for a little?” She nodded almost immediately with great eagerness. At least he had the now with his daughter, which was what 007n7 cared about the most.
The day had been long and grueling for Elliot, but it wasn’t over yet. He still had to pick up C00lkidd from his school. He hoped that the project had gone well for his son, knowing that if it didn’t, they’d have to have the whole grades talk all over again at the dinner table. C00lkidd wasn’t failing by any means at all, but it was just practice that if a project flunked, they’d have to talk about it. His parents did it with him, 007n7’s… not so much. But- 007n7 was adamant about being the best father he could be for both of his kids, so he made the extra effort to push them to be the best they could. He made a slow turn down the street, eyeing the school ahead. The dashboard clock read 3:34– c00lkidd was probably just exiting his final class by now after the blare of the bell.
A lot of other parents were also pulling in- some faces he could recognize, others, not as much. He knew that Charlotte took the bus, which originally, C00lkidd was also going to, until Elliot offered to drop off and pick up, since it was on his way to work. More time to spend with his new son. It really helped the two of them get closer. Spending a good fifteen minutes in a car together each morning and afternoon. C00lkidd slowly began to open up to Elliot, and in exchange, Elliot did as well. He’d tell c00lkidd about his own childhood. About Mia, who, he revealed to c00lkidd, may or may not have been the reason why Maya was given such a similar name— he told c00lkidd about how he could probably get him a job at the pizzeria during the summer, now that he was sixteen. Elliot parked the car a little further to the back of the lot, sitting with the window down as he waited for C00lkiddd to walk out and towards the car.
Once Elliot spotted the kid, he saw that he looked rather lost in thought as he speed-walked towards the car. His brows furrowed. Was he alright? His posture straightened in his seat, watching as C00lkidd opened the car door slowly to step in and sit down. “How was school today?” Elliot asked him, waiting until he had buckled his seatbelt before turning the keys. “Good.” The other replied with a shrug, setting his bag down on the floor and leaning into the seat. The first few minutes were a little quiet, with C00lkidd every so often glancing over at his stepfather. Elliot noticed, as he always did. “Is there something you wanna’ talk about, c00lkidd?” He asked, taking a left down the longer route home. It was only longer by another fifteen minutes. That would chalk the drive itself up to a good half hour, which had to be ample time for them to chat. Even then, Elliot could reroute again if c00lkidd needed a breather. The teen shifted uncomfortably in his seat.
“How did… You and Dad get together?” He sounded embarrassed to ask. Elliot blinked. “Huh? Me and your dad? Why the question?” He replied with a chuckle, eyes focused on the road. “There’s—“ he paused, biting on his knuckle before sighing. “There’s this guy. In my tech class. We’re working on the project together, and… He’s really cool. Like, cool cool. He’s a streamer, and he has like, four classes with me. We sit near each other a lot, so we hang out together for most of the day.” Ohhhhh, Elliot nodded, humming thoughtfully. So c00lkidd was into that Bluudude fella. The one he’s friends with. He’s 118o8’s kid, right? Sev’s close friend. Was he embarrassed to share his name? “Really? Sounds like you two are close. How long have you known him?” C00lkidd bit his lip. “A while.“ Right. A while. Elliot just nodded. “Did something happen between you two today?” “No! No. Nothing did— I just— He also hangs out with pr3ttypriincess a lot. And sometimes I…” He breathed out, letting his head hit the back of the seat. “I feel weird inside. Like- like I should tell Bluudude to hang out with me instead.” He sounded ashamed. Elliot furrowed his brows.
“Y’know,” He started. “I was the same with your dad.” He admitted. “What?” C00lkidd sounded surprised, genuinely so. “Yeah. You remember when he was blacklisted from the pizzeria? That wasn’t my choice. My dad did that. I hated it. He was spending all his time with your uncle Noli, the next-door neighbor…” He continued. C00lkidd shifted in his seat, listening to Elliot. “So… what did you do?” Elliot glanced at c00lkidd, then at the road again. “I.. I did a lot of stuff. Your father wasn’t the easiest to get a hold of!” He’d spend hours mulling over a phone book for any numbers that might’ve been his. Calling all of them until he heard the euphoric sound of 007n7’s shy voice peeking over the phone’s crackling line. “But, when I finally did, we had a long talk. Well,- first I invited him over to my place for some food, since I thought it would be easier that way.” Elliot hadn’t even given 007n7 a choice to decline. He made sure he wouldn’t want to leave that night, either. c00lkidd pursed his lips, hands squeezing into the seat.
“But, like, how did you get together…? How did you get him first? I just don’t want to lose him, y’know… Or, maybe, I just want him to be into me…” “invite him over on the weekend. You two are close, right? Maybe if you have some one-on-one time, you’ll feel more comfortable to…” Word it right, Builder. “To be more open with him.” He could see out of the corner of his eye the way C00lkidd slumped a little in his seat. He promised himself he wouldn’t do it. “However,” However. “There’s…” he stopped, sighing. “People are hard to understand, even harder to get to know. Took me forever to understand your father and how to make him love me. Maybe that’s your big thing.” Elliot mentioned, drumming the wheel with his fingers.
“What?” C00lkidd raised an eyebrow, turning to his dad. “Sometimes, people… y’know, need to just come around. They need to be set on the right direction. The direction to you.” Elliot knew C00lkidd looked confused about it. “… You can’t just let people take what should be yours, y’know? Sometimes, things are just destined to be. And the only one that knows it is you. So… you have to act on it. Make choices you wouldn’t usually make. Risk things. Get out of your comfort zone.” He continued, turning down the lane towards their house. C00lkidd still looked unsure. Elliot pursed his lips, fingers tapping idly.
“Your father—“ Elliot mentioned rather quickly, gesturing with his hand before placing it back on the wheel. “I had to do a shit ton of work to get him to like me. Y’know, back in the day, he was a real nutjob. Like, total psycho.” Elliot said, eyes focused on the road. “He used to terrorize my workplace like it was his job.” He waited a bit, letting out a sigh. “I had to go through every relationship stage twice and then some just to get him to look my way.” A lie, but c00lkidd didn’t need to know that.
”Just, understand one thing.” Elliot continued, looking in the rear view mirror. “Don’t come off too strong. At least at the start. You won’t earn their trust through pills or gifts at the start. I don’t want you causing any harm to some poor kid. I had to learn the same with your dad. Try to get to know him better. If you’d like, I’ll start packing you some extra treats in your lunch to share with them. If they’re anything like your father, food is certainly a way into their heart!” Elliot laughed, before his posture stiffened. ”Shit. Don’t tell your dad I said that about him. He’ll kick my ass.” A laugh erupted from C00lkidd, with Elliot just shaking his head with a sigh. “I’m serious, buddy. He’s sensitive!”
As Elliot pulled into the driveway, he parked the car with the brakes on and turned to face C00lkidd and placed a hand on his shoulder. “I know you can do it. Even if it’s just to become good friends! You don’t have to settle for just watching someone walk away from you. You have to run after them, grab their hand, and take them with you. That’s what I did with your dad, and…” He gestured to his hand, rubbing his thumb on the ring. “See how that turned out? Works wonders.“ He laughed, watching C00lkidd crack a small smile. “Alright. I’ll… Invite him over on the weekend. Should.. Should I just make tea, or something? I don’t know what would make him comfortable…” c00lkidd scratched the back of his neck, unbuckling his seatbelt and walking out of the car as Elliot did the same.
“I’ll make you some stuff, alright? Just text him, or call… whatever you kids do— and ask if he’s free on the weekend. You guys can play games together in your room! Just— clean up your floor before he’s over, okay?” Elliot rubbed C00lkidd’s shoulder before walking up the steps to the front of the house to hold the door open for his son. C00lkidd, despite the relaxed expression, looked happier. Elliot felt a little proud of what he had told him. You can’t let your perfect person escape you. No matter the cost. Elliot closed the door behind him, taking his hat and jacket off to hang on the coat rack. C00lkidd had already thrown his bag to the side of the door, taking out some of his books and such to take up to his room. They were tucked under his arm with his phone in one hand, texting. Probably texting you-know-who, but Elliot didn’t budge.
His tail was wagging fast, slipping past 007n7, who was carrying the towels down the stairs. Elliot smiled at his husband, seeing 007n7 smile back. “He looks like he’s in a good mood— did you take him for a drink after class? I told you not to spoil his appetite… he’s a growing boy! He needs good foods, not sugary drinks like bloxy cola…” 007n7 tutted, placing the towels down on the bannister’s edge. “I didn’t take him for anything, I promise. He just had Something he wanted to get off his chest, and I gave him some advice.” Elliot admitted, putting his hands up in defeat.
007n7 looked at Elliot, crossing his arms. They looked at each other for a few minutes, with Elliot feeling more nervous by the second. “Is it something private between you two that I’m not allowed to hear?” He questioned, leaning back. “Teenage boy stuff. It’s.. nothing you’d want to hear.” Elliot replied rather quickly, followed by a nervous chuckle and letting his eyes fall before flicking back up. “Oh,“ 007n7 stood up straight, picking up the towels again. He fell for it. Elliot felt the relief wash over him. “I.. can’t say I’m surprised… he is around that age… just- tell him he can tell me that stuff too, alright? If he needs any sort of stuff, just jot it down on the shopping list.” 007n7 sheepishly laughed, before walking towards Elliot to press a kiss to his cheek, before turning down the hallway to the laundry room. “Maya’s woken up from her nap, so if you want to go see her, she should be up in her room! Dinner will be ready soon as well.” The ex-hacker called out, and the sound of the washing machine starting up muffled the rest of his voice.
Elliot just sighed, looking up the stairs. Maybe he could have a lie down before dinner, today was particularly rough on him. His joints ached, and his back was killing him. He yawned, rubbing the back of his neck before he made his way up the stairs. He passed by C00lkidd’s room, the path being incredibly familiar to him over the years. From the times when he’d use the poor kid’s window as his entry point, to when he’d take over babysitting duties while 007n7 slept from over-exhaustion when they finally got together.
He opened the door, shrugging his red shirt off and tossing it to the nearby laundry basket. Maybe later tonight, he can go fishing through it for something 007n7 wore that day. It’s been getting hotter and hotter, so something in there has to be worth fetching out. That was for later, though. Elliot let himself fall onto his side of the bed, curling up and clutching at the blankets from 007n7’s side. He tugged them closer, taking in a deep breath of the scent it carried. 007n7 smelled divine to him, all the time. From the light notes of coffee and warm brown sugar, the soft scent of freshly done laundry, the undertone of salty musk… The way his garments smell after a long day of tending to the backyard garden under the sweltering sun… He smiled into the blankets, taking another deep sniff. He could fall asleep like that. And fall asleep, he did.
He shifted comfortably on the large bed, sprawled out with the blankets and pillows clutched tightly to his face and his body. It almost felt like 007n7 was there, his hands running along his sides, fingers dipping into the crevices between his ribs, the way that they’d slide down so sinfully on his waist and towards the waistband of his pants, fingers gently pulling at the hem where the belt was, undoing the loop and slowly pulling that metal zipper down the teeth, whispering sweet nothings into the shell of his ear as hot breath huffs against his ear. Elliot smiled lazily at the memories, the scent enveloping him in the warm and fuzzy embrace. His head sank into the pillows as he thought about him. 007n7. The love of his life, the man he worked so hard to obtain and keep. He could feel the soft weight of his wedding ring around his finger. He pressed his thumb into the metal and smiled wider. 007n7… The way his hands would roam under his shirt, before one would slip down again and press up against the—
Elliot cracked an eye open. He was having dinner soon. Best not to let… those thoughts fester for too long. He groaned a little, putting a halt to his own thoughts. Elliot sat up right and looked at the foot of the bed, where 007n7 stood. Elliot was still holding onto the pillow and blanket, seeing the way 007n7 eyed him for it. “Enjoying your lie down?” He asked, tail flicking idly behind him. Elliot swallowed. Yeah. Yeah, marrying him was the best fucking choice he ever made in his goddamn life. No questions. “Yeah, it was nice. Refreshing when the fan is on, too. How long was I out?” Elliot asked, rolling his shoulder as he yawned. “Well, dinner is ready, so I’d assume a half hour or so. We’re having shrimp and Alfredo. C00lkidd’s request.” He smiled, gesturing with his head to the door. “After dinner, do you think you can make the bed while I take care of the dishes?” The ex-hacker added, seeing as Elliot had quite the time messing it up during his nap. “Oh- of course, yeah, don’t worry about it.” He laughed, nodding his head as he got out of bed and stretched his legs. 007n7 smiled at him warmly before turning around to leave the room so Elliot could collect himself before dinner.
He could hear the soft calls of 007n7 down the hallway, calling for Maya and c00lkidd to wash up before heading down the stairs, followed by the soft thump of little feet on the ground, with Elliot soon to follow slowly. He put a hand on the back of his neck, letting out a deep sigh before leaving the room. He had stopped by the door, turning back to look a the messy bed. If he were quick, he could set it up to look nice. Elliot often spent the half hour after dinner when 007n7 was doing the dishes just watching him. Usually from the stairs, but sometimes he’d stand behind a door, or in a corner. Just watching. He never spoke, never let 007n7 see him, never did anything. He just watched.
He quickly placed the pillows back near the headboard, bringing up the covers and smoothing them out to fit over the bed nicely. It was a quick and easy endeavor, one that didn’t take longer than five minutes. He liked to have a nice evening with 007n7. Tonight felt like one of those nights, anyway. He soon began to step away from the bed, closing the door behind him and walking down the stairs to eat with the rest of his family.
They all sat down and ate their fill— talking amongst each other about their days, what they did, how it was… complimenting 007n7’s cooking, although most compliments directed at 007n7 were from Elliot, and met with annoyance by both of the Builder children. It felt normal. So very normal. The way they chatted over dinner and drinks, the way their children spoke about their days— both Elliot and 007n7 felt normal. And gods above, as good as it was, as much as they both loved sitting beside each other, fingers meeting and interlinking under the table like stupid teenagers— there was a feeling of dullness that settled in. Love was nice, but obsession was grand. The way 007n7 felt when Elliot’s fingers slid across his hand and towards his waist, hands drifting over the edge of his pants where some of his belly spilled over. And for Elliot, the way that 007n7’s tail wrapped around his ankle under the table, pushing the fabric of his pant leg up just enough to slide the end of the appendage up and against his leg. True love to them was something so different that it could be categorized as violent.
Once c00lkidd was finished, Maya too, both of the children put their plates in the sink but not before c00lkidd sneakily tried to lick the sauce off his own when he thought neither Elliot nor 007n7 were looking. Eventually, 007n7 took both his and Elliot’s plates to the sink, telling Elliot he could go if he so pleased. And go, Elliot did. He heard the chair move against the floor, get pushed back in, and then the subtle steps up against the flooring and the stairs.
007n7 ran the warm water over the dirty dishes, filling the pot with water to sit and remove the grime. He began to wash the dirt off the other dishes.
007n7 looked down at the soapy water in the sink. He sighed a little, biting the inside of his cheek. His eyes drifted to the side, but his head didn’t move. Right there. He thought to himself as he submerged the dishes under the warm water. He slowly scrubbed away at the grim, looking back to the now-fully cleaned kitchen table. Elliot mentioned he was going to sleep early that night. Maybe it was all the running around with c00lkidd that had tired him out. 007n7 chuckled at the thought. Who knew C00lkidd and Elliot were so easy to tucker out with a long day? As he was scrubbing away under the water, he felt a pair of eyes looking at him from the back.
He had put down Maya for her rest earlier after dinner- and c00lkidd was upstairs, gaming away. Plus, he’d announce himself. That left one last culprit to be the one stalking him. Elliot. 007n7 dared not to turn around, knowing that if he did, Elliot would be gone before he could even see his feet on the steps. He presses the sponge to the dish, humming a little. His tail swished low to the floor, ears tuned in just to hear any creaks on the stairs. He knew he was still there- 007n7 had a knack for knowing when Elliot was near. Maybe it was his scent; maybe it was his presence.
It was something he could always do. Even if they’d only met them once, 007n7 could guess who was around. Elliot was the easiest to know. He’s gotten better over time at it, too. They’d been dating for about three years at that point, and the first time they went on a date, 007n7 still remembered the chill that ran down his spine when he realized he wasn’t going home alone that night. It was a thrilling kind of chill, one that was pleasant in the moment. He smiled bashfully at the thought, tail picking up its slow pace on the floor. It was like having his own guard dog to walk him home. At the time, of course, he thought it was just… normal. Maybe Elliot wanted to see him get home safe, but he was too shy to walk beside 007n7, or even too embarrassed.
“Elliot,” He began. The chill that ran down Elliot’s spine was cold enough that even 007n7 could feel it. A few beats passed, silence, followed by slow steps- a hand on the railing. Elliot was never shy. Not like this. “What? Can’t I watch you do the dishes?” He laughed, trying to brush off the callout that made him freeze up. 007n7 didn’t look at him, not directly. “You do that every night, don’t you?” The kids weren’t around. He could talk freely if he so wished.
Elliot felt like he was profoundly, absolutely, completely, fucked. Maybe 007n7 just knew about the watching. He always knew about the watching. “Y’know, while you were sleeping, c00lkidd snuck into our room.” Another pang of anxiety settled deep into Elliot’s stomach. “Must’ve been real quiet if he was able to get past me…” Elliot chuckled, leaning on the counter with fingers digging into the surface. “He said you told him to go grab their hand and drag them down the right path.” Elliot felt his throat go dry. Why the hell did c00lkidd say something? Did he forget to make sure he wouldn’t tell his dad? Shit. Fuck. Fuck. This was bad. “He said he had a headache, so he’s old enough to go and get himself some Advil. Don’t you think? It’s not like he’s going through our drawers.” Elliot replied after a moment. Forming his replies on the fly wasn’t exactly his strong suit. Without a plan, he was swimming in open waters. As he listened to the water wash over the dishes, 007n7 shrugged. “What did you tell him in the car? About us, about what he should do with Bluudude?” Yeah. Maybe if he were quick enough, he could kill himself with a nearby kitchen knife so he wouldn’t have to answer the questions. “How much did he tell you?”
“Things I already knew.” What. What? Elliot turned fully to look at 007n7, who was just calmly drying the dishes. Elliot turned the rest of his body to look at 007n7, swallowing thickly. “Sev, I…” “Just how long did you think you’d get away with it? I’m curious.” So he knew. He knew about the drugs, about the stalking, about the plans. Did he get sloppy once they got together? Did he accidentally let it slip? Fuck, did Azure rat him out to his own husband? Elliot’s mind was mulling over every possible outcome, every possible way this could have happened. “Sev- I can- I can explain.” He breathed out, an anxious smile blooming on his face. His hands moved, placing themselves on 007n7’s hips, unwilling to meet his eyes. He felt 007n7’s hands land on his shoulders, slowly sliding until just his hands remained, barely holding on. Then came the force. “Look,” 007n7 started, fingers dipping into the flesh of Elliot’s shoulders. “I gave him a stern talking to over it. But, he also told me that you gave him some good advice. I think however, next time you want to give our son a real man-to-man chat, include me. Seven whole years and I knew! Clearly I did something right as well. I don’t need him rummaging through our cabinet at his age.”
Elliot felt 007n7 push down on his shoulders, and like a good husband, he let 007n7 do that to him. “Listen. If you know— if you know what I did, then you know why, right? Darlin’, it’s for you.” He breathed, looking up at 007n7 as he was set to his knees. The ex-hacker just looked down at him. “I’ve known why for the past seven years, Elliot.” His tail flicked, looking at how Elliot had the most adorable expression. Fear, need, begging. 007n7 drank it up like fine wine, brushing a stroke of hair behind his ear, watching Elliot shuffle on his knees even closer. “So you get it? I swear, none of it was to hurt you. I just had to keep you away from everyone. Sev, you understand, right?” He was just repeating himself at that point. Probably out of nervousness. 007n7 had never seen him so needy. Not even during their first time. 007n7 wanted to remember it forever.
“Maybe we should talk about this in bed. Look at you, you’re all nervous.” 007n7 couldn’t help but feel so giddy. His tail was thrashing now, hands fiddling together as he shifted from his side. Elliot slowly stood up, hand sliding up 007n7’s hip. “You’re not…” Elliot trailed off, as if he didn’t want to face the fact that 007n7 knew. “I like it when a man fights for my love, and by extension, me. You’ve done more than just that.” 007n7 murmured, placing a hand over Elliot’s on his hip. “Let me turn the kettle on. How about we have a bath together tonight? We can bring up whatever you said to c00lkidd… I think I have some better ideas that don’t involve him doing something dangerous.” 007n7 waited to see the nervousness fall from Elliot’s gaze, seeing the worry in his eyes eventually melt away. Control was a strange thing. It shifted and wobbled, changing sides on a whim. It could be taken or given like a leash and a collar. Maybe that would be a fun activity for the two of them. 007n7 shook his head, leaning closer to Elliot to press a kiss to his lips, which Elliot greedily swallowed.
He surged forward, hands pressing into 007n7’s soft body. He had gotten softer, more round— in the past six years. Elliot couldn’t help but adore him. He grabbed the front of his shirt, pushing him to the counter. Their faces were inched apart, breathing in each other’s scent, tongues out and heated sounds. Lips smashed together as teeth knocked, tongues fighting for dominance against each other in the wet caverns that were their mouths. Elliot’s hands dug in, not feeling close enough despite the weight of 007n7’s stomach pressing into his own. He needed to be closer. As close as he could get. He wanted all of the ex-hacker, just as much as the other wanted him.
They moaned into each other’s mouths, taking up space and oxygen like it was all they ever wanted. 007n7’s lips brushed over Elliot’s jaw, hearing the way the other groaned at the action. Hands were everywhere. Under shirts, looping around belts, on the hips… just about whatever could be reached was being so. They only broke away a few times for air, until Elliot pulled back to dive down to attack 007n7’s neck. He licked at the spot where he wanted to brandish his teeth on the soft skin, as if he were prepping the area. 007n7 whimpered, craning his neck to the side to give Elliot more room to work with. He opened his jaw wide, teeth pressing into the area before biting down with a powerful sink of his teeth. He could hear the strangled noise coming from the ex-hacker, before he went a little limp in the afterglow.
The blood rushed from his shoulder, the string of spit mixed with the warm liquid connecting to Elliot’s mouth. 007n7 looked at him, cheeks heavy with rose-tinted skin. “It’s… only fair…” He huffed out, nuzzling closer to Elliot’s neck to return the favor. He licked at the skin, finding a suitable area to sink his fangs into. Unlike Elliot, due to 007n7’s rather devilish physical attributes, he carried with him a strange pair of fangs. They were quite cute, if you asked Elliot. But as they were cute, they were deadly too. The pain that mixed with pleasure when Elliot felt 007n7 sink his teeth in, followed by a low and steady groan from his chest— it was like heaven. He needed it. He wanted it. Was 007n7 drinking his blood? His tongue was licking down there quite feverishly… Whatever. Elliot would let 007n7 suck him dry if he asked. When 007n7 finally pulled away, it only took them both a few seconds more before they went right back to kissing, the added blood rubbing against their lips to create a taste unlike anything they’d had before. It was addictive. Neither 007n7 nor Elliot could get enough. Their lips met, blood, spit, drool mixing from both of the men to create a coppery taste that had hints of each other buried deep in it. This is bad. What if they got so addicted, they could never go back to anything else? Water would taste boring. Wine, nothing special. It was each other that they needed so desperately.
After what felt like hours of kissing, mouths wet and messy, lips red and swollen, they pulled away to look at each other. Elliot’s hair was messed up, eyes lidded, and breathing heavy. 007n7’s glasses were crooked, mouth agape, and drooling. Blood was leaking from somewhere along his lips, but he didn’t seem to care. He’d just call it a split lip anyway if anyone asked. It took them a moment to catch their breath before smiles twisted onto their faces like thorns.
“So…” 007n7 breathed out, hand slowly tracing along Elliot’s arm. “Want to get the water running for me? I need to… finish the dishes.” Elliot beamed like a praised puppy. He was so fucking lucky. “Yeah. Anything for you, baby. Everything will be ready when you come up, okay?” He leaned into 007n7, pressing a bloody kiss to his jaw. His eyes fell on 007n7’s backside, seeing his tail wag delightfully. This truly was his perfect ‘happily ever after.’ 007n7 was his. Forever.
