Chapter Text

“Thank you sir for bringing me here. I really appreciate it.” A figure said, leaving the wagon.

“You don’t have to be thankful, I am just repaying you back after you helped my family.” the cardbot said, also getting off the wagon.

“It was really nothing,” the figure said.

“No. Whatever you say. I am always in debt to you. I would do anything for your favor, Blue Cop.” The cardbot said.

“Still I appreciate it. And is it about 20 gold?” Blue Cop asked, taking out his gold pouch.

“No, no, no, no. You don’t have to pay me. I wanted to return the favor of you helping our business so no. Don’t waste your gold right now. What would you buy or eat when you go into that kingdom?” The cardbot said, using his hand to stop Blue Cop from taking out his gold.

“But-” Blue Cop tried to reason.

“No buts. Just get going now.” The cardbot said.

“Yes sir but please take my gratitude with this gold please.” Blue Cop begged.

“Fine…I will take 10 golds” The cardbot had no choice but to give in to Blue Cop’s begging.

“Thank you!!” Blue Cop said as he was handing out 10 golds to the cardbot.

The cardbot got the 10 golds from Blue Cop and got on the wagon and started to leave. “Have a safe trip Blue Cop!” The cardbot yelled, waving goodbye to him as he started to disappear from distance.

“I will!” Blue Cop yelled back, waving goodbye in response. As the cardbot disappeared from Blue Cop’s view, Blue Cop turned around to look over the kingdom. “So this is the next kingdom I need to change.” Blue Cop said as he was starting to walk towards the kingdom.

“The kingdom is surrounded by forest so it is hard for travelers to come in.” Blue Cop said to himself. He continued on walking as the forest started to thicken with more shadows and less sunlight.

"It is quite chilly here. I better get out of here quickly.” Blue Cop said while shivering. Before he could get his jacket, his leg got tangled with something and all of a sudden everything went upside down.

“WHOA!!” Blue Cop yelled. Blue Cop looked around and found multiple cardbots surrounding him. “Ummmm hello?” Blue Cop questioned.

“Who are you? Identify yourself.” One of the cardbots said, holding a weapon close to Blue Cop’s face.

“If you don’t then you would be faced with the consequence.” The other one said.

“What if he’s a spy? We need to punish the rebellion.” Someone else said.

The cardbots were talking to each other and without any warning they dropped Blue Cop to the ground. Blue Cop dropped to the ground with a soft thud. “Oof.” Blue Cop softly mumbled.

“Identify yourself, spy.” One of them said, still pointing the weapon at Blue Cop.

“Ok listen. I am not here to cause any fight or misunderstanding. I just wanted to get into the Machina Kingdom. I was just simply wanting to visit it.” Blue Cop explained.

“No one can enter this kingdom without the King’s order.” Other one said.

“Unless they can be the threat to the kingdom.” Another one said.

They all looked at each other and nodded their heads. Before Blue Cop could say anything he was slammed to the ground with his hand behind his back and took his belongings.

“Wait wait wait wait. You guys misunderstood, I am just a traveler.” Blue Cop tried to reason with them.

“Shut your mouth, spy. Your punishment would be determined when we get to our king.” One of them said, making Blue Cop stand up.

Before Blue Cop can say anything they pushed him into a cage. Blue Cop hit his head on the bar while the cage door was locked.

“If you don’t want your head to be cut off then you better behave. Spy.” One of the cardbot said as he slammed his weapon against the cage. Blue Cop wanted to say something but his nerves said to be silent until they reached the kingdom.

“We should go through the back door so we don’t attract a crowd. We don’t want our king to be stressed again and beat us.” A new voice said.

“Yeah. But it’s unfair for us. Mega Trucker, Shadow X, Wild Guardy, and Phoenix Fire don't get punished unlike all of us. This is so unfair.” Another new voice chimed in.

“Maybe because they are close with the king and prince.” Another one asked.

“So favoritism your saying.” A new one said.

All of the cardbot sighed as Blue Cop looked at them in concern.

“Maybe this kingdom’s problem was way worse than I thought. I promise everyone, I will give you guys hope for your future. But wait, did they say Mega Trucker?” Blue Cop thought.

The rest of the way to the kingdom was silent. Two of the cardbots were dragging the cage while the rest were surrounding the cage, each of them getting a glimpse at Blue Cop making sure he is not plotting anything. Blue Cop was not paying attention to them because he was focused on how to help the Machina Kingdom when the king is the key to the problem.

“I can talk with the king a little by little so that he can open up and I can give him the idea of the reform.” Blue Cop planned.

“Hey, spy. What is the reason why you cardbots are rebelling against the king.” One to Blue Cop’s right asked him.

“I am very sorry for the inconvenience but I am not a spy. I am just a fellow traveler.” Blue Cop said.

“Hey. No asking questions to our captors. His majesty only trusts Wild Guardy for that.” The cardbot that was dragging the cage yelled at them.

Blue Cop tried to say something back but the cardbot to his left gave him a shush sign so Blue Cop just shut his mouth and stayed quiet. After a few minutes a building was to be seen from the distance and Blue Cop knew he had arrived at the kingdom. They were getting close little by little until they all stopped in front of the back entrance.

“Get ready for what is going to happen to you once we get past the gates.” One to Blue Cop’s right told him.

One of the cardbot knocked on the gates with some kind of pattern to which it opened after a few minutes. As the gate opened, Blue Cop was greeted with dark, gloomy lights.

“Hey you guys are back pretty early.” One of the guards who opened the gates for them asked.

“Yeah, we captured a spy from the rebellion.” The one who dragged the cage responded.

“What?!” All of the guards yelled. They all looked at each other and at Blue Cop.

“So you’re saying that this young cardbot here is a spy?” One of the guards asked.

“Yes. He was outside the kingdom lurking to break into the kingdom.” The one to Blue Cops right said.

“Wait. There must be some kind of misunderstanding. I am not a spy and what rebellion are you guys talking about?” Blue Cop asked.

“Don’t try to trick us with your words, spy. Once your punishment has been ordered you would have to stay here. The dungeon.” One of the guards said, as they were now taking the cage from the cardbots. The cardbot who had Blue Cop’s belongings handed his bag to one of the guards. The guards started dragging Blue Cop towards a big, glamorous door. It stretched into painful silence as the cage started to get closer to the door, a voice was to be heard.

“Hold it right there guards.” A deep voice said. All the guards turned towards where the sound came from including Blue Cop, in the shadow stood a tall cardbot with silver and purple armor.

“Sir Wild Guardy!” All the guards saluted.

“What is going on here?” Wild Guardy asked.

“Sir, we have found a spy wandering around the forest.” One of the guards answered.

“A spy?” Wild Guardy asked calmly.

“Yes sir.” The guard answered.

“Identify yourself, young cardbot.” Wild Guardy asked Blue Cop as he turned around to face Blue Cop.

“I am just a fellow traveler who just simply wanted to visit this kingdom.” Blue Cop answered.

“I said identify yourself.” Wild Guardy pushed. Blue Cop didn’t like how Wild Guardy was looking at him but he had no choice but to introduce himself, “my name is Blu–” Before Blue Cop could say anything, someone burst through the door.

“Wild Guardy! Heavy Iron is looking for you.” A cardbot said.

“Can’t you see I’m in the middle of something right now Mega Trucker!” Wild Guardy yelled.

“Jeez no need to be mean you know that right and besides what are you doing?” Mega Trucker said as he walked towards Wild Guardy.

“There seems to be a spy trying to break into our kingdom.” Wild Guardy said. Mega Trucker looked at Wild Guardy in surprise and asked, “A spy? Who would—”

Mega Trucker got a full view of who it was and Mega Trucker became silent. “Oh my god! Blue Cop, what are you doing here and why are you in a cage?!” Mega Trucker shouted as he pushed Wild Guardy to the side and went to see Blue Cop.

“Mega Trucker! It’s been a while. How are you doing?” Blue Cop asked in relief as he saw someone familiar.

“What do you mean ‘it’s been a while'. How are you doing?’ What are you doing here? In a cage?!” Mega Trucker exclaimed.

“It is a long story but it’s good to see you again.” Blue Cop responded.

“Nevermind that. You, there, unlock the cage.” Mega Trucker said as he pointed at one of the guards.

“Mega Trucker. What do you think you are doing?” Wild Guardy asked.

“None of your business and Heavy Iron is looking for you. You better get going before he gets angry.” Mega Trucker stated. Wild Guardy glared at Mega Trucker for a few seconds before he turned away and left through the door. The cage was unlocked and Mega Trucker helped Blue Cop out of the cage. Mega Trucker took away the bag from the guards and gave it back to Blue Cop.

“Dude, you have some serious explaining to do.” Mega Trucker said.

“Yeah. But I will explain later. I would like to talk to His Majesty.” Blue Cop said.

“Heavy Iron? Why? He is not in one of his moods right now.” Mega Trucker asked.

“ I just wanted to have a simple talk with him.” Blue Cop answered.

“I don’t think you visited at a good time. Right now there is some rebellion going on in the town that Heavy Iron is trying to end and it is stressing him out.” Mega Trucker said.

“But–” Blue Cop tried to reason with Mega trucker.

“No buts. Blue Cop you need to leave this kingdom. I don’t want you to be bothered by the rebellion. You need to leave.” Mega Trucker order.

“No. I won’t leave this kingdom. I can help them, reason with them. So whatever you say Mega Trucker I won’t leave this kingdom.” Blue Cop said.

“No you don’t understand. This rebellion could get worse. It can get someone killed. I don’t want you to be the one to get killed.” Mega Trucker tried to reason with Blue Cop.

“That is why I was created, Mega Trucker?! Don’t you remember when we were young? We were innocent, naive and didn’t care about the world until my parents revealed the secret of how I was created. By Deus Machina. I need to stay here and stop the rebellion.” Blue Cop blurted out. Mega Trucker was shocked and softly said, “Blue Cop… You just revealed your secret.”

“What…?” Blue Cop softly responded.

“I see. So you are that famous writer. Blue Cop. Quite surprising that you were created by Deus Machina.” Cold and deep voice chimed in. Blue Cop and Mega Trucker turned around and found Wild Guardy standing next to two mysterious figures.

“Your majesty.” All the cardbots said, while kneeling down.

“What are you doing here, Heavy Iron?” Mega Trucker asked.

“I ordered you to bring me Wild Guardy because I knew he would be questioning the prisoner but I didn’t expect that you would know the prisoner after what Wild Guardy had told me.” Heavy Iron explained walking closer to Mega Trucker and Blue Cop.

“I swear if you land a single touch on Blue Cop. I will kill you.” Mega Trucker threatened, hiding Blue Cop behind him.

“Challenging your king. Very brave but foolish at the same time.” Heavy Iron taunted as he got closer and was a few feet away from Mega Trucker.

“Why you–” Mega Trucker tried to argue but was stopped.

“Mega Trucker. It’s fine. You don’t have to worry about me.” Blue Cop grabbed Mega Trucker's shoulder to stop him.

“Blue Cop.” Mega Trucker turned around and looked softly at Blue Cop.

“I would like to talk with you, Your Majesty.” Blue Cop said, as he walked in front of Mega Trucker.

“Talk with me?” Heavy Iron questioned.

“Yes. And the reason why there is a rebellion.” Blue Cop glared at Heavy Iron as he walked closer.

“You have some nerves.” Heavy Iron said as he grabbed Blue Cop’s chin and looked down on the small figure.

“I will try to do anything to change the world.” Blue Cop didn’t cower back. Heavy Iron looked at Blue Cop and smiled. He let go of Blue Cop’s chin and turned around to face Wild Guardy and the other cardbot.

“Wild Guardy take our guest to the room.” Heavy Iron said as he walked away from Blue Cop and Mega Trucker. Wild Guardy ran to Blue Cop to take him away but then Heavy Iron stopped at the door and looked back. “I hope you know what you are doing to yourself. Once you step into my kingdom you are not allowed to leave.”

“I promise you I know what I am doing.” Blue Cop challenged. Heavy Iron looked as he laughed. “You are full of surprise. Black Hook. You know what to do when Wild Guardy takes him to the room right?” Heavy Iron orders the figure next to him.

“Yeah yeah. I know. I will tell the others and the preparation will be done in a few hours.” Black Hook waved him off as he replied back to Heavy Iron.

“Just wait, Heavy Iron! I won’t let you do that to Blue Cop!” Mega Trucker yelled.

“What do you mean?” Blue Cop had to ask. Mega Trucker looked at Blue Cop with sadness as he replied, “they are going to–” Before Mega Trucker could say anything Wild Guardy took Mega Trucker away and called for someone. “Shadow X! Phoenix Fire! Come here right now!”

“You called Wild Guardy?” A cardbot who was the color red with a firefighter hat was to be seen.

“Is something wrong?” A small cardbot with a color purple has appeared next to the other cardbot. They all saw Heavy Iron and Black Hook and nodded at each other.

“I would like for you guys to take Mega Trucker away from here.” Wild Guardy ordered as he handed Mega Trucker to the two cardbots.

“Ehhhh. But what did he do?” The smaller bot asked.

“I will explain later Shadow X. But for now take him away.” Wild Guardy turned around to show that he was done talking.

“Let’s go Mega Trucker.” Shadow X pulled Mega Trucker away.

“I am not done with you, Heavy Iron! Do not lay a single hand on Blue Cop!!” Mega Trucker yelled as he struggled to break free from Phoenix Fire and Shadow X’s grip. Heavy Iron just looked back at Mega Trucker as he was dragged away.

“How stubborn of him.” Black Hook said as he stood beside Heavy Iron.

“It can’t be helped. He knows the consequences. Thank goodness Wild Guardy quickly acted.” Heavy Iron responded.

“Well I better tell the others about what’s going to happen and tell them to prepare for it.” Black Hook says as he walks out. Heavy Iron looks at him until he feels someone approaching him. He turns around and gazes down at Blue Cop. “I am very sorry for the inconvenience, Your Majesty but will Mega Trucker be alright?” Blue Cop asked.

“He will be. He is just taken away for him to calm down.” Heavy Iron answered.

“I see.” Blue Cop stayed silent.

“Wild Guardy. I thought I told you to escort him to the guest room.” Heavy Iron said.

“I was about to geez.” Wild Guardy said, rolling his eyes, as he walked towards Blue Cop.

“Come on now. Follow me.” Wild Guardy said as he stared at Blue Cop and walked away. Blue Cop didn’t say anything and followed Wild Guardy to the stairway. Soon enough Blue Cop and Wild Guardy left the dungeon and they were not to be seen.

Heavy Iron looked towards the stairway and saw a figure visible, “Heavy Iron. I want to ask you this. Normally you would immediately execute anyone including travelers but what caused you to spare this one.” Black Hook said as he came back.

“I presume you told everyone?” Heavy Iron asked.

“Yeah yeah I did. Answer my question.” Black Hook waved it off.

“I have no idea. I was going to execute him as soon as I got to see him but for some reason I got interested in this one.” Heavy Iron explained. Black Hook looked at him with awe. “I never knew you had it in you.” Black Hook said as he patted Heavy Iron’s shoulder.

“What do you mean?” Heavy Iron asked.

“I mean you are becoming kind.” Black Hook said as he started to walk away.

“Excuse me?!” Heavy Iron claimed. Before Heavy Iron could stop Black Hook. He was already far away from him. “I wonder what you can do, Blue Cop. How can you change this kingdom when soon you are going to be owned by Heavy Iron.” Black Hook thought as he started to walk towards the stair.

Wild Guardy and Blue Cop walked in silence as Blue Cop was looking around the castle with awe. “This place is pretty big compared to other castles I’ve been to.” Blue Cop thought as he walked behind Wild Guardy.

“I want to ask you. How do you know about Mega Trucker?” Wild Guardy asked as he stopped and turned around to face Blue Cop. Blue Cop snapped out of his mind and looked at Wild Guardy.

“I used to be his childhood friend when we were younger.” Blue Cop replied.

“That is impossible. Mega Trucker is a resident of the Machina Kingdom and he is a noble so there is no way he would be able to meet with you.” Wild Guardy stated, walking closer to Blue Cop.

“I didn’t know that he was a resident of the Machina Kingdom. All I knew is that Mega Trucker is a noble who ran away from home.” Blue Cop said.

“Ran away?” Wild Guardy surprisingly asked.

“Yes. I am from a family of doctors who are middle class and I usually help them get herbs they need so I went past my kingdom's gate to pick a herb when I found Mega Trucker.” Blue Cop explained.

“Middle class? The famous writer. The cardbot who was created by Deus Machina is middle class?” Wild Guardy said as he stopped in front of Blue Cop inches away.

“Yes. I was born in the middle class because of how dangerous it would be for me to be noble.” Blue Cop claimed.

“Middle class?! I never would have expected you to be in the middle class.” Black Hook says as he is walking towards them.

“Black Hook. Why are you here? Shouldn’t you be with the others?” Wild Guardy asked.

“I have already told them. I am just here because I was going to tell when it would happen so that Blue Cop can get ready.” Black Hook said.

“I see. Continue.” Wild Guardy said.

“The preparation would happen at 3 o’clock. I expect Fleta Z to bring him to the throne room on time.” Black Hook finished as he turned around and walked away. Wild Guardy looked at him before he gazed down at Blue Cop.

“Let’s get going now.” Wild Guardy said as he started to walk again. Blue Cop quickly followed behind Wild Guardy as they were getting closer to the bedroom. The entire way was agonizing silence, “I have a bad feeling. I don’t know why but I feel like when this is done it cannot be turned back.” Blue Cop thought.

Soon enough they arrived at the guest room. “This will be your room from now on.” Wild Guardy stated as he opened the door. Once Blue Cop glanced at the room, he was astonished. The room was big compared to the other guest rooms he has been to. The floors were marble while the wall was the color of moonlight. The bed was so big that it could fit three cardbots. The decorations were made out of gold and emerald.

“You need to rest before the preparation.” Wild Guardy says before starting to close the door.

“Wait.” Blue Cop called out. Wild Guardy stopped midway of closing the door when Blue Cop walked towards him. “What is this preparation you are talking about and why does it involve me?” Blue Cop asked.

“It is for you to find out. But it might exhaust you so you need to rest.” Wild Guardy said and quickly closed the door so that Blue Cop doesn’t ask anymore questions. As soon as Wild Guardy closed the door Blue Cop sighed in defeat.
“I guess there is no other choice.” Blue Cop said to himself. He looked around the bedroom and saw a small writing table. “While I’m resting I should write some story.” Blue Cop thought. He walked towards the desk and opened his bag. Inside there were many pieces of parchment paper with ink bottles and feathers. He took them all out and he finally sat down. He started to scribble down stories.

After Wild Guardy closed the door he saw Heavy Iron and Black Hook standing there. “What are you doing here?” Wild Guardy asked.

“I just wanted to see if he has settled in comfortably.” Heavy Iron responded.

“He did so you don’t have to worry about him. Let him rest before the preparation. He needs it before the marking.” Wild Guardy says as he starts to walk away.

“I will. But I just want to ask him a question before he is officially marked.” Heavy Iron said, about to open the door.

“Wait a moment, Heavy Iron.” Wild Guardy called out. “Why are you interested in Blue Cop when he is just a traveler you always execute.” Wild Guardy asked.

“This question again.” Heavy Iron mumbled. “I have no idea but I am intrigued by him.” Heavy Iron answered.

“Quite surprising. Well I won’t waste anymore of your time.” Wild Guardy said, finally leaving Black Hook and Heavy Iron.

“What a pain.” Heavy Iron grumbled. He took a deep breath and opened the door. When Black Hook and Heavy Iron entered the room they were met with the intoxicating smell of ink.

“What is that smell?!” Black Hook gagged.

“Huh?” Blue Cop turned around just to see Black Hook his hand over his nose while Heavy Iron was trying his best not to gag. “Your Majesty. What are you doing here?” Blue Cop asked while standing up.

“What is this intoxicating smell?!” Black Hook shouted.

“Oh my apologies, Your Majesty. I was just writing stories.” Blue Cop replied, walking towards the window.

“Stories? In this situation?” Heavy Iron stated.

“Well yes. If you want me to rest then I would write my stories while passing the time.” Blue Cop answered, opening the window to get rid of the ink smell.

“I see.” Heavy Iron said, looking towards the table where Blue Cop was sitting.

“Please ignore the mess. I have just started writing so it might be a bit messy.” Blue Cop said as he noticed Heavy Iron’s gaze.

“It’s fine. Once you are done writing make sure to clean it all up.” Heavy Iron said as he looked away from the table and looked at Blue Cop.

“Yes I will. And is there something that you need, Your Majesty?” Blue Cop asked. Heavy Iron only looked at him.

“We are just here to see if you are comfortable with this room.” Black Hook said.

“Oh yes. This is pretty big. I don’t know if I should be in this room when I am just middle class.” Blue Cop said.

“Well it would either be the dungeon or here. And it seemed like Heavy Iron didn’t want you to be in the dungeon so this room is the only choice.” Black Hook explained. Blue Cop only nodded to the response.

“Well I checked if you are comfortable so I will get going now.” Black Hook said as he walked towards the door. Before Black Hook could leave the room, Heavy Iron asked Blue Cop, “what was the actual purpose that Deus Machina created you?”
Blue Cop’s entire world came to a screeching halt. The room fell into silence as Heavy Iron was looking at Blue Cop with the superior gaze.

“I…” Blue Cop stuttered. “Come one Blue Cop. No need to panic. Get yourself together.” Blue Cop thought. “I have no reason to share that classified information with you, Your Majesty.” Blue Cop replied.

The room fell silent again but soon enough there was a soft chuckle to be heard, “I figured. But soon enough you will tell me.” Heavy Iron said as he started to walk towards the door. “Try to get some actual rest before the preparation.” Heavy Iron concluded. Walking towards Black Hook and going past him.

Heavy Iron left Blue Cop and Black Hook. Black Hook looked towards where Heavy Iron left and sighed, “I hope you know what you are doing. When the preparation happens there is no turning back.” Black Hook said.

“Even if it was something bad I won’t back down. I am here to change the kingdom.” Blue Cop stated.
“Heh, you better keep that positive attitude.” Black Hook said as he finally closed the door. “Once you get marked then you cannot leave this kingdom.” Black Hook softly mumbled to himself, he soon walked away from Blue Cop’s room.

Chapter Text

Time seemed to pass by very quickly for Blue Cop. He tried to focus on finishing his stories but Heavy Iron’s question kept on lingering in his head. “How did he find out?” Blue Cop thought. “It is impossible. I try my best to hide that truth.”

Blue Cop was focused that he didn’t realize someone walked into the room. “Blue Cop.” The voice was calm and Blue Cop snapped out of his thoughts. He turned around and saw someone unfamiliar. He has a feature resembling a bird with a wing on his back and a bright orange beak was shining while he was holding onto something in his right hand.

“Oh hello there.” Blue Cop said.

“Nice to finally meet you, Blue Cop. My name is Fleta Z. I am the musician of this castle.” Fleta Z introduced. He walked toward Blue Cop and his figure was towering over Blue Cop.

“Well nice to meet you Fleta Z but is there something that you need?” Blue Cop asked.

“I am here to take you to the throne room. The preparation is happening soon.” Fleta Z answered as he turned away for Blue Cop.

“Oh already? Is there something I need to do?” Blue Cop questioned.

“No. But after the preparation just call Mega Trucker if you need anything.” Fleta Z answered Blue Cop, along with a somewhat sad tone.

“Is everything alright?” Blue Cop wondered.

“Yes. Well for us yes but for you no.” Fleta Z said.

“What do you mean by that?” Blue Cop asked. Fleta Z did not look at Blue Cop and only gave him a quick glance. Fleta Z walked towards the door and started to leave.

“We better get going. Heavy Iron does not have the patience.” Fleta Z said. Blue Cop quickly followed behind. The way to the throne room felt really long for Blue Cop. Soon enough they arrived at the throne room.

When Blue Cop entered there were only 10 cardbots in the room excluding Blue Cop and Fleta Z. Most of them were someone he met but there were 4 new faces he did not recognize. When Blue Cop looked around he found Mega Trucker in the corner with Wild Guardy holding him down while he’s struggling to break free.

“Let me go Wild Guardy!” Mega Trucker yelled. His shouting was echoing in the throne room. Almost everyone was ignoring him while the others just glanced at him.

“You have finally come, Blue Cop. I was wondering if you ran away.” Heavy Iron said. The entire room fell silent even Mega Trucker’s shouting came to a stop.
“I told you I won’t run away.” Blue Cop claimed.

“This is your last chance of freedom before it’s too late.” Heavy Iron said.

“Just get on with it. I do not wish to waste others' time.” Blue Cop said.

“If you insist.” Heavy Iron called. “Start the preparation.” Heavy Iron ordered.

Mega Trucker starts to shout and is struggling to break free from Wild Guardy’s grasp. Blue Cop was about to call out to him but Phoenix Fire and another cardbot grabbed onto Blue Cops arm and made him sit down with his hand behind his back.

“I am so sorry. It is not too late. You can still leave this kingdom.” Phoenix Fire said.

“No, even if it is something bad, I still won’t back down.” Blue Cop answered.

Blue Cop looked around and saw Heavy Iron approach him. “Once this is done you cannot leave this kingdom or be in contact with anything outside of this kingdom. Do you understand?” Heavy Iron asked. Blue Cop only looked at him. Fire glazed his eyes with determination. Heavy Iron shivered from his gaze and stared at him.

The gaze ceased as Black Hook approached them. “The preparation is finished. Now it is you who has to finish it, Heavy Iron.” Black Hook stated. “I see, thank you, Black Hook.” Heavy Iron said, turning away from Blue Cop and walked towards this one cardbot.

“Where is it?” Heavy Iron asked.

“Here you go. The royal mark.” The cardbot answered, handing Heavy Iron a metal stick with the end having a giant mark that is the shape of a crown. Once Blue Cop saw that realization hit him. “I am going to get marked.” Blue Cop thought. Soon enough his entire world came to a halt but he didn’t back down.

“Blue Cop!! Get out of here while you still have time.” Mega Trucker yelled to him struggling to break free. “Would you please calm down?!” Wild Guardy yelled at him trying his best to keep him down.

“Shut up! Blue Cop! Get out of here!” Mega Trucker did not listen to Wild Guardy.

“Mega Trucker…I am so sorry. I know this is breaking my promise but I need to.” Blue Cop thought as he looked at Mega Trucker. Heavy Iron walked towards Blue Cop. “You should have figured it out by now.” Heavy Iron said with a slight tone of amusement.

Blue Cop only looked at Heavy Iron. To Heavy Iron’s disappointment, Blue Cop did not cower back and did not beg for Heavy Iron to not mark him.

“Interesting. Usually others would beg not to mark them but you are different.” Heavy Iron said amusingly.

“I will not cower back even if I cannot leave this kingdom or be owned by you. I would still stand up and fight.” Blue Cop stated. Heavy Iron and Blue Cop shared a heated gaze and finally Heavy Iron looked away from him as Black Hook got closer.

“We are all waiting, Heavy Iron.” Black Hook said.

Heavy Iron only looked at Black Hook and nodded.

In a blink of an eye Blue Cop was lying on the floor with his hand on top of him with Phoenix Fire and this other cardbot pinning him down. Blue Cop saw the iron getting heated and soon, the color of the iron was from grey to bright orange. Soon the metal was getting closer to Blue Cop’s chest. The metal was getting closer and Blue Cop could feel his chest getting warm from the boiling metal.

The metal soon found Blue Cop’s smooth chest and it slowly pressed onto him. Blue Cop could feel pain in his chest and he wanted to scream but he didn’t. He stayed strong and kept his scream inside him. He could hear more yelling and protest from Mega Trucker and some little whimper coming from others.
“Blue Cop! NO! NO! You can’t do this. Have you forgotten your promise with me?” Mega Trucker yelled. Blue Cop was about to lose consciousness until the metal rod had been removed from his chest. Blue Cop finally breathed without even realizing he was holding his breath. He soon felt a stinging pain in his chest as he felt the tight grip in his arm loosen.

Blue Cop was still dazed from the marking that he did not realize someone helped him up. Blue Cop was too tired to see who it was until a soft, familiar, gentle voice called out to him. “Blue Cop… Blue Cop…” The voice called out to him. Blue Cop looked up and could barely make out the figure in front of him as his eyes were blurry.

“Blue Cop!” The voice yelled. From the yelling Blue Cop started to get his vision clearer and saw Mega Trucker looking at him worriedly. “Are you an idiot?! Why did you do that?!” Mega Trucker yelled as he tried his best to not drop Blue Cop.

“Mega Ambler. Treat the burn so that he does not get infected.” Heavy Iron ordered.

“Of course, Heavy Iron.” The one behind Blue Cop said. He approached Blue Cop but was stopped by Mega Trucker.

“Your ointment would not be able to heal his body.” Mega Trucker glared at Mega Ambler. “His body cannot adapt to this kingdom’s herb so he has his own to help himself get treated.” He hugged Blue Cop like a protective brother from letting anyone see Blue Cop’s vulnerability.

“Then let me take him to my office first. He needs to rest.” Mega Ambler said. Mega Ambler walked towards them again but was met with a death glare from Mega Trucker.

“Mega Trucker.” Heavy Iron stated, his voice was stern and demanding. Mega Trucker flinched from the call but didn’t look at him. “I expect you to follow my order if you don’t want him to get infected.”

Mega Trucker still had his doubts but gave in to Heavy Iron’s order for the wellness of Blue Cop. When Mega Trucker let Blue Cop out of his hug. Blue Cop lost his balance and fell onto someone’s arm.

“Be careful. You are in no state to walk.” A gentle voice called out to him. Blue Cop looked up and saw Mega Ambler looking at him concerningly. Blue Cop just nodded from the word as he is too tired to talk or even walk.

“Phoenix Fire, can you help me carry Blue Cop to my office?” Mega Ambler asked.

“Of course.” Phoenix Fire said. Phoenix Fire picked Blue Cop up and walked towards the exit door. Mega Ambler was behind him when Mega Trucker called out to him, “Mega Ambler, do you want me to bring his medicine from his bag?”

“That would be wise.” Mega Ambler simply replied. Mega Ambler walked out of the room along with Phoenix Fire and Blue Cop. Mega Trucker started to leave the throne as well as everyone else since the preparation has been finished.

“I will be in my office, Black Hook. Tell me when Blue Cop is all patched up.” Heavy Iron sighed. He left the throne room so it was just Black Hook and two other cardbots in the room. “Captain, we should get going now.” A pink cardbot said.

“Yeah, I guess.” Black Hook said. “Buster Gallon. What is my schedule today?” Black Hook turned around to face a green cardbot standing with a paper on his hand. “Well, you are pretty much open today since you finished all of the paperwork yesterday.” Buster Gallon replied. “I am hungry, Captain.” The pink cardbot told Black Hook.

“I guess we can get some snack break, Buffalo Crush.” Black Hook said.

They all left the throne room but there was a mysterious cardbot who was hiding in the corner of the room since they were invisible. “This is bad, I better report this to Flame Nova.” The mysterious cardbot said as he left the throne room by the open window that was in the very corner of the room.

Phoenix Fire and Mega Ambler were walking down the corridor to Mega Ambler’s office. It was a total silence with Blue Cop still dazed from the marking. From time to time, Mega Ambler and Phoenix Fire would give each other a look. “What will happen to me now…” Blue Cop’s sudden asking surprised Phoenix Fire and Mega Ambler.

“You will be in Heavy Iron’s possession forever. There is no way for you to escape or leave this kingdom.” Mega Ambler replied.

“He will be furious if he found out about this.” Blue Cop laughed weakly. Phoenix Fire and Mega Ambler raised a curious eyebrow.

“Who is he, you are talking about?” Mega Ambler asked.

“The most stubborn friend I could ever ask for.” Blue Cop laughed.

“Which kingdom are you originally from?” Phoenix Fire asked.

“Know that you mention it. It has been a long time since I last visited my kingdom.” Blue Cop sighed. Mega Ambler and Phoenix Fire waited for Blue Cop to answer but they did not expect what would come out of Blue Cop’s mouth. “I used to be a resident of Splenzaho Kingdom.” Mega Ambler and Phoenix Fire remained speechless and stopped in their tracks.

“This is really bad.” Mega Ambler said.

“I know this kingdom is at war with the Splenzaho Kingdom.” Blue Cop replied.

Mega Ambler and Phoenix Fire stayed still for a few minutes and started to walk again. The entire walk has been a complete silence, only their footsteps were the source of the sound. Soon enough they arrived at Mega Ambler’s office. When they entered, they were greeted by dozens of birds in his office.

Blue Cop was confused while Mega Ambler sighed and Phoenix Fire was looking at the bird like it was his first time seeing it. “Why did you do this to my room Shadow X!” Mega Ambler yelled. Blue Cop could hear a laugh echoing through the room and it seemed close but he could not see anyone.

“Because I wanted to help Blue Cop relax so I thought birds would do the trick.” his voice echoed again. Mega Ambler got more frustrated, “he needs peace and quiet to rela–”
“Hello there little one.” Blue Cop said. Mega Ambler turned around to see Blue Cop gently petting a bird that landed on his hand. “I see that your wings need to be preened. I can help you with that.” Blue Cop softly said. At this point Phoenix Fire gently seated Blue Cop onto the bed. Blue Cop started to preen the bird’s wing.

“See, Blue Cop is relaxed and seems to like the birds. So you cannot take it away from him.” Shadow X said as he appeared next to Mega Ambler. Blue Cop glanced and saw that Shadow X can turn invisible.

“He has similar abilities like him.” Blue Cop thought. Shadow X saw Blue Cop’s gaze so he approached him.

“Hello there my name is Shadow X. Nice to meet you.” Shadow X brightly introduced.

“Nice to meet you too Shadow X.” Blue Cop said tiredly.

“Say, how do you preen the bird’s wing?” Shadow X asked as he sat next to Blue Cop.

“He needs to rest Shadow X.” Mega Ambler sternly told the purple bot.

“It’s alright Mega Ambler. I don’t mind.” Blue Cop said. His attention turned back to the bird and Shadow X. “Here’s how to do it.”

Blue Cop and Shadow X had a normal conversation while petting and preening the bird. Mega Ambler sighed while Phoenix Fire was looking over Blue Cop’s shoulder to see what they were trying to do. There was a soft knock on the door, only Mega Ambler noticed it while the others were too focused on the bird.

Mega Ambler answered the door and found Mega Trucker standing there with a tin can in his hand. “Here is the ointment. It will heal his body faster.” Mega Trucker said, handing the ointment to Mega Ambler. “Thank you Mega Trucker.”

“Can I see him?” Mega Trucker softly asked. Mega Ambler only looked at him and stepped aside to let Mega Trucker in. The others were still too busy petting the bird until they noticed Mega Trucker’s presence.

“Mega Trucker…” Blue Cop looked at him. In an instant Mega Trucker quickly hugged Blue Cop. Shadow X and Phoenix Fire had to move to the side to let this action happen and the bird flew away from Blue Cop’s hand.

“I am so sorry, Blue Cop. I should’ve done something. But I couldn’t.” Mega Trucker sobbed into Blue Cop. Blue Cop was patting Mega Trucker’s back as they stayed there for a few minutes. “Ahem.” The stern medic's voice echoed in the room.

Mega Trucker quickly let go of Blue Cop and looked at Mega Ambler. “I would appreciate it if you don’t hug him, the burn would become more serious if I don’t treat it soon.” Mega Ambler said.
“Right.” Mega Trucker said, stepping aside to let Mega Ambler treat Blue Cop. Mega Ambler started applying the ointment on Blue Cop, while Blue Cop was slightly flinching from the contact.

“Do not touch this or it will get worse.” Mega Ambler said. Blue Cop nodded. “Well, I have treated your wound so all you need to do is rest.”

“Thank you.” was the only response Blue Cop could say. Blue Cop looked at his chest but Mega Trucker stood in front of him. “Come on, let’s get you to bed.” Mega Trucker picked Blue Cop up and headed towards the door.

“Mega Trucker…” Blue Cop breathed out. Mega Trucker looked at him curiously. “Make sure they don’t find out about this or else it will get worse.”

Mega Trucker’s eyes widened and stopped in his tracks. Mega Ambler, Phoenix Fire, and Shadow X were all looking at them curiously and they could hear a soft mumbling coming from Mega Trucker. They waited for them to say something else but Mega Trucker left the office.

“I wonder what that was all about.” Shadow X asked.

“Me too.” Phoenix Fire said.

“I bet it’s someone from Splenzaho Kingdom.” Mega Ambler replied.

“Ehhhhh. What do you mean?” Shadow X asked. Mega Ambler started to explain what Blue Cop had told them.

“Mega Trucker… I am so sorry for breaking the promise.” Blue Cop said. They were returning to Blue Cop’s room. Mega Trucker didn’t say anything to Blue Cop and kept on walking. Blue Cop looked at him to see Mega Trucker’s frustrated and sorrowful gaze staring at him. Blue Cop looked away as he started to feel guilty.

“I swear I didn’t mean to break our promise but I had to.” Blue Cop responded. Blue Cop was met with another silence from Mega Trucker.

“You don’t have to apologize about that. I should’ve realized that you are too stubborn to back down.” Mega Trucker let out a soft chuckle. Blue Cop looks back up at Mega Trucker and sees that the gaze has changed from frustration to happiness.

“Even if I still don’t forgive you about this.” Mega Trucker gestured to the mark. “But, I am glad to see you and have you back into my life.” Mega Trucker happily said.

Blue Cop smiled from Mega Trucker’s words. Blue Cop leaned into his chest, “me too Mega Trucker, me too.” The rest of the way was silent with warmth radiating from them.

Soon enough they arrived at his room, Mega Trucker opened the door but was greeted by stray cats that were wandering around his room. Mega Trucker sighed while Blue Cop squealed from the cuteness of the cat.

“Oh my gosh. They are so cute.” Blue Cop got out of Mega Trucker’s embrace as he approached one of the stray cats and started to pet their head. “I know right. They are so cute.” An unknown voice called out. Blue Cop turned around and saw a yellow cardbot leaning against the door. “Hello there Blue Cop my name is Dexter. I am the gardener of this castle.” Dexter introduced himself.

“A gardener?” Blue Cop asked with excitement.

“Yes.” Dexter answered. Blue Cop approached Dexter with a cat in his arm. “You were one of those cardbot that were in the throne room.” Blue Cop said.

“...Yes…” Dexter hesitated.

“So you are His Majesty’s friend?” Blue Cop asked.

“Well yes. Whoever is in the throne room is his friend.” Dexter replied.

“So you are saying whoever calls His Majesty his name then they are his friend.” Blue Cop said that surprised Dexter.

“Well you are certainly correct.” Dexter said, was surprised by how quick Blue Cop realized.

“He is really smart and sharp.” Mega Trucker said as he approached them and had his arm around Blue Cop.

“Thank you for the compliment Mega Trucker.” Blue Cop laughed out.

“Well Dexter. Why did you bring stray cats into his room?” Mega Trucker asked. Dexter brightened up and answered, “Well I thought he would like to have some company so I brought the stray cats to his room so he can relax and enjoy the cats.”

Blue Cop looked at Dexter with bright eyes, “I love cats, I really appreciate it.” Dexter lightens up after what Blue Cop said and he smiled at him and said, “If you want, do you wanna come to my room? I have more animals there.”

Blue Cop looks at Dexter with brightness, “I would love to.” “Wait, Blue Cop, you need to rest.” Mega Trucker suddenly said.

“I’ll be fine, Mega Trucker. Let’s go Dexter.” Blue Cop quickly grabbed Dexter’s hand and led him out of the room. Mega Trucker mumbled and quickly left to join them.

Dexter was leading Blue Cop to his room while Mega Trucker was following them from behind. Blue Cop was still holding onto Dexter’s hand and Mega Trucker looked at it with jealousy. Along the way they met Fleta Z. Blue Cop learned that they were best friends and would always hang out with each other. Fleta Z volunteered to go with them so that Mega Trucker doesn’t have to worry about it and that he can go back to his post.

Mega Trucker refused at first but through Blue Cop’s words he had no choice but to return to his post. Mega Trucker was grumpy as he left them. He disappeared from their view as they started to go deeper into the corridor.

“This castle is so big compared to other ones I’ve been to.” Blue Cop said.

“Really? Well we do have a really big mining company and have the biggest army in all of Earth.” Fleta Z said. Blue Cop chuckled as Fleta Z and Dexter started to exaggerate how big their kingdom is. “But after our kingdom is the Splenzaho Kingdom.” Dexter said.

Blue Cop paused in his tracks as Dexter and Fleta Z were talking and laughing. Fleta Z notices Blue Cop’s abnormality. “Is something wrong?” Fleta Z asked Blue Cop.

“Is it possible to write to others that are outside of this kingdom?” Blue Cop suddenly asked. Fleta Z and Dexter noticed the sudden change to Blue Cop but Fleta Z still answered him. “It is possible but before the letter is sent, they inspect what you wrote there and check if you wrote any information that can put our kingdom into danger.”

“I see. Well it would be impossible to write to him then.” Blue Cop mumbled to himself. Fleta Z and Dexter were looking at him curiously, Blue Cop kept on mumbling until he realized they were looking at him.

“Oh. I’m sorry. I sometimes get distracted.” Blue Cop apologized.

“It’s alright, but who do you want to write it to?” Fleta Z asked.

“It is someone who is really stubborn and would do anything to get what he wants.” Blue Cop chuckled. Blue Cop soon resumed his walking and catched up to Fleta Z and Dexter. As Blue Cop walked up to them, they could only give him a more curious gaze.

They all walked in silence. From now and then Fleta Z and Dexter would give Blue Cop a quick glance. It was a painful silence until a voice was to be heard from up ahead.

Blue Cop glances to see who they were and he sees three cardbots talking with each other and from time to time one of them would yell at the other one.

They continued walking and the figures became more visible and showed that it was Black Hook, Buster Gallon, and Buffalo Crush all standing there talking about something. It was Buster Gallon who realized that they weren’t alone. He turned around to be met with Fleta Z, Dexter, and Blue Cop.

“Why is he not resting? I thought Heavy Iron ordered you guys to look after him so that he can rest.” Buster Gallon called out.

“Well he was going to but I ummmmm…” Dexter struggled. Black Hook and Buffalo Crush looked at them when Buster Gallon called out.

“I was the one who decided to tag along with Dexter. Do not criticize him when he is just helping me.” Blue Cop stepped up. Buster Gallon gave a curious gaze as he stared down. Blue Cop and Buster Gallon were in a heated stare when Black Hook stepped up.

“Enough with this. Why are you out here when you should be resting.” Black Hook pointed out. Blue Cop broke the stare as he looked at Black Hook.

“Is something wrong with that?” Blue Cop taunted. Blue Cop can see Black Hook getting annoyed but he decides to just let it go.

“Yes. It is a direct order from Heavy Iron and I am pretty sure you are tired from the marking. I suggest you go back and rest.” Black Hook said. Blue Cop looked around and saw Fleta Z and Dexter looking at him with sadness while Buster Gallon and Buffalo Crush were only standing there.

“I apologize for my rudeness but no.” Blue Cop stated.

Everyone gave Blue Cop a surprised expression while Blue Cop stood his ground. “Excuse me?” Black Hook questioned.

“I said no. Even if I have been marked, I can make my own decision and won’t let His Majesty’s order stop me.” Blue Cop said. Blue Cop can see Black Hook’s eye twitch and he scoffs. “You better keep that attitude. I wonder how long it takes to get rid of that tacky attitude.” Black Hook walked closer to Blue Cop.

Black Hook stood in front of Blue Cop and grabbed his chin. “No wonder why Heavy Iron found interest in you.” Black Hook amusingly said. Black Hook let go of his chin and started to walk away.

“I won’t stop you now, but make sure to get enough rest.” Black Hook called out. Buster Gallon and Buffalo Crush follow Black Hook giving a quick glance to Blue Cop and leave to go with Black Hook.

“You didn’t have to do that, you know.” Dexter claimed. Blue Cop turned around and smiled at them. “I can’t sit back when there is trouble.”

“No wonder why Mega Trucker kept talking about you.” Fleta Z said.

“What?” Blue Cop questioned.

“A year after Mega Trucker became a knight here, we would always talk together and then he mentioned you. How he missed you, how he complimented you, and how he would do anything for you.” Fleta Z said with a slight tone of amusement.

Blue Cop could feel his face becoming hot. “He said that?” Blue Cop said.

“Yeah.” Fleta Z said.

“He kept on going on and on about you that we couldn’t even talk about anything other than you.” Dexter remarked. Dexter and Fleta Z laughed from the memory and Blue Cop was shocked. “I did not know that Mega Trucker thought of it like that.” Blue Cop thought.

They continued walking until a guard was running down the corridor. Blue Cop, Dexter, and Fleta Z were all confused. When the guard got closer to them he suddenly stopped in front of them. “Sir Fleta Z, Sir Dexter. His Majesty is requesting a meeting with you and the others.” The guard huffed out.

“He is?” Dexter asked.

“Yes! It seems very urgent.” The guard exclaimed, the guard quickly left them in the corridor. Fleta Z and Dexter looked at each other and quickly looked at Blue Cop.

“Blue Cop, we are sorry but we need to go.” Fleta Z said.

“It’s alright. You can go. I want to look around the castle.” Blue Cop reassured.

Fleta Z and Dexter looked at each other and nodded. Both of them started to run and Dexter called out, “make sure to get some rest, ok?”

“I will.” Blue Cop yelled, waving at them. The corridor soon became silent and Blue Cop sighed to himself and started to walk away to look around the castle.

Dexter and Fleta Z soon arrived in Heavy Iron’s office and when they entered, almost everyone was there. Wild Guardy, Mega Trucker, and Shadow X were mumbling to each other, Black Hook, Buster Gallon, and Buffalo Crush were around Heavy Iron who was sitting at his table asking him what was going on. Mega Ambler was sitting down calmly next to him was Phoenix Fire who was getting worried.

Heavy Iron saw Fleta Z and Dexter come in so he stood up. The room became dead silent when Heavy Iron cleared his throat.

“Since all of you guys are here, I should explain what is going on.” Heavy Iron said.

All the cardbots nodded in agreement and Heavy Iron continued, “we got a letter from the king of Splenzaho Kingdom. He wants to come to our kingdom for some discussion.”

There was a soft gasp from everyone. “Why? After everything, why does he want to come to our kingdom?” Phoenix Fire asked.

“He could be planning an assault on our kingdom.” Wild Guardy stated.

“Or maybe he wanted to make peace with us.” Shadow X questioned.

“Please. I know that the tyrant king is not going to make a peace offering to us.” Black Hook stated. All the cardbots were discussing and arguing to figure out what to do. They all turned to Heavy Iron to see his plan and what came out of him surprised everyone.
“Even if I don’t want to, for the sake of the kingdom we will be meeting with the king.” Heavy Iron concluded. Everyone was looking at each other but with no other solution they all agreed to his decision.
“It is said that if we agree then he will be here in a day.” Heavy Iron said he held the letter and handed it to Buster Gallon.

“We need to be prepared for whatever plot they have planned.” Heavy Iron said.

“This is strange.” Buster Gallon muttered. Everyone turned around to see Buster Gallon reading the letter.
“Is something wrong?” Black Hook asked.

“No…I mean yes. It's just that the very last line of this letter just does not make sense.” Buster Gallon pointed it out.

“Indeed. When I first read it I had no idea what he was talking about.” Heavy Iron remarked. Everyone looked at each other.

“The letter says ‘I also see that you got yourself a new pet who was originally mine.’ But what does that even mean?” Buster Gallon said.

Phoenix Fire, Mega Ambler, Shadow X, and Mega Trucker remained silent. Fleta Z was the first one to notice their silence. “Is everything alright?” Fleta Z asked them concerningly.

The entire room turned towards them and they tensed up from all the attention. “Do you guys know something that we don’t?” Dexter asked.

“It’s just that. The letter. I feel like it’s talking about Blue Cop.” Mega Ambler said.

Everyone gave him a curious look and Mega Ambler continued, “when me and Phoenix Fire were taking him to the infirmary, Blue Cop mentioned that he used to be a resident of Splenzaho Kingdom.”

The entire room was dead silent when Mega Ambler finished. Soon enough Black Hook asked, “I wonder if Blue Cop knows the King.”

“Why don’t you ask him.” Wild Guardy pointed to Mega Trucker, “He knew Blue Cop the longest.”
Everyone’s attention went to Mega Trucker. Mega Trucker was not looking at them and looked like he was ready to run.

“Mega Trucker you know something don’t you?” Heavy Iron said.

“What do you mean? I don’t know what you’re talking about.” Mega Trucker said, slowly backing up to the door.

“You better tell us or else something bad will happen.” Wild Guardy threatened.

“Like I said, I have no idea what you're talking about.” Mega Trucker defended himself as he got closer to the door.

“You better not do that. I’m warning you, Mega Trucker.” Heavy Iron ordered.

“Like I said, I have no idea.” Mega Trucker defended.
The last sentence was the breaking point of Heavy Iron. He stood up and walked towards Mega Trucker. “Is there a reason why you can’t tell us?” Heavy Iron demanded.

Mega Trucker was cornered even if the door was right behind him. Heavy Iron was towering over Mega Trucker and he couldn’t do anything but cower in fear.
“W-what if there is. Not like I will tell you. “ Mega Trucker said.

“Fine. I won’t press any further. But you will tell me someday.” Heavy Iron said as he turned around and walked back to his desk.

“I would like to speak with Blue Cop. Maybe he will have some answer.” Heavy Iron said as he sat down. Fleta Z and Dexter looked at each other and spoke up., “I am really sorry Heavy Iron but we don’t know where Blue Cop is.”

Heavy Iron looked up to see Fleta Z and Dexter looking worried. “What do you mean by that?” There was a silence between them.

“Blue Cop was not resting but was hanging out with these two.” Black Hook intervened.

“Is this true?!” Heavy Iron raged. Fleta Z and Dexter flinched from him and both of them nodded their heads.

“Tell me this. Why did he not rest?” Heavy Iron questioned.

“Well… It’s because…” Dexter tried to answer.
“WHOA!!” A noise was to be heard outside of the office. Everyone turned towards the door. There was clattering and a rustling noise.

“Are you okay?!” A familiar voice was heard on the other side of the door. They walked towards the door and opened it. They were met with the hallway to be in a mess. There was white paint all over the wall and carpet and petals of flowers were scattered everywhere.

“I am so sorry. I wasn’t able to see you.” The cardbot stuttered out. He was talking to Blue Cop covered in white paint trying to reassure him.

“It’s alright. I was the one who caused this.” Blue Cop tried to reassure the cardbot but failed miserably. The cardbot was still apologizing and Blue Cop had to do something. Someone cleared their throat and Blue Cop turned around to see Heavy Iron standing there with the others.

“Your Majesty. Pardon me for the disturbance.” Blue Cop said. The other cardbot stopped apologizing and looked horrified when they saw Heavy Iron.

“What happened here?” Heavy Iron’s voice boomed down the hallway. Blue Cop looked at him and looked around the hallway to be in a mess.

“I sincerely apologize, Your Majesty, there has been an accident. I will clean this mess up.” Blue Cop reassured Heavy Iron. He went towards the cardbot and helped them up.

“Wild Guardy, take Blue Cop to his room and wash him. Fleta Z and Dexter this conversation isn’t over. Phoenix Fire and Mega Ambler I would like for you guys to clean this mess up. As for you.” Heavy Iron turned towards the cardbot. “I would like to ask why Blue Cop is covered in paint.”

The cardbot was trembling so much. Heavy Iron was about to say something but Blue Cop intervened. “It was my fault, Your Majesty.”

Heavy Iron turned towards Blue Cop eyes narrow. Blue Cop was standing tall and firm while Wild Guardy was trying to take him back to the room. Heavy Iron only looked at him and scoffed. “Wild Guardy, take this cardbot away. I will be the one to take Blue Cop to his room. Black Hook come with me. Buster Gallon, I would like for you to reply to the letter.”

Wild Guardy only saluted when he went to grab the cardbot and took them away. Phoenix Fire and Mega Ambler started to walk towards the storage, Buster Gallon started to get to work on writing the letters while Buffalo Crush was following him, and Heavy Iron soon grabbed Blue Cop’s arm and took him away with Black Hook following beside them. The others just stood and went back to their usual jobs.

“Wait?! You would get paint on yourself, Your Majesty.” Blue Cop stated.

Heavy Iron only walked and didn’t give him a single glance or words. The walk towards Blue Cop’s room was a long silence. Blue Cop averted his eyes between Heavy Iron and Black Hook. Along the way Black Hook ordered one of the maids to bring towels to Blue Cop’s room.

They soon arrived at his room and Heavy Iron took him straight to the bathroom. Heavy Iron turned the faucet to warm water and the entire room started to be filled with steam. Blue Cop was curious what was up with Heavy Iron.

“The water seems to be in a perfect temperature to take a bath.” Heavy Iron said.

“Seems like you have changed.” Blue Cop claimed. Heavy Iron paused and looked at Blue Cop. “What?” Heavy Iron questioned.

“Heavy Iron. The maids brought towels.” Black Hook said as he opened the door.

“I better get going now.” Heavy Iron flushed and hurriedly left the bathroom.

“What is up with him?” Black Hook asked.
“It’s nothing.” Blue Cop said.

“Well do you need help?” Black Hook asked.
“Huh?” Blue Cop was confused.

“Well with that wound it would be pretty painful to wash the paint and I am pretty sure Mega Ambler would not be happy about it.” Black Hook said.
“I guess. He did tell me not to touch the wound or else it would get worse.” Blue Cop said. He slowly inched his hand towards the wound but Black Hook quickly grabbed his hand. “Don’t. Do you want to get infected?’ Blue Cop realized what he was doing and quickly took his hand towards himself.

“I apologize. It’s a habit I have had since I was a child.” Blue Cop explained.

“A habit huh?” Black Hook studied Blue Cop. Black Hook then picked up Blue Cop and gently laid him inside the bathtub. “Well you better clean yourself up. And I will leave this towel here. Do you need help?” Black Hook asked.

“No. I can manage this on my own.” Blue Cop reassured.

“If you say so. I will be in your room just in case you need something so call me if you need help.” Black Hook said as he left the bathroom. Blue Cop sighed and started to clean his body.

Heavy Iron hurriedly walked to his office ignoring other cardbot’s words. He was too embarrassed to look at anyone else. He soon arrived at his office. When he entered the office, Buster Gallon was at his desk writing a letter. Heavy Iron calmed himself down.
“How's the letter coming along?” Heavy Iron asked.

“I would be finishing this in a few minutes and this would be delivered to them in a few hours. So they can be here tomorrow. The sooner we get this meeting to happen the earlier we can deal with them.” Buster Gallon explained.

“I see. Where is Buffalo Crush? I thought he was with you.” Heavy Iron asked.

“He went to go see Captain.” Buster Gallon said.
“I better get my paperwork done.” Heavy Iron grumbled. Soon enough Buster Gallon finished the letter and left the office to get it delivered.
