Chapter Text
Siam entered the room she shared with Khianna and Yuhua. They both looked at her confused; They knew that their friend used to be happy most of the time, but this time it felt different somehow.
–What's going on in Siam? – Khianna asked, approaching the blonde while looking at her with a playful smile.
–I have a date!–She said with a smile as she sat on the bed next to her friend. –Do you remember the person I was talking about a few weeks ago? – Seeing that the two of them nod, Siam smiled. –Well.... I finally had the courage to ask her about a date.–
–Wait.... – Yuhua said, looking at her friend. –"Her"? – She asked, her tone mixed with surprise and confusion.
–My god.– Khianna said while laughing.
–Don't tell me you thought Siam was straight. –
Seeing the black-haired woman's confused face, Khianna let out a laugh as she slapped Yuhua's back.
–I am sorry.... Sorry, I shouldn't laugh. – She said, even without being able to remove the smile from her face, and the black-haired woman's confusion did not help. —It's just that... I find it very funny that you thought that Siam, of all people, you thought she was straight. SIAM! HETEROSEXUAL! —
—The truth is that it is funny. — The Thai woman said, also letting out a small laugh; although she quickly hid it when she saw her friend's angry face.
—Sorry for not having that gay radar like you. — She said, in a dramatic tone so they knew she was joking. —I didn't want to fall into stereotypes of lesbians. —
After saying that, the black-haired woman walked over to both girls, hugging the brunette while paying attention to what Siam was saying.
—Well... Her name is Ivory.— As soon as she said the girl's name, her face lit up. —She works in the hairdresser next to the restaurant where I work, we met at the exit and love emerged.... —
—Aaaw. — Khianna said, putting a hand to her heart. —You remind me of me when I started dating Maxie.... —
—Of course, you have to get your girlfriend into every conversation.—
The brunette rolled her eyes, mocking what the eldest said in a friendly way.
—Well, the important thing is that today I asked her if she wanted to go to the zoo with me. — Siam made a small drum roll. —And she said yes! —
—The zoo? —Yuhua asked. —I don't want to put you off or anything like that, but do you really think the zoo is the best place for a date? — She asked, looking a little worried at her friend.
—What's wrong with the zoo? — Khianna asked, looking at the black-haired woman. —There are cute animals. —
—And bugs and children running around. — Just saying that showed the irritation she had. —Well, I guess if you're with the right person you'll have a good time. —
—Oh, believe me I'm with the right person. — The blonde said with a smile. —Today I will go to sleep early, I want to have all the energy for tomorrow. So as soon as dinner is over, forget about playing video games with me, I'm completely booked for tomorrow. —
—Just don't do the same as Khianna and get your girlfriend into everything. — The brunette looked at her friend, offended by what she had said. —It's the truth. I understand that you love her and all that, but you talk about her all the time! —
—Anyway.... — The Filipina answered, crossing her arms.
Siam laughed when she saw the now normal dynamic of her two friends.
They met in college, and they hit it off quite well, so they didn't see anything wrong with living together and helping each other financially (apart from the fact that with this economy it was impossible for them to live alone).
It was a bit difficult, since each one had their quirks, but after a while they talked about it and managed to have a solution for each problem.

Just as she said it, so she fulfilled it. She had dinner with her friends, talking about trivial topics like work; and Khianna talking about how beautiful Maxie was that day, as she always did.
After that she washed her dishes, brushed her teeth and face and prepared for sleep.
She had the feeling that the date would go wonderfully.
