The story of this world is quite different from the one or other ones you might know. Let me tell you a tale of how one small battle can change the entire course of history.

This story does not start inside the world as you know it, but instead takes place inside the only place where life itself cannot appear, the dimensional gap.

Inside this place, three dragons, bigger and stronger than anything the world had known, are fighting for domination. The black Dragon of Infiniti Ophis, the red Dragon of Dream Great red, and the White Dragon Goddess of Magic Magicana.

The battle of those three Deities is shaking the entire world, not only the dimensional gap, but also the real world were we live. But what those three Dragons didn’t know, or hadn’t realized yet, but while they were fighting, there power leaked from them, and once formed, created one entirely new being.

She was a little girl. She was born with pink hair and eyes and she also had nekomata ears, 9 Kitsune tails, wolf ears, succubus horns and a pair of dragon wings.

The three dragons were initially confused by this but before the trio could discuss what to do, Magicana suddenly vanished in a hurry.

Great Red and Ophis stayed in the dimensional gap waiting for Magicana to come back but she never did. Once they both realized that this was the case, Great red decided to travel inside the dimensional gap to cure his boredom.

This only left Ophis to decide what to do with the new being that was in front of them. After some deep thinking, Ophis decided to try and raise the new being for the next five years.

On one fateful day, Ophis realized that they weren’t helping the being progress as much as they thought were necessary for the being’s growth.

They weren’t sure how to make the being stronger, but they knew it wouldn’t work with the way they were currently progressing.

“I...am sorry. I wish...that I...was better.” said Ophis before they used a very tiny fraction of their power to make a portal appear behind the being.

The being was confused by what was happening before Ophis said something else.

“Become strong enough...to prevent...the apocalyptic beast...from returning. I am counting on you...Deity.” said Ophis before sending the being away.

Once the being was gone, Ophis clenched their fists and closed their eyes.

 

In the human world, we see a little boy playing in the park with his mother watching him enjoy himself with a smile on her face. The boy had brown hair, brown eyes and had a very big smile on his face that would make even the most terrible person like it.

The mother had long brown hair with brown eyes and she was around her 40, but even so she still looked very beautiful for her age.

“How long are we going to stay in the park mom?” asked a girl with brown hair tied into a short ponytail and brown eyes.

“I like the park though big sister.” said a girl with brown hair tied into ponytail that was far neater than her sister.

“Come on Rivera and Trina. Don’t you enjoy spending time with your brother at the park?” asked the woman.

“It’s not that. I’m trying to develop a cool big sister persona mom.” said the girl now known as Rivera with a pout. “How else is my cute little brother supposed to look up to me?” she then asked to her mom.

“I do mother.” said the girl named Trina with a smile.

“Look what I found big sisters.” said the boy who ran up to Rivera and Trina with a rock in his hand as he had an excited smile on his face.

Seeing his expression made Rivera and Trina smiled at him as they then rubbed there hands on his head which made him giggle.

“What’s so funny huh?” asked Rivera to her cute little brother.

“I saw you pouting earlier. It was funny.” said the boy.

Rivera was now blushing a lot because of this.

Trina just looked at Rivera with a smug look.

Rivera glanced over at her younger sister which immediately made her lose her smug look.

“It seems you need to try again later on.” said the woman as she giggled.

“Mom!!!” shouted Rivera as she continued blushing.

Suddenly, the wind began to move a lot faster as the sky darkened.

“Is it going to rain? I didn’t see it on the news.” asked Rivera.

“No, something about this feels off” said the woman.

“Do you think it’s one of those stories that Grandma Shina talked about?” asked the little boy.

The mother of the three children took out her phone and made a call on the phone but made sure that her children couldn’t hear her words.

“Mother? Could you please come over to us? Something is happening in the park and I don’t know what. I just want to be safe in case it’s what you mentioned to me.” said the woman.

“I’ll be there shortly. Just keep them busy Miki.” said the woman over the phone to the now named Miki.

“Who were you talking to mama?” asked the little boy.

“Don’t worry about it sweetie.” said Miki.

“I want to know though mommy.” whined the boy.

“She was talking to me little Issei.” said a woman who was talking out from behind the trees.

“Grandma Shina? Where you hiding back there?” asked Issei.

“I was indeed. I was hoping to surprise you but you caught onto my plans.” said the woman now known as Shina with a giggle. She had long gray and brown hair tied into a ponytail.

“There is no way she could’ve gotten here that fast…” whispered Rivera to Trina as she was now suspicious of what was happening.

“Yeah, something feels off.” answered Trina, also whispering.

The 5 people in the park then heard and saw something in front of them. It looked like a crack in the air. They were about to ask what it was before it cracked open.

A large surge of energy appeared from the crack as Shina quickly got herself and her family out of the way.

“What is happening Grandma?” asked Rivera scared.

“I’ll have to explain it to you later Rivera. Right now though I need to…” said Shina before she paused as she saw what appeared from the crack.

Located near the crack was a small little girl that was seen crying.

Everyone were shocked when they saw this, but one of them was already going to her.

“Issei, please hold on for just a moment.” said Shina.

“Please hurry grandma. She doesn’t look happy, she is crying.” said the boy now named to be Issei.

Shina quickly hurried towards the crack and started closing it with some sort of magic. Miki was very worried but then she noticed Trina wasn’t next to her. She looked around and spotted her next to Shina.

“Trina?!!!! What are you doing here?!!!!” asked Shina concerned as she had just noticed her granddaughter was next to her.

“I want to help you out grandma.” said Trina before she felt a strange sensation coming from her hands.

“Y-You…?” asked Shina before she quickly snapped out of it and recomposed herself. “Trina, I need you to try to concentrate and direct your hands to this hole here.” she said to her granddaughter.

“O-Okay Grandma.” said Trina. She then nervously pointed her hands towards the crack as she tried to concentrate really hard. The glow in her hands got stronger but she felt herself getting dizzy.

The crack began closing more and more until it finally was gone. Shina sighed in relief before she heard Trina hit the ground.

Miki’s eyes widened as she quickly rushed over to her daughter with an extremely worried expression. “Trina, speak to me. Say something please.”

Rivera, Shina and Issei were also extremely worried for Trina. But Issei noticed the pink haired girl looking at Trina and moving towards her.

Miki saw her near her daughter and didn’t understand what she was trying to do until she saw her putting her hands on Trina.

“What are you doing? Remove your hands.” said Miki.

“Help.” said the girl.

“Huh? What do you mean help?” asked Miki.

“I can help.” answered once more the little girl.

“Why would I let you help when you most likely opened the crack?” asked Miki as tears were streaming down her face.

The little girl was scarred by Miki.

“I am sorry but I am trying to make it up to you.” said the girl.

Issei quickly ran over to his mother and hugged her leg while crying. “Please just let her help mommy. If she can help big sis Trina, shouldn’t we let her?” asked the little boy.

Miki still wasn’t sure before Rivera spoke up. “Mom just let her help. It’s worth a shot at least if she is capable of doing whatever she did earlier.” said Rivera with a nervous expression.

Miki eventually nodded to the little girl. “Please just be careful. I don’t want to lose my daughter. I’ve already lost my husband and I don’t want to lose my daughter this soon either.” said Miki.

The little girl nodded and with her hands, she started using of her magic. Shining lights started coming from her hands, and Trina’s body also started shining.

After the light died down, Trina started coughing and Miki immediately helped her daughter by being there near her and supporting her.

“W-What happened Mommy? I remember helping grandma Shina but then I blacked out.” said Trina.

“Mom? Why does big sis Trina have silver hair now?” asked Issei.

Miki looked up and saw that Issei was right. Unlike before where Trina had brown, she now had silver hair.

“But how?” asked Miki surprised.

“I healed her. I’m not extremely well practiced with my powers yet so I’m not sure why she also have silver hair.” said the little girl.

“Why does my body feel funny now though?” asked Trina before she felt strange sensation coming from her body.

Everyone’s jaw dropped except for Deity’s when they looked at Trina’s body. She now had nine silver fox tails, a pair of dragon wings also in silver, and dragon horns and fox ears on her head. And she also had scales on her arms and legs.

Trina was confused before she reached back and felt the tails and wings.

“Whoa!!! You have kitsune tails!!!” said Rivera as she was somehow jealous and excited.

“Now is not the time to fan girl Rivera.” said Miki before she looked at the pink haired girl.

“What happened when you healed her?” asked Miki.

“Her body was in very bad shape. So I only had one option that I could do in order to heal her.” said the pink haired girl.

“What was it?” asked Shina.

“I had to put a piece of my power in her.” said the pink haired girl.

“So do I have superpowers now?” asked Trina still confused.

Before anyone could answer her, Rivera asked a question.

“How did you do this?!” asked Rivera as she couldn’t understand this.

Shina sighed as she heard this. “Rivera, there is something that your mother and I never told you about.” she said.

“Huh? You mean you knew about this kind of magic stuff?” asked Rivera as she was shocked.

“Magic exist?!!” asked Issei excited.

“Yes, it does exist.” said Shina with a loving smile while looking at Issei before turning back to Rivera. “I’ve had encounters with it in the past and made some friends that educated me about this side of the world.” said Shina.

“Friends? I thought they were more than that mom.” said Miki to her mother.

“Now is not the time for teasing my daughter.” said Shina as she had a faint blush on her face before recomposing herself.

“Eventually I shared my knowledge about the world with your mother because I wanted her to know about it in case something were to happen to me.” she said as she smiled to Miki.

“Now then, I believe we should…” said Miki before she realized that Issei was hugging the little girl that had healed Trina.

“You are so cool. Thank you for healing my sister. I appreciate it very much.” said Issei with a grateful and happy smile.

The little girl was surprised by this. She had never seen someone her age before, so when Issei hugged her it was a first.

“N-No problem…” said the little girl as she blushed.

“What is your name? My name is Issei.” said Issei to the girl.

“I-I’m Deity.” said the pink hair girl.

She was blushing when looking at Issei smiling. His smile was contagious. For some reason, it made her feel good, and for an instant, she forget about being sent away by her only parents.

“This is a really awesome name. But why is your face red?” asked Issei as he tilted his head. “Are you feeling okay?”

Rivera had a smirk on her face and took one step forwards before feeling like if she took one more that things would be bad for her.

“You weren’t about to interrupt the moment were you?” asked Miki.

“We wouldn’t want you to overstep now would we?” asked Shina.

Rivera gulped nervously as she took a step back.

Trina laughed a bit when she saw this.

Issei saw this out of the corner of his eyes and tried to pull away before he heard the little girl starting to whimper.

He then went back to her and once he was close, he saw she was smiling widely.

“Hey. Do you want to live with us?” asked Issei, surprising the little girl, Rivera, Trina, Miki and Shina.

Deity thought about it before nodding to Issei

“Hehehe. You’re very cute. Did you know that?” asked Issei.

This made the little girl blush when he said this.

“Y-You really think so?” asked Deity.

“Yeah. I even think you are the cutest.” continued Issei with an even wider smile.

“The cutest?” asked Deity.

“You don’t think you are cute?” asked Issei as he tilted his head.

“I’ve just never been complimented so much before.” said Deity.

“Really? In that case then I’ll be sure to compliment you a lot more from now on.” said Issei, still smiling.

Deity continued blushing.

“Well then. Let’s go home with our new house residents everyone.” said Miki with a smile as Issei lead Deity towards Miki.

Shina smiled at her family before she felt something approaching as she sighed. “It took them long enough to appear.”

A portal appeared a short distance away from Shina as two figure came from it.

“Are you sure you sensed it here?” asked a woman with long silver hair, yellow eyes, cat ears and nine cat tails.

“I’m sure of it. It was a very powerful energy at that.” said the other woman with yellow and silver hair, silver and yellow eyes, kitsune ears and nine kitsune tails.

“I don’t get why we have to be the ones here. We’re not even the leaders of our factions anymore.” said the silver haired woman in response.

“Maybe but we are the most powerful ones I remind you.” said the kitsune woman. “Our daughters were also busy as well.” she continued.

“Yeah, busy, with se…” she couldn’t finish her sentence because she noticed something that surprised her a tone.

“Shina? Is that you?” asked the silver hair woman.

“Good day to you Magari.” answered Shina to the now named Magari. ”So I suppose you sensed that strong energy right?” she asked to the two women.

“Well yes, we sensed something very powerful coming from here. Have you figured out what it was?” asked the Kitsune woman.

“If I tell you do you promise not to jump to conclusion?” asked Shina as she then started at Magari.

“Fine, I won’t try to fight them.” said Magari with a pout.

“Thank you.” said Shina. “To tell you the truth, a small crack from the dimensional gap was opened.” continued Shina as the two women were shocked once they heard this.

“Did one of the three dragons leave?” asked the Kitsune woman concerned.

“Thankfully they didn’t Shizune.” said Shina to the now named Shizune.

“Then what…?” asked Magari before seeing Deity walking together with Issei. “It was that little girl?”

“Yes it was. And it is thanks to her that Trina did not die when closing the dimensional gap cracked with me.” said Shina as Magari and Shizune then became pale.

“S-She almost died?” asked Shizune as she was shaking.

“Yes, but thankfully they healed her, and look at her, She changed completely I’d say” said Shina as she pointed at Trina walking with Issei and Deity

“Are you sure that she is aright?” asked Magari.

“I’m pretty sure she is. What about you Shizune?” asked Shina as Shizune was still completely shocked from what she was seeing.

“She looks just like Kichi when she was younger.” said Shizune completely speechless.

“Maybe but Kichi didn’t have wings or horns, or even scales” said Magari.

“What’s interesting is that her flow of energy feels similar in a way to how both of yours feel.” said Shina to the two women.

Shizune and Magari were confused before they sensed Trina’s energy.

“She now has…” said Shizune surprised.

“A divine presence…” continued Magari.

“You think it was thanks to this girl?” asked Shizune.

“Probably since they were the ones who healed her.” said Shina.

“How is her energy control? Is it good or bad?” asked Magari.

“I don’t think it is this good. But ever since she started playing with my little Issei, her energy slowed down and is now very low. Maybe she was scared and couldn’t control it properly but being around Issei helped her cool it down.

Shizune and Magari looked at each other before looking at Shina.

“Would you like to take a trip with your family to Kyoto?” asked Shizune.

“Of course. It’s been a while since I went to Kyoto, and I think Rivera and Trina didn’t go to Kyoto yet either.” said Shina as she was smiling.

“I’ll see if I can bring my family to Kyoto for a short while as well. My daughter and her two cute little kitties could use a break for a bit.” said Magari.

“Maybe this will help convince the leaders of Kyoto that it would be a good idea to combine factions like out daughters have wanted.” said Shizune.

“Your daughters wanted to unite their faction? That’s incredible news.” said Shina to Shizune.

“Yes but there have been some disagreements.” said Shizune.

“We’ve tried to do it ourselves but haven’t succeeded.” said Magari.

“Well, maybe they can pull it off. Anyway, I’ll warn my family about the trip. Do you want to meet them now or do you prefer to wait until we arrive at Kyoto?” asked Shina to Magari and Shizune.

“I’d say it’s best to wait for now. Your family doesn’t know about supernatural yet, and it would take a little while to explain it to them, so let’s wait until you all arrive at Kyoto.” said Shizune to Shina.

“That’s fine by me.” answered Shina. “I’m sure that Rivera, Trina and Issei will be excited to go to Kyoto.” continued Shina.

“Issei? Who’s Issei?” asked Shizune.

“My grandson. He is the cute little child playing with Deity.” said Shina as she pointed at Issei playing with Deity.

“He looks very cute indeed. But when were you going to tell us that Miki had another child?” asked Magari.

“You didn’t tell me when Yasaka and Fujimai had their second child originally. I had to find out the last time we met.” said Shina.

Shizune and Magari rubbed their hands behind their heads as Shina said this.

“I suppose that is fair.” said Shizune.

“I guess you’re right.” said Magari.

As Shina was about to say something else, Issei ran up to her and grabbed her hand. “When are you going to tell me about the world Grandma?” he asked cutely.

Shortly after he ran up to Shina, Deity ran over to Issei and hugged him tight as she whimpered. Issei then hugged her back as she then smiled.

Seeing this made Magari smiled before looking over at Shizune. “I think everything is fine here. We can go back to our home.”

“Alright then. I’ll trust your judgment.” said Shizune.

The two of them then walked away before teleporting away.

Shine then looked down at Issei and Deity. “Let’s head on home now. There’s a lot we have to discuss after all.” said Shina as she and Miki lead the way for Rivera, Trina, Issei and Deity.

“She seems really close to him.” said Rivera.

“Is there a problem with that?” asked Miki.

“Not at all. I even get to have another sister.” said Rivera.

“Am I not enough?” asked Trina as she was hurt a bit.

“I didn’t say that. You know I love you sis.” said Rivera as she played a bit with Trina.

This made Trina smile a bit. “I just wanted you to say it.” she said.

“So what’s it like having animal ears now?” asked Rivera curiously.

“It’s weird. I can hear everything a lot better. I also feel like I have more strength than before as well.” answered Trina.

“Do I have a kitsune for a sister mom?” asked Rivera to her mom.

“Not exactly. She isn’t really a kitsune. She is part kitsune and from what I can see part dragon as well.” said Miki.

“What about the human part?” asked Issei.

“It’s still there from what I can sense.” said Shina.

“So that means I have an even cooler big sister.” said Issei.

This made Miki pause before slowly smiling. “I suppose you do.” she said.

Shina smiled back at them before they soon arrived at their house. She stopped at the door and looked back at her family. “Ready to learn even more than you might’ve thought was possible about the world?” asked Shina.

“Yeah!!! I want to learn stuff Grandma.” said Issei.

“I do too. I do too.” said Rivera in a way similar to Issei.

“I want to learn thing!” said Trina all excited.

Seeing them this excited made Shina smile warmly, she was very happy to finally tell them more about the supernatural world.

Issei then went to the couch and sat before Deity also sat with him.

Rivera sat on a chair next to the couch.

Trina was about to sit down before she realized something. “How do I sit down with these?” she asked to Deity.

Deity stood up and made her own attributes retract before sitting back down.

“But how do I do that?” asked Trina.

“Well, I just think of them retracting.” said Deity.

“Really? That’s easy like that?” asked Trina before Deity nodded. Trina then tried it and managed to retract her attributes after some minutes of concentration.

Deity smiled at Trina while clapping her hands.

Once this was taken care of, Miki and Shina both sat on the chairs facing the couch.

“Do you have any questions before we begin?” asked Shina.

“I have two, grandma.” said Issei with a smile.

“Yes Issei, what are your questions?” asked Shina.

“My first question is to Trina.” he said before looking at her. “How do you feel? Are you okay after what happened to you?” asked Issei to Trina.

This made Trina smiles warmly at her brother.

“Thanks little bro. I’m feeling very good right now, so don’t worry about me.” answered Trina with a smile.

Shina smiled lovingly at this scene. “I’m happy you care so much for your sister Issei. And speaking of this, the two people with who I was talking to before managed to sense everything was fine with Trina.” said Shina.

“Oh, is that why those two pretty ladies appeared? They appeared just so they could check up on her?” asked Issei to Shina.

Shina paused for a moment before smiling. “Yes Issei. Those two were the first people that introduced me to the supernatural world. Once they sensed something happened to my family they appeared to help.” said Shina.

“That’s so nice of them.” said Issei with a big smile. “Can I ask you my second question now or should I let Rivera and Trina ask a question?” said Issei.

“I think you should let your sisters ask next.” said Miki to Issei.

“Okay mommy.” said Issei with a big smile.

“Is every supernatural story that we’ve heard real or are there some difference compared to actual events?” asked Rivera.

“From what I’ve been told every single story is real. There are some slight variations in them though.” said Shina to Rivera.

“Wow. That’s kind of mind blowing and also a lot to take in.” said Rivera.

“A-Are succubi real…?” asked Trina with a blush.

Miki smirked at she heard that. “Well yes, they are real.” said Miki as Trina blushed even more. “And your grandma Shina knows a lot about them~” said Miki as she then looked at Shina who looked away.

“She does?!!!” asked Trina excitedly.

“W-Well, I may know one succubus…” said Shina as she blushed a bit.

“Can I meet her one day?!!” asked Trina all excited.

“One day. One day you will.” said Shina as Trina pouted a bit.

“And now can I ask my second question mommy?” asked Issei to Miki.

“You may sweetie. Go ahead and ask Grandma.” said Miki.

“Thank you mommy.” said Issei before turning to Shina. “I’ve been having a dream every now and then about something weird.” said Issei as Shina and Miki were surprised.

“A weird dream? What kind of dream?” asked Miki.

“It’s only a short dream but it’s of two things with wings fighting each other in the air. They also talk but I don’t understands the words.” said Issei.

“Two things with wings?” asked Shina as she was confused.

“Yeah, like the things from those movies we watched. You know, the big giant lizard with wings.

Shina froze for a second and was about to say something before Deity spoke up.

“Red dragon emperor.” said Deity.

“H-How do you know about this?” asked Shina as she was extremely surprised and shocked.

“What do you mean by red dragon emperor? Is that like a title or something?” asked Rivera.

“Sounds cool.” said Trina.

Rivera and Trina then turned to Shina and Miki but saw them having worried expressions on their faces.

“What is it you two? Is that something bad?” asked Rivera.

Miki sighed before answering Rivera’s question. “The red dragon emperor is the title given to the wielder of the Boosted Gear but it formerly belonged to the dragon named Ddraig.”

“What’s the boosted gear?” asked Issei.

“The boosted gear is a sacred gear but one of the most powerful ones.” said Shina. “Sacred gears are things that are given to someone as they are born. Some of them don’t ever awaken but since you’re having this dream it might awaken for you eventually.” continued Shina.

“Oooooh. Does this means I could have some kind of power like Trina?!!” asked Issei excitedly.

“You do but sometimes, power attracts power.” said Shina.

“Huh? What does it mean grandma?” asked Issei curious.

“It means that although you gain power, the more power you have, the more powerful people go to you.” answered Shina.

“Do you mean like those shows Rivera and Trina watch? Where a bunch of girls surround one guy. Do you mean people like that?” asked Issei innocently.

Shina and Miki then looked at Rivera.

“What? Those shows are funny.” they said to defend themselves.

“W-Well, in a way yes.” said Miki.

“Does that mean a bunch of pretty girls will meet me?” asked Issei innocently before he felt Deity’s grip be tighter on him.

“Well isn’t this interesting?” said Rivera with a smirk.

“What is?” asked Issei confused. “She just wants another hug.” continued Issei before hugging Deity even more than before as she then started giggling happily.

“I think they like you sweetie.” said Miki teasingly.

“But don’t big sis, Grandma and you like me too?” asked Issei innocently.

“Yes but she likes you even more than us.” said Miki.

“Huh? How so?” asked Issei.

“There are times where two people can like each other very much.” said Shina to Issei.

“Oh, you mean she wants to be my best friend?” asked Issei.

Shina and Miki were about to explain it more to him before Rivera stopped them. “Yes little brother. She wants to be your best friend.” said Rivera with a smile.

“Okay then. I’ll be your best friend you three.” said Issei with a very big smile.

Deity smiled at him happily and hugged him more.

Rivera smiled at this before turning to her mom and grandma. “There was no point in trying to explain further. He was not going to get it.” she said before she looked away. “It was also adorable and I didn’t want it ruined.” she continued.

“You’re such a cool big sister for Issei.” said Trina with a smile to her sister.

Shina and Miki smiled at this before continuing their explanation about the supernatural world to Issei, Rivera and Trina until it was time for bed.

“Well little Issei, time to go to bed now.” said Shina to Issei.

“Awwwww...But I’m not...tired…” said Issei before yawning.

But Issei wasn’t the only one to be tired.

“it’s been a long day hasn’t it?” said Rivera as she yawned too.

“I’m so tired…” said Trina as she yawned as well.

“Indeed. But tomorrow might be more exciting for all of you though.” said Shina.

“Why Grandma?” asked Issei as he was tired and sleepy.

“We were offered to take a trip to Kyoto.” said Shina as Issei, Rivera and Trina were excited for it.

“Make sure you go to bed now and rest up.” said Miki with a smile.

“Where will she sleep though Mommy?” asked Issei to his mother as he pointed at Deity.

“She can sleep in the guest room sweetie.” said Miki before everyone then heard Deity whimpering again. “On second thought I think she can sleep in your room.” she then said.

Deity then cheered happily as she hugged Issei more.

Issei giggled at this. “You are so cute.”

Miki smiled upon seeing this. “Head to bed you two and make sure to rest up.”

After Issei and Deity went to Issei’s room, Rivera and Trina were the only one in the room along with Miki and Shina.

“What is it sweetie?” asked Miki to her daughter.

“Will Issei be okay in the future? Grandma Shina said that he will eventually have someone coming after him right?” asked Rivera concerned.

“I’m sure he’ll be fine as long as Deity is with him.” said Miki with a smile before she then had a serious expression. “But if anyone does try to hurt my baby, then they will pay.” she said as even Shina was scared of Miki.

Shina quickly snapped out of it before nodding. “Agreed. If anyone tries to harm our family then we will make sure that they regret it my sweet little girl.” said Shina to Miki.

Miki smiled at her mother as she had calmed down.

“Let’s all head to bed now.” said Shina as Miki, Rivera and Trina nodded before they each headed to their rooms.

Issei was now in his room and got into his bed as Deity was at his sides and got into bed as well.

“Good night Deity.” said Issei as he closed his eyes.

“Good night.” she said back to him as she did the same.

As the two of them slept, Deity’s body released its attributes. The fluffy tails moved onto Issei’s body holding him closer to her.

And Issei just hugged the tails as he felt them, enjoying the fluffy sensation.

“Hmmmm...Fluffy…” said Issei in his sleep.

 

Once Issei woke up, he was surprised to see Deity still being so close to him.

Deity woke up at the same time and smiled at him happily when seeing that he was still close by to her.

“Good morning Issei.” She said happily.

“Good morning to you as well.” said Issei with a smile.

“What was I sleeping on? It’s so comfy.” they asked.

“This is a bed. You haven’t slept on one before?” asked Issei to Deity.

She said no with her head.

“Whoa, but then how did you slept before?” asked Issei as he tilted his head.

“I just played until I ran out of energy.” said Deity.

“But on what were you sleeping?” asked Issei.

“Nothing. In our old home there weren’t any objects to sleep on.” said Deity.

“That doesn’t sound very comfortable.” said Issei.

“It wasn’t but I got through it.” said Deity.

This made Issei frown. “In that case you can sleep in my bed from now on. It’s very comfy to sleep on in my opinion.” he said.

She smiled at him happily and hugged him.

Someone then knock on the door.

“Sweetie, are you awake?” asked Miki behind the door.

“Yes mommy.” said Issei to Miki.

“Do you mind if I come in and help you pack?” asked Miki.

“Sure mom.” said Issei as he got up and went to put on his normal clothes instead of his pajamas.

Before he did that, he saw Deity watching him.

“Could you please look away? It’s embarrassing if you look at me while I do this. I’ll still be here don’t worry.” said Issei.

Deity nodded before turning her head so Issei could change. Once Issei finished he told her he was all done.

“Are you done changing sweetie?” asked Miki to Issei.

“Yes mommy. I’m all done.” said Issei to Miki.

“What about our guest? Has she changed?” asked Miki.

“She decided to wear what she wore yesterday.” said Issei.

“Okay then. I’ll come in then.” said Miki as she opened the door and walked in.

“Did you sleep well sweetie?” asked Miki to her boy.

“Yeah. Deity slept with me. It was so fluffy.” said Issei.

“You didn’t mind sleeping with someone else?” asked Miki.

“Well no. I think I preferred sleeping with her than alone.” said Issei as Miki smiled lovingly

“You truly do have a very kind heart don’t you sweetie?” asked Miki with a smile.

“I just like being nice to others. You told me to always be kind and treat others with respect.” said Issei with a smile.

Miki smiled lovingly at him before asking Deity a question. “Do you have any other clothes or would you like to go shopping?”

“I don’t have other clothes.” said Deity.

“Then it’s decide. Once we arrive at Kyoto, we will make sure to find you some good clothes.”

Deity nodded at Miki. “Can Issei come with us?” she then asked.

“What do you say sweetie?” asked Miki lovingly.

“Sure mommy. That way I can spend more time with her.” said Issei with a smile.

Deity blushed and hugged him again.

“How’d he sleep mom?” asked Rivera in a shirt and shorts.

Miki sighed. “Please don’t tell me you’re going to wear that to Kyoto. We’re going to be at a fancy and proper place.” she said to Rivera.

“Why not? This is my normal clothes.” said Rivera.

“I think Rivera looks cool like this though mommy.” said Issei.

“Well that’s how she always slept, so I don’t think you can make her change mom.” said Trina as she appeared, wearing a hoodie and baggy pants.

“See? Even Issei likes it. And Trina even acknowledge it.” answered Rivera.

Miki sighed once more. “Alright. You can wear this outfit but if someone says anything then you will need to change it. Understood?”

“Yes mommy.” said Rivera to her mother.

“Let’s all pack our stuff and go downstairs to be picked up.” said Miki.

“Be picked up? Who’s picking us up mommy?” asked Issei.

“Before I answer that question would it be alright if you put away your attributes for the time being?” asked Miki to Deity.

Deity nodded and put her attributes away.

“I should probably put mine away too.” said Trina.

Rivera was sad to see the Kitsune attributes disappear.

“It’s okay. You know I’ll let them out in the future sis.” said Trina with a smirk.

Rivera looked at Trina and sighed before looking at her mother. “My stuff is all packed. Grandma Shina helped me out at the end.” she said.

“Mine as well mommy.” said Trina.

“That’s good to hear sweetie. All that is left is Issei’s stuff.” said Miki.

“Mind if I also help him pack too mom?” asked Rivera.

“I see you are excited to go to Kyoto.” said Miki.

“Maybe. I have a good reason for it though.” said Rivera with a blush.

“What is the reason big sis?” asked Issei with a cute expression.

Rivera turned away and quietly said something. “I’m hoping to see a real Kitsune. I’ve always been fascinated by them.” she said.

Trina shook her head at this which Rivera noticed.

“Why did you shook your head?” asked Rivera to Trina. “You’re the same way with succubi I remind you.” continued Rivera as Trina then blushed.

“Wait, doesn’t Grandma Shina know both of those?” asked Issei cutely.

“Grandma Shina knows a Kitsune?” asked Rivera surprised.

“She does indeed. Maybe she could introduce you to one.” said Miki as Rivera had stars in her eyes and ran out of the room to find Shina.

“Doesn’t she know that there’s one here already?” asked Deity confused.

“To be fair you and Trina are a different case” said Miki.

“And she wants to see a real one.” said Issei. “But I’m happy to see you if that makes you feel any better.” said Issei with a big smile on his face which made Deity blush.

Miki smiled at this as she packed up Issei’s stuff.

After a few moments, she was finished packing Issei’s stuff as Shina walked into the room. “Is Issei’s stuff all packed my sweet little girl?”

“Yep. All of his stuff is packed. We are ready to go now.” said Miki with a smile.

“Let’s go down to the living room then to be picked up.” said Shina.

“To the living room? How will we be picked up there?” asked Issei.

“By magic.” said Shina to Issei as him, Rivera and Trina were surprised.

“Come with me.” she said to her family as they all went to the living room.

Deity was still standing in Issei’s room as the Hyoudou family went to the living room.

“What are you waiting for? You are part of our family as well you know?” said Miki with a loving smile as Deity smiled and went next to Issei.

The family all went downstairs to the living room with their things as they waited to be picked up.

After a few moments, no one appeared. Rivera was about to ask when they were coming before a magic circle appeared in the living room.

From the magic circle appeared a woman with silver hair, a pair of silver kitsune ears, and nine kitsune tails. She was wearing a silver shirt and a silver shorts.

“I’m the one who will be taking you to Kyoto. My name is Kichi and I am one of the two princesses of the Yokai faction.” she said as she then looked at the family.

“I see your mother told you to behave Kichi. You’re not normally this formal when you greet others.” said Shina with a teasing smile.

Kichi then blushed. “I know and it’s exhausting. I’m just happy that she let me wear my regular clothes and didn’t make me wear my kimono.”

When Kichi looked at the family, she saw Rivera wearing similar clothes to her own and smiled. “Well I see someone here has good tastes in clothes.” She was then surprised to see Trina. She was looking awfully similar to her minus the fox attributes. She was unaware that there were more similarities between them than were currently on display however.

“Can I go say hi mom? I’m trying to maintain my composure but I’m struggling to do so.” said Rivera as she was trembling with excitement.

“Would it be alright with you if my daughter greets you first miss Kichi?” asked Miki.

“You don’t need to call me miss. I’m not a huge fan of formality to be honest ma’am. So if she wants to greet me then that’s fine with me.” said Kichi with a smile.

Miki smiled at Kichi before turning to talk to Rivera but then saw that she was already near Kichi with an excited expression on her face.

“You’re so cool Kichi. I can’t believe such a cool and pretty person exists in this world.” said Rivera with stars in her eyes.

“Well huh, thanks...Rivera right?” asked Kichi to Rivera.

“Yep, that’s me, my name is Rivera. It’s an honor to meet a Kitsune let alone a princess.” said Rivera.

This caught Kichi off guard before she looked at Shina. “Is she always this energetic? Is she isn’t then that’s honestly pretty cute.” said Kichi which made Rivera have a very intense blush on her face.

Trina smirked even more to her sister as she watched her interact with Kichi.

“She isn’t typically. Normally she tries to maintain a cool persona for our little brother.” said Trina with a teasing smile on her face.

“So you also have a younger sibling?” asked Kichi to Rivera.

“Yes miss. My name is Issei and I’m Rivera’s little brother.” said Issei to Kichi with a smile.

“It’s nice to meet you Issei. Your sister is acting pretty cute isn’t she?” asked Kichi with a teasing smile on her face.

“She is. She normally tries to act cool but ends up being cute in the end. It’s kind of funny.” said Issei with a big smile on his face.

After hearing Issei calling someone else cute, Deity pouted cutely and then hugged him.

“You have another siblings? I mean apart from her.” asked Kichi to Rivera as she pointed to Trina.

“I don’t know for now to be honest. She is ether going to be a really close sibling to my little brother or maybe something else in the future.” she said as she shrugged.

“Speaking of siblings. How does she have silver hair?” asked Kichi.

“Oh, Deity gave her some energy to saved her and she was then transformed.” said Issei.

“I see.” said Kichi before secretly looking at Shina who then nodded her head which told her all that she needed to know.

“Is everyone ready to go to Kyoto?” asked Kichi.

They all nodded to her before she motioned for them to come closer to them as she created a transportation circle.

“Time for us to be on our way.” said Kichi before she transported them all to Kyoto.

Issei was expecting it to take a while but it was surprised to see that they were there almost in an instant.

Kyoto was a very beautiful place. There were countless people moving around but each of them were different. Whether it be different attributes or the way they moved or carried themselves. Issei, Rivera and Trina were surprised to see just how many people there were.

“Wow. How many people are in Kyoto?” asked Issei to Kichi.

“There’s a lot of them.” said Kichi before she looked at Rivera who had stars in her eyes.

“She told us she loved Kitsune, so I say it is normal she is so excited.” said Issei cutely.

“Don’t pretend like you don’t like them too.” said Rivera.

“I like Kitsune. There tails are so fluffy.” said Issei to Rivera. “And I like Nekos too. They are so cute with their little ears and tails.” continued Issei.

“Are there many Kitsune in Kyoto?” asked Trina.

“Not really. Kitsune are only in the royal family.” said Kichi. “It’s also the same way with Nekoshou.” she continued.

This surprised Trina a lot. She looked at her hands and then had a determined expression on her face.

“Make sure you use your gift well.” whispered Shina to Trina.

Kichi hear this but wasn’t sure what this meant. She was about to ask before she sensed two people approaching her.

The first person they saw was a little girls that had yellow hair, yellow fox ears, and nine yellow kitsune tails. “There you are big sister.” she said as she jumped into Kichi’s arms and hugged lovingly.

“Hello Kunou. I was just away for a task that mom and grandma gave me. It wasn’t that long.” she said jokingly.

“Did you get a friend when you were there? That lady seems like she’s excited.” said the girl named Kunou.

“What are you…?” asked Kichi before she looked at Rivera who had an excited expression on her face.

“You really do like Kitsune huh?” asked Kichi to Rivera.

“Careful now. You don’t want to look weird.” said Trina.

This made Rivera blush and look away while Kichi giggle and Trina smirked.

“I guess you can say it is a friend.” said Kichi which made Rivera blush even more.

“What’s your name?” asked Kunou as she was still in Kichi’s arms.

“M-My name is Rivera.” said Rivera to Kunou.

“I’m Trina. Rivera’s little sister.” said Trina.

“And I’m Issei!” said Issei excitedly.

Before Kunou could respond they heard someone quickly approaching them. “Where are you Kunou? Don’t tell me you’re having fun without me. That’s not fair you know nya.”

Kunou moved around in Kichi’s arms before Kichi put her down so she could go hug the girl. “I’m sorry Koneko. I just wanted to go and say hi to my big sister.”

Koneko was a little girl that had white hair, white neko ears and one white neko tail. “That’s no excuse nya. You still left me behind.” she said with a cute pout.

Kunou frowned before she hugged Koneko. “Does this made things better? I know you always like receiving my hugs.” she said.

Koneko’s tail began moving side to side happily as she tried to fake her pout.

Kunou then pulled away before Koneko pulled her back into the hug. “I didn’t forgive you yet.” said Koneko.

“Well those two are getting along pretty well.” said Rivera as she stood next to Kichi who was also watching this happen.

“I know right? It’s just the cutest thing to see.” said Kichi.

This made Deity pout before she began to hug Issei at once which he responded to with his own hug.

“Okay, that is also extremely cute.” said Rivera as she looked at her brother.

“Yeah. I would agree.” said Trina.

“These two are the future leaders of their respective factions. Kunou is the future leader of the Yokai faction while Koneko also known as Shirone is the future leader of the Nekomata faction.” said Shina to her family.

“Wouldn’t you be the future leader though since you’re the older siblings?” asked Rivera to Kichi.

“You would be correct if I hadn’t turned it down. A little while ago our family realized that it would be better for Kunou to be the future leader and not me which I agreed with.” answered Kichi.

“I guess that makes sense.” said Rivera. “Are you still a princess or does that title only belong to the future leader of the faction?” asked Rivera.

“I’m still a princess thankfully.” answered Kichi.

“I’m surprised that you haven’t mentioned the other big sister yet Kichi. Don’t tell me that she isn’t here.” said Shina to Kichi.

“Oh no she’s just playing her video game as always.” said Kichi.

“Wouldn’t she be watching her sister?” asked Shina.

They then saw a girl rushing towards them.

She then stopped before them out of breath. “Sorry Shirone. I completely forgot I was supposed to watch you.” she said.

“You always play your games anyway.” said Koneko with a blank expression.

The girl had a sad expression before she recomposed herself and took out a bag of candy that immediately disappeared from her hands.

“You are forgiven.” said Koneko as she was eating her candy.

The girl then saw that there were other people here and quickly bowed. “M-My name is Kuroka. It’s a pleasure to meet you.” said the now named Kuroka.

“Kitty!!” said Issei as he noticed her neko ears and tails.

This made Kuroka chuckle. “I am indeed a neko. Who might you be little one?”

“My name is Issei.” he said with a big smile.

“Whoa, you’re an energetic one.” said Kuroka while giggling.

“Who is your friends? She seems pretty close with you.” said Kuroka as she pointed to Deity.

“She is my friend Deity.” said Issei, still with his smile.

This answer temporarily caught Kuroka off guards before she recomposed herself. “That’s an interesting names.”

“We should probably head to the palace. You know how our moms will get if we don’t hurry.” said Kuroka to Kichi.

“Good point. Let’s get going before they panic.” said Kichi.

But as Kichi said this, two very beautiful women came rushing outside.

They arrived near everyone soon enough.

“There you are my two little foxes.” said the first woman. She had long yellow hair tied into a ponytail with beautiful fox ears and tails with yellow eyes. She was wearing a golden Kimono with a second one black with golden skulls.

The second woman had short black and white hair with yellow eyes, cat ears and nine cat tails. She then saw Koneko and Kuroka hugged them. “I’m happy you’re safe my two little kitties.” she said.

“I was wondering when you would show up Yasaka and Fujimai” said Shina with a smile.

“Good evening lady Shina. It’s a pleasure to have you here with us.” said the now named Yasaka as she bowed to Shina.

“You don’t need to call me lady Shina. I’m close friends with your mothers and being called lady makes me feel old.” said Shina.

“But aren’t you…?” asked the now known Fujimai before Yasaka flicked her on the forehead. “Ouch, Okay okay, I get it Saka.” she said.

Issei was looking at Yasaka and Fujimai, and seeing their nine tails were making him very happy.

“Fluffy tails.” he said as he pointed at Yasaka’s and Fujimai’s tails.

Yasaka and Fujimai were about to respond to him before they saw Deity hugging him closer to her with a pout on her faces.

“Is this your grandson, Shina?” asked Yasaka to Shina.

“Yes, he is my son.” said Miki.” His name is Issei.” she continued. “And those are my little girls Rivera and Trina.”

“You must be Miki. It’s very nice to meet you.” said Yasaka.

“The pleasure is all mine. I’ve heard a lot about you from my mom.” said Miki.

“It is the same for us. Our moms told us a lot about you as well.” said Fujimai.

“I see. Hopefully only good things.” said Miki with a smile.

“You don’t need to worry about anything negative. Saka and I have only heard positive stuff from our moms.” said Fujimai.

“That’s good then.” said Miki before she realized something. “Excuse me for asking but why do you call lady Yasaka…?” asked Miki before she felt her mother placing a hand on her shoulder and shaking her head no.

“Fujimai liked being the only one to say that nickname.” said Shina with a giggle as Fujimai then blushed.

As she was blushing she felt Yasaka giving her a pat on the back. “It’s okay Fuji. I like you being the only one who can say that nickname~” said Yasaka with a smile on her face.

Fujimai’s neko ears twitched rapidly when hearing Yasaka speak this way before she recomposed herself.

“A-Anyways, why don’t you guys enter? We can discuss better inside than in front of the palace.” said Fujimai as everyone nodded.

They then made their way to the palace.

While they were walking, Issei went up to Kunou and Koneko since he hadn’t introduced himself yet.

“Hi. My name is Issei. I forgot to introduce myself.” said Issei to the two girls before he was hugged again by Deity. She didn’t want to be away from him.

“It’s nice to meet you. You probably know who we are, right?” asked Koneko.

“Should I?” asked Issei confused which surprised Kunou and Koneko. They weren’t expecting someone to have no idea who they were.

“You don’t know who we are?” asked Kunou.

Issei shook his head no. “I mean I know your names but other than that not really. I also learned your names recently.” he said with a big smile.

Kunou and Koneko looked at each other for a moment before they had smiles on their faces. “It’s nice to meet you too Issei.” they both said.

Yasaka and Fujimai saw this out of the corner of their eyes and smiled when seeing this interaction.

“You can sense it right Saka?” asked Fujimai quietly.

“I can but it’s surprising that it’s close to awakening at such a young age. That doesn’t typically happen.” said Yasaka.

“What do you mean? I was asking about them having the potential of being friends.” said Fujimai as she didn’t understand what Yasaka meant.

“Oh, you didn’t sense it?” asked Yasaka surprised.

Fujimai took a quick look at Issei before she then looked back at Yasaka. “Oh, that’s what you meant. It is pretty strange like you said.

“Did you see Kichi talking with that girl?” asked Yasaka nervously.

This made Fujimai sigh. “Saka. You don’t need to be that worried. From what I could see they have a lot in common.” she said to Yasaka.

“I still can’t help but be worried Fuji. It’s the first time one of my foxes has had an opportunity like this.” said Yasaka as she kept on looking at Rivera taking with Kichi as they were laughing as well. “And I’m also surprised to see that girl looking almost like Kichi.” she continued while looking at Trina.

Fujimai quickly looked around to see if anyone was looking at them before she pulled Yasaka in for a loving kiss.

After a few moments she pulled away from a blushing Yasaka. “Do you feel a bit better now Saka?” asked Fujimai.

“Y-Yes. Thank you Fuji.” said Yasaka while blushing.

“Are you two in a relationship~?” asked Miki as she was right behind the two.

“Please don’t tell anyone yet. We don’t want it to interfere with the negotiations between our factions.” said Yasaka as she looked at Miki.

This surprised Miki before she nodded. “Of course. Your secret is safe with me you don’t need to worry.” she said to them as they sighed in relief.

“Thank you. I really appreciate you doing this.” said Fujimai.

“Do you mind if I ask you a favor though?” asked Miki.

“Hopefully it’s not anything too demanding.” said Yasaka.

Miki shook her head no. “Don’t worry it is not. I just want to know where you two got those kimonos. Is there a clothes store here that sells clothes like these?” asked Miki.

“There is a certain clothes store here where you can get outfits custom made for you.” said Yasaka.

“Oh. Hopefully it is not too expensive.” said Miki.

“Do you want us to lend you some money?” asked Fujimai to Miki.

This made Miki quickly shake her head no. “Oh it’s okay. You don’t need to do that. I wouldn’t want to trouble you.” said Miki.

Yasaka then opened a portal really quickly and placed something in Miki’s hands. It was a small stack of cash that would be enough to buy several things. “In that case what about considering it as a gift. It would be rude to refuse a gift wouldn’t it?” she said to Miki.

“I...You…” said Miki before she heard Shia say something to her.

“I wouldn’t try to refuse them. Their mothers do the same thing.” said Shina.

“Alright then. I’ll accept their gift.” said Miki.

The group continued on walking before they reached the palace.

“Lady Yasaka and Fujimai. Who are the people behind you?” asked a guard standing near the entrance.

“Those are some guest who are going to stay some days with us. I expect you give them the same treatment as you do with us.” said Yasaka as the guards nodded.

“Yes Lady Yasaka. We will treat them as such.” said the guards.

Yasaka smiled and then she invited everyone else to enter the palace.

 

As then entered, Issei, Rivera, Trina, Miki and Deity were surprised by the amount of gold and stuff there was in the palace. It was bigger than anything they had seen.

“Whoa. This place is huge.” said Issei as he was amazed.

“Yeah, but you haven’t seen anything yet.” said Kunou as she smiled happily.

“There’s even more stuff in the other room.” said Koneko as she smiled too.

“Can we go see them?” asked Issei to the two.

The two girls looked at their mothers with pleasing eyes.

“Can we show Issei around please?” they both asked.

Yasaka and Fujimai couldn’t say no to such cute faces.

“Of course you can. But remember to be there at 9 for dinner, and don’t be late alright?” said Fujimai as she was at their level.

“Yes mom.” said Koneko.

“Thank you Auntie Fujimai.” said Kunou with a smile.

“Thank you pretty kitty.” said Issei which made Fujimai laugh.

“You’re a really cute boy you know that?” said Fujimai with a small laugh.

“Mommy always told me I was cute.” said Issei as he still smiled.

“Well she’s not wrong.” said Fujimai as she then got up. “But anyway, don’t forget, be there at 9.” continued Fujimai before the three of them went to visit the palace, not before the triplets followed Issei.

Kichi, Kuroka and Rivera all watched them walking through the palace with smiles on their faces.

“I don’t know about you two but I’m going to head to the gaming room. You can join me if you want to though.” said Kuroka as she started walking in a different direction.

Kichi and Rivera both looked at each other before shrugging as they then followed where Kuroka was walking to. Trina decided to join them to keep teasing her sister.

Shina and Miki decided to go to their rooms to unpack their family’s thing for their trip.

Issei, Koneko, Kunou and Deity were all walking through the palace halls while talking to each other.

“So what do you think of Kyoto so far? Is it what you expected?” asked Kunou.

“I had never been here before but the city looks so pretty. All those lights together were incredible.” said Issei.

“What about you? You haven’t talked much since you came here.” asked Koneko.

Deity hid behind Issei when asked this question.

“Is this normal for her or is she not usually like this?” asked Koneko to Issei.

“I’m not sure. She’s normally fine around me.” said Issei. “Maybe she isn’t used to seeing other people.” he continued.

“I can understand that. I can be closed off when I first meet people too.” said Koneko to Issei.

“What about me then?” he asked to Koneko.

“You seemed friendly so you’re an exception.” said Koneko.

“Thanks Koneko.” answered Issei with a smile.

“You’re welcome.” responded Koneko.

“Do you want to see the view from outside? It’s really cool.” said Kunou.

“Oh yeah!” said Issei as he was very excited.

Kunou smiled at Issei before she lead them all outside as she opened the door to the outside. They all walked outside but once Kunou shut the door, her ears began twitching rapidly.

“Whoa, you’re right. The view is incredible!” said Issei as he was looking around.

“Something doesn’t feel right.” said Koneko as she looked at Kunou who had a similar expression on her face.

Once she said this, a magic barrier began to appear around the area that they were currently standing in.

“Whoa. Is this some kind of magic or something?” asked Issei as he was about to touch the barrier before Deity quickly pulled him back.

“What’s wrong? Am I not supposed to touch it?” asked Issei as Deity nodded.

As she was about to speak, she saw a portal appear. “I was hoping that one of you would touch the barrier but now I’m disappointed.” said a man that came out of the portal.

Seeing this man made Kunou very uncomfortable.

“Oh. What’s wrong Kunou? Not happy to see me?” asked the man.

“W-What are you doing here…?” asked Kunou as she was starting to get scared.

“Can’t I come see my daughter?” said the man with a twisted smile.

“Y-You can’t be here! Mom banished you after what you did!” shouted Kunou to the man.

“Well, what a shame, I was expecting to spend some alone time with you my daughter. But I guess it can’t be helped. Take the two girls, guys.” said the man as even more people appeared and surrounded the group.

“Hey! What are you doing?!” shouted Issei as he didn’t understand what was happening but knew it wasn’t good.

“Get lost kid.” said the man as he kicked Issei away.

All the girls screamed his name as Deity went to him as Kunou and Koneko were both about to be taken by the other men.

Deity then looked to be extremely angry. She tried to heal Issei a bit before she rushed at the man with her attributes out and punched him in the guts.

“W-What the hell is that kid?!! How is she this powerful?!!” he shouted before he saw the attributes.

Deity leaped back and concentrated her energy before firing blasts all over the place.

Several of the men that Kunou’s father brought with him were being launched all over the place. Some of the blasts were even strong enough to knock them unconscious.

“She’s strong. And how does she have fox tails?!!” shouted the man.

“You’re a big meanie and your hurt my first friend.” said Deity as she began to rush towards him.

Kunou and Koneko managed to go towards Issei thanks to Deity’s fight and they were both protecting Issei.

“I didn’t know she had all of those attributes.” said Kunou as she launched fox fire at someone who tried to grab her.

“And I wasn’t expecting such fighting spirits.” said Koneko as she punched someone with her fist.

Deity was currently attacking Kunou’s father but she was starting to get tired quickly.

“Looks like you have power but don’t know how to control it.” said Kunou’s father before attempting to grab Deity by the neck.

Deity then blasted him right in his privates to make him back away.

“D-Don’t touch me…” said Deity while panting.

Issei was currently on the ground, extremely upset he couldn’t do anything to help in this situation, before he heard a voice speak to him. “If you want power then I can give you some but you’ll only have one attack to make use of it.”

Issei didn’t understand where the voice came from, but he couldn’t stand the thought his friends were getting hurt and he couldn’t do anything to help them.

“Can I ask you two a question?” asked Issei to Kunou and Koneko as he tried to get up weakly.

“Of course.” they both said to him quickly.

“Can you two try and blast the barrier with your energy? I have an idea that might help up get help or escape from their trap.” he said as he was now standing on his feet.

Kunou and Koneko were confused but decided to trust Issei and used their energy to attack the barrier keeping them trapped.

“I don’t know who spoke to me but I’ll need your help right since this is what I’m using my attack for.” said Issei before his arms bean to glow red and green.

Everyone stopped their fighting as they saw the light coming from Issei.

A red gauntlet with a green jewel appeared on Issei’s arms, and then as the light got brighter and brighter, Issei’s power also seemed to increased.

“You bad guys can hurt me however you want, but no one...hurts my friends!!!!” shouted Issei as he then used whatever strength he had left and punched the energy blasts that Koneko and Kunou fired at the barrier which allowed the blasts to break though it.

“Shit! That damn kid managed to break the barrier. We need to run or else it’s over for us!” shouted Kunou’s father as him and his men tried to leave the scene.

As he was about to try and escape, he felt his body moving slower than how it normally should be.

“You made several mistakes today but one crucial mistake you made was trapping yourself in as well.” said a voice that came from the crack in the barrier before he barrier completely broke apart.

“Mama!!” said Koneko happily.

Fujimai smiled at her daughter before she vanished as then everyone saw that some of the men that Kunou’s father had brought were unconscious.

“How?!!! No one is that fast!!!” shouted Kunou’s father.

“Outside of this barrier you would be right but since we’re in an enclosed space I can bend it to my will with my ki control.” said Fujimai.

Kunou’s father was surprised but before he could respond he was suddenly slammed extremely hard against the ground by a fiery fist.

“I gave you a chance to leave peacefully. It’s your fault that you didn’t take it.” said Yasaka as she had an angry expression on her face.

“Mommy!!” shouted Kunou happily.

The other people that fought alongside Kunou’s father tried to escape before they were blasted by ki or attacked by fire.

“Not so fast nya. You tried to hurt my sister.” said Kuroka.

“You will pay dearly for trying to ruin this peace.” said Kichi.

“Oh well if it isn’t my other…” said Kunou’s father before he shouted loudly in pain due to being kicked extremely hard in the nuts.

“Shut up and just accept defeat.” said Rivera. “Also, don’t you dare talk about Kichi like that.” said Rivera before kicking him in the nuts again which surprised Kichi.

“Big sis?” asked Issei trying his best to stand up.

As he tried to stand up, he was supported by Trina.

“I won’t accept defeat!!! There is nothing in this world that could make me…” said Kunou’s father before he felt an extremely terrifying presence coming from close by Issei.

“How dare you hurt my sweet little boy.” said Miki with an extremely angry look on her face and a deadly aura coming from her.

The pressure that was being released by Miki was so terrifying that it made Kunou’s father pass out from complete fear.

Deity then quickly ran over to Issei with worried expressions on her face as she examined his body carefully.

“Don’t...worry Deity...I’m...fine…” said Issei but unfortunately he couldn’t take it anymore and passed out as he fell on the ground.

“Issei!!!!” shouted Deity, Miki, Rivera, Trina, Kunou and Koneko.

Chapter Text

The sun was shining in Kyoto after what had happened last night. The men that attacked the children had been taken care of. But Issei was still unconscious on his bed. His body was still trying to recover after he used his boosted gear.

Deity was sleeping next to Issei. She was worried for her first friend, she didn’t want to be away.

Suddenly, she heard a knock on the door.

“Is little Issei awake yet?” asked a familiar voice.

“He isn’t, Lady Yasaka.” answered Deity as she rubbed her eyes.

“Would it be okay if we came in?” asked another familiar voice.

“Why should I let you come in Lady Fujimai?” asked Deity.

“Please let them in Deity. They said they can help wake Issei up. They also came because Kunou and Koneko were very worried as well.” said a third familiar voice.

“Okay...you three can come in…” answered Deity.

The door then slowly opened as the three women walked into the room.

Yasaka and Fujimai then went near Issei and extended their hands and lent Issei some of their ki.

Deity looked at this as she could sense Issei’s aura was slowly getting more stable and normal.

“This should be enough. He should wake up soon with this.” said Yasaka with a smile.

“What did you do exactly?” asked Miki to Yasaka and Fujimai.

“Issei’s energy was fluctuating dangerously, and if we didn’t try to slow it down, it would have been very dangerous for his body. So we used our ki to maintain a slower and more stable state. Like this his aura shouldn’t be a problem for the time being.” said Fujimai to Miki.

“So it will be a problem in the future?” she asked worried.

“Only if he doesn’t train himself to maintain it. You see, as we suspected, he awaken his sacred gear at a very young age, and his body was not trained for it, which means it would destroy his body if he tries to use it again.” said Yasaka.

“But if we train him to master his inner energy and his body, he will be able to control his sacred gear and not hurt himself when he will fully awaken it.” said Fujimai.

Miki was surprised by this and she couldn’t but feel worried for her son. She wanted him to live a normal life even with the supernatural outside, but now she knew he would have to overcome challenges and other battle coming his way.

“Do you think we should try to ask ‘him’ for his opinion on the matter or should we not even risk it?” asked Fujimai to Yasaka.

“Hmmm. I’m not sure. On one hand he would have knowledge of a scenario like this occurring but on the other hand we’re informing him that the wielder of the boosted gear has already awakened.” answered Yasaka.

“This is a problem indeed.” continued Fujimai.

Yasaka nodded before she turned to Miki. “I’ll leave the decision in your hands Miki. The person that we could contact would have knowledge about how to help Issei’s development but he can be unpredictable.” said Yasaka.

“If you think he can help Issei then I accept.” said Miki. “But if he even hurt my precious boy then I’ll make him regret it.” she then continued and Yasaka and Fujimai got scared for a second.

Fujimai then got her phone out and made a phone call to the person they were referring to earlier. “I’m going to make this a short call since you can be annoying sometimes. I’m in Kyoto and happened to find the wielder of the boosted gear. It’s your choice whether you show up or not.” she said.

The phone then hung up before Yasaka, Fujimai and Deity soon felt someone appearing outside of the palace.

This made Yasaka and Fujimai sigh.

“As smart as he claims he is, you’d think he’d use common sense.” said Yasaka.

Yasaka then tell the guards to let the man enter the palace.

The guards nodded and the man entered the palace. Yasaka and Fujimai went to greet him.

“Queen Yasaka and Fujimai, it is a pleasure to meet you once more.” said the man as he bowed to them.

“Thank you for…” said Fujimai before noticing the person who was standing next to the man. “Who’s the teenager?”

“Oh, this is my little girl Raynare.” said the man as the girl sighed.

“How many times have I told you not to call me your little girl with everyone you meet?” asked the now named Raynare.

“Come on, don’t be like that to your father. I’m just showing everyone you are my daughter, is there a problem with it?” asked the man as he laugh a little bit.

“Maintain your composure and keep your cool.” said Raynare to herself.

She then bowed to Yasaka and Fujimai. “It’s an honor to meet the Yokai Queen and the Nekoshou Queen in one place. Please excuse my father’s casual behavior.” said Raynare.

“it’s a pleasure to meet you as well Raynare. And do not worry for your father, we are used to him behaving like this, but that doesn’t mean we accept it nonetheless.” said Yasaka as she looked coldly at the man.

Raynare then tugged on her father’s ear. “I swear if you tried to do something even remotely perverted again with women then I’m telling Shemhazai. You know he won’t be happy.” she said to her dad.

“Ouch ouch, alright alright.” he said to her daughter as he placed a hand on his ear.

Raynare’s gaze then softened on her father. “Just because you’re still recovering from mom’s death doesn’t mean you need to go after any woman you see…” she said as she looked away.

“I know that. You don’t need to remind me.” said Azazel as he then let got of his ear.

“My condolence for your wife’s death Azazel. But I agree with your daughter. Anyway, I’ll lead you to the boy’s room, but be careful, do not do anything that might anger his mother.” said Yasaka as she turned to walk towards Issei’s room.

The now named Azazel nodded and followed Yasaka and Fujimai before they arrived at Issei’s room.

They entered the room and noticed Deity sleeping while hugging Issei. It was so cute that Miki had already taken plenty of pictures.

Azazel entered as well and noticed Deity’s assets.

“Very interesting.” he said.

“You’re not here for her, but for the boy.” reminded Fujimai to Azazel.

Azazel took a look at Issei and noticed something interesting. “It appears his sacred gear appeared earlier than it was supposed to. His body wasn’t able to handle the power output of it yet so it almost shut itself down completely.”

“That’s what we figured. We already took care of his aura problem, now we just need for him to wake up.” said Fujimai.

Azazel shook his head no. “It’s not that simple. His sacred gear would still have some effects on his body after it awakened. You’d need something to subdue its effect on his body for now in order for him to wake up.” he said.

“Haven’t you build something like that before? Like one of those gloves or bracelet things?” asked Raynare to her father.

The mention of building items made Deity’s ear twitch.

“Well yes but the ones I’ve made have been for helping release power and not trying to reduce it.” said Azazel.

“Why not just reverse the effects? That should be simple enough if you just reverse the functions of how it works.” said Raynare.

“It might be possible but it’ll take some time for me to have it ready. I can have one probably by tonight.” said Azazel as he had his hand on his chin.

This made Raynare sigh. “You’re lucky I like to tamper with your stuff.” she said.

She then pulled out a glove from a magic circle. “Check it for me before I put it on his left hand. You’d know if it would work or not.” she continued.

“When did you?” asked Azazel before being cut off.

“Question me later and check it now.” said Raynare.

Azazel took the glove in his hand and took out a device from his pocket to check the schematics of the glove that Raynare handed him.

“How did I do? Do you think it’ll work?” asked Raynare.

“Not bad for one of your first work kiddo. This should definitely do the trick for now.” said Azazel with a proud smile to his daughter.

Raynare then smirked at her father. “Just because I’m not in the lab much doesn’t mean I don’t pay attention to what you tell me” she said.

Raynare then took the glove from her father and was about to put it on Issei herself before she then handed it to Miki. “As much as I’d like to be the one to do it I think it should be you who does it.” she said to Miki.

“How did…” said Miki before Raynare stopped her.

“Know you were his mother? I saw how you looked at him, it was easy to tell.” she said as Miki smiled and took the glove.

“Thank you then.” she said before she took Issei’s left hand and placed the glove on it.

Once the glove was on, a glow surrounded Issei’s body before his eyes shot open and he began coughing a bit.

“What happened? Last thing I remember I was…” Issei was cut off by Miki hugging him tightly.

“I was so worried. I’m so happy that you’re awake.” said Miki with tears in her eyes.

“I’m sorry I worried you mommy…” said Issei with an upset expression.

“Don’t worry sweetie. It’s just a mother’s job to worry about her children. On the other hand though I’m so proud of you.” said Miki with a smile.

“Huh? Why are you so proud of me? I didn’t do anything special. The girls did all of the work.” said Issei as he looked down.

“I would disagree. You actually contributed a significant amount.” said Fujimai which surprised Issei.

“What do you mean?” asked Issei.

“What Fuji means is that without you striking Kunou and Koneko’s blasts with your boosted gear we wouldn’t have been able to get there in time.” said Yasaka as she smiled at Issei.

“I-I see. I still don’t think I deserve that much credit though.” said Issei before Deity spoke up.

“You saved me. Even with how much energy I have I was running low on it. So you cracking the barrier was the best think you could do.” she said to him.

“As touching as this moment is, I must take my leave. If you do need anything in the future though do give me a call.” said Azazel. “Also, you should always have this glove on until you know how to use your aura and power.” continued Azazel.

“Is there anything you want in return for this glove?” asked Issei.

Azazel thought for a moment before he answered Issei’s question. “You can repay me by enjoying your childhood and trying to get a better handle on your strength. That’s all that I’ll ask of you Issei.” said Azazel.

“That’s it? That doesn’t seem like I’m repaying you.” answered Issei.

Azazel smiled at him. “Don’t worry about it. If you do that for me then you’re helping me out by a lot. I promise.” said Azazel.

Issei nodded before Azazel took his leave with Raynare, not without her giving Issei a smile.

“Now that you’re awake I believe there is something important that has to happen.” said Fujimai with a serious expression.

She was then hit on the back of the head by Yasaka. “I know you like to play pranks but now is not the time. You can come on in you two.” said Yasaka.

Issei was about to ask who was there before he felt two people jumping on him both with extremely happy expressions on their faces.

“Issei you’re awake!!!!” shouted Kunou and Koneko as they hugged him tightly.

Issei hugged them both back. “I am but are you two okay though?” asked Issei to Kunou and Koneko.

“We’re okay. A couple of scrapes but other than that we’re fine.” said Koneko.

“Yeah. And it’s all thanks to you.” said Kunou with a smile.

“I’m just happy that I could help.” he said to them.

Kunou and Koneko smiled at him happily before they both heard 4 sets of footsteps coming from the hallway.

“I hear that he is awake. Please tell me he is okay.” said Rivera as she appeared in the room.

“How’s my brother?!” asked Trina as she also appeared

“He is fine. Look for yourself.” said Miki as she showed Issei to Rivera and Trina.

Issei just waved cutely at them.

Rivera and Trina rushed to Issei and hugged him tightly. “We thought we lost you little bro/brother.” they said to him.

“I-I’m alright you two. B-But you’re crushing me. I can’t breath.” said Issei as he couldn’t breath normally with how strong Rivera and Trina was hugging him.

Rivera and Trina quickly backed up to give him room as they rubbed the back of their head embarrassed.

“Looks like he’s awake. That’s good to hear nya.” said Kuroka from the doorway.

“It is. He gave all of us quite the scare.” said Kichi.

“Hi Kichi. Hi Kuroka.” said Issei as he waved to them.

“Hi Issei.” said Kuroka to Issei with a smile.

“Good to see you are awake.” said Kichi with a smile as well.

“Well, I still don’t know how I woke up but I’m not gonna complain.” said Issei cutely.

He then realized something as he looked up. “Wait, where’s Grandma Shina?” asked Issei.

“She was with Shizune and Magari, the two ladies you saw with her in the park.” said Miki to Issei.

“Oh, I need to go see her and show her I’m okay.” said Issei as he was about to get up.

“There is no need for that.” said a voice coming from the doorway.

Issei saw that Shina was standing near the doorway alongside Shizune and Magari.

“We are sorry for being late but we were finishing up an important meeting.” said Shizune.

“How did it go? I know we had to step away due to ‘his’ interference so we were not informed about how it ended.” said Yasaka.

“It went pretty well. We managed to tied everything up, and now the Nekoshou and the Yokai are officially allies.” said Magari with a smile.

“That’s a great news, right Saka? We finally managed to have our factions allies.” said Fujimai as she hugged Yasaka lovingly.

“You know what this means right?” asked Yasaka to Fujimai before Fujimai kissed her lovingly.

“Oh my~She was waiting for this~” said Miki as she smirked at this scene.

Kunou and Koneko blushed when they did so, Shizune and Magari were even more proud, and Issei was just wondering what they were doing.

“You mom seems pretty happy.” said Rivera to Kichi.

“Mom and Auntie Fujimai have been in love with each other for a very long time. It’s a long story that I won’t get into now but I know they’re both very happy.” said Kichi.

“I really hope I can find someone like that someday. Most people aren’t that into how I behave back home.” said Rivera before she felt something she hadn’t felt before.

She looked over to see Kichi giving her a kiss on the cheek as her eyes widened by a lot and her jaw dropped practically to the floor.

“That is for sticking up for me earlier.” said Kichi as she then giggled when seeing Rivera’s shocked and surprised expression.

Trina was smirking and giggling at this.

“Well isn’t this quite interesting to see~Does my oldest granddaughter like someone~?” asked Shizune with a teasing smile.

“M-Maybe.” said Kichi with a blush. “She’s really cool.” she continued.

Rivera still had her jaw dropped from the kiss on the cheeks.

Once she fully processed the kiss she vanished for a short moment which surprised the few that noticed before they saw Rivera reappear.

“How interesting.” said Fujimai with a curious expression.

Kuroka was watching this with an amused expression on her face.

Magari saw this out of the corner of her eyes and then had an idea that would be very fun. “Kuroka, how have things been going with you and Murakami~”

This made Kuroka blush a lot since she wasn’t expecting a question like this. “I-It has been going well nya.” she said to her grandma.

“Who’s Murakami?” asked Issei.

“Murakami is her girlfriend.” said Koneko to Issei.

“Oh, so then is Kunou your girlfriend?” asked Issei with a curious expression.

“We’re just really close friends.” said Kunou to Issei.

“Speaking of Murakami, when was the last time Akami has visited us Fujimai?” asked Yasaka to Fujimai.

“She hasn’t visited since her kids were young from what I remember. We both know the reason why she’s busy though.” said Fujimai.

“Indeed.” said Yasaka before she realized something. “Wait a second...Issei’s sacred gear is the boosted gear right? That means…” said Yasaka before she started feeling a powerful energy quickly coming towards Kyoto.

Fujimai quickly looked at Yasaka. “Call Akami. Now!” said Fujimai as Yasaka immediately started calling Akami.

But as she was doing this, the powerful energy landed strongly in front of the palace.

“I’ll try to buy you time.” said Fujimai before she went to answer the door.

There, she saw a woman with long light blue hair, blue dragon horns, tails and wings with blue eyes.

“Hello Tiamat. It’s nice to see you again.” said Fujimai to the now known Tiamat.

“Drop the act cat. You know what I’m her for.” said Tiamat.

“Listen Tiamat. You know his wielder isn’t the one responsible for leaving you. You can’t always live in the past.” said Fujimai to Tiamat.

“It’s clear it is not you who was abandoned and who had to take care of two hatchling alone.” said Tiamat with an angry tone.

“I’ll ask you a single question. After I ask you this question and you give me an answer you can do whatever you would like to.” said Fujimai to Tiamat.

“What is your question.” said Tiamat with venom in her voice.

“Before I ask you that I actually had to raise two kitties by myself so don’t think you’re the only one who went through hardship.” said Fujimai.

Tiamat’s gaze softened for a moment before she recomposed herself. “What is your question? I can tell that you’re trying to stall for time.” she said.

“What will you do if the person that just recently awakened Ddraig is a kid? Will you kill him without remorse of will you wait until he’s older?” asked Fujimai as Tiamat was taken aback.

Tiamat paused for a moment since she was unsure of how to answer. “I’ll have to decide when I see the next wielder.” she finally said.

“Alright then. Go ahead and meet them.” said Fujimai as she opened the door.

Tiamat quickly went inside the palace and immediately located the room where Issei was. She then opened the door quickly before her expression was that of total surprise.

“Hi. What is your name?” asked Issei politely with a big smile on his face.

“My name is Tiamat. My business here is finished.” she then said.

Before she left, she felt a faint presence that made her stop in her tracks. She then looked back at Deity who looked at her confused.

“Why do you feel like…?” asked Tiamat in total shock.

Tiamat still looked at her but then she noticed the dragon wings on her back, as well as the other attributes that aren’t dragon ones.

“Wait, now I’m extremely confused. That doesn’t happen too often.” said Tiamat as she couldn’t understand what was happening.

“Is there something wrong miss?” asked the triplets to Tiamat.

“What is your origin?” she asked to the triplets before they all immediately went over and hugged Issei tightly with scared expressions.

“They don’t really like to talk about it. I suggest you leave that out for now.” said Yasaka as she approached Tiamat.

“Fine by me. I’ll satisfy my curiosity another day.” said Tiamat before she happened to look at Trina.

Rivera stood in front of Trina just in case Tiamat tried anything funny.

Tiamat decided to experiment a little before taking a few steps forward just to test Rivera’s resolve and see how strong it was.

Rivera was shaking but didn’t move away from Trina. Tiamat was going to take one more step forwards before she was stopped by someone.

“You’ve gotten your enjoyment now cut it out.” said Miki as she didn’t look happy from Tiamat’s actions or behavior.

“Since you’re bound to have a way to knock me off my feet I’ll listen to your warning. I do know your history after all and who you were.” said Tiamat which confused everyone but Miki and Shina.

“Please do not reveal anything that she doesn’t want to speak of.” said Shina to which Tiamat nodded at.

“That’s acceptable. Everyone has their secret that they wish to keep hidden.” said Tiamat before looking at Yasaka.

“So where is she hiding? I know you most likely called her due to your wife stalling for you.” continued Tiamat.

“Oh, the pretty wolf lady is here.” said Issei as he pointed somewhere in the room as Akami, a beautiful woman with long red hair, nine red wolf tails, wolf ears and red eyes, appeared.

“Tiamat. I already told you to stop going after ‘that man’s’ wielder every time he appear.” said Akami as she had a sad expression on her face.

Tiamat looked down a bit as Akami said this.

“Thankfully this time it was a kid, imagine if it wasn’t. You would have killed someone that had nothing to do with this story.” continued Akami.

“I couldn’t go through with it…” said Tiamat quietly.

Issei could see Tiamat was sad, but he didn’t know why. So he got up and went towards her.

Tiamat noticed him approaching and was wondering what he wanted. But she didn’t expect him to suddenly hug her legs. He was smaller than her so he couldn’t hug her normally.

“Mommy always told me that when someone is sad, giving them a hug always helps.” said Issei with a big smile on his face as he was looking at Tiamat.

“Can you make me a promise?” asked Tiamat to Issei as she went to his level.

“What is it miss?” asked Issei cutely.

“Promise me that you’ll never lose that kind heart of yours.” said Tiamat to Issei.

“Of course. I don’t want to make people sad. Mommy always told me it would be easier if everyone were happy.” said Issei as he still had that very big smile on his face.

Tiamat couldn’t help but smile a little bit at his answer.

“Thank you.” she then said to him before she got up. “Akami? I think I’ll need someone to help me get back home.” said Tiamat as Akami nodded and went near Tiamat.

“Well then everyone, it was a pleasure to see you once more. And it was a pleasure to meet you Issei. You’re such a cute little boy.” said Akami as she smiled at Issei.

“You both are welcomed to come see us any time.” said Yasaka to Akami and Tiamat.

“Yes, come take the tea so we can talk about life and everything that have been going in our lives.” said Fujimai as Akami and Tiamat nodded before they both left to their home.

“What happened to her?” asked Issei to Yasaka and Fujimai.

Yasaka and Fujimai looked at one another, now knowing what they should say to Issei.

“It’s not our place to tell.” said Fujimai.

“If you want to know, you should wait until Tiamat wants to talk about it. Kinda like your friend here who don’t want to talk about her past.” said Yasaka to Issei.

“Oh. I understand. Then I only have to keep my promise. I did say I’ll stay the same as I am now. And I never break my promise.” said Issei with a smile.

“Issei is right. He never breaks his promise.” said Miki with a loving smile to her son.

“Speaking of promise, when do you think Deity can go shopping with you mommy? You promised to take her before we left.” said Issei to Miki.

“Oh don’t worry. I didn’t forget. But knowing her I didn’t want to take her shopping until you wake up. So since you are awake, we can now go after lunch, what do you say Issei?” asked Miki with a smile to Issei.

“That sounds awesome.” said Issei excitedly.

“When I’m picking out clothes, can you give me your opinion?” asked Deity to Issei.

“Of course. If I can help I’ll always do it.” said Issei with a big smile.

“Yay! Issei gets to help me pick out clothes!” said Deity excitedly.

“Well then, let me go prepare something for lunch before we go.” said Miki before she was stopped by Yasaka and Fujimai.

“It’s alright. You don’t need to do that. We have cooks here that can make stuff for you.” said Fujimai to Miki.

“But I insist that I should be the one to do it.” said Miki to Fujimai.

“You should be enjoying your vacation though Miki. We don’t want to make you have to work to do things.” said Yasaka to Miki.

“I appreciate your concern, but I suggest you try my cooking at least once.” she said to the two of them.

As Yasaka and Fujimai were about to try and protest once more, their mothers placed a hand on their shoulders.

“She let you both do something earlier.” said Shizune.

“Now it is your turn to allow her to do something.” said Magari.

Fujimai and Yasaka sighed in defeat. “Alright Miki. You can go and cook something for lunch.” they both said.

Miki smiled before she went towards the kitchen.

Everyone else went towards the dinning room where Issei took a sit next to Rivera and Shina as they all had big smile on their faces. Trina was right beside Rivera, still wanting to tease her.

“Is her cooking really that good?” asked Yasaka to Shina.

“Of course it is. You really don’t know what you have been missing.” said Shina with a smile. “I also taught her everything I know.”

After hearing that, Shizune and Magari quickly sat down.

Yasaka and Fujimai were very surprised by this, they had never seen their mothers like this.

“She makes the best desserts.” said Magari as Fujimai, Koneko and Kuroka immediately sat down as well.

“She’s also exceptional at preparing ramen.” said Shizune. After hearing this, Yasaka, Kichi, and Kunou all sat down.

Deity was surprised by everyone’s reactions. As she was about to ask questions she was stopped when she smelled something in the air that made her mouth water. She then also quickly sat down as well.

Not long after, Miki arrived with ramen, tray of fish and rice that she placed all around the table. And everything looked delicious.

She then arrived near Deity and served her a tray with one fish, one banana, one slab of meat, a piece of break and a small cup of ramen.

“This is for me?” asked Deity curiously.

“Yes. I didn’t know what you would like so I served a little bit of everything. I hope you will like it.” said Miki with a smile.

“All I’ve had to eat was energy so this should be a nice change of pace.” said Deity which surprised everyone.

“Wait, you’ve never had real food before?” asked Issei to Deity as she shook her heads no.

Shina frowned at this before Magari nudged her.

“Do the thing.” she whispered to her.

Shina looked at Magari with a serious face. “Without you tasting it first?” asked Shina to Magari.

Shizune then placed a hand on Shina’s shoulder. “Don’t be upset. She was just trying to make their first experience even more amazing.” she said.

“Even so, she should first taste it without it and then we can ask her if she want it.” said Shina.

Shizune and Magari nodded their heads in agreement.

Deity took a bite of their food before they had sparkles in their eyes.

“This is the best food I’ve ever had.” said Deity with sparkle in her eyes.

“I can make this for you whenever you’d like.” said Miki with a smile.

“Thank you Miki.” said Deity to Miki before she went back to eating her food.

Kunou and Koneko saw them eating before they also began to eat their food. They both then also had sparkles in their eyes.

“It’s so good. It’s even better than the food we used to have.” said Kunou as she couldn’t believe it.

“It’s the best food in the world.” said Koneko before the two of them continued eating their food.

The same thing happened to Kichi and Kuroka as they also had sparkle in their eyes.

Yasaka and Fujimai were very surprised by this. They then also started tasting the food, and their eyes sparkled as it was the best food they ever had.

“How can this be?” said Yasaka.

“This food is just even better than the best chef we have in the palace.” said Fujimai.

“See? I told you you should first taste my food~” said Miki with a smirk on her face.

Rivera, Trina, Issei and Shina had already finished their food.

“Can we have more?” they all asked.

“Of course. I made enough food for it after all.” said Miki before she brought back even more food for everyone.

“Thank you mommy.” said Issei with a big smile.

“You’re welcome sweetie.” said Miki.

Deity then finished her food and she showed her plate to Miki.

“Do you want more?” she asked to Deity as she nodded.

“Well then, here it is.” said Miki as she gave Deity even more food.

“Deity? Do you mind if I ask you a question?” asked Shina.

She then looked at Shina surprised. “What is it?” she asked.

“I may have a way to make the food even tastier, do you want me to try it?” asked Shina.

Deity thought about it for a sec as she wasn’t sure. She then looked at Miki who gave them a nod.

“If Miki is okay with it then I am okay with it.” said Deity as Shina smiled.

Shina waved her hands over her food before the food began to shine.

The smell of the food also got even tastier as well.

Deity took a bite as her eyes sparkled even more than they did before.

The food’s taste got way tastier than ever and it was so good she finished her plate in a minute.

Everyone smiled at this before they each finished their food soon afterwards.

“Well then Deity, are you ready to do shopping?” asked Miki to Deity as she nodded excitedly.

“Don’t forget me Mommy.” said Issei as he joined them.

Rivera and Trina were behind their mother and didn’t know if they should ask for more clothes.

“Miki, I gave you far enough to buy clothes for your whole family, so I think you should take Rivera and Trina with you as well.” said Yasaka to Miki with a smile.

“Oh, then thank you even more.” said Miki as she bowed to Yasaka. “Well then Rivera, Trina, prepare your stuff, we are going to buy you new clothes as well.” said Miki as Rivera and Trina jumped happily.

Kunou and Koneko watched this happening but they were pouting as this was happening.

“Do you mind if my family tags along Miki? I might even be able to get you a discount.” said Fujimai.

“In that case, do you mind taking Kunou and Kichi with you? They could use a good shopping trip.” said Yasaka to Fujimai.

“Only if you join us too.” said Fujimai with a smirk.

“Fuji, I have to go do some paperwork.” said Yasaka.

“If you don’t join us then I can’t give you ‘that’ tonight.” said Fujimai.

“What’s ‘that’?” asked Issei curious.

“J-Just grown up things.” said Yasaka with a blush.

Issei didn’t question more and just nodded. “Alright. But will I get to have ‘that’ as well when I’m grown up?” asked Issei innocently.

“That depends on Deity~” said Miki.

Deity and Issei didn’t understand what Miki meant but they just guessed they would understand later.

“Your brother is pretty innocent isn’t he?” asked Kichi to Rivera.

“Yeah, but I have a feeling he won’t be so innocent in the future.” said Rivera.

“I kinda want him to stay that way.” said Trina.

“Me too.” said Rivera.

“Better enjoy it while you can nya.” said Kuroka with a smile.

“I guess you’re right.” said Rivera as she kept looking at her younger brother’s cute face.

“Of course I am nya. I’m always right.” said Kuroka as she placed a hand on her chest proudly.

“When did that become true?” asked Koneko.

“Shirone, don’t be mean to you big sis nya.” said Kuroka with a pout.

“I’m finding it hard to believe that you’re the older sister. Soon enough I’ll probably be the grown up between us.” said Koneko as she smirked at her sister.

Kuroka then smirked back at her sister as she revealed to her just how many tails she truly had.

“What do you think of my 3 tails~?” asked Kuroka as Koneko then pout.

“Not fair.” said Koneko with a pout.

“I’ve been training every now and then since ‘that’ happened Shirone. Our mom and grandma have been helping me do it.” said Kuroka.

Koneko shuddered when she realized what Kuroka was talking about before she smelled something that snapped her out of it.

Kuroka then handed Koneko something that surprised her. “I asked Miki if she could make your favorite sweets. She didn’t know what they were so I told her about them.” said Kuroka as she looked away from Koneko.

As she was looking away, she felt Koneko hug her.

“Thank you sis.” said Koneko as she hugged Kuroka.

“I was so worried yesterday. You know that right?” said Kuroka.

“I’m sorry I worried you…” said Koneko being being cut off.

“What happened yesterday was not your fault Shirone.” said Kuroka. “Those bad guys did that on purpose without you and Kunou knowing. I know that you are a tough kitty though and you’ll be fine later on.” finished Kuroka.

“I am a tough kitty nya.” said Koneko with a serious expression.

Kuroka smiled at this and rubbed the top of Koneko’s head before she ate her own dessert.

“Why did you kiss me earlier if I might ask?” asked Rivera to Kichi.

“Aside from wanting to repay you someway for what ‘he’ said I’m not sure to be honest.” said Kichi to Rivera.

“Wanna hang out just each other at some point?” asked Rivera with a blush.

“I’d like that.” said Kichi also with a blush.

Trina smirked at her sister which made her blush more.

Yasaka saw this happening and was about to shout in excitement before Fujimai quickly clamped a hand over her mouth.

“Shhh. Let them be for now.” said Fujimai to Yasaka.

Yasaka took a deep breath and then nodded her head.

Fujimai then removed her hand before going back to her dessert.

“I don’t get why you stopped me Fuji. You did the same when Kuroka and Murakami started to like each other.” said Yasaka as Fujimai then blushed.

“At this moment they weren’t here.” said Fujimai with a blush.

Yasaka then went back to her dessert as everyone else had nearly finished their own.

As Miki was about to take everyone’s dishes to the sink she was stopped by Shina.

“Let me do it. In the meantime, you should all go do the shopping.” said Shina to Miki.

“I know that you won’t back down until I let you do it so I’ll concede.” said Miki. “But don’t have too much ‘fun’ with Shizune and Magari.” continued Miki.

“I’m happy that you know me so well my daughter.” said Shina.

“Oh and don’t forget to invite ‘her’ as well. You wouldn’t want to make her jealous~” continued Miki as Shina nodded.

“Don’t worry~I had already planned this~” answered Shina. “But what if I included another one~” asked Shina.

Miki took some seconds to understand who she meant. “You do know that she can’t leave her current location for too long right?” asked Miki.

“I’m aware of that. I’m sure she will leave by the time you get back.” said Shina.

Miki smirked at her mother before turning around and getting her things ready to go shopping. Deity immediately went towards her, asking if it was time.

Miki smiled before looking at Issei, Trina and Rivera who all got up from the table.

“I’m happy to go shopping mommy.” said Issei.

“I wonder what Kyoto will have for clothes.” said Rivera.

“You think they’ll have clothes for my new body?” asked Trina.

“Probably.” said Rivera. “But we’ll have to see.” she continued.

“Are my two foxes ready to go shopping?” asked Yasaka to Kichi and Kunou.

Kichi and Kunou both nodded to their mother as they stood up.

“I need a new outfit. This one could be improved.” said Kichi.

“I can’t wait to spend time shopping with mamma.” said Kunou.

“What about you two? Are you both ready?” asked Fujimai to her daughters.

“Yeah mommy! Let’s go shopping!” said Koneko all excited.

“I could use a new kimono.” said Kuroka as she stretched.

“Well then, let’s go everyone.” said Miki as everyone nodded and left the palace.

After everyone left, Shina had finished the dishes and she looked at the two other people in the room. “Bedroom or here~?” she asked with a smirk.

“Let’s go to the bedroom~” said Shizune.

“Once we’re there, you can invite them both.” said Magari.

 

Once the group got to the shopping district, the people who hadn’t seen it before were incredibly shocked.

“Everyone always have that expression on their face the first time.” said Yasaka.

“Yeah. It never get old does it Saka?” asked Fujimai.

Issei then looked at Yasaka. “Why do you not have your ears and tails miss?” asked Issei.

“Oh sweetie, people can’t see me with them. That’s why I have to hid them. And it’s the same for Fuji or my two foxes.” said Yasaka.

“You do realized we can always go to the section right? We don’t have to hide our attributes there.” asked Fujimai to Yasaka.

“I think our guest would also like to visit Kyoto in its entirety.” said Yasaka.

“Indeed. I would love to see every part of Kyoto.” said Miki to Yasaka.

“Alright then. I guess we can stay here.” said Fujimai. “Remember that Deity and Trina might need to be tailored by someone experienced to the supernatural though.” she continued.

“I know, but we can always have some clothes be taken for Issei and Rivera first. And I gave Miki well enough money to buy a lot of clothes.” said Yasaka.

“True. Where to first?” asked Fujimai.

“I suggest we find some Kimono for Rivera~She might need some if she wants to spend time with Kichi~” said Miki.

“I would certainly agree.” said Yasaka.

“Mom...this will surely hurt me more than you...so you can get overjoyed…” said Kichi as she looked away while blushing.

Yasaka then looked at Fujimai who nodded as well. Yasaka then started shouting excitedly as she saw her little girl finding love for the first time.

People looked at her weird but didn’t question it.

“You’re lucky we are not in the Yokai part of Kyoto. The paparazzi would’ve eaten that up.” said Fujimai to Yasaka.

“Yeah well now that our factions are ally, I don’t think it would be a bad idea.” said Yasaka as she kissed Fujimai on the cheeks.

Fujimai blushed as her heart beat faster.

“More please nya…” said Fujimai as she looked away.

“Of course my lovely kitty~” said Yasaka as she took her in an embrace and kissed her lovingly.

“Mmmmh~I love your kisses~” said Fujimai as she answered the kiss.

Miki then started couching which made Yasaka and Fujimai stopped.

“I remind you there are children here.” she said as Yasaka and Fujimai immediately stopped.

“What were they doing mommy?” asked Issei to Miki.

“They were just showing each other’s love.” said Miki to her son.

“So then should I do this with Deity to show her I like her?” asked Issei as he didn’t know what he said meant something completely different.

“Well, not on the lips, that is for adults when they really like each other.” said Miki to Issei.

“Okay mommy.” answered Issei as he went to Deity and kissed her on the cheeks, making her blush.

She had a happy expression on her face but the blush on her face was more present.

Kunou and Koneko saw this happen while they pouted.

Deity soon recovered and kissed Issei on his cheeks.

Kunou and Koneko pout even more as they saw this.

“Now now. Don’t be upset you two. You both still have time before he leaves Kyoto after all.” said Yasaka.

Kunou and Koneko stopped pouting and sworn to spend more time with Issei before he left Kyoto.

“That’s the spirit you two.” said Fujimai to the two girls.

Miki smiled when seeing this before she asked Yasaka. “Where would you get a kimono?” asked Miki.

“Oh, the best non yokai one can be bought right there.” said Yasaka as she pointed to a shop crowded with people.

“It seems there is quite a lot of people in this shop.” said Miki.

“Indeed. It is the most well known one in the human Kyoto.” answered Yasaka.

“Will we really have time?” asked Miki.

“Don’t worry about it. We are VIPs there. We have a special entrance. Follow me.” said Fujimai before she started moving towards an alley and everyone else followed her.

They arrived near a steal door, Miki was about to ask why they were there until the door opened.

“I was wondering when you two would come back. I was beginning to wonder if you didn’t like my clothing.” said a teasing voice.

“Come on Zinnia. You know we love your clothes.” said Fujimai with a smile.

The now named Zinnia was a woman with long light brown hair with two braided twin-tails.

“I know you do. They’re perfect after all.” said Zinnia with a smirk.

She then noticed Miki. “I see you brought a pervert with you. Tell me more about her. I want all of the details.” said Zinnia with a smirk.

“Later, right now we need clothes for the children.” said Yasaka as she pointed at Issei who smiled brightly.

She looked at Issei. “Cute kid. Reminds me a lot of my own.” she said before she then noticed Deity. “How interesting.” was all she said before she went to get some clothes.

Miki then looked at Yasaka and Fujimai. “Who is she?” she asked.

“She is a very good friend of ours. Her name is Zinnia and she is a succubus.” said Yasaka which surprised everyone.

“So that’s how she knew…” said Miki as she was surprised.

“If it makes you feel any better we both knew too.” said Fujimai with a smirk which surprised her even more.

“Our mothers told us. Your mother is a pervert so it was only natural.” said Yasaka.

Miki had a blush on her face from this.

Issei then looked at his mommy. “What does pervert mean mommy?” asked Issei.

“A pervert is someone who does adult things little bro.” said Rivera to Issei.

“Then that means in the future I’ll be a pervert?” asked Issei.

“It’s possible but don’t shoot for it.” said Trina.

“T-Thank you Rivera and Trina for explaining.” said Miki.

“No problem mom.” said Rivera with a smirk.

“Anytime mom.” said Trina with a smirk.

“Hold on a minute. If she’s a succubus she might be able to explain things about myself to me.” said Deity to herself.

“Not until you’re older.” said Zinnia as she came back.

“Okay…” said Deity while looking down sad.

“Please don’t be upset. Sometimes in life we have to wait for things to be patient. I will help you when it’s time. I promise that to you.” said Zinnia. “Besides I’m also the queen so you would get the best training possible. I can guarantee that.” continued Zinnia which surprised the people who didn’t know.

“How has Erika been?” asked Fujimai to Zinnia.

“She’s been good. She’s been waiting for Shina to call her again.” said Zinnia.

“Oh, well she might take some more time before calling her. Right now she is with our mothers at Saka and I.” said Fujimai to Zinnia.

“You don’t think she also invited her?” asked Yasaka.

“Now that you say it, it is possible.” said Fujimai.

“I’d definitely see her do that.” said Zinnia.

“Knowing my mom she definitely would.” said Miki.

“I couldn’t expect less.” said Zinnia as she smiled at Miki. “Anyway, come with me, we have lots of clothes to try for you.” said Zinnia as everyone entered the VIP zone.

“Who would you like to try on clothes first?” asked Miki.

“Can I go first mommy?” asked Issei to Miki.

“Of course sweetheart.” said Miki to her boy.

“Thank you mommy.” said Issei happily.

Issei walked over to Zinnia as she helped him with his clothes.

She was about to help him take off his glove before Miki stopped her. “That needs to stay on his hand for the time being.” she said.

Zinnia looked at her and saw she was dead serious, so she accepted it.

“I will do my best to work around it then.” said Zinnia.

After a few moments, she had finished helping Issei with his clothes and looked carefully at him to see if it was a good fit or not.

“I think it looks good on him but what about all of you?” asked Zinnia.

“He looks incredible. Look at my little boy. He’s so cute.” said Miki as she was really liking Zinnia’s taste in clothes.

“I’m happy that you see the vision.” said Zinnia to Miki.

Zinnia had given Issei a red and brown shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.

“Can I keep it on or do I have to take it off?” asked Issei.

“You can keep it on. Once your mother buys it it’s yours.” said Zinnia with a smile.

“Okay. Thank you miss.” said Issei with a big smile.

“Awwwwww, you’re such a cutie.” said Zinnia as she played with his cheeks.

Trina was completely fan girling when looking at Zinnia.

“I take it you’re a fan of succubi?” asked Zinnia.

Trina didn’t say anything but nodded her head.

“Can I ask you a question if you don’t mind?” asked Miki to Zinnia.

“Sure, ask away.” said Zinnia to Miki.

“How are you able to work in a store like this when you’re the queen of the succubi? Surely you must be very busy.” asked Miki.

“That’s an easy question. It’s because of my work ethic. I’m an extremely hard worker while I have an abundant amount of energy and stamina.” said Zinnia.

“I see. That’s interesting to know.” said Miki before looking at Rivera. “Would you like to see what they have Rivera?” continued Miki.

“Would you have Kimono miss?” asked Rivera to Zinnia.

“Just call me Zinnia, and yes of course. Where do you think Kichi got hers~?” asked Zinnia with a smirk as Rivera and Kichi blushed.

“How did you know I wanted a kimono like hers?” asked Rivera to Zinnia.

“I didn’t, but I could feel the emotion and feelings you had for her when I looked at you~” said Zinnia as Rivera blushed even more. “You two both feel the same way about each other by the way~Hopefully this helps you not have any hesitation about pursuing one another~” continued Zinnia as she went to go and get a kimono for Rivera.

Rivera and Kichi were both bushing while trying not to look at each other due to their own personal embarrassment.

Zinnia walked back out with a bronze kimono. “I think this one should be pretty good for you. It’s not too fancy and it also emphasizes your beauty.” said Zinnia to Rivera.

Rivera was still blushing but she took it and went to change her clothes. Once she came out, she was wearing the kimono. She looked very good in it, and Kichi couldn’t help but blush at how pretty she looked.

“You look amazing…” said Kichi to Rivera.

“I told you that she liked you~” said Zinnia to Rivera.

“My my~You look very good indeed Rivera~” said Miki to her daughter. “Now that I remember, you said you had a daughter, right Zinnia?” asked Miki to Zinnia.

“Actually I have two like you. But they are in our home in Kuoh.” she said as then Miki was surprised.

“In Kuoh? We live here as well.” said Miki which surprised Zinnia.

“Really? Then we need to set up a play date between your children and my daughters.” she said half joking, half serious.

“Do you travel for work often?” asked Miki to Zinnia.

“Only when I have a lot of energy to use.” she said.

“Maybe I could help you use some energy~” said Miki with a smirk.

“I wouldn’t mind that~” answered Zinnia.

“Careful you two, don’t forget Issei is here.” said Rivera as she pointed at Issei who was with Deity.

“Someone wants to keep him innocent I see.” said Zinnia with a smirk.

“it’s not that. It’s just he’s too young to even think about something like this. So you two don’t even think of showing him pervert things until he is older, got it?” said Rivera as Miki and Zinnia got a little chill in their body when she said this.

“Is this what others are like when I’m serious…?” asked Miki quietly.

She then had a happy expression on her face. “I’m very proud of you sweetheart. You’re doing your mommy proud.” said Miki to Rivera.

“Thanks mom.” said Rivera as she smiled at her mother.

“Why can’t I do the same?” asked Trina while pouting.

“Don’t worry sweetie. You have it in you. It just might not be unlocked yet. In time it will be.” said Miki while smiling at her daughter.

“Thanks mom.” said Trina.

“You’re welcome.” she said before turning to Zinnia. “So where do we pay for the clothes? I think we’re ready to check out.” asked Miki.

Zinnia then walked over to Miki and whispered something into her ear that surprised Miki.

“Can you two please take everyone outside of the store while I pay for the clothing?” asked Miki to Yasaka and Fujimai.

Fujimai tilted her head in confusion before the realization hit. “Of course nya. Come along everyone.” she said as she walked outside.

Everyone else nodded before they waked out of the store.

“So how do you…?” asked Miki before Zinnia immediately began kissing Miki on the lips passionately with a blush on her face.

“Mmmmh~I’ve been sensing your perverted energy this whole time and it was driving me crazy~I had to get a kiss in~” said Zinnia as she blushed.

Miki was surprised by this. “If that’s what you want as a payment then let me properly repay you~” she said before she pulled Zinnia in closer and began to give her a very deep kiss.

“Mmmmh~It was so smart to have this idea~” said Zinnia.

After a few moments, they stopped kissing as Zinnia moved away while licking her lips. “Thank you for the energy~You gave me quite a lot~” said Zinnia.

“No problem~If you need more, just call me~” said Miki as she licked her lips.

Zinnia then noticed that she had accidentally made Miki’s clothes a bit messy so she quickly helped her fix them. “Let me fix this for you.” she said.

“Thank you for the clothing once more.” said Miki.

“No problem Miki.” said Zinnia with a smile.

Miki waved her goodbye with a smile as Zinnia waved back.

As Miki stepped out of the store, she saw Yasaka and Fujimai smirking at her.

“You took a little while there~” said Fujimai with a smirk.

“Did you two enjoyed it~?” asked Yasaka to Miki.

“I don’t see what you mean~” said Miki with a smirk as well as she licked her lips again. The taste of Zinnia’s lips was still on hers.

“You do realize you were in there for 10 minutes right?” said Fujimai.

“Oh my, really?” asked Miki as she was surprised.

“Fuji isn’t lying to you Miki.” said Yasaka.

“I guess I must have enjoyed myself a little bit too much~” said Miki.

Fujimai smirked at this before looking at Yasaka. “Is it time that we head to the supernatural section? Deity need her clothing too.” she said.

“I believe it is time to get her her clothing.” said Yasaka.

“Yippee. Time to get our clothes.” shouted Deity in excitement as she jumped around.

“Let me show you where to go. Don’t worry Miki. You will like this store the most out of everyone here. Trust me.” said Fujimai.

“What are you planning? I know you’re up to something.” said Miki to Fujimai.

“You’ll just have to see when we get there.” said Fujimai.

Miki sighed as she followed Fujimai to the clothing store as everyone else also walked as well. They eventually stopped near an elevator.

“Why are we at an elevator?” asked Issei.

“You’ll see.” said Fujimai before they all walked into the elevator and she swiped a card in a slot next to the buttons which made a new button appear.

“Whoa. There’s a secret button?” asked Rivera surprised.

“Want to do the honors of pressing it?” asked Fujimai as Rivera didn’t hesitate in the slightest and immediately pressed the button.

The elevator then began going to the floor where the supernatural stores were located as after a few moments, the elevator stopped moving. The door then opened to a floor of several different shops.

“Whoa. Is there more shops here than upstairs?” asked Issei.

“There are far more shops indeed.” said Kuroka.

“There is also a really good candy stores here too.” said Koneko.

“It’s the same for ramen as well.” said Kunou.

“Which store are we going to?” asked Miki to Yasaka and Fujimai.

“This one~” said Fujimai with a smirk as she pointed towards a store.

Miki then walked into the store and was surprised by what she saw.

“You didn’t think I only worked in human shops right~?” asked a familiar voice.

“I must say I’m surprise.” said Miki as Zinnia was working inside the shop.

“Oh, it’s the lady from upstairs.” said Issei.

“There’s an elevator at the back of my section of the store. So it can go in between the floors if I have customers on either floor.” said Zinnia.

“You do know you can take a break right?” asked Yasaka.

“Not with my amount of energy.” said Zinnia with a smirk.

“You just get more interesting by the second~” said Miki to Zinnia.

“How sweet of you to say~” said Zinnia with a smirk.

They were staring at each other for a few moments before Deity snapped them out of it. “Is it time for clothes now?” she said.

“Could you first reveal your horns to me? I need to see what I’m working with in terms of size.” asked Zinnia to Deity.

“Just the horns? Shouldn’t I reveal the other stuff too?” asked Deity, which surprised Zinnia.

“What do you mean by other stuff? Do you mean the wings and tail?” asked Zinnia.

“Well, yes.” said Deity. “Shouldn’t we also reveal the ears too?” she continued which now made Zinnia very surprised.

“Ears? Aren’t you just succubi?” asked Zinnia to Deity before she revealed all of her assets which made Zinnia’s jaw drop.

“Yeah, we had the same reaction.” said Yasaka as Fujimai nodded.

“It feels good to let my tails out again.” said Deity as she moved her tails side to side. “Are you okay miss? You’re looking at me funny.” said Deity.

“I’m fine. I’m just surprised is all.” said Zinnia.

Miki saw all of this happening before she got an idea and walked over to Zinnia before whispering something into her ear.

Yasaka’s and Fujimai’s ears twitched after they heard this as they both looked at one another with smirks on their faces.

“It looks like our plan worked Fuji.” said Yasaka.

“It sure did nya.” said Fujimai with a smirk.

“What was the plan you two made?” asked Trina with crossed arms.

“Look closely at your mother and Zinnia~” said Yasaka to Rivera.

Rivera and Trina humored Yasaka and looked over at the two woman before they immediately ran over to Issei to quickly cover his eyes.

“What’s happening sis?” asked Issei.

“Don’t worry little bro. Your big sis just wanted to cover your eyes as a little prank.” said Rivera and Trina.

“Oh. Okay big sis. Let me know the prank is over.” said Issei with a smile.

“We will, don’t worry.” said Rivera and Trina as they were currently watching their mother kissing Zinnia passionately on the lips.

Deity saw this happening with confused expressions on her face before she realized what was happening and had intense blushes with steam coming out of her ears.

Miki and Zinnia heard this before they saw the expressions of Deity before they quickly stopped kissing one another.

“Well, I suppose we should find them good clothes now.” said Zinnia as now she was blushing a lot.

“Y-Yeah, let’s go Deity.” said Miki as she followed Zinnia inside the store.

Rivera and Trina then stopped covering Issei’s eyes.

“Is the prank over big sis?” asked Issei.

“Yes, it is.” said Trina to Issei.

“Okay. What was the prank?” asked Issei to his sister.

“I...uh…” said Rivera before Kichi chimed in.

“If she tells you what the prank was, it would ruin the surprise.” said Kichi.

“Oh, is there a surprise after this? I can’t wait to see it.” said Issei all excited.

“Sorry but the prank is over little bro.” said Rivera.

Issei pouted at this before Kuroka spoke up.

“If it makes you feel any better you get to watch what outfit Deity pick for their first clothes.” said Kuroka to Issei before looking at Kichi and Rivera. “That’s correct information right? I wasn’t paying too much attention.” she continued.

They nodded to her which she smiled at and did a little dance.

“Your sister is funny Koneko.” said Issei to Koneko.

“She definitely is something.” replied Koneko.

“When will you call me by my nickname Koneko?” asked Kunou.

“I-I just forgot, that’s all.” said Koneko as she blushed.

“What’s her nickname?” asked Issei to Koneko excitedly.

“I-It’s Ohime.” said Koneko with a deep blush.

“Whoa. It’s a nice nickname Koneko.” said Issei to Koneko.

“I really like it when she calls me that. She always gets so embarrassed when she says it.” said Kunou.

“Stop it Ohime.” said Koneko while having a big blush.

“You did it again.” said Kunou.

“Stop it!” she said as she kept bushing.

“Please don’t fight you two. I don’t like it when I see my friends fighting one another.” said Issei which snapped them out of their fight and made them look at him.

“Y-You consider us your friends?” asked Koneko surprised.

“Yeah, why wouldn’t I?” asked Issei with a big smile.

“I-It’s just that aside from having each other we don’t have any other friends.” said Kunou.

“At least you have one more now.” said Issei with the same smile before Koneko and Kunou both hugged him.

“Thank you Issei. For being our friend.” said Koneko and Kunou to Issei.

“I’m happy that you’re my friends too.” said Issei.

Rivera got her phone out and immediately took photos of them hugging, so did Trina, Kuroka, Kichi, Yasaka and Fujimai.

Miki then stepped out of the room with Deity before immediately getting her phone out while also quickly taking a photo.

When Deity saw Issei hugging Kunou and Koneko, she started pouting very cutely.

“Are you in love with Issei~?” asked Zinnia to Deity.

“W-Well...Maybe a little bit…” said Deity.

Zinnia giggled a bit when hearing this before she got Issei’s attention. “Issei. Your friends have each gotten an outfit prepared for them.” she said.

Issei then finished hugging Koneko and Kunou and went towards Deity.

Deity was wearing pink shirt, pink belt, pink fingerless gloves, pink pants and pink boots.

“Whoa! You look very pretty.” said Issei to Deity.

Her kitsune tails all wagged happily.

“It seems like she’s happy with your opinion sweetie.” said Miki.

“Are you surprised? I picked perfect clothes earlier didn’t I” said Zinnia with a smile.

“Mommy? Why do you and miss Zinnia look like you are tired?” asked Issei to Miki.

“I’m still feeling tired from yesterday sweetie.” said Miki to Issei.

“Oh, alright. But you should sleep more then mommy.” said Issei to his mother.

“Oh don’t worry sweetie. I’m sure tonight I’ll have a very good night sleep.” said Miki as she smirked at Zinnia who smirked back.

Issei didn’t understand why they were looking at each other that way but he just assumed that they were being friendly with one another.

“Mom, can I have clothes now too?” asked Trina to Miki.

“If course sweetie.” said Miki before looking at Zinnia. “Could you help me pick clothes for her as well? She is...a special case too.” she continued as Zinnia was curious.

“What do you mean?” asked Zinnia.

Trina then let her kitsune tails, fox ears, dragon horns, dragon wings, and dragon scales out.

“Now that is extremely surprising. How is your daughter this special?” asked Zinnia.

“Deity gave her some of her energy one day, and ever since then she is like this. But isn’t she cute?” asked Miki to Zinnia.

“She certainly is.” answered Zinnia as Trina blushed. “She reminds me a little bit of my oldest daughter.” continued Zinnia. “Anyway, come with me Trina, I’m gonna give you the best clothes.”

Trina nodded and went with Zinnia to pick up her clothes.

 

Some time passed and they came back with Trina wearing a silver hoodie and silver baggy pants.

“Whoa sis. It suits you very well.” said Rivera to her sister.

“Thanks sis.” answered Trina to her sister.

“You look great big sis.” said Issei with a big smile.

“Thank you Issei.” said Trina with a smile to Issei.

“I think we have everything that we need from the store. Wouldn’t you agree Saka?” asked Fujimai to Yasaka with a smile.

“Indeed. And we even found clothes for our little girls.” said Yasaka.

Kuroka, Kichi, Koneko and Kunou were each holding a bag in their hands as they all had satisfied expressions on their faces.

“Was this the custom made clothes store that you mentioned earlier?” asked Rivera.

“Yep. That’s exactly that.” said Kichi to Rivera.

“So that explains why Deity and Trina got perfect outfits.” said Rivera.

“Of course. I’m the best when it comes to clothes.” said Zinnia as she looked proud of herself.

“How do you know what is a perfect fit for everyone?” asked Miki.

“I have extremely good vision. I know how to measure someone’s anatomy just by glancing at them. I can control what I see though.” said Zinnia.

“That’s a very interesting power.” said Miki as she was impressed.

“Let me just say Miki that you are exceptionally gifted~” said Zinnia as she whispered into Miki’s ear.

Miki was confused by what she meant before she realized what Zinnia was talking about and smiled at her. “Why thank you Zinnia~”

“You can thank me later tonight~” said Zinnia.

Miki smirked at her before she looked back over at Issei. “Are you ready to go back to the palace sweetie?” asked Miki.

“Yep. All set mommy.” said Issei to Miki.

As they were about to walk back to the palace, there was a shine coming from the floor before a magic circle appeared that caught Issei’s attention as he walked back over to it to see what it was.

From the portal appeared a little girl with light brown hair tied into braids in the front with pink glasses on her face and yellow eyes and an older girl with long light brown hair tied in a ponytail and yellow eyes. They both had a curious expression on their faces as if they were looking for someone.

“Mamma? Where are you? It’s almost time for dinner.” asked the smallest before she noticed Issei looking at her funny. “Who are you?” she asked to Issei.

“My name is Issei. What is yours?” he asked to the new person in front of him.

Before the little girl could answer she heard her mother’s voice. “What have I told you about showing up without warning sweethearts? You don’t know what kind of people will be in the shop.”

“I’m sorry mommy but I was wondering what was for dinner. There wasn’t anything I could find at the house that was prepared.” said the little girl.

“I tried to stop her but she always managed to convince me.” said the oldest girl.

Before Zinnia could respond to her, she saw someone giving a small container of food to her daughter. “Here. If you’re hungry this might help you a little bit.” said Miki.

Zinnia was surprised but recomposed herself. “From what I’ve been told from grandma Erica, this nice lady here makes excellent food. You should try it sweetheart.” she said.

“She seems like she’s friendly with you so I’ll trust her too mamma.” said the little girl before tasting the food as her eyes sparkled.

“Why don’t you have your horns out sweetheart? You know that when you’re in this store you don’t have to hide them right?” said Zinnia to her daughter.

The little girl nodded and let out her succubus horns, wings and tail and so did the oldest one.

“I prefer it that way.” said the oldest girl.

“Why don’t you have yours out though mommy?” asked the little girl as she had taken a small break from her food.

Zinnia looked at herself before smiling to her daughter. “I thought there were already out by mistake. Thank you for reminding me sweetheart.” said Zinnia.

Zinnia then revealed her succubus horns, wings and tail to everyone who hadn’t seen them before now.

“Wow. You look so cool like this miss Zinnia.” said Issei.

“Why thank you Issei” said Zinnia with a smile.

Trina was completely hyperventilating as she saw the three succubi.

Zinnia noticed this before she then looked back at herself before smiling at her daughters. “I believe I cut off your introduction earlier sweethearts. Why don’t you both introduce yourself to Issei here?” asked Zinnia to her daughters.

“Of course mamma.” the little girl then looked at Issei. “Hello, I’m Aika, the princess of the Succubi and the daughter of the Queen Zinnia” she then said.

“And I’m Tanji. The oldest daughter and big sister of Aika.” said the oldest girl.

Chapter Text

After Aika and Tanji had introduced themselves, everyone were about to head back to the palace. Zinnia, Tanji, Aika weren’t sure if they should come with them but Issei was persistent that they should. Yasaka and Fujimai found this cute so they agreed to let them join in on their dinner.

They were currently in the process of walking back to the palace.

“So how are succubi different from devils?” asked Rivera to Zinnia.

“Well from what I’ve read about their origin, succubi were originally supposed to be a hybrid of devils and angels before the process didn’t go as planned. An entirely new species was created instead of a combination between the two.” said Trina, surprising Rivera, Zinnia, Tanji and everyone else.

“How would you know that? You’ve only known about the supernatural for two days.” asked Rivera to her sister.

“I asked for a book about them from the Kyoto Library. It was very helpful and had a lot of information.” said Trina as she thanked Yasaka who thanked her in return.

“So how does the angel part of the process come into play? I understand where the devil traits come from but not the angel traits.” asked Miki to Zinnia.

“Well, the angel part of it let me read people’s emotions when I look at them. It also makes me not weak against light magic.” answered Zinnia to Miki. “Right now I can tell you’re very curious to know more about me.” she continued as she looked at Miki.

“So do you do contracts with people like devil?” asked Miki.

“We do not. Unlike them, we just need to feed of energy. It can be either when a person is next to you or it can be through “bedroom time”” said Zinnia with a smirk to Miki.

“I see. So then how many times did you need to use the second one?” asked Miki.

“Why do you want to know~?” asked Zinnia with a smirk.

“I have my reasons~” said Miki.

“Well if you really wanna know I only did it twice.” said Zinnia.

“Twice only?” asked Miki.

“Yes. One for each of my girls.” said Zinnia.

“I see.” said Miki

“It’s surprising I know~” said Zinnia before she paused and got really close to Miki. “You’d be my first MILF if things go well between the two of us~” said Zinnia which made Miki blush.

“Mamma, she only wanted information.” said Aika to Zinnia.

“I know sweetheart but it’s always fun to tease.” said Zinnia.

Aika nodded to her mother as if she was taking a mental note for the future. “I think we’re about to be at the end of the supernatural section of the district. We should probably put our attributes away.” said Aika to everyone as they all hid their attributes.

Zinnia smiled at her daughter with a loving smile. “I can tell that you’ve been working hard on your studies. I’m very proud of you sweetheart.” said Zinnia.

Aika pushed up her glasses with a proud expression similar to the one Zinnia had earlier. “I’m your daughter so of course I need to work hard.” said Aika.

“You’re really smart Aika.” said Issei with a big smile.

“Thanks Issei.” answered Aika with a smile as well.

“You’re welcome.” answered Issei as well.

“It seems our children are getting along.” said Miki to Zinnia.

“Well knowing what we have planned for the future, it’s not a bad thing at all~” said Zinnia as she smirked at Miki.

“It will be nice to see someone again after my husband passed away.” said Miki as she looked down.

“My second partner divorced me when he found out what I was. He left when I had just found out I was pregnant with my Aika.” said Zinnia.

“You didn’t have it easy either.” said Miki as they both looked at one another.

“It’s worse when you consider that my first husband died in a war 10 years ago.” said Zinnia which surprised Miki even more.

“So your daughters are…” started Miki.

“Half sister, yes.” finished Zinnia.

“Have you tried to be with anyone else?” asked Miki to Zinnia.

“Well unfortunately I have been unlucky with my past two partners.” said Zinnia as she looked down. “So I’m not really too optimistic.” she continued.

“If you’re open to give it another chance then I would be happy to be with you.” said Miki to Zinnia.

This made Zinnia smile. “As long as I’m with you then I think I should be perfectly happy.” said Zinnia.

“I should tell you that I do have feelings for another woman that is out there in the supernatural world.” said Miki with a blush.

“Don’t worry about that.” said Zinnia with a small smirk. “I checked your memories and noticed that she looks identical to a frequent customer that I have.” she continued.

“You know Aurora?” whispered Miki to Zinnia.

“I do~Wanna invite her tonight~?” whispered Zinnia.

Miki thought about it and a small perverted giggle escaped from her mouth before she realized it and quickly recomposed herself.

“If the three of us do become a thing after tonight, do you think it would be good if we helped raise them together?” said Zinnia to Miki.

“Should we mention ‘that’ to them Saka?” asked Fujimai to Yasaka.

“I’d say we can only if they want to pursue it though.” said Yasaka which Fujimai nodded at.

“Are you two talking about ‘that’ process right now?” asked Zinnia.

“We are. I’m surprised that you know about it though.” said Fujimai.

“Oh I’ve played matchmaker several times with people in my shop. Once or twice that has been mentioned.” said Zinnia.

“What is ‘that’ so I’m informed?” asked Miki.

Zinnia then whispered what they were talking about into Miki’s ear before quickly giving her a kiss on the cheek as well.

“Oh I see~That could be quite convenient~” said Miki to Zinnia with a smirk.

Zinnia was surprised by this. “I wasn’t expecting a response like this. You’ve caught me a bit off guard.” said Zinnia.

“So what does a perv like you do for fun?” asked Koneko to Aika.

Hearing this immediately made Fujimai look at Kuroka who looked away.

“The night sky is so nice today nya.” said Kuroka.

“You get less fish when you get home.” said Fujimai with a sigh.

“Nooooooooooooooo!” shouted Kuroka to her mother as she plead her to not punish her.

“I’m sorry Kuroka, but my decision is final nya.” said Fujimai.

“You do realize that I didn’t learn it from her, right mom?” asked Koneko.

“Then who did you learn it from Shirone?” asked Fujimai before Koneko pointed at her mother.

“I heard it one time while you and auntie Yasaka were talking. I figured it out what you meant the more you said it.” said Koneko which made Fujimai blush and feel bad.

“So does this mean I can get my fish back?” asked Kuroka happily.

Fujimai was still blushing so Yasaka answered her.” Yes you may.” said Yasaka to Kuroka. “She will also give you an extra one since she blamed you, right?” continued Yasaka.

“Y-Yes...I will give you one more.” said Fujimai as she was still blushing.

Kuroka was very happy about this. “Woohoo. Extra fish for me nya.” said Kuroka which made Koneko pout.

Kuroka noticed this and looked at her little sister. “Would you like to split it in half?” asked Kuroka to Koneko.

Koneko quickly nodded to her sister. “Yes please.” she said.

Kuroka just smiled back and promised to give her half of it.

Aika was surprised by how everyone interacted with each other and she still hadn’t answered Koneko’s question.

“What do you do for fun Aika?” asked Issei to Aika which snapped her out of her daze.

“I either study or play video games. It just depends on the day.” said Aika.

“That sounds fun.” said Issei to Aika.

Kunou was watching this while pouting. Deity saw this and slowly nodded to her, telling her that she’ll get used to it.

“You look nice in your clothes…” said Kichi with a blush.

“T-Thank you. I’m happy you like them.” said Rivera with a bush.

Trina was smirking a lot when seeing her sister like this.

“You like teasing your sister?” asked Tanji to Trina.

“Since she tries to be the cool big sister, I have to make sure that her persona breaks every so often. I don’t want her to be too much cooler than me after all.” answered Trina.

“Oh really?” asked Tanji before she got closer to Trina.” How cool are you if you don’t mind me asking?” she continued which flustered Trina.

“I-I think I’m pretty cool…” said Trina with a big blush on her face.

“Really? Can you show me?” asked Tanji.

Trina quickly looked over at Rivera for help, only to see that Rivera was eating popcorn while watching this happen.

“Say, mom gave you some quite unique outfit. Why is there a place for tails, ears and wings? Are you a real fan of Succubi?” asked Tanji as Trina kept on blushing.

This made Rivera chime in. “She had to get it due to an accident.” said Rivera. “It’s the same reason why she has silver hair instead of brown hair.” she said to Tanji.

“I was wondering why you were the only member of your family to have silver hair.” said Tanji to Trina.

“Y-You like my hair being silver?” asked Trina as she blushed.

“Honestly, I think it looks good on you.” said Tanji.

Trina smiled at this which made Rivera smile and place a hand on her little sister’s head. What Rivera didn’t expect is that this would trigger something in Trina. Trina’s new Kitsune ears and kitsune tails appeared from the movement on her head. Her dragon horns and wings also appeared from this movement.

This made Tanji’s jaw dropped practically to the floor.

“Is everything alright?” asked Trina nervously.

“You’re so freaking cool.” said Tanji excitedly.

“E-Eh…?” said Trina as her face was now crimson red.

“My my~Look at our daughters interacting with one another~” said Miki as she was smirking when looking at Trina and Tanji.

“I’ve never seen someone react so strongly to Tanji’s teasing~” said Zinnia.

This made Trina blush more before replying to Tanji. “Thank you for thinking I’m cool even like this…” she said.

“Of course you’re cool. I just wish I could compete.” said Tanji.

“I might be able to help make it happen before dinner.” said Deity to Tanji which surprised her.

“Really? That sounds awesome. Let’s do it once we get inside the palace.” said Tanji.

Issei then saw the palace and was excited. “We’re almost there. I can’t wait for dinner.” he said which made everyone smile at him.

“I’ll be sure to make your favorite sweetie.” said Miki with a loving smile.

“Yeah! Thank you mommy!” said Issei to his mommy.

“You’re welcome sweetie.” said Miki to Issei.

“Let’s all go inside. It’s your last night in Kyoto after all.” said Yasaka. “But you’re still welcome anytime you want.” she continued.

“Yeah. It’s been fun having you here. I know two people who are really going to miss you all.” said Fujimai with a smirk.

“Who?” asked Issei innocently.

“It’s your two new friends.” said Yasaka with a smirk.

“I’ve only made two new friends? I thought all of you were my new friends.” said Issei as he looked down which surprised everyone present.

“Huh. Wasn’t expecting that to be honest.” said Fujimai.

“We are honored to be your friends Issei.” said Yasaka.

“I’m very happy to hear this as well.” said Zinnia as she was extremely happy.

“Me too Issei.” said Aika with a smile.

Kunou and Koneko both hugged Issei as they were happy to have him as a friend.

“Well, you’re just too cute, I can’t not be your friend.” said Kuroka with a smile.

“I agree with you on that Kuroka.” said Kichi.

Rivera went over to Issei and ruffled his hair. “You’re being too cute little bro.” she said to him as he giggled.

“We’ve reached the palace. So let’s begin having dinner.” said Miki which everyone nodded to her as Yasaka and Fujimai opened the door.

Before they got inside, Zinnia began speaking. “Now Tanji, I can understand wanting to be different but…” Zinnia’s eyes widened and she froze once she realized that both Deity and Tanji were missing.

“What’s wrong Zinnia?” asked Miki as she looked back and noticed the two girls missing as well.

“We need to find them now. Tanji said that…” said Zinnia before everyone saw a bright flash coming from one of the rooms in the palace.

Everyone quickly went to the room only to see Deity having an extremely scared, worried and startles expression on her face while tanji was on the ground twitching.

Shizune, Magari and Shina quickly came into the room and noticed the scene that was happening in front of them.

“What happened?” asked Shizune.

“Ask them later. We need to start healing her.” said Magari as her body began to glow silver.

“I suppose you’re right.” said Shizune as her body began to glow a golden color.

The light was almost blinding everyone but Shina and Deity covered their eyes from the intense glare that the light was causing.

After a few moments, the light was gone and Tanji was on the floor but she looked very different than she did before.

“Instead of her hair being brown like it was before, it was now a bright crimson red color but that wasn’t the only change. On her head were now a pair of red cat ears. The ends of her arms were covered in glowing red fur and the bottom half of her legs were covered in the same red fur. The final change however was quite surprising. Instead of her regular succubus tail were now 9 red wolf like tails. Her succubus horns and wings were now red as well.

Everyone were extremely surprised by Tanji’s changes but Deity was still extremely upset by what she had done.

Before Shizune and Magari could do anything, Shina walked over to them and whispered something into their ears. They were unsure at first but eventually agreed albeit reluctantly.

Now that Shizune and Magari had moved, Zinnia quickly went over to her daughter and held her lovingly.

Tanji didn’t move for a few moments which worried Zinnia until Tanji’s eyes suddenly opened.

“What happened?” asked Tanji. “The last thing that I remember happening was that I asked Deity to make me cool like Trina.” she continued.

“Two things sweetheart.” said Zinnia.

“What are they?” asked Tanji.

“The first thing is that I’m happy that you’re safe.” said Zinnia.

“What’s the second?” asked Tanji.

“The second is a question.” said Zinnia before looking quite upset. “What in the world were you thinking making a request like that?!!”

This made Tanji look down. “I’m sorry mom. I just wasn’t thinking clearly. I’ll accept any punishment that you give me.” said Tanji as she was almost crying.

“Your punishment is being placed after your sister in terms of succession of the position of Succubus Queen.” said Zinnia seriously.

“That is an acceptable punishment but you probably should comfort her. She is only 10 after all.” said a new voice in the room.

“I know that mother but I was just making sure that she didn’t try something like this again.” said Zinnia. “I don’t want to lose anything or anyone else again.” she continued.

Zinnia turned back to see a woman who looked almost like an older version of herself. She had red eyes and light brown hair tied into a short braided ponytail. She also had the same black horns, wings, and tail as Zinnia.

The woman nodded at Zinnia. “I understand but there is still a time and place for everything. Comforting should always come before punishment in situation like these.” she said before she helped Zinnia and Tanji get up.

“Thank you for that Erica.” said Shina to the now named Erica.

“I didn’t do anything. I was just here for my family.” answered Erica.

As this was happening, Deity hadn’t moved at all. But one person was already near her.

“Are you okay Deity?” asked Issei with a frown on his face. “You seem upset.”

“I nearly killed someone…” said Deity as she was now sobbing.

“Hey. It’s not your fault. You didn’t know how to control it yes but everyone does mistake. The important part is to get up and promise ourself to never do that mistake again.” said Issei to Deity, trying to cheer her up.

Deity was still crying but some of the tears were starting to stop. “D-Does anyone here hate me for what I did?” she asked very nervously.

“Of course not Deity. Nothing here is your fault. So you shouldn’t feel bad.” said Issei to Deity.

“You helped save our lives.” said Koneko as she stood next to Kunou.

“We can’t hate you after you did that.” said Kunou.

“You’ve become extremely close to my little bro after his first friend had to move. I don’t think I can repay you for helping him so much.” said Rivera.

“You also saved my own life.” said Trina as she smiled at Deity.

Tanji looked down before Deity walked up to her slowly while holding Issei’s hand. Deity looked at Issei who nodded to her.

“Do you hate me for causing this whole mess?” asked Tanji.

Deity shook her head no. “One thing I learned from my first friend is that it’s always better to be kind to everyone. So I could never hate anyone.” said Deity. “Beside, I think you look pretty cool like this.” said Deity which surprised Tanji.

She looked around her body and saw her new form.

Tanji teared up a little bit before hugging Deity. She was forgiven and she got what she wanted, this was the best day for her.

“Group hug.” said Issei as he then joined the hug.

Koneko and Kunou both went over and joined the hug. Rivera and Trina joined shortly afterwards. After their sisters joined, Kuroka and Kichi shrugged before joining the hug as well. Eventually, Aika couldn’t help herself and rushed over to join in on the hug as well.

Everyone stayed in the hug as everyone else in the room left the room but not without Shizune and Magari glancing at Deity before leaving.

Once everyone stopped the hug, Miki came back into the room.

“Dinner will be finished shortly. So please take your seats.” said Miki to all of the children.

Everyone in the room nodded and went downstairs.

 

When they got downstairs, they saw Shizune, Magari, Erica and Shina all talking with one another in the kitchen with Shina giving them some tips.

“Don’t forget to add salts to it, it’s way better this way.” said Shina to Shizune.

“But won’t there be too much?” asked Shizune.

“That’s why you need to only add a little bit, not too much.” said Shina.

“How do we know what the perfect amount is?” asked Magari.

“Practice makes perfect Magari.” said Shina.

Magari pouted at this answer. “I don’t want to practice though. I want you to tell me the actual answer.” she said to Shina.

Shina sighed before scratching Magari’s ears. “Does this make you feel better?” asked Shina.

“A-A little bit. I definitely feel like practicing cooking now.” said Magari while purring.

“I don’t get anything for listening right away?” asked Shizune with a pout.

Shina smiled at this and began to scratch Shizune’s fox ears.

“Can I get a horn rub as well?” asked Erica with a smile.

“You may, you’ve been doing very well after all.” said Shina to Erica.

Erica closed her mouth to not make any noises but her tail was moving around quickly.

“I see you’ve been showing them some tips about cooking.” said Miki.

“I have.” said Shina. “I’m sure their cooking skills will improve even more in the future.” she continued.

“That’s good to hear.” said Miki.

“I’ve noticed that you two have been quite close. Did something happen while Zinnia was at the shopping district working?” asked Shina.

Miki and Zinnia blushed before Miki realized something.

“I just realized that I never spent the cash you handed to me. Please allow me to apologize and hand it back to you.” said Miki before she saw Yasaka stopping her.

“You can keep it. As I said before it is a gift. It is up to you how you choose to spend it and when you decide to spend it as well.” said Yasaka with a smile to Miki. “I also expected this outcome once Fuji came up with the plan to go to the shopping district that we went to.” she continued as Fujimai smirked.

Miki was surprised by this. “How did you come up with this plan if I may ask?” asked Miki.

“Well I remember the conversation that we had on the way to the palace about custom clothes and that got the gears turning in my head. I knew that Zinnia would be at the store that had the custom clothes but I couldn’t figure out how to get to the first store. Thankfully Saka being the one to understand my thought process the most put the pieces together once we arrived at the mall.” started Fujimai.

“How does she understand your thought process the most?” asked Rivera curiously. “Is it that you’re very close or is it something else?” she continued.

“We unfortunately can’t share that information with you.” said Yasaka.

“Is it something bad?” asked Issei with a nervous expression.

“It isn’t don’t worry. It’s just very personal for the two of us.” said Fujimai to Issei.

“Yes Issei. Don’t worry about this. Like Fuji said it’s something personal for the two of us.” said Yasaka to Issei as well.

“Okay. In that case I won’t ask more about it.” said Issei.

“Would you like any assistance with dinner mother?” asked Miki to Shina.

“It is my turn to do the cooking tonight. You can help with the dishes once we are all finished with dinner.” said Shina to her daughter.

“Fine by me Cooking Goddess~” said Erica with a smirk.

“Is everything alright Succubus Goddess?” asked Shina to Erica.

“What’s a Succubus Goddess?” asked Kuroka as she tilted her head.

“My Grandma was the creator of our entire race. So she’s referred to as the Succubus Goddess.” said Aika.

“Huh. Go figure.” said Kichi as she was surprised.

“So am I technically a divine Succubus or would I just be considered a regular one?” asked Deity which caught everyone’s attention.

“What do you mean by divine exactly?” asked Shizune to Deity.

Deity was surprised and quickly covered her mouth as she now had worried expressions on her face.

Issei was the first to go to her and hug her. “It’s okay. I’m here with you Deity.” said Issei as Deity felt better when Issei hugged her.

“If you don’t want to talk about it that’s alright.” he continued. “Do you all agree?” asked Issei as he sounded mature even for his age.

Shizune and Magari weren’t sure before Shina spoke up. “That is acceptable. She doesn’t have to say anything if she doesn’t want to.” said Shina.

“Miki. Could you take over the cooking? I need to have a chat with Shizune and Magari here.” said Shina with a serious expression.

“O-Of course I can.” said Miki surprised.

“Thank you.” said Shina before she walked out of the room with Shizune, Magari and Erica immediately following behind her.

Issei looked at them walking out with a nervous expression before Deity then hugged him which made him hug her back.

Shina soon arrived at a different room as she then opened the door which Shizune, Magari and Erica walked into as well before Shina shut the door behind them.

“Why did you make us come here Shina?” asked Shizune.

“Do you think that she is a threat? Be honest with me.” said Shina.

“If I must be honest I’m not sure about my answer. When she first arrived she unintentionally had the side effect of making your granddaughter die for a few moments before she revived her.” said Magari.

“But on the other hand she doesn’t seem like people who wants to do bad things.” said Shizune.

“It’s hard to answer this question without knowing her origin. If we knew it then I would have my answer. However due to her reactions I don’t wish to pry for information.” said Magari to Shina.

“That’s good. But let me tell you this. If you try to do anything against her, I will make you pay for it. Even knowing our past together, I don’t want my grandson to lose someone he consider as a friend.” said Shina as she looked at them with a serious look.

Shizune and Magari paused at this before Shizune spoke up.

“Let me ask you the same question then Shina. Do you consider her to be a threat?” asked Shizune with a serious expression.

“I do not.” she said instantly which surprised Shizune and Magari. “If she was really a bad person, she wouldn’t have revived my granddaughter when she died. She would have left her dead and probably killed my family as well, and yet she didn’t. And I know my grandson, he never goes near someone who is dangerous, and yet he was the first to come to her and help her that day. Even today he was the first to make her feel better.” she continued.

“Mind if I read your mind real quick?” asked Erica to Shina.

“If you want.” said Shina to Erica as Erica then locked her eyes onto Shina.

Erica then looked back at Shizune and Magari. “Everything she’s saying I agree with. She doesn’t seem like she wants to cause anyone harm. When I saw her expression earlier she also seemed like she was afraid of what she had done.” said Erica.

“If you two trust her then I’ll trust your judgment. I do have a condition however if you will agree to it.” said Magari to Shina.

“What is it?” asked Shina.

“That if she ever becomes a real threat, whether Issei doesn’t want us to do it, we will need to take care of her.” said Shizune.

“And that every two weeks on the weekend you and your family will bring her along with you to do some light training.” added Magari.

“I accept. Just don’t try to push Issei too hard. His stubbornness will sometimes make him push himself beyond his limits.” said Shina.

Shina shook both of their hands before they all returned to the kitchen as if pretending that nothing had happened.

As they left the room, Miki and Zinnia were talking with one another.

“Why does her tail has energy around it?” whispered Miki to Zinnia.

“It is to indicate how powerful I am my dear~” said Erica as she smirked at Miki since she heard what she said. “So are you the woman my adorable daughter has picked?” asked Erica.

“She is mom.” answered Zinnia while blushing.

Issei was still with Deity but then looked at Erica.

“Hello miss.” he said as he waved to Erica cutely.

Hearing a cute voice immediately made her look around the room before she looked at Issei and waved back at him quickly.

“Hello young one. What is your name?” asked the woman to Issei.

“I’m Issei. And you?” he asked cutely again.

“I’m Erica, nice to meet you Issei.” said Erica.

“I see that you’ve met my grandson Erica.” said Shina.

Knowing where this was headed made Rivera get Issei’s attention. “Hey little bro, look over here really quick please.” said Rivera as Issei did just that.

Erica smirked at this and didn’t hesitate to begin kissing Shina hungrily.

“Why do you always want my attention big sis?” asked Issei innocently.

“It’s just because you’re so cute.” she said to him before the triplets all looked at her while pouting after hearing the word cute.

“Hmph.” said Deity.

“What’s wrong Deity?” asked Rivera.

“Hmph.” said Deity.

“Did I say something to upset you?” asked Rivera.

“Hmph.” said Deity.

“What did I say?” asked Rivera once more as she was starting to be scared she really did say something bad.

“Hmph.” said Deity once more.

“I think she also wants to be called cute.” said Issei to Rivera.

“Oh, but of course she is cute.” said Rivera to Deity.

“I think she wants to be called the cutest though.” said Issei.

“Oh.” said Rivera as she was not expecting this. She thought Issei was the cutest though.

“Y-You...are...the...cute...cutest…” said Rivera as she didn’t want those words to leave her mouth.

Deity smiled at her happily as her tails wagged.

Issei saw this happen and smiled before he saw Rivera pulling him in for a hug with a pout on her face.

Kichi saw this and thought Rivera was very cute.

As if Deity head her she looked over at Kichi.

Everyone then heard the sound of the food being ready.

“It looks like the food is ready.” said Kichi immediately.

“Why aren’t you saying that they’re cute Kichi.” asked Kunou innocently.

When Deity heard Kunou calling her cute, her tails began to wag again.

Kichi then sighed before looking back. “You are very cute.” she said.

Deity then had a happy expression on her face as her tails wagged even faster.

Shizune and Magari saw this happen as they found it very cute. They still had their suspicions about Deity but they did have to admit that she was extremely adorable.

“So who is she exactly?” asked Erica.

“She hasn’t told any of us yet.” said Shina.

“So is there a reason why I can’t read her mind?” asked Erica.

This surprised Shizune and Magari. “Y-You can’t read her?” they both said as they were shocked.

Erica shook her head no. “Nope. I can’t read anything. This is definitely a first for me.” she said. “She does look absolutely adorable though.” continued Erica.

Shizune and Magari looked at each other before they looked back at Shina who was clearly staring at them.

Erica noticed this and added her opinion into the mix to try and help resolve things. “If your daughters trust them then why don’t you do as well?” asked Erica to Shizune and Magari.

Shizune and Magari weren’t sure how to respond to this question.

“But...don’t you think this is weird you can’t read her mind?” asked Shizune.

“Oh it’s definitely weird.” said Erica immediately. “But I’m not letting an unknown be the basis of my opinion about her though. To me that feels like I’m not giving her a chance.” continued Erica.

“You’re so hard to read sometimes nya.” said Magari to Erica.

“That’s part of the fun isn’t it?” asked Erica.

“I guess it is.” said Shizune as she sighed.

“Now that our conversation is done, I have some business to attend to.” said Erica before sitting at the table, ready to eat some food.

Once she was seated she then looked at Shina.

“How much did you teach her?” asked Erica to Shina.

“I taught her almost everything.” answered Shina.

“What is the part you didn’t teach her?” asked Erica.

“That’s a secret.” said Shina.

Erica then smirked at her. “Thanks for telling me~”

“Oh my, I forgot you do this.” said Shina with a smirk.

“You just didn’t want the others to know right~?” asked Erica.

“Maybe~” answered Shina with a smirk.

“It’s nice to meet you officially. I can tell that you and my daughter will most likely get along. My name is Erica as you might know but it’s very nice to meet you Miki.” said Erica to Miki.

“It is very nice to meet you as well Erica.” said Miki to Erica.

Erica smiled at Miki before she then asked a question. “So tell me how you two met~” she asked.

“I would tell you but there are children present~” said Miki to Erica.

“You don’t need to say it out loud, just think about it and I’ll just read your mind~” answered Erica.

Miki then remembered her encounter with Zinnia at the shopping district and this made Erica smirk.

“Oh I think you two will be very good together~” said Erica.

“Thank you for your approval~” said Miki with a smirk as she looked at Zinnia who smirked as well.

“It appears like we are set for our evening~” said Zinnia to Miki.

“We can’t begin the fun until she arrives though.” said Miki to Zinnia only.

“I’m aware. I’m looking forward to is as well.” said Zinnia before Miki and Zinnia noticed Issei trying to get Miki’s attention.

“Can I have more food mommy? I’m still hungry.” said Issei to Miki.

“Of course you can sweetie.” said Miki with a smile.

“Yay! Thank you mommy.” said Issei with a big smile.

“You’re welcome sweetie.” said Miki as she put more food on Issei’s plate. “Would you like some as well Erica? You do need to try my cooking after all.” asked Miki as she looked at Erica.

Erica handed Miki her plate as Miki then placed some food for Erica on the plate for her to enjoy.

“I hope you enjoy.” said Miki to Erica as she handed her plate back with her food on it.

Erica started tasting the food and it was delicious. Not at delicious as Shina’s cooking but still incredibly good.

“Incredible Miki. You’re a real chef.” said Erica to Miki.

“Thank you for your praise. I try my best.” said Miki.

“Can I have some more food Miki?” asked Zinnia to Miki.

“Of course you can.” said Miki.

Once the food was on Zinnia’s plate she quickly began to eat it. “Mmmmh~It’s just as good as before~” said Zinnia as she enjoyed the food.

“I’m happy that you still enjoy it.” said Miki with a smile.

After Issei finished his food he asked Aika a question. “So what is it like being a sucky bee?” he asked to Aika.

“A sucky what?” asked Aika confused.

“I thought that’s what you were called. At least that’s what she told me it was.” said Issei before pointing at Kuroka.

“Do yourself a favor and don’t listen to what she says.” said Koneko before she continued eating her fish.

“Shirone, don’t be rude to your big sister.” said Kuroka with a pout.

“Then give him good information next time.” said Koneko.

“I told him succubus. He just heard it wrong.” said Kuroka.

“Oh yeah. You did say that word. Sorry Aika.” said Issei as looked down.

Meanwhile, Koneko said sorry to her big sis.

“It’s fine. I can help you study if you want to. We could be study buddies.” said Aika with a smile.

“I would love to have a study buddy.” said Issei excitedly.

“What’s studying?” asked Deity to Rivera.

“It’s when you learn things and refresh yourself about things you already know.” answered Rivera.

“Can I study with you then?” asked Deity to Issei.

“Sure, that sounds like fun.” said Issei.

Deity smiled at this before they saw Kunou and Koneko pouting. “Do you two want to join us too? It could be fun if you were there.” asked Deity.

Kunou and Koneko smiled at this.

“Thank you for the offer.” said Kunou.

“Thanks.” said Koneko.

“So how are you feeling after your transformation?” asked Trina to Tanji.

“Honestly, it feels incredible.” said Tanji as she had her tails wiggling around.

“Tell me about it. I don’t know how to explain it, but being transformed like this feels way better than before.” said Trina to Tanji as her tails were also moving around.

“You still have that part of you there though. As good as the transformation is we have to make sure we don’t forget who we were.” said Tanji.

Trina looked at her Kitsune tails and remembered what was mentioned about how unique Kitsune actually were. “You’re right. I just can’t help feeling that way though. The world has opened up to me both physically and also mentally.” answered Trina.

“Sorry.” said Tanji. “I didn’t mean to make you feel like this was a bad thing. I guess I’m still just regretful about my request.” she continued.

“At least we have each other though right?” asked Trina.

This made Tanji pause before she had a small smile on her face. “I guess we do.” she said as she then looked at Trina.

Trina’s tails then intertwined with Tanji’s tails, making them both feel better.

While they were doing this, Yasaka and Fujimai noticed this wholesome interaction.

“Miki, Zinnia, you two should look at your daughters there.” said Fujimai as she pointed to Trina and Tanji.

Miki and Zinnia looked at this and were extremely excited.

“At this age this means they will be very close.” said Yasaka to Miki and Zinnia.

“If not more~” said Zinnia.

“Too soon for that.” said Miki.

“If they do this same thing as adults then it means that though.” said Fujimai.

Rivera was about to tease her little sister but at the same time she didn’t want to ruin this moment for her. She did promise herself to tease her more in the future though.

After this, everyone kept on talking for a while longer before Shina noticed what time it was. “I do hate to cut off everyone’s conversation but we should probably be preparing to head to bed now.” said Shina as everyone nodded.

Miki then gathered everyone’s plates as she went to the sink to clean them off.

“Mind if I help it go faster?” asked Zinnia as she approached Miki.

“Of course. I’d also love it to go faster.” said Miki with a smile.

While they were cleaning the dishes, Zinnia said something that made Miki blush a bit.

“I’m happy I met you today.” said Zinnia.

“I am as well. I had no idea that I would meet someone like you here. It’s even better that you also live close to my home as well.” said Miki as she blushed a bit.

“I’ve been meaning to ask you about that. If the rest of tonight goes well, do you mind if my family moves in with yours?” asked Zinnia as she blushed as well.

Shina and Erica heard that and they then spit their drinks. They weren’t expecting this to happen so quickly.

“I think you have something else to clean mom.” said Rivera.

“Could you get that for me please?” asked Miki as Rivera nodded.

“After you clean that up, can I talk with you?” asked Kichi.

“Of course.” said Rivera as she had finished cleaning which surprised Kichi.

“You’ve already finished?” asked Kichi to Rivera.

“Yeah. At our house it’s always better to clean up your messes quickly.” said Rivera.

“I see.” said Kichi before Rivera motioned her to come along.

Once they got to the room, Rivera saw Kichi close the door with a big blush on her face.

“Is everything okay Kichi?” asked Rivera.

Kichi nodded to Rivera. “I just wanted to talk to you before you leave tomorrow.” she said.

“Sure, what did you want to talk about?” asked Rivera.

“I just wanted to say that I really like you a lot. When I first met you I thought you were interesting since you didn’t know much about the supernatural but the more time I spent with you the cuter I found you and became more attracted to you.” said Kichi with a deep blush.

This made Rivera’s face turn crimson red since she wasn’t expecting such a heartfelt confession.

“It’s okay if you don’t feel the same way but…” said Kichi before she was cut off by Rivera kissing her on the lips lovingly.

“You don’t need to continue because I feel the same way.” said Rivera still with a her blush.

After a few moments, Kichi asked the important question. “Do you want to be my girlfriend Rivera?” asked Kichi while blushing.

“I would love to be your girlfriend Kichi.” said Rivera, also blushing.

“Let’s go back out there. My mom is probably getting more excited the more that we’re in here.” said Kichi to Rivera.

“Alright.” said Rivera as both of them walked back out.

As they walked back out of the room, they arrived in the kitchen where everyone was still there. The children where still playing a bit before heading to bed.

Yasaka heard footstep and she quickly looked around to see where Kichi was before spotting her.

When she saw her, she saw Kichi holding hand with Rivera as they were both blushing madly.

Yasaka looked at Fujimai who sighed but nodded her head.

“My baby girl has a girlfriend now.” shouted Yasaka happily.

Kichi heard her mother and she blushed so much she was even redder than before.

“M-Mom! You didn’t need to shout it out loud!!!!” said Kichi as her face was now extremely red.

“If it makes you feel any better, I had to argue for that much.” said Fujimai to Kichi.

“This doesn’t make me feel better. It just means she could have been worse than this, which is already not the best to hear. I’m just so embarrassed right now.” said Kichi as Rivera was also blushing.

“Oh come on Kichi, I’m just so happy that you got a girlfriend. I was waiting for the day you’d get one.” said Yasaka to her daughter.

“Is it all out of your system now Saka?” asked Fujimai.

“Yes, now it is.” she said as she took her breath.

“Good.” said Fujimai before walking over to Kichi. “Your mother means well Kichi. She can just sometimes get very excited about stuff she cares about. She didn’t mean to embarrass you.” continued Fujimai

“I know, but it’s just so new to me.” said Kichi to Fujimai.

“At least you have someone going through it with you. That got to count for something right?” asked Fujimai to Kichi.

This made Kichi pause. “I didn’t think about it like that.” she said.

“When you’re on this journey, you’ll have your partner with you the whole time. So you’re never alone when you might think you are.” said Fujimai.

“Thanks auntie Fujimai.” said Kichi with a smile.

“You’re welcome.” answered Fujimai with her own smile.

“I’m surprised that you didn’t tease us mom.” said Rivera to Miki.

“I can always change that if you’d like me to~” said Miki with a smile.

“Nope. I’m good.” said Rivera quickly with a blush.

Trina wanted to say something until Rivera pointed to hers and Tanji’s tails which made Trina stop.

“That’s fair, we should each get a pass.” said Trina.

Miki giggled at this before she looked at Issei. “Okay sweetie. It’s time for bed now.” said Miki.

“Okay mommy.” said Issei as he went towards Miki. As he did, Kunou, Koneko and Deity went with him and Miki towards their room.

“Oh, do you want cuddles again?” asked Issei to Deity as she nodded to him.

Deity then hugged him as Kunou and Koneko both pouted at this. They also wanted cuddle.

“You guys want cuddles too?” asked Issei to Kunou and Koneko as they also nodded.

“Then join us.” said Issei with a big smile on his face.

Kunou and Koneko both smiled before joining the hug.

Deity pouted at this before they eventually accepted it.

Once they were all asleep, Miki slowly closed the door before she walked away to go to another room where Zinnia was waiting for her.

“Are you ready to begin our first night together~?” asked Zinnia to Miki.

Miki then removed her clothes with magic as she was now fully naked. “I look forward to spending a wonderful time with you~” said Miki as she got on top of Zinnia and they both started their loving night.

Before they began though they saw a magic circle appear. From it came out a woman with long dark brown hair. It was spiky near the top but also wavy near the ends of it.

“I hope you two didn’t start without me~” said the woman who appeared.

Miki and Zinnia both smirked at each other before they both brought the woman into their fun.

 

Morning came in and Issei was sleeping soundly with Kunou, Koneko and Deity all together around him, and they all had their attributes out.

They soon heard a knocking sound on the door.

“Are you awake little bro?” asked Rivera from behind the door.

“Yes...I’m awake.” said Issei as he just woke up from his sleep.

“Mom and Grandma are still asleep so I’m making breakfast.” said Rivera.

“Mommy and Grandma are still asleep? They’re normally the first ones up.” said Issei as he was surprised.

“T-They accidentally stayed up late I guess.” said Rivera as she blushed a bit knowing what they did.

“I guess that makes sense. We are about to leave Kyoto after all. Maybe they wanted to talk a bit with everyone.” said Issei innocently.

“I’m almost finished with the prep work. So make sure to be downstairs soon if you want it warm.” said Rivera as she walked away.

Issei then yawned a bit before getting up and changing clothes. The girls sleeping with him soon woke up too but after he got dressed so he was already by the door.

“I’m going downstairs for breakfast, come join me after you’ve put on your normal clothes.” said Issei with a smile before going downstairs.

The girls in the room all slowly got dressed before they walked downstairs to join Issei for their breakfast.

Deity immediately went to Issei and started hugging him.

He hugged her back with a smile on his face as she smiled back at him since she was hugging him.

“You are really close to Issei.” said Rivera as she saw Deity hugging Issei.

“He’s my best friend.” said the triplets all together.

“You’re my best friend too. You’ve been so much fun to hang out with after Irina left.” said Issei as he then looked down a bit.

“She was your first friend, wasn’t she little bro?” asked Trina.

“Yes...But she had to leave with her mother not long ago.” said Issei.

Rivera saw this and looked down a little bit before she looked back up. “I think I still have her mom’s number due to one of your play dates that mom made me set up. Want to give her a call when you get back home?” asked Rivera to Issei as he looked extremely happy.

“Yes please Yes please Yes please!!” said Issei happily.

Rivera smiled at her little brother before she placed a plate in front of him.

“I hope it’s good. I’m not as good as mom or Grandma but I still take pride in my cooking.” said Rivera to Issei.

Issei took a bite of the food and smiled at his big sister. “It’s delicious. You did a really good job with it.” he said as Rivera did a mini celebration.

Deity soon asked for food after Issei had his which Rivera quickly went and put some on a plate for her.

She took a bite and then smiled at Rivera.

“Thank you for the tasty food.” said Deity.

“Yes. 2 successes so far.” said Rivera to herself.

“You can count three. I also enjoyed it.” said Trina to her sister.

Rivera then did another mini celebration.

Kunou and Koneko then sat down at the table as Rivera quickly gave them their food.

“Eat up you two. I hope you’ll like my cooking.” said Rivera to the two princesses.

Kunou and Koneko each took a bite before they continued taking even more as time went on.

“It’s good.” said Koneko to Rivera.

“Don’t mind her, she just doesn’t want to let her true emotions out, but I can tell she likes it.” said Kunou as Koneko blushed.

Rivera then did a small dance. “Yes, 5 out 5 success.” she said to herself.

“Morning everyone.” said Kichi as she walked in with Aika and Tanji following close behind. Kichi then noticed Rivera dancing a bit. “Cute.” she then said.

Rivera then noticed Kichi and Aika and blushed as she stopped dancing.

“How long have you been there?” asked Rivera.

“Not too long. So don’t worry about it much.” said Aika.

“Thank you for preparing breakfast for us.” said Tanji as she sat down at the table.

“It’s my pleasure. With mom and Grandma still asleep, someone had to do it. I just decided it should be me.” said Rivera as she placed a plate on the table for Aika, Kichi and Tanji.

“It smells pretty good. Let’s see if it tastes the same.” said Aika as she took a bite before giving Rivera a thumbs up as she chewed her food.

Kichi was curious how it tasted as well so she quickly took a bite before giving Rivera a kiss on the cheek. “It was quite delicious.”

“Yep. It’s very good.” said Tanji.

“Still a perfect score.” said Rivera with a small blush.

“Where is your sister? Is she still asleep too?” asked Issei to Koneko.

“She always oversleep in the morning.” said Koneko to Issei.

“That’s a shame. I enjoy her company too.” continued Issei.

“Give me a minute.” said Koneko as she rushed to Kuroka’s room.

As Rivera was about to ask Issei a question, everyone then heard a loud sound coming from Kuroka’s room. “NYAAAA!!!!!”

Everyone that was asleep was now up, and Fujimai was the first to go to Kuroka’s room. When she arrived, she saw Koneko and Kuroka.

“How many times have I told you to not do that Shirone? You know your sister is loud when she is surprised like that.” said Fujimai as she rubbed her eyes.

“Sorry mommy. But Issei wondered why she was still asleep and he also said he enjoyed spending time with her, so I wanted her to come downstairs as well.” said Koneko as Kuroka and Fujimai were surprised.

“Trying to do whatever you can to help him early huh~?” asked Kuroka.

“Don’t act as if you don’t find him cute either.” said Koneko to Kuroka.

“I didn’t say that~” continued Kuroka.

“Mommy. Kuroka is teasing me again.” said Koneko with a pout.

“For once I agree with your sister~And you deserved it for startling her.” said Fujimai to Koneko.

Koneko continued pouting before she heard something shaking in front of her that made her ears twitch.

“Since it’s their last day, I figured you could have some candy as well for breakfast. I’ll make an exception for today.” said Fujimai.

“Do I get any candy?” asked Kuroka.

“Have you been a good kitty?” asked Fujimai to Kuroka.

“She was probably up talking all night with her best friend.” said Koneko as she was currently eating candy.

“Shirone. Don’t be a snitch nya.” said Kuroka with a pout.

“Who is your best friend? Is it Murakami~?” asked Fujimai with a teasing smile.

“Yes…” said Kuroka while looking away with a blush.

“Don’t worry. I won’t overreact like Saka.” said Fujimai as Kuroka then sighed in relief. “I’ll just tease you relentlessly instead.” continued Fujimai with a smirk.

“Mmmmh~Did someone say my name Fuji~?” asked Yasaka as she wrapped her arms around Fujimai.

“I did.” said Fujimai before giving Yasaka a kiss on the lips.

“Mmmmh~Thank you for my morning kiss Fuji~” said Yasaka lovingly.

“You’re welcome” said Fujimai lovingly.

“I can smell Rivera’s cooking coming from the kitchen. She must really take after her mother.” said Miki with a proud tone.

“You two can go back to the table now. We’ll be there soon don’t worry.” said Fujimai to her daughters.

Kuroka and Koneko nodded before heading downstairs.

Once her daughters left to go downstairs, Fujimai looked back at Miki. “So what is it like being married again nya?”

“How did you know?” asked Miki to Fujimai.

“Fuji and I sensed a soundproof barrier being created. From there we just put the pieces together.” said Yasaka with a smile.

“Oh don’t act as if you didn’t do the same.” said Miki with a smirk.

“Oh we do it every night. This is nothing new for us.” said Fujimai as Yasaka nodded.

“Indeed. We love our nights together.” said Yasaka.

Miki smiled at this before she felt someone touching her body. “I see that you didn’t get enough last night~” said Miki to Zinnia.

“How could I~? You were incredibly sexy last night~” said Zinnia with a very naughty smile on her face.

“I’m happy I could impress a succubus~” said Miki with a smile.

“You didn’t just impress me~You completely went beyond everything I expected from you~” said Zinnia with a loving smile.

Fujimai saw this interaction happening and smiled. “Hey Miki. What would you say you’re the queen of?” she asked.

“I don’t know. But why this question?” asked Miki to Fujimai.

“Three of the people in this conversation are all queens. So I was wondering what you would be the queen of if you had to pick.” said Fujimai.

“Then maybe the queen of cooking.” said Miki as she thought about it.

She then saw Fujimai writing something in a piece of paper. “Alright. I’ll make sure to try and get that official title process started.” said Fujimai.

“What do you mean?” asked Miki confused.

“In the supernatural world you can be given a title if enough people that have power or influence agree to it.” said Yasaka.

“I see.” said Miki.

“She probably wants us all to be queens. That’s why she was asking if you wanted to know.” said Zinnia to Miki.

“Think of it as a gift. Your kid has made Shirone smile more than I’ve seen her do so in a long time. I haven’t seen her smile this much since before ‘that’ happened.” said Fujimai to Miki.

“Issei didn’t do anything. He just acted the way he always was.” said Miki with a smile.

Fujimai smiled back at Miki before frowning.

“You still have trouble with that day don’t you?” asked Yasaka as Fujimai nodded with a sad expression on her face.

“It’s understandable though. That would be enough to ruin anybody’s mood if they had to remember an event like that.” said Zinnia.

“What are you talking about?” asked Miki.

Fujimai then looked up at Miki. “No offense but I don’t trust you enough to let you know about my past. What I went through was terrible but even more so for Kuroka and Shirone. I’m just happy they don’t look at me with disgust in their eyes.” said Fujimai.

“What happened that day wasn’t your fault Fujimai.” said Yasaka seriously which immediately snapped her out of her sadness due to Yasaka saying her full name. “You did pick him as your husband yes but you were absolutely not responsible for those events taking place. You only did what was best for your kitties in that moment.” continued Yasaka.

Fujimai was about to cry before she felt Yasaka hugging her. “It’s okay I’m right here. If you need to cry then I will happily be the shoulder for you to lean on.” said Yasaka

Fujimai then hugged Yasaka back as she cried on her shoulder.

“I haven’t known you for long Fujimai but I know that you care very strongly for your children. I won’t ask what happened but just know that I will do whatever I can to help ease your pain if you’d allow me to. I will always help someone if it’s within my power to do so.” said Miki to Fujimai.

After a few moments, Fujimai finished wiping her tears before she recomposed herself and looked at Miki. “I guess I should probably tell you so you’re not out of the loop.” said Fujimai.

She then took a deep breath before she began revealing what happened to Miki. “My husband was going to do horrible experiments on my two kitties so I had to do the unfortunate solution and take his life.” said Fujimai as Miki was surprised before she hugged Fujimai as well.

“I’m sure that was a difficult time for you. I didn’t go through what you went through personally but I do have experience with raising children on your own. I did have my mother there to assist me but my little Issei never got to have a father to be there for him long.” said Miki to Fujimai.

“You know what happened with me Fuji but let me tell Miki my story.” said Yasaka as Fujimai frowned but nodded.

“As you briefly saw earlier, my husband was an awful person who only desired power and chaos. To be honest I never wanted a husband in the first place but the counsel demanded that I would need a husband in order to lead effectively. Once it was known about the thing he did to get said power, they decided to banish him which I agreed with.” said Yasaka to Miki.

“It seems like all of us have had it rough.” said Miki.

“Yeah, we do what we can though, right?” asked Zinnia.

“You have done very well though.” said Shizune as she made herself known.

“Mother? What are you doing here?” asked Yasaka. “I thought you would have went downstairs for breakfast.” she continued.

“We were about to before we saw you four talking.” said Magari.

“Were you standing there this whole time?” asked Fujimai.

“We were here for pretty much the whole conversation.” said Erica.

“How did we not see you tough?” asked Zinnia.

“A mother never tell her secrets.” said Shina.

“Then now that everything is said, shouldn’t we go downstairs to have breakfast?” asked Miki to everyone.

They all nodded to her and they all went downstairs where they saw all of the daughters, Deity and Issei having their breakfast.

“I see that Rivera did the job of cooking breakfast.” said Miki.

Issei noticed his mother and heard what she said.

“Oh, hie mommy. Yeah, Rivera did breakfast for all us. It was very good.” said Issei to Miki.

“Have you been keeping score like usual?” asked Shina to Rivera.

“Yes…” said Rivera as she blushed while looking away.

Shina and Miki both smiled at this as they took their seats.

The rest of them also took their seats as Rivera soon passed out plates of food to each of them eager to hear their opinions.

They all took a bite from the food and they all enjoyed it.

“This is very good Rivera. You really surpassed yourself.” said Miki to Rivera.

“I agree. Your technique still need some more practice but it is very good.” said Shina.

“This is some good stuff.” said Magari.

“I agree with Magari.” said Shizune.

“You definitely take after your mother.” said Zinnia.

“Also your grandmother as well.” said Erica.

“Thanks for giving this to my two kitties.” said Fujimai.

“I also appreciate you giving it to my two little foxes.” said Yasaka.

“I just did my best.” answered Rivera as she rubbed the back of her head.

“But you did very good.” continued Miki.

Everyone continued having breakfast for a bit before Shina had something to discuss.

“So Issei, I have something that I need to tell you.” said Shina as Issei looked at his grandma.

“What is it Grandma? Is it something bad.” asked Issei a bit scared.

“No Issei, don’t worry. It’s nothing bad at all.” answered Shina.

“Then what is it grandma?” asked Issei.

“What if we came back here in two weeks Issei?” asked Shina.

“Really?!” asked Issei all excited.

“Yes. I figured you would like it. And it would be a great way for you to train your power over time. You wouldn’t want to hurt someone with it, right?” asked Shina to Issei.

“Of course not. I don’t want to hurt anyone ever.” said Issei to Shina. “And I promised to the pretty lady with blue hair that I would keep being the same as I am today.” said Issei with a very big smile.

“That’s good to hear.” said Shina to Issei with a smile.

“So then Issei will come back in two weeks?!” asked Kunou excited.

“Seems like it.” said Yasaka

“That’s awesome!!!!!” said Koneko happily.

“Will we be staying here like we did this time?” asked Miki.

“Yes Miki. We will.” said Shina to her daughter.

“Very good then.” answered Miki with a smile.

Shizune and Magari noticed Shina had a little frown on her face. It’s like she was upset or something.

The group continued to eat their breakfast until it was time for the dishes to be put away.

Before Shina and Miki got up to help with the dishes, Issei asked a surprising question.

“When do I start to practice using this thing?” said Issei as he pointed to his arm.

“We could do a little bit of practice now if you want. You will just not take the glove off yet.” said Shina to Issei.

As Deity saw this, she frown a bit as she remembered what she did the last day.

Shina noticed this and then asked her a question. “Would you like to join the training with Issei? It might be good for you.” said Shina.

Deity quickly nodded her head.

“I don’t want anymore incident.” said Deity.

This surprised Shizune and Magari. They just heard Deity wanting to train and not wanting to do any thing to hurt people again. Maybe she isn’t so dangerous after all, but they will still need to wait and see how things turn out.

“Who should we get to train them?” asked Shizune to Magari.

“Well the obvious answer is out for now. She’s unpredictable with the action she takes as shown earlier.” said Magari to Shizune.

“I agree but she is the only one who can teach them their dragon side.” said Shizune.

“I don’t think that should be the first thing that she train with though. Issei has barely awakened his sacred gear after all. So I don’t think his dragon side should be trained yet.” said Magari.

“Then why don’t we train them with their ki control?” asked Shizune.

“That we can but you should know very well that it is not easy to master, especially at such a young age.” answered Magari.

“I agree but do you think her succubus side should be train? And I will use your words ‘at such a young age’?” continued Shizune.

“You do know that there is more to succubi than sex right? That side could be useful in other ways.” said Magari.

“Well I agree with Shizune on this.” said Erica. “Training her succubus side wouldn’t be a great idea until she is older. Although we can train the mind reading ability for now. That one can be useful to read her opponents movement, and also it’s the first thing we succubi learn when we are young.” continued Erica.

“See? I told you there wasn’t just sex.” said Magari. “But what could Shina teach her?” wondered Magari.

“I’ll teach them magic.” said Shina as she approached them.

“Why not teach her your emotion reading?” asked Erica.

Shina then thought about it. “Actually, I haven’t thought of it, but it might be really useful, especially with your mind reading ability.” said Shina to Erica.

“It definitely would be if the two were combined.” said Erica.

“Then it is settled. We will mostly teach her how to use their yokai sense, then once she is ready, we will teach her ki control.” said Shizune.

“I’m happy you two agreed to train her as well.” said Shina as she then smiled to Shizune and Magari.

“We still need time with her but she might be alright.” said Shizune.

“What we saw earlier has begun to change our opinion.” said Magari.

“Well I’m still happy you agreed to give them a chance.” said Shina as she then gave each of them a kiss on the cheeks.

This made both Shizune and Magari blush a bit while Erica pout cutely.

“Don’t worry~You get a good one~” said Shina before kissing Erica passionately.

But what she forgot was that Issei was watching them from the starts, so he saw Shina kissing Erica passionately. Rivera soon stopped him but too late, he had already seen everything.

And something inside Issei started awakening. It was something very dormant, but it was still there.

“I don’t mean to interrupt the kiss but there’s something that I should probably tell you Shina.” said Magari as she had a surprisingly serious expression on her face.

“Huh? What is it Magari?” asked Shina.

“My daughter noticed something after Rivera’s first kiss with Kichi. She then mentioned it to me, which I didn’t take very seriously until I sensed her energy just now.” she said.

Shina wasn’t sure what Magari was trying to tell her before she slowly put the pieces together. “You mean that Rivera possesses one as well?” she asked as she was beyond surprised.

“She does but I’m not sure if it’s a Longinus or not.” said Magari before looking at Shizune. “What about you? Can you get a read on anything?” she asked.

“We can always include her in some light training for us to determine what it is.” said Shizune.

Shina sighed at this. “So all of them will be dragged into it then.” she said while looking down.

Erica then put a hand on her shoulder. “At least they have someone as experienced as you to help guide them through it. You haven’t been a part of it for as long as we have but you’re still very knowledgeable.” said Erica.

Shina smiled at this before giving Erica a quick kiss on the lips. “Thank you for making me feel better.” she said.

“You’re welcome. Now let’s bring everyone to the training room.” said Erica as the other 3 women nodded to her.

 

After everyone were inside the training ground in Kyoto, around two hours before Issei and his family had to go, we could see Deity with Shina and Erica, while Issei was with Rivera, Kunou, Koneko, and their grandmothers.

“So Issei and Rivera, are you ready to train your bodies?” asked Shizune to Issei.

“Yes miss. I’m ready to train.” answered Issei with a smile.

“You can call me Shizune you know. You don’t need to call me miss.” said Shizune.

“And it’s the same for me. You can just call me Magari.” said Magari.

“Alright then Magari and Shizune.” answered Issei with a smile.

“I still don’t know why I’m training but sure.” said Rivera.

Our reasoning for having you do this is pretty similar to our reasoning for Issei to train.” said Magari which confused Rivera.

“Now then, I want you to first do a little jogging around the training ground. We need to warm you up first.” said Shizune as Issei and Rivera agreed and then started their round around the ground.

“And what do we do grandma?” asked Kunou and Koneko.

“We want you to train your ki with us. We will teach you how to heal with it. It’s not much but it can still make it easier for Issei to train his body. Do you agree for it?” asked Shizune to Kunou and Koneko.

“Yes grandma.” said Kunou and Koneko.

“Good then. Now let me explain it to you. I want you to concentrate your energy inside your hands. Then, once you have enough, I want you to try and send it to each other, as if you wanted to replenish someone with it.” said Magari as the two children nodded.

They both started concentrating their energy inside their hands and continued so while Issei and Rivera did their little jogging. He continued for around 5 minutes before Magari and Shizune asked him to stop.

“Good you two. Now come back to us.” said Magari to Issei and Rivera.

They both did as they were asked. Once they arrived, Issei remarked that Kunou and Koneko had their hands glowing with yellow and white light.

“Issei, focus on us for the time being.” said Shizune to Issei.

“S-Sorry Shizune. I was just wondering what Kunou and Koneko were doing.” said Issei.

“That will be for later. For now I want you to do some push ups. We need to see how much strength you have inside you.” said Shizune.

“You too Rivera.” said Magari.

“Alright.” said Issei as he then started doing some push ups.

“I hate push ups.” said Rivera as she did the same.

The early awakening of Issei’s sacred gear had given him a little bit more strength, which let him do around 20 push ups without breaking a sweat.

Rivera on the other hand could only do 15 without break.

“Very good you two. Now that it is done, I want you to look in this direction.” said Magari as she pointed towards a very big and very durable wall. “I want you to try and throw a punch as if you wanted to hit this wall and break it.” she continued.

“But won’t I hurt myself?” asked Issei.

“I don’t want my little bro to be hurt.” said Rivera protectively.

“That’s why I want you to not hit it, but do as if you wanted to hit it.” remarked Magari.

“Oh, alright. But do I have to do it one time?” asked Issei.

“Try to do it at least 10 times. I want to see how you throw your punches. Since we don’t know a lot about your techniques, we need to learn a lot from you before giving you the best training session.” answered Shizune. “That goes for you too Rivera. In the future you will need it.” she continued.

“Ooooh, got it.” said Issei as he then took somewhat of a fighting stance. He then threw his punches towards the wall, and surprisingly, Issei didn’t feel any stress in his body, it was actually pretty easy for him to throw punch after punch.

Rivera on the other hand wasn’t able to do so.

“Good Issei, very good. And don’t worry Rivera, you’ll get the hang of it in the future. Now, we will need your help you two.” said Shizune as Kunou and Koneko opened their eyes and looked at their grandmother.

“We want you two to use the energy you concentrate to try and give it to Issei and Rivera. Don’t worry, we only want you to replenish their stamina, nothing more.” said Magari as the two children nodded.

They went towards Issei and Rivera and used the energy they had to try and send it to them. It was difficult, but they did managed to send a little bit to them. The energy entered his body, and they both did feel a little bit better afterwards, but it wasn’t enough to replenish everything.

“Very good you two. That’s a very good first step.” said Magari with a proud smile.

“And you too Issei and Rivera. Now we will need to see a little bit more before we can do a proper training session.” said Shizune with a smile as Issei, Rivera, Kunou and Koneko nodded back with smiles of their own.

Rivera was not as energetic as Issei was, which Shizune and Magari both noticed.

“Hmm. I think I have an idea on how to solve this issue~” said Magari with a mischievous expression on her face.

“What are you planning?” asked Shizune to Magari.

“So Rivera, what was it like getting a kiss from a Kitsune? Did you feel any different when it was happening?” asked Magari which made Rivera blush like crazy.

“I-It was good…” said Rivera while blushing a lot.

“Oh really?” asked Magari. “Did it make you want to have another one in room with only the two of you together?” she continued.

Rivera blushed when she remembered her and Kichi kissing together in Kichi’s room.

Rivera’s body soon began to feel funny, almost as if she was in two places at once.

“Now remember that feeling. If you do, then maybe Kichi will give you another kiss. “said Magari with a teasing wink towards Kichi who was now blushing.

“Can I have one now…?” asked Rivera quietly which unfortunately for her, Magari heard perfectly loud and clear.

“Kichi, can you give her a kiss? I want to test something. If you do I’m sure it might be good for the both of you.” said Magari.

Kichi was unsure before looking at Shizune who sighed.

“You know she won’t stop until she gets what she wants.” said Shizune.

Kichi blushed more but agreed to do it. She then went towards Rivera and gave her a kiss on the lips. Once the kiss began, they both suddenly vanished from the room at the same time which made Magari smirk.

“I had a feeling it was that one.” said Magari.

“Is that the Longinus Innovate Clear? The one that let you create an entire different dimension?” asked Shizune. Everyone near them were surprised after they heard that.

“Yeah.” said Magari casually. “The only two sacred gears capable of what she did are either Dimension Lost or Innovate Clear.” she continued.

“So how does she get back?” asked Shizune before Rivera and Kichi both reappeared where they once were. Only that they were bushing a lot.

“You guys didn’t see it, right?” asked the two nervously.

“Only the beginning.” said Shizune.

“See what?” asked Issei as he didn’t see anything.

“Your big sis has a Longinus like you.” said Koneko.

“So she also has something like this?” asked Issei while pointing at his hand.

“Yeah, only it’s not a glove from what I understand.” said Kunou.

Issei had a very excited expressions on his face. He was happy that his sister had a Longinus just like he did.

“Okay. Now that you’ve had your kiss Rivera, it’s time for you to train yourself.” said Magari before making orbs of ki appear.

“Sorry, it’s my fault for not explaining.” said Magari as she rubbed the back of her head. “What I want you to do is dodge the ki orbs by hopping into your pocket dimension.” continued Magari.

“How can I do that when I just learned I have this?” asked Rivera as she wasn’t sure if this was a good idea or not.

“Whenever you dodge one I’ll give you a kiss on the cheek.” said Kichi before giggling once she saw Rivera’s facial expression.

“Let’s do this thing Magari. I want my kisses.” said Rivera in an extremely excited tone of voice which made Kichi blush a little bit due to how much Rivera was looking forward to it.

Magari smirked. “That’s the spirit.”

Magari fired an orb of ki towards Kichi who looked over at Kichi while smirking before grabbing her hand and teleporting both of them into her pocket dimension.

“On her first try?!!!” asked Magari.

“I think you forgot that her grandmother is Shina.” said Shizune.

“Oh yeah, now it makes perfect sense why she was able to dodge it so quickly.” said Magari.

“What do you mean?” asked Issei as he was confused.

“I’m sure your mom or grandma will tell you about your family’s special power when you’re older.” said Magari.

“Is this something about the kiss Grandma Shina and Erica had yesterday?” asked Issei to the surprise of everyone.

“I suppose you could say the two are related.” said Shizune.

“So that means I have to kiss lots of once I’m older. If I do that then I can unlock my family’s special power.” said Issei with a big and innocent smile.

Kunou and Koneko blushed but each took a step forward before Rivera reappeared and put a hand on each of their shoulders.

Rivera was seen shaking her no. “No kissing while training.” she said to them.

Kunou and Koneko both immediately pointed towards Kichi while looking at Rivera with Deadpan expressions on their faces.

“What? I’m different than you, I’m 15.” said Rivera to the two girls.

 

With Deity, Shina and Erica, the training sessions was different. She wasn’t training her body or magic or power yet. But mostly she was preparing her mind and sense.

“Alright Deity, reading someone’s mind is not very difficult, but you’ll need to learn the trick for it to work efficiently. First, try to think of nothing. Your mind must be blank before reading someone’s mind.” said Erica to Deity.

“But, how do I do that?” asked Deity. “I can’t really think about nothing, nor stop thinking of Issei…” she continued.

“Aaaaaaah, thinking about your love one, are you~? Don’t worry, that is normal. What I want from you is not exactly to think of nothing, but rather to have your mind at ease, without anything making you feel uncomfortable.” continue Erica.

“I’ll help you with that. I may not be able to read your thought, but I can tell with your emotions when you’ll need help.” said Shina with a smile.

“So are you ready?” asked Erica.

Deity thought about it before she nodded to Erica.

“Great. Now, try to imagine a comfortable place. A place where you feel safe, it can be with something or even someone. All you need is to have your mind at ease.” said Erica as Deity closed her eyes.

It was difficult to her. The first thing she managed to think about was her first home, the dimensional gap. Shina could see that there was some hesitation when Deity tried to think of the first place where she felt comfortable.

“Let’s change it up. A location doesn’t seem like the best choice.” said Erica. “Now, try to think of someone. Someone that makes you feel safe.” she continued as Deity then thought about Issei, about how he was the first to approach her, to smile at her, and finally, to give her what she wanted all along, love.

At this moment, her mind started being at ease, her emotions being that of pure love, there was no fear, no anger, no sadness.

Her mind was completely focus on Issei, and that’s what Erica wanted.

“Now open your eyes and look at me. I want you to remember that feeling, the feeling of your mind being at ease, and now, try to listen to every vibration in the air.” she then said Deity

She nodded as she opened her eyes. As she did, it was like her senses were multiply. She could hear the wind blowing inside her ears, she could also hear what Shizune and Magari were saying to Issei and Rivera even from the other side of the training ground, and finally, she heard Erica’s voice.

“How are you feeling?” she asked.

“Good, it’s like I woke up from a bad dream.” said Deity. “And that when I woke up, Issei was there with me, smiling, and being as cheerful as ever.” she continued.

Erica then smiled proudly.

“What is it?” asked Deity as she noticed her smile.

“You answered me, when I haven’t talked to you with my mouth.” she said as Deity was surprised.

“Indeed. I didn’t hear Erica talk at all, and yet you answered her. I suppose you are a very quick learner.” said Shina with a very big smile.

Deity then was extremely happy about it.

“Now for my part, it won’t be too different. Remember when your mind was at ease? Well to read emotions, you will need to have your mind and your body at ease. Your sense must all be open, as you then need to look at the person itself and try to see every change and vibration in her body. For example, I can see that you are tense Deity.” said Shina as Deity then blushed a bit.

“Don’t worry, she didn’t mean it in a bad way, it was just an example.” said Erica.

“Indeed, I just wanted to give you an example, I’m sorry if I made you feel uncomfortable Deity.” said Shina.

“I-It’s alright Shina. I-I didn’t mind it much.” said Deity as she was still a bit shy.

“It’s good then. So now, are you ready to continue your training? Because this part will be a lot harder since it is not an ability you already possessed, it’s something you need to learn from the very beginning. Are you up for it?” asked Shina as Deity then had a confident look on her faces before nodding at Shina. Seems like Issei and Deity were both very excited to continue with their respective training.

 

Once they had finished their training for the day, they all were walking back to the entrance of the palace.

“That was so fun Kunou and Koneko.” said Issei to the two girls.

“Yeah, it was very fun for us as well.” said Kunou.

“Can’t wait for next time you come by.” said Koneko with a smile to Issei.

“What about me little bro? You didn’t like training with me?” asked Rivera to her brother.

“Weren’t you just training with Kichi?” asked Issei confused.

Rivera remembered her motivation and also multiple rewards training before blushing. “M-Magari also helped me train too.” she then said to Issei.

“Maybe if mom lets us we can train at home together. We just trained separately after all.” said Issei with a smile to his big sister.

Shina and Miki saw this conversation happening with smiles on their faces.

“Do you think we should bring Issei and Rivera to the Kuoh festival? It might be fun for them.” said Shina to Miki as Kunou and Koneko heard that.

“The Kuoh festival?” asked Kunou.

“The Kuoh festival is where our neighborhoods get together and host a festival that celebrates our togetherness.” said Miki with a smile.

“Can we come too mom?!!” asked Kunou and Koneko to their mothers.

Yasaka and Fujimai frowned when they heard this.

“We unfortunately cannot.” said Yasaka.

“Kuoh is a part of the devil’s territory.” said Fujimai.

Once they heard this, Kunou and Koneko pout cutely.

“So you two can’t go because you’re factions leaders, right nya?” asked Kuroka to the two.

“Yes but where are you going with this?” asked Yasaka to Kuroka.

“What I’m saying is that it might not be an issue if Kichi and I be good big sisters and take them to the festival nya.” said Kuroka surprising everyone.

“Huh. That’s not a bad idea actually.” said Fujimai. “Good job Kuroka, you had a very good idea.” she said as Kuroka smiled proudly.

“Hold on Fuji. Are you sure this is a good idea?” asked Yasaka.

“Come on Saka. Don’t you want your first little fox to spend more time with her girlfriend~?” asked Fujimai to Yasaka with a smirk.

“This could be a very good thing for their relationship indeed.” said Yasaka happily.

Kichi and Rivera blushed before Kichi looked over to Fujimai.

“Don’t blame me. Blame Kuroka for giving you more time together~” said Fujimai as she laughed. “Besides, don’t you want to see what her home is like? You did want to see more of the world for the longest time.” she then asked.

“You remembered…?” asked Kichi surprised.

“Of course I did. You’re practically my daughter too at this point.” said Fujimai.

“What do you mean?” asked Kuroka confused.

“Well Saka and I are married so why wouldn’t I consider Kichi or Kunou to be my daughters as well.” asked Fujimai casually.

“Fuji! Not in front of the children!!!” said Yasaka with a blush.

“Oh please. They all know already.” said Fujimai.

“One of them doesn’t.” said Miki with a smirk.

“Oh, so you two are like Shizune and Magari as well? So do you also kiss each other?” asked Issei which surprised everyone.

Rivera then started crying. “His innocence is gone!!!!” she said.

Issei then hugged Rivera. “Don’t cry sis. I don’t get everything that happen but I’m still the same as before.” said Issei with a smile to his sister.

“Give big sis a hug. You’re being too cute.” said Rivera.

“Okay.” said Issei with a big smile.

“She really wanted to preserve that cuteness didn’t she?” asked Yasaka.

“Well to be fair Issei is so cute.” said Fujimai.

“Can’t really disagree.” said Zinnia.

“Of course you can’t. My little Issei is the cutest.” said Miki proudly.

“Mom, you might want to rephrase that.” said Rivera.

“Why is that Rivera?” asked Miki to Rivera.

Rivera then pointed to Deity but they didn’t react the same way as when she did the same.

“She is one of the owner of our home, so I can’t disagree. Although I’m still the cutest.” said Deity to Rivera.

“I’m still one as well though…” said Rivera with a pout.

Miki smiled at this before she then got her family’s attention. “Is everyone ready to go back home?” asked Miki.

“Hold on, where are Trina and Tanji?” asked Rivera. “I haven’t seen them since we went to the training room.” she continued.

“I haven’t seen them either now that you mention it.” said Aika before everyone saw two people flying towards them.

They then saw that it was Trina and Tanji. Tanji was flying fine but Trina was clearly having trouble doing so before Tanji corrected her movement to help her readjust herself.

“Sorry that we are late.” said Trina as she landed on the ground.

“I was busy teaching Trina how to fly but completely lost track of time until 5 minutes ago.” said Tanji as she was a bit embarrassed as she had also now landed on the ground.

“I told you that they were going to be close.” said Fujimai to Miki and Zinnia.

“You did indeed.” said Miki before looking at her family once more. “Since Trina and Tanji have returned I think we are now set right?” she continued.

They nodded to her as Shina then made a transportation circle for them to head home. They then all soon left once everyone was ready.

 

Meanwhile, at a shrine inside Kuoh.

“Are you ready for the festival tomorrow?” asked a woman’s voice.

“Yes mommy. I’m ready.” answered a girl voice.

“Do you feel comfortable going to the festival or do you need some more people to go with you?” asked another woman’s voice.

“If you do I don’t mind tagging along.” said a voice that sounded around the same age as the girl’s voice.

“I think it would be best if we tag along. We don’t know if anybody will attempt to try anything after all.” said a voice older than all of the four voices.

“Thank you all for coming with me. I feel much safer with your company.” said the girl voice.

“You’re welcome Akeno.” said all four of the voices.

Chapter Text

It was early in the morning as Issei slowly woke up to see Deity, Kunou, Koneko and even Aika sleeping next to him in the bed.

Issei tried to carefully get up without waking any of them up but he was unable to remove himself from the bed.

He tried to do it a few different times but eventually gave up and laid back down.

He then saw Aika’s eyes slowly open before she mentioned something weird. “That was one heck of a dream.” she said

“Good morning.” said Issei to Aika.

“Morning to you too.” said Aika as she still rubbed her eyes.

“What was your dream about?” asked Issei to Aika.

“Oh that? It was about a black and violet dragon fighting a man before there was a bright flash of light. Then I heard a shattering noise followed by a visual of arrows going into 6 directions with one coming directly towards me.” said Aika to Issei.

“What’s a dragon?” asked Issei.

“Basically a big flying lizard.” said Aika which Issei listened to very carefully.

“Okay, so that means that I’m a red lizard in the future?” asked Issei.

“Red lizard?” asked Aika before she put the pieces together. “I somehow forgot that your mom told my mom about that.” said Aika.

“What did she say?” asked Issei. “Was it something about the Longinus?” he continued.

“Yes but let’s move on from that. It’s way too early in the morning for a conversation like this.” said Aika.

“Sure, what do you want to talk about then?” asked Issei with a smile.

“Wait, I just realized something, aren’t you surprised to see us in your bed?” asked Aika to Issei.

“Why should I? Isn’t it normal for friends? I heard my mom and your mom does that too.” said Issei innocently.

“You do know that for them it is a little bit different, right?” asked Aika to Issei.

“How so?” he asked as Aika was about to tell when the door opened before she could.

“Don’t ruin his innocence. Just because our moms are married now doesn’t mean you get to be a mischievous little sister.” said Rivera as she barged in the room.

“I was just trying to explain something to him.” said Aika.

“And what were you about to tell him?” she asked as she placed her hand over Issei’s ears.

“I was going to explain to him what our moms do when they’re in bed together.” said Aika as if it was nothing.

“Absolutely fucking not.” said Rivera to Aika. “I won’t let you transform my innocent little bro into a pervert.” she continued as Aika smirked.

“Well with you and your mommy being pervert it will be very hard to keep him innocent~” she said with a smirk.

“I’m not perverted.” said Rivera.

“You aren’t but something tells me you will be soon.” said Aika.

“Can you two stop bickering? You’re interrupting my morning cat nap.” said Kuroka as she rubbed her eyes while yawning.

“Hie Kuroka.” said Issei cutely.

“Hello Issei.” said Kuroka with a smile.

“See? You can be like her.” said Rivera. “She’s pervert but she’s behaving normally.” she continued while looking at Aika.

“How did you know I’m a pervert though?” asked Kuroka confused.

“Kichi told me that you and your girlfriend touch tails whenever you can.” said Rivera as now, Aika was staring at Kuroka with a surprised expression.

“Wow. I thought I was bad but you’re on a different level.” said Aika.

“What’s so perverted about that nya?” asked Kuroka confused.

“Touching tails means that you’re claiming that person as yours.” said Aika as Kuroka eyes widened.

“That crafty little wolf.” said Kuroka in both a tone of voice that was surprised but also impressed.

“You really need to pay better attention to mom’s lesson.” said Koneko as she rubbed her eyes.

“Shirone. You’re awake. How did you sleep?” asked Kuroka trying to change subject.

“You won’t make me change the sub…” said Koneko before Kuroka handed her a bag of candy. “Alright, you won this turn.” said Koneko as she took the bag Kuroka handed to her and ate her candy.

“What time is it?” asked Kunou as she rubbed her eyes.

“It looks like it’s 8am. So we only have two hours before it begins.” said Issei.

“Will we have enough time to prepare?” asked Kunou.

“Don’t worry. Miki and Shina have already finished breakfast.” said Kichi as she walked in.

“Yeah!” said Kunou excited.

After Kunou said this, Deity woke up and hugged Issei to say good morning as she also smiled at him.

“Good morning Deity.” said Issei as he hugged her back.

“Which family is organizing the festival this year?” asked Aika to Rivera.

“I think it is the Himejima family this year. So there might be more stuff this year than normal.” said Rivera to Aika.

“Oh really? Cool. I heard that the last child of the Himejima family is really pretty for her age. And the best part she is our age.” said Aika to everyone.

“New friend.” said Deity.

“I think Deity is happy about this.” said Kichi.

“What do you think Trina and Tanji are doing?” asked Rivera to Kichi and Kuroka.

“I don’t know. Maybe sleeping in the same room.” said Kuroka.

“I mean, they did become pretty close, right?” asked Kichi.

“Hold on.” said Rivera. “We completely skipped over something important.” she said to Kichi and Kuroka.

“What is it?” asked Kuroka.

“There is only a five year difference between Kuroka and her girlfriend compared to Trina and Tanji. So at what point does the tail touching change?” asked Rivera.

“After you turn 13.” said Kichi.

“You’re not thinking of something bad, are you?” asked Kuroka.

“Stop thinking about bad stuff Kuroka.” said Kichi as she hit her head lightly.

“I’m just making sure she doesn’t try anything. You know how they were with us after we turned 13. They tried to set us up together.” said Kuroka.

“Fair point.” said Kichi.

“Yeah, but I don’t really want to play matchmaker yet. I’d rather spend time with my girlfriend instead.” said Rivera which made Kichi’s tails wag.

This made Kuroka sigh. “I miss Murakami.” she said.

“Don’t worry sis. I’m sure you’ll see her soon.” said Koneko to her sister as she still ate her candy.

“Thank you Shirone.” said Kuroka to her sister.

“Do you have her number?” asked Rivera to Kuroka.

“Yeah. It’s right here on my phone.” said Kuroka as she got out her phone before Rivera immediately took it and dialed that number. “What are you doing?!!” shouted Kuroka as she was not expecting this.

Almost immediately after the number was dialed someone picked up. “Hello my wonderful kitty. It’s been so long since I’ve seen you. When can I visit you again?” asked the voice coming from the phone.

This made Kuroka blush. “I miss you too. I wish I could see you soon. I’m about to go to a festival while taking care of my sister.” she said over the phone.

“Oh, that sounds fun. Give me a minute.” said the voice before there was a minute pause before she returned. “So where are you? Mom said I could go.” she said which surprised Kuroka.

“I-I’m at Kuoh. Do you need more specific…?” asked Kuroka before the phone hung up.

“You need to ask mom quick if she can visit.” said Rivera seriously.

Kuroka immediately understood and went downstairs quickly.

“Miki? Can my girlfriend come over?” asked Kuroka to Miki as she was really wishing she said yes.

“Of course Kuroka. I don’t see the problem in it.” said Miki to Kuroka as Kuroka was extremely happy.

“Thank you Miki. Truly.” she said before she rushed back upstairs as she saw the transportation portal opening.

From the portal appeared a woman who looked around Kuroka’s age. She had long purple hair, two purple wolf ears, and 3 wolf tails.

“Where are you my kitty?” asked the woman before she noticed Kuroka coming back.

“Come here you and give me some love.” said Murakami as she jumped onto Kuroka.

Rivera smirked at this scene since her plan worked.

“Shouldn’t you cover his eyes like last time?” asked Kichi to Rivera.

“Oh shit!” she said as she immediately went to Issei to cover his eyes. Unfortunately, it was too late, he had already seen what they were doing.

“Dang it. Not again.” said Rivera. “I was too late to shield his precious eyes.” continued Rivera.

Kichi rubbed Rivera’s back to try and make her feel better.

“Hey, don’t worry. I’m sure he’ll still be innocent in the future.” said Kichi.

“I pray that you are right.” said Rivera as she cried a little bit.

Meanwhile, Kuroka and her girlfriend, who was known as Murakami like she said before, were having their best moment of reunion.

“I missed you so much.” said Murakami as she kept on kissing Kuroka.

“I missed you too.” said Kuroka as they both enveloped their tails around each other.

Koneko was going to say something to her sister but she sighed and kept her mouth shut. She knew how long it had been since the last time.

Once the two of them were finished kissing, Kuroka asked Murakami a question. “How has your mom been? I know that she’s been busy with Tiamat.” asked Kuroka.

“Well for now she’s been good. But Tiamat still hasn’t recovered though…” said Murakami as she looked down a bit.

“I can guess. She also had two children to take care of before ‘that’ dragon left her.” said Kuroka.

“I’ve heard she went to Kyoto not long ago. Have you seen her there?” asked Murakami to Kuroka.

“Well...she might’ve met the next wielder…” said Kuroka as Murakami was surprised and a bit scared for that wielder.

Murakami then sighed. “Let me guess, she tried to kill him or her?” asked Murakami as Kuroka nodded.

“But she couldn’t go all the way.” said Kuroka.

“Why is that? Did your mom managed to stop her?” asked Murakami.

“Not exactly. She just didn’t have the strength to do it.” said Kuroka. “Mostly because the next wielder is him.” she continued as she pointed at Issei who then innocently waved at them.

Murakami looked over at Issei before looking back over at Kuroka. “That makes sense. If I had to guess, she saw her hatchling in him and couldn’t go though with her attack.” said Murakami.

“How are those two doing by the way?” asked Kuroka.

“Oh they are great. Unlike their mom they don’t think too much about their dad, but we can see that it still hurt them to think about him.” said Murakami.

“Very interesting…” said Kuroka as she took a mental note.

“Also, they don’t really like to use their power too much. It reminds them too much of him. I know Azura is the stronger one and can at least be normal but as for Cohsa…” said Murakami before she stopped. “...her shyness is stopping her from using it. She never really healed from the damage from what I know.” continued Murakami.

“Shy people are often cute.” said Aika which surprised Kuroka and Murakami.

“How long have you been listening?” asked Kuroka.

“From the beginning.” said Aika nonchalantly.

“I forgot that you can read our thoughts…” said Kuroka.

“She can do that?” asked Murakami surprised before she noticed the horns, wings and tail. “Oh, she’s a succubus. Now I get it.” she continued.

“If you don’t mind me asking, how did you two get together? I could read your minds and get the information myself but I’d rather not see what else is in there.” asked Aika.

“We originally met because of our moms and we just hit it off really quickly.” said Kuroka.

“But unfortunately we couldn’t see each other really often because my mom is doing her best to help auntie Tiamat.” said Murakami.

“I see. You two didn’t have it easy either, right?” asked Aika to the two.

“Apart from the fact we didn’t have much time together, we managed to pull it off.” said Kuroka.

“I’m happy for you. I know how much you care for her.” said Koneko to Kuroka.

“Thank you Shirone.” said Kuroka to her sister.

“I like giving you shit but I still love you.” said Koneko as Kuroka pout cutely.

“That first part wasn’t nice.” she said. “But I still enjoy having you as a sister.” said Kuroka as she smiled a bit.

“You’d better. I’m the best little sister after all.” said Koneko.

“I think you’re misunderstanding something.” said Murakami. “I’m clearly the best little sister.” she continued.

Koneko stopped eating her candy and placed it on a small table next to the bed.

“What did you say? I think I’m the best little sister that exist.” said Koneko to Murakami.

“But you aren’t twins though.” said Murakami.

“What does it have to do with that?” asked Koneko.

Kuroka was about to sneak away and grab the bag of candy before she felt two people staring at her.

“Where do you think you’re going?” asked Murakami.

“What do you think you’re doing?” asked Koneko.

Kuroka gulped nervously. “I was about to eat some candy.” she said.

“Once something is claimed by someone else you don’t reclaim it. You’d have to fight for it it you wanted it back.” said Murakami.

This surprised Koneko before she recomposed herself. “You also shouldn’t touch my stuff.” she said to her sister.

“Aren’t you a little sister as well Kunou?” asked Issei innocently.

“Yeah but I’m not in the discussion, this is their problem so I’ll let them be.” said Kunou.

“New rival.” said Murakami and Koneko at once.

“Well it looks like that didn’t work.” said Kichi.

“I’m a little sister too you know.” said Aika

“New rival!” said Murakami, Kunou and Koneko at once.

Rivera was about to head downstairs before she felt someone hugging her. She looked back to see that it was Trina.

“I’m happy that I’m your little sister. We may bicker a lot but I do really like having a…” said Trina before she sighed and continued. “cool big sister like you...”

“Yes!!” said Rivera excitedly. “I’m a cool big sister!!”

“Hey, I’m the coolest big sister here.” said Kuroka to Rivera.

“What do you mean you’re the coolest? It’s definitely me.” said Kichi as she joined in the small duel.

“I think you mean me right?” asked Tanji as she had also appeared with a challenging expression on her face.

Before they continued, they felt an ominous presence coming from Trina. “I think you all might be getting carried away. You’re also ruining the touching moment with my cool big sister.”

Everyone was surprised to see this. They thought that she wouldn’t have been able to do it this soon. Rivera on the other hand was quite impressed by her little sister.

“Not bad little sister. You’re growing up pretty quickly.” said Rivera before she got down to Trina’s level and put her hands on her shoulders. “Just try not to grow up too quickly okay? I don’t want you to push yourself to do things before you’re ready.” said Rivera.

They both then heard the sound of a camera.

They then both turned to see that it was Miki who was holding the camera with a loving smile on her face. “I couldn’t help but take a picture. This is a very touching moment after all.” she said before looking at the others. “As for everyone else, no fighting in the house.”

Everyone stopped fighting once they heard Miki say that.

“Yes Ma’am.” they all said.

“Good morning mommy.” said Issei cutely as he waved.

“Good morning sweetie. How did you sleep?” asked Miki.

“I slept good. It’s fun to sleep with friends.” said Issei to Miki as everyone else smiled.

“Yeah. Issei is my cuddle buddy.” said Deity as she pulled him in for a nice big hug with a big smile on her face.

“I like being your cuddle buddy too.” said Issei as he hugged her back.

Miki smiled at this before she noticed Murakami. “I take it that you’re the friend Kuroka spoke off?” asked Miki to Murakami.

“That’s me. It’s nice to meet you miss.” said Murakami as she held out a hand for a handshake.

Miki smiled at this and shook Murakami’s hand. “You have some very good manners Murakami. My name is Miki and it is a pleasure to meet you.” she said with a smile.

“Were you present in Kyoto when my mom stopped by? I know that your cute kid was but I didn’t know if you were in the room at that time.” asked Murakami to Miki.

“If you are referring to Akami then yes. We briefly met one another before the encounter with Tiamat occurred.” said Miki.

“Thankfully she didn’t go through with it. My mom has been trying to help Auntie Tiamat find closure about her situation but it’s only helping partially.” said Murakami.

“If you want we can discuss this further at breakfast. The festival is almost upon us.” said Miki.

“Of course. I’d love to.” said Murakami.

“Then why don’t you tell me your favorite food as we head downstairs. My mother and I should be able to make it for you quickly.” said Miki.

“Do you have anything that’s close to meat?” asked Murakami.

“Of course, we can do something like this.” said Miki with a smile.

“Did you get some meat for me at the store?” asked Deity to Miki with an excited expressions on her face.

“Of course. We always have meat for everyone who needs it.” said Miki.

Meanwhile, Murakami looked around everyone that was in the room and then she finally noticed Deity, Tanji and Trina’s attributes.

“How are there two Werewolf Hybrids here? Not to mention a three way Dragon hybrid.” asked Murakami surprised.

“It’s a complicated story.” said Tanji.

“Are you two related to her?” asked Murakami to Tanji and Trina. “The smell you two have is like half of the smell she has. It’s weird.”

“Half the smell?” asked Trina confused.

“Everyone has a unique smell.” said Murakami. “Normally the only time people share a similar smell is when they’re related. You two seem to be only a little bit older than her though.” said Murakami as she pointed at Deity.

The three of them looked at each other and weren’t sure how to answer before they heard Murakami say something else.

“If you don’t want to tell me then that’s fine. I don’t need to know the information that badly. I’m not Auntie Tiamat after all.” she said.

“What are you?” asked Issei curiously. “You look kind of like a Kitsune.” he continued.

“I’m a werewolf.” said Murakami to Issei.

“Really? I thought Werewolf were supposed to have a humanoid wolf appearance.” said Issei innocently.

“Oh, you read that in story I suppose. Well, those kind of werewolf are just a different form we can take. I could show you but I really don’t like this form. I look like a monster.” said Murakami.

“Really? I never really thought of them as monster. But I’m not gonna force you to change or anything.” said Issei to Murakami with a smile on his face.

“Thank you Issei. You know, you look really cute.” said Murakami. “Same goes for the hybrids over there.” she continued.

“How did you know they were Hybrids?” asked Rivera.

“Well, aside from the smell they had, and the visible attributes, auntie Tiamat guessed what those two were after only glancing at them. She still has no idea how it’s possible or where they came from though.” said Murakami. “For her though it was her smell, although she is equally as strange.” continued Murakami as she pointed at Tanji

“Wow. Your auntie must be really smart.” said Issei.

“According to rumors I’ve heard, Tiamat is one of the smartest beings in existence.” said Aika.

“If you combine that with her strength, she’s an extremely dangerous opponent.” said Kichi.

“Even so, my mom managed to almost beat her in a fight if it wasn’t to save me and my sister from ‘our’ father.” said Kuroka as everyone was surprised.

“Thankfully she called Auntie Yasaka for help. If she didn’t then she might have died that day.” said Koneko.

“Auntie Tiamat hasn’t been at her full capacity for a long while from what I’ve heard.” said Murakami.

“Do you mean mentally or physically?” asked Kunou.

“Both” said Murakami.

“What was she like as her former self?” asked Miki.

“From what I heard from mom, she was apparently as strong as the loser sealed in your son’s left hand. I’m not talking about Issei, I’m talking specifically about the dragon.” said Murakami to Miki.

“Thank you for clarifying.” answered Miki.

As Deity heard that, she felt something in her heart that made her excited. She wanted to see that side of Tiamat for herself.

“Well anyway, let’s head downstairs, breakfast is ready and we need to prepare to go to the festival.” said Miki as everyone nodded.

 

They all arrived downstairs and everyone took their breakfast together.

“So Murakami, how do you enjoy the food? Is the meat to your liking?” asked Miki to Murakami.

“Let me check.” said Murakami as she was about to touch the meat directly and placed it in her mouth before Kuroka immediately pulled her back.

“I prefer to warn you, eat properly in front of Miki and Shina.” said Kuroka in a whisper to Murakami.

“Hold on, Shina is Miki’s mom?” asked Murakami scared.

“Yes. Why do you ask?” asked Rivera.

“My grandma has told me stories about when she was far too relaxed around Shina and didn’t pay attention or use her manners.” said Murakami.

“I did warn her not to be a wild animal.” said Shina.

Murakami then gulped down and carefully took her fork and knife to cut the meat. She then took one bite of the meat and her eyes sparkled at how good the food was.

“It’s even better than when mom does it.” said Murakami as she took another bite of her food.

“Glad you enjoy the food Murakami.” said Miki with a smile.

“Of course I do. You’re such a great cook.” said Murakami.

“Thank you Murakami.” continued Miki.

“Can I have some fruit, bread and rice mom?” asked Trina.

This made Miki pause. “I don’t remember you ever asking for that combination of foods for breakfast before.” she said to Trina.

“Oh, can I also have milk, fish and steak please?” asked Tanji which surprised Zinnia.

“That’s a first as well.” said Zinnia

Deity looked down a bit at this before Trina and Tanji both noticed this and replied to Miki and Zinnia.

“I think it’s good to have more options for breakfast.” said Trina to Miki.

“I agree with Trina.” said Tanji with a smile to Zinnia.

This made Deity feel better and smile.

Miki then brought the food to both Trina and Tanji who thought the food smelled delicious.

“I knew that it’s what I wanted but I wasn’t expecting the smell to be this good. It smells amazing.” said Trina.

Trina then took a bite of it and had stars in her eyes. “The taste is incredible as well. The flavor of it is just as good too.” said Trina.

This made Deity feel a lot better now.

Miki and Zinnia both noticed Deity smiling which also made them smile as well.

Everyone then continued enjoying their breakfast before getting ready to go to the festival.

“Well then everyone, are you all ready to go?” asked Miki.

“Yep, all done Mommy.” said Issei with a smile as everyone else nodded as well.

“Good, then let’s go everyone.” said Miki as they then all went to the festival.

As they were about to go, Issei remembered something. “When do you think I can call Irina?” asked Issei to Rivera.

“Probably not today little bro. We’re going to be busy at the festival. I don’t think that you’ll have much time to talk to her.” answered Rivera.

Issei then looked down as he was saddened by the news.

“Who’s Irina?” asked Kunou to Issei.

“She’s my very first friend.” said Issei to Kunou.

“At first he thought she was a boy until I explained to him she wasn’t.” said Rivera with a smirk.

“Well she acted like one.” said Issei with a pout.

“Where is she now?” asked Koneko.

“I think she’s somewhere in Europe. Her family had to leave there for work I think.” said Issei as he was trying to remember.

“You two seem like you were close.” said Aika to Issei.

“They were. They used to play together every opportunity they had.” said Miki with a smile.

“Issei was very sad once she left Kuoh.” said Shina. “In fact, that was right before Deity arrived in his life.” continued Shina.

Deity looked down at this before Shina hugged her. “It’s okay. It wasn’t your fault. I’m sure that you were just scared and caused an accident.” she said to her.

“My mother is right. You also fixed your mistake and everything has been fine since then. So you don’t need to feel bad about it.” said Miki to Deity as she slowly smiled back at her.

“Thanks.” said Deity.

“You’re welcome. Now then, let’s go to the festival.” said Miki as everyone else nodded.

But as everyone was leaving, Issei went to Deity and hugged her close to him, making her feel better.

 

Once they arrived at the festival, they saw many different families all discussing things with one another.

Kunou, Koneko, Kuroka, Kichi, Murakami and Deity were all surprised by how busy it was.

“Whoa, I have never seen so many people in one place, not even during the Kyoto’s festival.” said Kunou surprised.

“It probably has to do with the family that organized the festival. The Himejima family is well known to have very beautiful women, so they might want to get the chance to see them themselves.” said Shina as everyone was surprised.

“Whoa, are they that famous?” asked Issei.

“Yes Issei. They are very famous. They are the one responsible of the shrine all the way up the mountains.” said Shina to Issei as she showed him which shrine she was referring to.

“Whoa. Now I also would like to meet them.” said Issei.

“Probably in a little bit. Since there is so much family gathering around them right now, we should probably try to enjoy ourself before going to see them.” said Miki with a smile.

Everyone nodded as they all went to do their own thing. Kichi went with Rivera, Kuroka with Murakami, and Deity, Issei, Kunou, Koneko and Aika went together to visit while Miki, Shina, Erica and Zinnia made sure they were safe.

 

As everyone were doing their own thing, Kichi and Rivera were enjoying their time together.

“So Rivera, do you want to show me around the best place we can go to for the festival?” asked Kichi to Rivera.

“Of course. Follow me, I’ll show you the best place.” said Rivera with a smile.

Rivera then took Kichi and they visited many place during their little journey before they arrive at a game place.

“Hey, wanna do this game?” asked Rivera to Kichi.

“Of course. I love doing things with you.” said Kichi.

They then went to the man holding the game.

“Hello young miss. Would you like to do a game of hit the target? If you hit every single target without missing any of the target, you win this stuffed kitsune.” said the man as Rivera wanted to win the price even more.

Rivera then throw every single ball and managed to hit every single target without missing any single one.

“Whoa. I have never seen someone hitting every target on their first try. Well done miss, you win this kitsune.” said the man as he handed to Rivera the stuffed Kitsune.

“Thank you.” said Rivera as she then turned to Kichi and gave her the Kitsune. “It’s for you. That way, you’ll think of me even when you’re in Kyoto.” said Rivera with a smile which made Kichi blush.

“T-Thank you.” said Kichi as she hugged the stuffed Kitsune.

“You’re welcome. Now, should we continue ?” asked Rivera as Kichi nodded.

 

Meanwhile with Kuroka and Murakami, they were visiting the many places of the festival as they also did some game together.

“Whoa, there’s so much game in this festival. Even in Kyoto there aren’t that many during festival.” said Kuroka to Murakami.

“At least that means we can enjoy ourselves even more here.” said Murakami with a smile.

“I really did miss you Murakami.” said Kuroka with a blush.

“Me too. I really missed spending time with you. It was driving me crazy.” said Murakami.

“How has your sister been?” asked Kuroka.

“She’s been good, her and Azura are always together, so she is always happy and with a smile on her face. I was jealous of her since I couldn’t be with you.” said Murakami as she hugged Kuroka.

“Don’t worry, I’ll make sure we spend more time together from now on.” said Kuroka to Murakami as she then kissed her passionately.

“Mmmmh~You’re always a good kisser~” said Murakami as she kept kissing Kuroka.

“Thank you.” said Kuroka as she finished kissing Murakami. “Now which game should we do?” asked Kuroka as they continued walking around.

“Why don’t we do the ring toss there?” asked Murakami to Kuroka.

“Oh, sure. But you know that sometime they cheat so that we don’t win, right?” asked Kuroka.

“Yeah, but we can still use magic~” said Murakami with a smirk.

Murakami then went towards the ring toss stand.

“Hello sir. I’d like to play the game if possible.” said Murakami.

“Sure young lady. If you managed to place a ring on every single one of those stick, without missing one, you can win any price I have.” said the man.

Murakami smirked and started taking the ring as the man made the stick move.

“Oh, I forgot to say, the stick move, so you better watch where you send them.” said the man.

Murakami wasn’t scared and started sending the rings. The man smirked as he hit a button to make one of the stick go back so that she missed but unfortunately for him, Murakami used her magic so that the ring flew right onto the stick, and she did the same for the 5 rings. The man was shocked but was forced to give her what she wanted.

Murakami took her time to choose and settled for a purple stuffed kitty that she gave to Kuroka. “Here. Hug that whenever I’m not around. I’ll always be there for you in a sense.” said Murakami with a smile.

Kuroka blushed as she got her stuffed wolf. If she had her tails out, they would have moved at incredible speed.

“Thank you. I’m happy to have you in my life.” said Kuroka.

“I’m glad you’re a part of mine as well.” said Murakami.

They then continued to enjoy their time together.

 

Meanwhile, with Issei and the rest, they were walking around and getting some ice cream when they noticed that there wasn’t as many people as before near the Himejima family.

“Say mommy, should we go see them?” asked Issei as he pointed at the Himejima family.

“Sure Issei. It would be a good way to meet new people.” said Miki with a smile as Issei was very happy.

But as Issei was excited, Deity and Tanji seemed to be searching for something.

“Are you sensing it too?” asked Aika to Tanji and Deity.

Tanji and Deity both nodded to Aika.

“What is it?” asked Trina confused.

“Try and sense for anything that’s different than a human over in that direction.” said Tanji to Trina.

Trina closed her eyes and concentrated before she felt something faint coming from the direction that Tanji told her to look towards.

“Do you feel it yet?” asked Tanji to Trina.

“It’s tricky but most of the people around us feel similar to one another. Over there however there’s two that are different.” said Trina which confused Tanji and Aika.

“Two?” asked Tanji as she looked at Aika who was just as surprised.

“I wonder who they are.” said Aika as she looked at the Himejima family.

“Well, let’s go and meet them then.” said Issei as he then went towards the Himejima family.

 

Meanwhile with the Himejima family.

“Have you been enjoying the festival Akeno?” asked a woman with a short ponytail and brown eyes.

“It has been a nice distraction from father’s passing.” said the girl now known as Akeno.

“I’m happy that this has been a good experience.” said a woman with orange eyes and a short ponytail.

“Thank you Auntie Onika.” said Akeno.

“Have you seen anybody that you could be friends with?” asked a girl with red eyes who looked to be the same age as Akeno.

“I’m not sure yet Suzaku. I don’t know if they would accept me for my true nature. The other kids all made fun of me for it.” said Akeno.

“I’m sure that you will eventually find someone that you can call a friend of my daughter.” said the woman with brown eyes.

“Auntie Shuri is right.” said Suzaku.

“Thank you Suzaku.” said the now known Shuri.

“How has the festival been going?” asked a woman who approached the Himejima family. She had yellow eyes and very long black hair.

“It has been good Grandma Wana.” said Akeno to the now known Wana.

“That’s good to hear.” said Wana before she noticed someone approaching them. “It seems we have a visitor.” she continued.

They all looked to see a boy approaching them with some other people behind him.

“Hello.” said Issei with very big smile on his face as he waved at Akeno.

“H-Hie.” said Akeno as she waved back to Issei a bit shy.

Aika then ran up to Issei. “No fair. Who said you could be the first one to introduce yourself? My name is Aika. What is…?” asked Aika before she looked at Akeno and realized that she was one of the people that she had been sensing.

Akeno looked over at Aika before her jaw dropped slightly because she was extremely surprised. “You’re also…?”

“A Hybrid…” said Aika and Akeno at once.

“Oh? You are like Deity too?” asked Issei innocently.

“Deity?” asked Akeno confused before she noticed another girl joining Issei and hugging him.

Once she hugged him though she looked at Akeno with an excited expression on her face. “Wow. There’s another person like me out there?” asked Deity.

“I can sense that those two there feel familiar to you.” said Akeno as she pointed to Tanji and Trina. “Are they hybrids just like you?” she continued.

Deity wasn’t sure how to respond before Tanji and Trina answered Akeno’s question.

“We are.” said Trina with a smile.

“Yeah, we are hybrids like her.” said Tanji.

This made Deity smile happily. It was like she had two older sisters now.

This surprised the Himejima family. Not only did Akeno meet one hybrid today but now she had met 4 hybrids all after the other.

“There are other people out there like me…” said Akeno as she couldn’t believe it at first.

“Whoa Akeno, seems like you’re not the only hybrids here.” said Suzaku to Akeno.

“Careful Suzaku. You know how Akeno is about this.” said Shuri to Suzaku.

“O-Oh, right, sorry Akeno.” said Suzaku.

“It’s alright…” said Akeno to Suzaku.

“Why do you look sad?” asked Issei to Akeno.

“I lost my father recently…” she said to Issei. Normally she wouldn’t have said anything, but something about Issei and the other people around him is making her feel safe.

“Oh, I’m sorry for you...I also lost my father as well, so I know how hard it is.” said Issei to Akeno as she was surprised.

“My father also left my mom once he learned of her secret. I know it’s not the same thing as a parent passing away though.” said Aika as Akeno was even more surprised now.

“Mine died in a war 10 years ago.” said Tanji.

“Our fathers tried to attack us.” said Kunou and Koneko once they arrived near the group conversation which further surprised Akeno.

“I guess we all have lost our fathers in a way.” said Akeno.

“Hey, do you wanna be friend?” asked Issei to Akeno with a big smile on his face.

“Really? You want to be my friend?” asked Akeno as she was taken aback.

“Yeah, why would I not?” asked Issei innocently.

“New friend?” asked Deity to Issei.

“Yeah. She might be our new friend.” said Issei. “Only if she wants to be though. We shouldn’t force her to do something she might not want.” he continued.

Akeno was really surprised by this. Nobody had even want to be her friend, and here is this boy asking her to be friend. Not only that, but even the other girls around him seems to want to be friend as well. She didn’t know how to react.

“What do you think Akeno?” asked Onika curiously.

“I want to be their friend.” said Akeno with a happy smile.

“Yeah! New friend!” said Deity happily

“She seems like a cute bundle of energy.” said Wana as Deity looked at her with a smile.

“Cuteness acknowledged.” said Deity.

Miki and Zinnia smiled at this scene. They were happy to see everyone enjoying themselves.

“I never thought a Succubus and a human would be together.” said Wana as she looked at Miki and Zinnia.

“We have our reasons.” said Miki with a smile to Wana.

“Oh my. Did I say it out loud?” asked Wana with a smile.

“I see you’re acting all innocent now.” said Zinnia with a smirk.

“Don’t worry. It’s just how we are.” said Onika.

“I see. Hopefully you aren’t upset by my wife reading her mind.” said Miki.

“It’s alright. It was a good reminder.” said Onika.

“I forgot Succubus can do that.” said Wana as she smiled.

“I take it that the little girl with glasses is your daughter?” asked Shuri to Zinnia.

“Indeed. I hope she didn’t do anything bad. She can sometimes say something pervert without knowing she shouldn’t.” said Zinnia. “And the one with Red hair is also my daughter. She just had some...transformation along the way.” she continued.

“Mom. Don’t embarrass me.” said Aika as she looked back at Zinnia.

“Come on Aika. Don’t be embarrass of who you are~” said Tanji with a smirk on her face.

“It’s alright. She doesn’t get much experience with her fallen angel side now. Maybe hearing some of the thing succubi say could be good for her.” said Shuri.

“Mom!” said Akeno as she blushed.

“Oh my. Did I say something I shouldn’t have?” asked Shuri.

“I see that really does happen a lot.” said Miki with a smile.

“It’s just funny to say something naughty before acting proper~” said Shuri to Miki.

“I can’t but agree with you~” answered Miki with a smirk.

She then saw Zinnia pouting at her.

“Do you want a kiss~?” asked Miki to Zinnia who nodded.

Miki then gave Zinnia a very naughty and hungry kiss on the lips.

After Miki began kissing Zinnia, there was a quiet noise that was coming closer and closer to the group at high speeds as it got louder.

“Oh crap oh crap oh crap. I hope I’m not too late.” said Rivera as she slowed down once she saw Issei looking at Miki and Zinnia.

“It looks like you were unfortunately.” said Kichi as she approached Rivera who was crying on the ground.

“Is it so wrong for wanting my brother to remain innocent?” asked Rivera to the world.

Kichi rubbed her back to try and comfort her.

“There there. I’m sure he will still be the same Issei you always knew.” said Kichi to Rivera as she tried to comfort her.

“Is she crying again?” asked Kuroka as she appeared next to Kichi.

“Did I miss something or is she normally like this?” asked Murakami.

“It’s only when Issei sees or hears something she thinks he shouldn’t.” said Kuroka as she pointed to the still ongoing kiss.

“Wow. It’s still going huh?” asked Koneko surprised.

“Yeah.” said Kunou surprised.

“Mwah~” said Miki as she pulled away from the kiss.

“You do realize that Issei watched the whole thing right?” asked Shina to Miki.

“I don’t even think he looked away either.” said Erica.

Miki’s face turned crimson before she looked back only to see Issei with his head tilted and having a very confused expression on his face.

“I shouldn’t have look?” asked Issei innocently.

Miki’s face as still crimson from embarrassment.

“Normally a kiss is between two people and it’s supposed to be a private moment. If you have one in the future you should think of it the same way.” said Zinnia to Issei who nodded.

“T-That’s right.” said Miki still with a blush.

“Alright. Then I won’t look next time.” said Issei innocently.

“Good.” said Zinnia to Issei with a smile as Miki still blushed.

“What a naughty sight to see~” said Shuri with a smirk. “A mom letting her son see her kissing another woman with such passion~” she continued.

This made Onika sigh before looking at Miki. “I do apologize for my sister. She has a bad habit of teasing others too much.” said Onika.

“I-It’s alright. I should have just made sure Issei wasn’t looking at me at first.” said Miki as she was still blushing.

Everyone then heard someone’s tummy growling.

“I-I’m sorry for this embarrassing display.” said Akeno with a blush.

“Did you not have enough food this morning Akeno?” asked Shuri to her daughter.

“I thought I did…” said Akeno with a blush.

Suddenly, another tummy started growling. Only this time it was even louder than Akeno’s.

They turned to look and see that it was Suzaku that the noise was coming from.

“I-I apologize. I’ve been getting hungrier lately.” said Suzaku.

Every girls looked at one another after what Suzaku said.

“Here you go Akeno and Suzaku.” said Miki with a smile as she handed to both Akeno and Suzaku a small box of food.

“Y-You sure I can take all of it?” asked Akeno to Miki.

“I-It’s all for us?” asked Suzaku.

“Of course you can.” said Miki, still with her smile.

Akeno and Suzaku still weren’t sure about taking it.

“It’s the least we can do for your family holding the festival. It’s been a lot of fun so far.” said Rivera to Akeno and Suzaku with a smile.

“That’s a good point Rivera.” said Miki before she then handed a box to the rest of the Himejima family. “Now everyone has their food.” she said with a smile.

The Himejima family was surprised by this but they each decided to take a bite before their eyes started to sparkle.

“It’s so tasty.” said Akeno.

“Delicious.” said Suzaku.

“So well prepared.” said Shuri.

“The flavor mix so well.” said Onika.

“You’re an excellent cook.” said Wana.

“Thank you for your praise.” said Miki with a smile.

“Mommy is a great cook.” said Issei with a smile.

“Well she sure is.” said Shuri as she continued eating the food Miki gave her.

“Mother. Would it be alright if I enjoy the festival with them? I’ll stay with you if you’d like me to but I would like to experience the festival more.” said Akeno.

Shuri was surprised by the question of Akeno.

“Well, if you promise to behave yourself then that it fine with me.” she said to her daughter.

“I promise mother.” said Akeno with a smile.

“Can I go as well? I would like to make it up to them for the food.” said Suzaku.

“You may.” said Onika with a smile on her face.

“Thank you mother.” said Suzaku with a smile.

“Can I ask you all a question?” asked Issei before they left.

“Of course you can.” said Onika.

“Why do all five of you look the same except for your eye color?” asked Issei innocently.

This made Wana giggle. “My good looks were passed down to my two daughters and their good looks were passed down to theirs.

“Oh. I guess that’s why you’re all so pretty.” said Issei innocently, which made all the women in the Himejima family blush a little bit.

He’s already calling women pretty. Where did my innocent little brother go?” asked Rivera as she was looking down.

“What does pretty mean big sis? Doesn’t it mean cool?” asked Issei.

“You think it means cool?” asked Rivera confused.

“Yeah. I’ve heard people say pretty cool before.” said Issei.

“We’ve got to get our study sessions going.” said Aika to Issei.

“Okay study buddy.” said Issei as he hugged Aika.

Once Issei hugged Aika she felt a change withing her.

“What is this feeling…?” asked Aika confused.

“Sweetheart…” said Zinnia surprised.

“What is it…” asked Aika before she noticed something on her hand.

“Cool. You have one like mine.” said Issei excitedly as he looked at Aika’s hand.

On Aika’s hand was a black/purple dragon looking gauntlet.

“I have a sacred gear…” said Aika surprised.

“Do you think you should call him?” asked Onika to Shuri.

“It would be a good idea to do it.” answered Shuri.

“It’s a good thing the festival is nearly finished.” said Wana.

“Let’s go inside the shrine.” said Suzaku.

“That won’t work unfortunately. Due to me and my mom being succubi, we can’t go inside of shrines.” said Zinnia to Suzaku.

“Then why don’t we head back to our home?” asked Miki to Suzaku.

“That’s probably the best place to do it.” said Shina.

“Should we be on our way then?” asked Shuri.

Everyone nodded as they made their way towards the Hyoudou’s house.

But on the way home, Akeno was sad she couldn’t enjoy the festival with her new friends.

“I’m sorry. It’s because of me that we can’t do the festival.” said Aika.

“It’s not your fault. No one could tell that something like this would happen.” said Zinnia to Aika, trying to make her feel better.

“I met another hybrid like me and I ruined her day.” continued Aika.

“You didn’t ruin my day.” said Akeno. “I got to make new friends. And that’s worth everything.” she continued.

“Thank you for being nice to me.” said Aika.

“I could say the same to you.” said Akeno which surprised Aika.

“What do you mean?” asked Aika.

“Up until now, everyone I’ve met that has been my age has treated me like a monster for having these wings.” said Akeno while looking down.

“Do you want to see mine when we arrive back at Miki’s house?” asked Aika which completely surprised Akeno.

“What did you say?” asked Akeno to Aika.

“I asked if you wanted to see my wings. I thought it might make you feel more comfortable if you see someone else around your age that has wings.” answered Aika.

“Sure, I’d love to see them. I could even show you mine.” answered Akeno with a smile.

“Something tells me that our daughters are going to be great friends.” said Zinnia to Shuri.

“I think they will be. They are quite similar after all.” said Shuri.

“What do you think your sacred gear is?” asked Issei to Aika.

“I don’t know at all. That’s the first time I sees something like this.” she said to Issei.

“It looks like it’s a dragon head or something.” said Rivera.

“But I haven’t heard of other sacred gear using dragon except the two heavenly dragons.” said Aika. “And this one looks like black, not white.” she continued.

“If it was white then that would’ve been bad.” said Kichi.

“You’re not wrong nya.” said Kuroka.

“What would have happened it if was white?” asked Issei.

“She would have been your eternal rival.” said Koneko.

“I don’t think I’d have wanted to fight her.” said Issei.

“The red dragon emperor and the white dragon emperor have been known to fight to the death.” said Kunou to Issei.

“Why would they fight all the time? Wouldn’t it be better to be friends?” he asked innocently.

“Not everything is good in the supernatural world sweetie.” said Miki.

“Then when I’m older, I’ll make sure this change.” he said with a determined expression.

“The red dragon emperor does have a lot of influence.” said Shina. “So if you work hard for that dream then it might turn into a reality.” continued Shina.

“So if I work hard, every dream come true?” asked Issei to Shina.

“Yes, of course Issei.” she answered with a smile.

“Then I’ll work even harder for it. I’ll make sure to create a world where everyone is friend.” he said innocently as everyone smiled at this.

“Well then guys, here we are. I know it’s not much but here is our house.” said Miki as they finally arrived.

“It’s still a fairly large house.” said Shuri to Miki.

“Thank you. I do enjoy the way it is.” said Miki.

“Well I agree with Shuri, it’s a great house.” said Wana.

“Well, let’s get inside then.” said Miki as everyone entered the house.

 

As they entered, every adult took a place at the table while the children played with each other.

“So, I assume you were talking about Azazel earlier, correct?” asked Erica.

“Oh, are you talking about the guy with the yellow and black hair?” asked Issei which surprised the Himejima family.

“Hold on. Issei knows about him?” asked Onika.

“Well, Azazel’s daughter was the one who gave him his glove that let his energy flow inside him without killing him. He had awakened his sacred gear very early for his age and since he used it at such a young age, his body was not ready since it is that of a human.” said Shina.

Issei nodded at this. “They even waved me goodbye once I woke up. The girl also smiled at me and she waved back.” said Issei to everyone.

“The girl? Do you mean Raynare?” asked Akeno to Issei.

“Well I don’t know her name so I assume yeah. She’s really smart and she seemed really nice.” said Issei.

“Yeah. She came with Azazel some time too so we had some time together. She was always nice with us and gave me some helpful tips with my powers.” said Akeno to Issei.

“That’s great. I can’t wait to meet her again.” said Issei to Akeno.

“We should probably head back home nya.” said Kuroka to her sister.

“Awwww...I wanted to spend more time with Issei.” said Koneko as she pout.

“Me too…” said Kunou as she pout as well.

“I’m sorry you two but we made the agreement with our mothers that we would take you to the festival and even then they were reluctant. Taking you to the Grigori was never part of the deal.” said Kichi to the two girls.

“I’m sure Issei will tell you about everything that happens while he is there.” said Murakami to the two girls.

“He most likely will. He doesn’t like it when his friends are left out of stuff.” said Rivera.

Kunou and Koneko still weren’t happy with this before they both felt Issei giving them a hug.

“Rivera is right. When I see you both in two weeks I’ll tell you everything that happened. That’s what good friends do after all.” said Issei to the two girls.

“You’d better.” said Koneko as she hugged. Issei.

“Make sure you keep your promise.” said Kunou as she hugged Issei.

“Of course I will. I don’t want to see you two sad.” said Issei as she hugged them even more.

The hug went on for a few more moments before Koneko and Kunou pulled away. Before they went back to their sisters, they both ran over and each kissed his cheek.

Issei was not expecting this and he was completely broken after this.

Miki saw this and was surprised but also had a smile on her face.

Rivera was dumbfounded and Trina was already smirking.

Kunou and Koneko smiled at his reaction before they each went next to their big sister.

“You do know that we have to tell our mothers right?” asked Kichi.

“This was another part of the deal nya.” said Kuroka.

Kunou and Koneko both sighed but nodded as they were teleported away by their big sisters.

“I should probably get going too. Thank you for letting me spend the day with Kuroka here.” said Murakami to Miki.

“It was my pleasure Murakami. You may come back at any time you’d like.” said Miki with a smile.

“Thank you Miki. Well then, I’ll get going now. See you another day. Bye Issei.” said Murakami as she waved at everyone and then at Issei.

“Goodbye.” said Issei with a big smile as he waved back.

Once Murakami teleported away, he saw Deity pouting at him with a very cute expressions on her face.

“What is it Deity?” asked Issei innocently.

“Daily kiss.” she said while pouting.

“Oh, you want to kiss me too?” asked Issei to Deity.

Deity nodded before she kissed him on the cheek.

Issei was surprised for a few moments before he recovered and kissed her back on the cheeks.

After she received her kiss, her attributes reappeared and moved happily as she had a happy expression on her face.

“Wow. She really is a hybrids.” said Onika as she was surprised by Deity.

Deity nodded at her in response.

“Would it be alright if you show me your wings?” asked Akeno to Aika.

“That’s completely fine with me.” said Aika as she then revealed her succubus horns, wings, and tail for Akeno to see. “I was originally only going to show my wings but it feels better with all of the attributes out.” continued Aika.

“Wow. All three of your supernatural attributes look good together.” said Akeno as she was very happy to see Aika’s attributes.

“Thanks Akeno. Would it be alright if I see yours as well?” asked Aika. “If you don’t want to then that’s fine but I’m curious to see them.” she continued.

“It’s alright Aika. I can show them to you since you showed me yours.” said Akeno as she revealed her fallen angel wings for Aika to see.

“Wow. They look so fluffy. You have some very nice wings Akeno.” said Aika as she liked seeing Akeno’s wings a lot.

“I agree with Aika. They look really great Akeno.” said Issei with a big smile on his face.

“Thank you both.” said Akeno with a smile on her face. “I’m so happy that you both like my wings so much.” she continued.

“Wait until you see our attributes.” said Tanji and Trina before they revealed their own attributes.

“Whoa. You are very similar to Deity. Are you her sisters or something?” asked Akeno.

“Sort of, it’s complicated though.” said Trina.

“I hope you like how we look.” said Tanji.

“You both look incredible with them.” said Akeno. “But Deity looks more cute though.” she continued as Deity smiled happily at her when she said that.

“I don’t mean to break up this touching moment but we should probably figure out what is on your arm Aika.” said Erica to her granddaughter who nodded back at her.

“I also agree with your grandmother sweetheart. We need to figure out what sacred gear you have.” said Zinnia to Aika who nodded again before she looked at Shuri.

“Can we call Azazel now? No offense but I’d really like to know what this thing is.” asked Aika to Shuri who nodded to her.

“Yes, allow me to contact him first.” said Shuri as she took out her phone and dialed Azazel’s number.

After a few moment, someone picked up. “Is everything okay? You don’t normally call unless it’s something serious.” said the voice on the other line.

“At our hometown festival someone awakened a sacred gear.” said Shuri as then the phone hanged up.

Someone immediately teleported into the house once the phone hung up.

“I don’t appreciate you teleporting into my house without permission but given the circumstance I’ll give you a pass just this once.” said Miki to Azazel.

Azazel then noticed Miki as he was scared. “M-My apologies. I hadn’t realized Shuri wasn’t in her normal place. Anyway, weren’t you in Kyoto for your son’s sacred gear?” asked Azazel.

“I was. But now it is about my wife’s daughter.” answered Miki.

Azazel was confused before he noticed Zinnia and then Aika who was still uncomfortably holding her hand.

“I see. Let me get down to it right away then.” said Azazel before he felt someone that teleported outside of the house.

There was then a knocking sound coming from the door.

“Excuse me while I get the door.” said Miki as she answered the door to reveal a familiar girl standing at the door.

“Excuse me ma’am. Did my father happen to come in here?” asked Raynare.

“It’s the lady from before.” said Issei with a smile as he waved to Raynare.

Raynare smiled at Issei before looking back at Miki. “Would it be alright if I stepped inside? My father happened to forgot something when he left.” said Raynare to Miki.

“Of course. Come on in.” said Miki with a smile.

“Thank you for your kindness.” said Raynare to Miki before she walked over to Azazel and handed him some sort of device. “You really need to stop teleporting away without grabbing your sacred gear reader at times like these.” said Raynare.

“Thank. I was wondering where that was.” said Azazel as he took it and scanned Aika’s hand. “It looks like it’s one of Vritra’s sacred gear.”

“Isn’t that the absorption line?” asked Raynare to her father.

“It does look like it.” answered Azazel.

“Yes. That’s a point for me.” said Raynare with a smirk.

Raynare then noticed Akeno and walked over to her to hug her. “You’ve gotten so big since the last time I’ve seen you. How have you been?” asked Raynare to Akeno with a smile.

“Pretty good. But what about you Raynare?” asked Akeno.

“I’ve been well. I’ve been working hard on my studies and improving my abilities.” said Raynare with a smile to Akeno.

“I’ve been working hard too. I made some new friends today as well. One of them is even a Hybrid like me.” said Akeno with a smile.

“That’s great news Akeno.” said Raynare. “You must have been very happy to make new friends.” she continued.

“Yeah, I was so happy to have new friends. It was something I had hoped for so long.” said Akeno with a smile.

“Do you want to introduce me to them?” asked Raynare.

“Well, two of them already left but I think you have already seen Issei and Deity right?” asked Akeno as she pointed at Issei and Deity.

“I have but I haven’t met them.” said Raynare as she motioned to Aika and Tanji.

“This is Aika.” said Akeno as she pointed to Aika. “She’s a half human hybrid like I am. Except she is half Succubus.” she continued. “And that’s her sister Tanji, she is very similar to Deity.” she finished saying?

“I see. It’s very nice to meet you two.” said Raynare to Aika and Trina.

“It’s nice to meet you too.” said Aika and Tanji with smiles on their faces.

Raynare then had something in her mind and then turned to her dad. “Don’t you have the other gears for Vritra back at the lab dad?” asked Raynare to Azazel.

“Hmmm...I do think I have them, but I don’t think it’s a good idea to give them to her at this moment. She is still but a child.” said Azazel to his daughter.

“Oh I know. I just wanted to see if you still had them.” said Raynare.

“Do you plan to give them to her?” asked Akeno to Raynare.

“That’s up to him. He’s the boss after all. I could put in a good word if she works hard for them though.” said Raynare to Akeno.

“You two seem close. You two are almost like sisters.” said Aika.

“I’d prefer to say cousins rather than sisters.” said Raynare to Aika.

“Can I ask you a question miss?” asked Issei to Raynare.

“Of course. What is it Issei?” asked Raynare to Issei.

“How long do I have to wear this glove? It doesn’t feel uncomfortable but I have been curious about when I can take it off.” said Issei.

“What’s the answer dad?” asked Raynare to Azazel.

“Hmmm. I’m not sure. He awakened it before he should have so until he gets to the point when he can maintain it naturally then he will have to wear the glove. This is what I would assume.” said Azazel as he was thinking about this.

“Is there any way it can be sped up? There might be a scenario where someone tries to make him take the glove off.” said Rivera.

“The only thing I can think of is trying to train him.” said Azazel. “We could bring him to the Grigori if you’re up for it.” he continued.

“With all due respect dad, that is a terrible idea.” said Raynare.

Azazel was confused for a moment before his eyes widened. “Yeah good thinking kiddo. I didn’t think about that potential outcome. We can’t train him at the Grigori then.” said Azazel.

“is there something that you’re hiding?” asked Wana.

“There is and I will not share it now.” said Azazel seriously.

“Then why not use the training ground in my home?” asked Zinnia to Azazel.

“Yeah, this is a better idea.” said Azazel. “Do you think you can take us there?” asked Azazel.

“It shouldn’t be an issue but I’d prefer to walk though.” said Zinnia.

As Zinnia was about to walk to the door and open it, everyone heard a knocking sound from the opposite end of the door.

“Oh yeah. I somehow completely forgot she was here.” said Zinnia.

This made Azazel sigh. “I’ll get it. She is probably here for me.”

“Who’s here?” asked Issei confused.

“Kuoh is a part of Devil territory, so if I had to guess then that’s most likely the current overseer.” said Onika.

Once Azazel reached the door and opened it, he saw a woman with gray hair and gray eyes standing here with her arms crossed.

“How nice of you to answer the door for me. That makes the questioning easier.” said the woman.

“I apologize for not giving you notice but there was an emergency that I had to take care of. Someone fairly close to me informed me that someone awakened a sacred gear in this town and I wanted to make sure there were no issues.” said Azazel to the woman.

The woman narrowed her eyes at him as she stared at him for a few moments before Raynare approached the woman.

“What my dad is saying is true. I also didn’t think of informing you because he rushed off before I could say anything to him. I do apologize for the inconvenience.” she said as she bowed to the woman.

The woman sighed before speaking once more. “Please just try to be more careful about informing me next time. We don’t want to spark anything between our factions.”

“That is acceptable. Thank you for your generosity in regard to this matter.” said Raynare as she bowed once more.

The woman then noticed Zinnia in the house standing next to a woman she didn’t recognize. “Oh, did you get into a relationship Zinnia?” asked the woman to Zinnia.

Zinnia then sighed but had a smile on her face. “You and your gossip.”

“I prefer to call it information gathering. If you call it gossip then that makes it sound like I’m getting into other people’s business.” said the woman with a smirk.

“Who is this Zinnia?” asked Miki confused.

“This is…” started Zinnia before she realized the woman had disappeared from where she once was and was talking to the triplets.

“So who are you? I can tell that you like that boy standing over there. If it’s not too much trouble can you give me the details?” asked the woman to Deity

Deity blushed in embarrassment since she wasn’t expecting someone to say that so casually.

“She really does like gossiping I see.” said Suzaku while watching this happen.

“I said it’s information gathering.” said the woman with a pout before she recomposed herself and went back over to Zinnia.

“Are you going to introduce yourself now?” asked Zinnia.

“First I want to know why the succubus queen is in Kuoh. Aren’t you normally at work or at your stores around the world?” asked the woman curiously.

Zinnia sighed before replying. “I will inform you after you introduce yourself. You didn’t even ask Miki if you could enter the house.” said Zinnia.

“Who’s Miki? Is she the women over there who’s looking at the two of us having our conversation with a sweet smile on her face?” asked the woman as she pointed at Miki.

“You have five seconds to introduce yourself before I kick you out.” said Miki with her sweet smile. “Your timer starts now.” she continued.

The woman was surprised before she quickly went to the door. “Hello there. My name is Cleria Belial and I am the overseer of the town of Kuoh. It’s nice to meet you everyone.” said the woman.
