Aphmau POV:

"OOoo APhmau~~!! You canNOT esCape MEEEE~~!!!!!" I hear that awful voice chasing me down the halls...my stalker: Ein Emodius. He hates my guts but wants me to be his girlfriend? As if i dont already get forced into a relationship with my boy best friends every month!! He's a werewolf omega and he's no good! 

I turn the corner to find my escape. My school Phoenix Drop High School to be exact, has just implemented a mental health room, where all the mentally ill children can find refuge in games, internet, and even television! I couldn't believe it when i heard it! And here i thought school wasn't about having fun! But no matter: I have to escape this crazy wolf man!!

I was able to get some distance between me and my stalker so I didn;'t feel rushed to get the door open, but when I opened the door...it was pitch black in there.

It was like it was another dimension! I got really scared and backed up. but when I was about to look for my next room, Ein's voice got closer ("APH!!! GET BACK HERE!!!!)

I had no other choice: I have to go through that door!! I take a breath and summon all my courage...here goes nothing!!!

Aphmau POV:

Next thing I know....I'm Falling!!! "KYAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!" I scream out loud like a little girl. I feel something on my body shift but I'm too scared to care! I'm falling into a BLACK HOLE!! Oh no... here comes the bottom!!

THUNK!!

Ralsei POV:

OUCH!! Something fell on me! Oh this is no good! I can't move!!

"Woah what the --" Susie, my best friend says. What? What's on me?! I say this in my mind, for I am worried that if I say it out loud they'll feel bad for me. I don't want them to feel bad for me! "It's...a human?" Susie speaks again.

Wha-Wha-WHat!?? Okay Susie, not funny! Kris is right next to me ! I say as much out loud: "But Susie, Kris is right next to me!" I look over and there they are, my blue best friend. 

But then I feel a shift and it falls. ANd I look over...

HOLY MOLY!! It's a lightner human Female! ...and a cute one at that! Wait Ralsei! You're a darkner and you shouldn't be feeling this! You have a role to play: nothing more! I feel shame flood my body. 

The female lightner is dressed similarly to Kris: she is wearing silver armor atop a shoulderless purple top with purple gemstones. Shes wearing tan pants with belts attached to them. Shes wearing silver boots and more belts. Her hair is dark and her eyes are orange.

How embarrassing to end up in this situation!!

Susie POV:

Woah another human!? UGH, just when our adventure was starting!! Now this stupid human has to come in and carry us down!! I see the Card Castle in the distance..sigh, I guess we can wait a bit until she wakes up. I go over and start poking her face "Hey wake up human!" She isn't responding...oh cr*p! I hope she isn't dead! "Don't worry I'll help!" I summon a healing spell...aaaand it doesn't do anything. GOSH DARN IT!!

Kris then walks over and puts their hand on the girl, and her eyes shoot open. What the heck Kris!? They always keep me on my toes!!!

"Oh my gosh, where am I?" the girl says to Kris, then she turns her head and sees me and Ralsei. She's starting to turn pale and is getting scared.. Heh, Here comes the scream.

"AAAAAAAAAH!!!" the girl starts screaming and I start laughing. Never gets old! I love making people scared! But, why is she screaming at Ralsei? "WHY IS THERE A GIANT GOAT AND LIZARD HERE!?!?!" LIZARD??? 

"Watch your mouth missy!! I'm a monster not a lizard!" I say rolling up my sleeve.

"A M-M-M-MONSTER?!?! AAAAAAAAAAH!!" the girl starts screaming again!! Okay, now I REALLY don't like her!

Aphmau POV:

OH NO MONSTERS ARE REAL!?! I'M GOING TO BE EATEN ALIVE!!! PLEASE DON'T EAT ME! I STILL HAVEN'T VISITED MY BEST FRIEND/EX-BOYFRIEND AT HIS COLLEGE YET!!!! Maybe the human that's with me can help me! "WE HAVE TO RUN THEY'RE GOING TO EAT US!!" I grab their arm and try to run but, my legs hurt like heck!!! This is it Aph!!!

"O-Oh don't worry, human! We're friends, not foe!" The goat says. He has pink horns and green glasses. He's very fluffy and would be adorable if he weren't a flipping monster!! The other monster is a purple lizard that reminds me of barney but she has messy dark purple hair. I can't hear them over my screaming.

"AAAAAAAAAAAHHH" I keep screaming and they seem to get angry so I scream more. Then...SLAP!! The lizard monster slapped my face!! Rude!!!! But, at least I'm not screaming anymore!

"Listen human! I'm a monster, but Kris and Ralsei aren't! We're just trying to see what this dark fountain is doing here and why all our friends are back to how they used to be! See that castle over there? We're going to see what's going on! My friend Lancer's in there and I want to find him! YOu with us or not?" the purple lizard says.

Well....if i'm stuck in this world, i might as well make some friends so I'm not alone! "Okay...I'm in!"

Aphmau POV:

Well...here I am stuck in the middle of NO\WHERE!! Im totally scared and my new...friends? are certainly interesting. That purple dragon girl is named Susie. She has yellow eyes thaT sometimes turn white and messy dark purple hair. She has on a sleeveless biker jacket with yellow spiked arm bands and bracelets. She has a black belt with a yellow heart belt buckel. SHe has puffed out dark purple pants and black boots. Oh and yeah a dark purplke turtleneck shirt underneath. She is a hoot and a holler but cna be totally scary at points!! I better watch my mouth around this one!

Next is the white fluffy goat boy. He has pink horns and pink eyes and green glasses. He has a magenta scarf thats reeeeally long and moves on its own. Hes wearing a green tunic over a black sweater and the tunic has a black heart on it. He has no shoes one so I can see he doesnt have hhooves? He has little paws. AWWWw i think. He's actually really cute! 

And then theres the other human. THey have dark blue hair and light blue skin for some reason? THey are wearing a dark blue body suit and armor over it, similar tyo my outfit, and have no sleeves and armor on their arms. They have a pink scarf/bandana/cape. And they carry around a sword!! The thing is: they don't talk!! I have to initiate EVERY conversation!! And when thbey do talk it s sooo weird. Its like someone else is making them talk for them....

In any case, we are walking towards this mega castle that is pretty flipping cool. Its big and has cards around it. WHen we pass a corner we see some weird creature!! I scream !! But the monsters are running towards it?!?! No guys stop!! But its too late...

All of the sudden, Im on a battlefield, and its black and weird!! and the creature we saw is facing us and looks like its going to attack!! "wHA?!? WHATS HAPPENING?!?! SOMEONE EXPLAINS!!!" i scream!

Susie growls back "its a battle dumbface!! We fight it by ACTing!"

"Like a stage play?!?" I ask and im shaking

Ralsei giggles and i blush. his giggle is as sweet as a cookie made by Kawaii-chan! "ACTing is when you treat the enemy liek you want to be treated! We are maiking them happy so they and we don't have to fight!"

"O-Okay," I say. So ACTing means being nice? okay, Im on it ! "H-hello! M-m-my name is aphmau what is yours?" 

"me? Oh no one's ever asked me my name.. they call me a rudinn, but i like the name jimmy!" Jimmy says. I giggle and ralsei blushes (he likes my laugh!), and we talk with the rudinn. I mean, he still hits us with bullets thaqt come out of nowhere but he's actually really cool! At some point, Ralsei looks at Kris and says "Okay you can end the battle now" and then our new friend Jimmy turns into sparkling dust and flies away!! HUH?

"What happened tio Jimmy?!?" I am horrified.

"Oh we just recruited him back to our kingdom." Ralsei says. "yeah no need to question it" Susie says too. 

"Oh okay. But wait.. you said kingdom?" I gasp "Ralsei, youre a king!?!"

He giggles for the second time and it still makes my heart sing. "Well technically not yet. Im actually a prince!"

"yeah prince of being a loser!" Susie laughs. That was very nice!! But Ralsei is laughing too so all is good

Ralsei POV: 

We've been encoutnering so many enemies but aphmau is so strong and got the hang of ACTing so quick !! Im very impressed! and...her voice is very sweet. I cant help it! She's so lovely... I wish i didn;t thjink this way.....

We were going against Clover (who was mad that I was with aphmau, when did she like me? Is it because im a cute boy?? Oh my) and she's very strong, so we were all hurt. "Clover stop this!!" APhmau was the only one standing now, shes so very strong! Clover hissed and her three heads were aboput send a projectile that could bring aphmau. "Aphmau move!" I scream and suddenly when the projectile is about to hit Aphmau, it explodes with a loud and bright explosion...I've seen this explsoion before.........

"Ho ho ho what's up nerds!?" It's Lancer!!!

"LANCER MY MAN!!" Susie exclaims and shes up now. Clover ran away becuase she got spooked by the explosion. She runs over to lancer and gives him an epic high five and LAncer rolls on the floor laughing. Im so happy Lancer is okay!

"uhmm...who's this guy?" Aphmau says...guess we'll have to catch her up!

Aphmau POV:

Wha-wha-wha what is THAT!?!? I can't even make sense of it!! Its like a little boy but with a dog nose and no eyes!! They called it Lancer, and it looks like a spade like from card games such as war or solitaire! I'm trying my best to be nice to these creatures so I'm trying not to react a lot but this thing is spooky!

Its like it can smell my fear, "Hoho you fear me...Good! I'm not dangerous but I've never been actually feared. I love new experiences." 

Ralsei speaks up, "I'm sorry I haven'nt explained much of what is happened, Aphmau. You see, I am a prince of darkness and I have a home called Castle Town were the friends Kris and Susie and I make throughout our journeys in the dark world hang out. Dark fountians are big masses of darkness that give me and lancer here form. We wouldn't exisist without it so we like it, but too many fountians is bad. So at our castle town another dark fountian appeared. A lot of darkners (thats what my people are called) went toward the fountain but never came back so I did what any prince would and went after to help my people,. But then I appeared here and it seemed all the friends we made went back to their old lives and somehow got to go back to their o;ld homes. That castle over there is home to King, Lancer's father and a...well...not very nice character. His castle is in the way of cyber city where Queen is and shes crazier than him so it'll be difficult. Then TV world then a sanctuary. We have to go through each place and  get our friends back! If they stay too long in this place I fear they'll turn to stone!! This isn't their home and makes no sense to begin with... so Aphmau, please help us save my people! Also, even though Lancer is eccentric he has a golden heart and is a good friend. Trust m,e Aphmau and we'll be safe. Just: please help me save everyone!"

...That was a lot of information to take in. So Ralsei is the prince of the darkners and we have to save everyone? and they dont even know how this place works? Oh no... But when I look into Ralsei's eyes I feel safe. And with Susie and Kris at my side I feel like the battle wont be hard..."...okay Ralsei, I help you guys!"

"H E DOUBLE HOCKEY STICKS YEAH!" Susie yells, "Holy guacamole! What's happening?" Lancer yells as well. "thank you, APhmau!!" Raslei says and his smile is genuine and warm. Kris gives a thumbs up. 

And thus my adventure truly began: to save the darkners!

Susie POV:

We're on our way to kick King's big butt and we're walking up to the castle. Easy peasy, I know my way around here! But before we can open the doors, I see a flash of white and I know......

Rouxls Caard is here.

"Looketh upon what the feline broughteth forth" He says with an awful smile. He's so annoying!! He's tall and blue and skinning and mean and did I mention annoying? 

"ugh, not Rouxls!!" I see Kris's face contort into disgust. Ralsei looks upset too. But Aphmau doesn't know how annoying this guy is so she just looks confused. 

"Uhmm, sorry sir but we need you back at castle town!" Aphmau says very confidently. If I had it my way, Rouxls Caard would stay here and corrode.

"Whoseth are youseth? Guyse? Whom is this in fronteth me? Is she the newesteth memebre of thyne polycule?" Rouxls asks my new friends. 

"WHAT? NO I told you Rouxls we aren't dating! We're all just very close friends!" I yells. I can see Kris nod their head slightly but Ralsei is beet red. IHe knows we're just friends why is he blushing? I'll talk to him about it later. 

"Whateverse. Okayse. Okayse Guyse I actually liketh it here. Okayse I'm fighting you guyses nowses." And a battle starts. UGHHHH!!

Lancer is eating chips and salsa in the corner while we all start our battle. We all do pretty good. Ralsei tries telling Rouxls why he shouldn't be here and why we should go back to castle town, but Rouxls put his fingers where his ears should be and sang "tra la laeth". He's such a mega piece of work!! His special attack caught us all off guard though so Ralsei got downed and Kris and I were at low health. But Aphmau stood strong through it all and took no damage: She's a natural! Ugh, hate to say this but I might need to take pointers from her!

"Goodness. That new homosapien is excellenth." Rouxls says. 

"Flattery will get you nowhere, Rouxls! Give up already and let us help you!" Aphmau says like a true champion. 

"Okayse. But only becauseus the girl is Cool" and Rouxls ended the battle. Finally! "Youse seeses: I am trying to winneth the hearts of these leaders so they may leteth me be there,,,second-in-command. I thoughteth that if I had a second chance, I couldeth gotten everything i couldveth wanteth. I meanst, I'm still going to keep tryingth., but now I feel bad so I'll cometh with you guyses." Then Rouxls went into Kris's  pocket and I prayed to a higher power that he wouldn't show his stupid face again at all later down the line. 

"Way to go Aphmau!" I say and shake her. Lancer laughs and says "Yeah, you soemhow talked lesser dad out of being a weirdo human purple girl!" "Great work, Aphmau" Ralsei says wistfully and with a flush on his face. Maybe the fight wore him out. 

"hehe thanks guyse..Oh no, Im starting to sound like him!" we all laugh.

Aphmau's POV:

This Castle is HUGE MUNGUS! It's twice the size of Phoenix drop High! The enemies are fierce and don't let up, but with some nice times and a positive attitude, we were able to get some friends to the castle town licketly split! We ran into a cage with a bunch of guys that look pretty high up. "What happened to you guys!?"

"We like this cage honestly." One says. "Yeah anywhere the cage goes, we goes." Another one says. I face palm. Guys!! Don't you realize you could turn ton stone!?

"Where's the dad, shrimpletons!?" Lancer threatens but it isnt very threatening, hehe! 

"Oh king? Yeah he told everyone to kill you guys yeah. He's very scary you see." S-scary? Hah, no way! If he's Lancer's dad how could he be scary?? Lancer isn't scary! But I look at Ralsei and Susie's faces and they look hard. Is this king guy actually scary???

I'm getting a little spooked walking these halls. Is this guy actually going to be strong...oh I don't know if I can take it! nThose guys said he wants us dead? That can't be! Oh but the darkners that have been attacking us...they really hurt susie and sweet Ralsei......what if they actually ARE trying to kill us? Why??

Ralsei's POV:

King is back in power? THis is no good...he's very unpredictable. What could be going on in that awful head of his! LAst time we were here,, I let my guard down and almost lost my life for it.......But I am a stronger now. I know that I have to proitect my friends no matter what the cost! I have , no one else.... my gaze falls back to Aphmau. She's so awesome, and crazy strong. I never heard of her in the prophecy but she has what it takes to save the world. I hope she can stay on our team...No matter what I know APhmau will fight for what is right and just.

We approach the throne room and....it is the same scene as before. It looks like the sign of a struggle....but why? Did his people turn against him again? Did he go mad with power?......Is it...the knight? I feel a chill. Susie puts a hand on my shoulder though and I smile. My friends will be there no what may be.

"I hope Dad is okay..." Lancer says from Aphmau's arms and she gives his head a pat. "Don't worry LAncer, we'll see what's going on soon enough.."

Susie's POV:

That big ol meanie king is going to pay for making my friend LAncer worried! KIng's seems like he's always been a doodoohead to him....but at castle town I realized he may not have been so bad. I mean, Lancer is bouncy. In any case, kings a jerk! Someone as crooked and prejudiced should never be allowed to govern a large group of people!

We approach the top of the castle and we see him.... He's large like fat and looks like lancer but taller and has a mouth on his stomach and a crown on his head. "Lancer....my son. Get over here."

"heh as if, king! we're not falling for this again!" I and Lancer laugh. But..King doesn't look to pleased. I mean, he never really had a sense of humor in the first place but he seems stoic? 
Aphmau seems to feel the tenseness in the air, It must be due to her empathy powers. "King, o-or your majesty," she says, "I don't know whats gone on but you can't stay here!"

"She's right King!" Ralsei speaks up too, "If you stay here you'll be turned to stone! We need to get you back at Castle Town! "

"Look at you, darkner...." King grumbles and his head is hung low and a shadow is cast over his face. "Playing to the whims of even more lightners....when will you learn that you mean nothing to them?" 

"Uhm I call: BULLCRAP!!" I yell and everyone looks at me, "You guys mean more to me than you'll ever know! Doesn't matter if you act like total buttheads, I'll still think you guys are the best!!" I try not to let my tears show of my voice crack. Ralsei looks conflicted with happiness and sadness, Kris's face softens and Aphmau looks contimpaltive...If only I knew what she was tthinking, seeing an awesome cool gal like me get emotional...

Aphmau's POV: 

Wow....Susie is so inspiring. Her words made me think back to when I first appeared here.....I was afraid of these creatures, these darkners. But throughout my journey I am realizing that these are not just creatures. They are people too and have brought me so much joy in the hour I've been here. And with susie's word I realize this...maybe darkners are friends. And I can be their friend in turn. I smile faintly

"ENOUGH!" King screams and he seems very distraught, "I finally get the freedom to rule back and you lightners had to come in and ruin it once more! I won't let you take my fun away AGAIN!!!" King pulls and spade sword from the mouth in his stomach and I freeze in fear. Me and my friends tense up for a battle and the battle starts and King throws his spade sword at us and I brace but then a large scythe falls from the sky and deflects the spade from hitting us. A-a New friend!? Then a voice rings out from somehwere laughing maniacally  and Susie and Ralsei and Kris turn pale... Not a new friend!? "HAVING FUN FUN WITHOUT ME?!"

Aphmau's POV: 

Erm....what in the good Name of Irene is going on!? theres this freaking colorful scythe that appeared and everyone's spooked but i dont know what the bleep is going on!! All I know is that i should be scared cuz the air is getting cold and m,y head is spinning. 

"UEE HEE HEE! YOU KIDS AND KING HAVE BEEN HAVING TOO MUCH FUN, FUN! TOO MUCH CHAOS, CHAOS!" we look around for the voice but there's no body there! Then suddenly the scythe flips into a small stoutly jester guy and he jumps up right into my face. Seems like no one taught him about personal space! "AND WHO MIGHT THIS MAIDEN BE! OH JOY, ANOTHER TOY IN THIS EVER GROWING GAME UEE HEE HEE HA!" hes so crazy it's scaring me! This feeling of fear of crazy people reminds me of my chase from my stalker, Ein Emodious....brrr i shivered! 

"Oough i don't know who you are, little jester man," i say holding my head in my hand and my arm clutching my body, "but we have to get out of here! it's not safe for you all!" I look to my friends and they nod.

"oh yes jevil," ralsei says (oh that's his name! jevil) "we dont have time for games! We must return to castle town before we all turn to stone!"

Susie stares with insesety at jevil, why isn't she saying anything!? I lean over to her and whisper, "uhm, susie? can you help us out in telling jevil we need to go?" but susie keeps looking at jevil and he's smiling. she then huffs out a laugh and pushes her axe to her shoulder. "heh, how bout we play their game instead?"

"EEEHHH?!?!" me and ralsei gasp in unison! Oh, susie, i know you like to have fun but now is not the time. I see Kris smirking too, oh kris you imp! "HAPPY HAPPY DAY! WHAT GAME SHALL WE PLAY?" Jevil floats around meariliy. 

"The game where if we win you come with us, and if you win you get to stay here and kill us." Susie says with a cockly smile. NO SUSIE NOOOO!! I start freaking out! SUSIE I DID NOT AGREE TO THIS!!

"Hmm.. I'm starting to like this game" King smiles toothily and hes getting evil now. "UEE HEE HEE, ANYTHING FOR SOME THRILLING CHAOS!" jEVil laughs and does a little dance mid air.

"Then it's settled... battle to the DEATH!!" susie says epically, pointing her axe to the two as we launch into battle......oh susie, you better be right that we win!!

Battle POV: 

King throws his spade blade while jevil launches tiny spades towards the group! everone is jostled around and aphmau holds back the urge to hurl. But even on the verge of sickeness does aphmau dodge every missle with effortless grace. Susie's bulk makes it harder to maneuver but with her practice fighting, she managed to escape unscathed. Ralsei is swift on his paws but loses his balance and falls on a spade and takes damage but does not cry. Kris succeeds in dogeing the missles. Then comes the counterattack as susie launches her rube buster attack towards the two, aiming mostly at jevil who thinks its funny as his head bounces off his neck with a spring. King scoffs and launches his next attack sending spade spears while the gang tries to outrun a spade barrage at the hands of jevil. Aphmau, having played with the Ro'maeve children in her youth, was a skilled runner and had excellent stamina, so she escaped. "R-ralsei!" Aphmau cried as she saw that Ralsei had fell again taking a lot of damage. "No worries, Aphmau!" Susie says and with enough TP stored she uses her healing magic, it doesn't do that much but ralsei looks a lot better. "woah, where did you learn how to do that?" aphmau says with a sparkle in her eyes. Susie looks away blushing, "It;s a long story..." While this is happening Kris tries reasoning with the two villains. "Bah! As if I'd listen to anything your kind has to say!" King grunts. "I'D RATHER RIDE AROUND AND AROUND A CAROUSEL OF CHAOS!" Jevil says and he summons rows of carousel horsies to hit the group. The gnag has to jump and swiftly dodge the horsies and all the while king jostles them once more with his spade whip. Aphmau is starting to break a sweat but the rest of the gang is reaching their limit. Harnessing the powers of her empathy, Aphmau realises that her friends are in danger. "Guys!" She says while dodging a horsie, "let's try..riding them!" "wh-what!?" Ralsei says out of breath. "Now you're talking!' Susie says as she grabs the pole of a horsie. "S-Susie!! Wait!!" Ralsei heaves but susie is riding the horsie, hooting and hollering and having a good time. Aphmau breaks into a smile and starts to get on one too. Kris seems to already be on one and Ralsei laughs and gets on one too. "W-WHAT!?" King yells in confusion and Jevil laughs hysterically. He even gets on one too and rides around with the gang. "YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE HELPING ME!!" King yells and wrangles them all up in his spade rope. The gang struggles and jevil slips out as the devilsknife from the constraints. the gang manages to escape and they all heal up while king smacks jevil upsdie the head and his head flies off the spring and he laughs. "Okay..from the top!" King declares moving his spade weapon to move the group as they have to move out of the way of jevil's devilsknives. Kris gets into the rhythm of moving about the blades but susie is struggling to understand the way the knives are coming and is taking a lot of damage. "Susie!" Ralsei says but as he's distracted he takes damage too and faints. "NO! Ralsei!! Is he gonna be okay!?" Aphmau cries! "He'll come to soon Aph, keep fighting!" Susie says through gritted teeth. Aphmau is on the verge of tears from stress but before she falls to her knees she hears the words of another person speak to her through labored breaths..."Aphmau," they say, "don't give up! We need you!" Aphmau looks up and sees Kris. They seem to be struggling with their own injuries since their face is squeezed with pain but they look genuine and human...more human than Aphmau's ever seen them before. With her new found strength she turns to the two villains. She holds her hands together. "I'm fired up!" she yells! She taps into the latent empathetic powers growing inside her and sends a beam of overwelming empathy and understanding towards the two that sends jevil flying and laughing and king to his knees. Ralsei gained enough HP to look up and see her power, and Susie and Kris and LAncer cheer at Aphmau's strength. She spared them without having to talk or tire them out!!!

Aphmau POV:

I....did it?..I DID IT!!! Susie and Kris and LAncer and Ralsei are all clapping and applauding and Im out of breath because I spent so much  energy on the empathy beam but my smile is huge!! "Way to go Aphmau!!" Susie says. "That was incredible!" Ralsei says. "I could've done that but nice going!" Lancer says. Kris smiles very sweetly. Wow...my friends....I couldn't have done it without you guys!!!

But: wait!! Jevil and KIng!! I was so caught up in friendly support that I almost forogt about the evil guys! King is still kneeling and Jevils on the floor rolling around laughing. I rush to King's side because Jevil seems to like how he is now because he is laughing: "King!! I'm sorry that I sent that overwelmingly powerful empathy beam towards you, but now you must see now that I truly do care about helping you!"

King turns his head slightly and he seems in pain, did I hurt him with the blast!?! But soon I see that the pain is only emotional because a single tear falls from the dark eyemask part of his face where I think his eyes are. "I...I see now......I have misjudged you, lightners.......I thought that because the lightners had stopped using me, I had no meaning....and that brought me rage and hatred for the lightners... I decided that darkners will rule the earth and the lightners will realize the pain they had caused me......but now I see that you DO care.. and i Was wrong..........."

I know what he means, for as part of my empathy powers, I receive the pain and sadness of the person I send my powers toward and in turn I send my understanding back at them. Such is the way of empathy....So I did feel the sadness and rage King felt., but my powers processed them for him and showed him that he was wrong and that I do care about him. I smile with knowingness, "Knwoing what you did wrong is the first step in making things right..." I say and everyone pauses at the power my words hold. King nodded becasue he knew it will all be alright. Lancer waddled over and gave king a hug and king held him close. Awwww I think and my eyes get a little misty.

"aaaand what about Jevil over here?" Susie points to the little jester guy thats still howling funnily. I giggle, "He just thinks everything's a game. And this one in particular was very fun for him."

"UEE HEE HEE HA HA! TIS TRUE! ALL IS A GAME! JUST ANOTHER STORY TO TELL! HA HA" Me and Jevil laugh but susie is just confused. 

"Well, its been a fun, but we need to get you guys back asap!" Ralsei says. Oh yeah!! I forgot that they turn to stone!! "Yes! okay, lancer king and jevil, let's get you guys back to castle town!" King nods and is sent back but lancer is fidgeting (not with his with his fidget spinner this time) and looks  all over the place. "Is something the matter?" I ask him. "oh! I was just wondering..becasue I got travel in Kris' s pocket last time that I could do it again this time?" Hmm I don't know.... "It's okay Lancer, you can." Ralsei speaks up. "Really? It's okay for him?" I ask. "Yes because he was able to last time." Ralsei says. "Okay" I say a little aprecentive, and Lancer laughs and spins into Kris's pocket and lands with a splat. He was such a jolly little fellow, I hope I see him again!

"WHAT FUN, FUN!" Jevil finally speaks up. "MORE BATTLES AWAIT YOU, MY FRIENDS. A FAMILIAR FRIEND REARS ITS UGLY HEAD TOWARDS THE LIGHT WHILE ANOTHER OLD FACE TURNS TO THE DARK. WHAT COULD THIS STORY HOLD FOR OUR HEROES? NO MATTER: I WILL PROVIDE MY AIDE ONCE MORE. LET THE CHAOS BEGIN--AGAIN!! UEE HEE HEE!!" He turns into the devilsknife and flies into Kris's pocket without asking. I wonder what his words could mean.....

Ralsei's POV:

Well it seems we've recruited everyone from the card castle. It was a bit of a struggle but we are making excellent time! No one has turned to stone yet, so all is going smoothly!

....And Aphmau: what a girl..! She has the power to spare the enemy without their name being yellow! This power will make our battle to bring everyone back very quick so that everyone is saved! I am forever grateful to her.....and her beauty is unmatched. Even in the face of danger, she never falters....I wish I was with her all the time.... but no I can't! I have a duty as a darkner to aide! I have no genuine place in these lightner's lives....but...still......

E-enough of that thinking! We have more darkners to save!

We start making our way forward. Eventually we approach a big door, similar to the doors connecting the dark fountains, but this door is just a door and is not decorated. "Well this is underwelming" Susie says and I agree. "Yeah kinda" Aphmau says and a little droplet of sweat falls from her head. 

"You said that the Cyber City is next?" Aphmau says and I am impressed by her ability to remember things I said a while ago. "Yes, it is..and soon we will meet with Queen...she's really unpredictable so best be on your toes! Cyber City itself is really huge too so we should all stick together so we don't get lost in the large city!" "Huh, really? I mean if it's just behind this wall there's no way its THAT huge!" Aphmau says and pushes the door open.

"........okay maybe it IS that huge"

Heyy guys this is shrimpuertorico here.....you may have noticed that i haven't been updating about my life but yes, i am still on the la streets. for those who dont know: i moved to la thinking id fulfil my dreams of working in Hollywood., i spent the last of my hotdog stand money on a penthouse thinking that i would make the money back with my movie deal, and with financial help from rebecca yarros. turns out the movie deal was actually some one paying me to write code for their ai that they wanted me to train off of rebecca yarros interviews... I think all the quaaludes i took when i got off the plane warped my idea of what was happening lol. but in any case: how about the story eh?

Aphmau POV:

Holy moly!! This place is  so much brighter than the card castle!! I cover my eyes with my arms but then i see and WOW!! Its so big and theres so many buildings everywhere! and the buildings are very tall and there are lights but the sky is still dark but the lights make up for darkness! and look, a new friend! "Hello new friend! This place is so cool! Can you tell us where the Queen is? Also we need to save you!"

The new friend was a small little pink thing whose face looked like a socket.. But he looked scared. Im worried, is queen going to hurt him like how king hurt us? "W-what's wrong? We can protect you from the queen, just say the word!" He just keeps shaking....what's wrong?!? Then all of the sudden some wire falls from nowhere and plugs into the guys face and hes evil now!!! He looks spiky and scary and long!! "EEEEEEEKK!!!"

We launch into battle with it: "what should we do guys!?! We have to save this guy!" I say. 

"oh yeah no worries, Ralsei's got enough TP to pacify him" Susie says with a shrug and Ralsei casts a pacify spell that gets the little pink guy back off the wire and back to normal and he looks happy as he sparkles away. 

"what just happened!!?! Did Queen do that?!?" I face my friends who seem a lot more chill then i think they should be...then i hear this long loud laugh that sounds like an opera sound and I turn around. Susie holds her claws up like this is normal (it so isnt !) "hey whats up Queen?" 

Um, didnt she just hurt that pink guy? Why are we being so normal!?? 

"Hello My Little Lightners" Queen smiles. Shes sitting ina floating chair that is propelled by jets and shes pretty tall and if im being honest she has a wonderful fashion sense. She has long black boots and white leggings and a black midsection top and a v neck shoulder pad area combo outfit and blue gloves and a tall white thing around her head. She looks kind of like a human with human body look and nose and mouth but she has glasses that cover her whole face and her head extends past where her hair should be and its blue. 

"Q-Queen! We need to--" I start to say

"What The Heck There's More Of You" Queen asks i think.

Interrupting is rude but still i press on"...um, yes! My name is Aphmau! I ca--"

"I Just Looked Your Name Up And You Look Nothing Like Your Photo. Resemblance 2.341568%."

"Huh?"

"Youre Supposed To Be Blonde And Carry Around Puppets." Queen drinks green fluid from her oversized chalice.

Okay, shes just totally speaking gibberish! I know memes are bad but once computers get to a point where they come up with garbage that makes no sense and call it art or fact we need to break and destroy them until there is nothing left.

Ralsei speaks up where i am lacking, "Um, Queen, I think we have more pressing matters. Like why you're here? Didn't you already have a good life at Castle Town?

"Oh Yeah I Did. But Then All Of My Peons Started Disappearing So I Got Worried. They All Want To Stay Here And I Cannot Blame Them For Every Corner Is Covered With My Face. And Since I Love My Peons And My Face:   I Am. Here." She said with a spin of her chair. Her allegiance to her people is admirable...but her selfishness is putting everyone in danger and I cannot stand for that!!

"Uuurrghh Queen, you and your people are in danger! We need to get everyone together an--"

"Girl Whose Name I Dont Remember" STOP INTERRUPTING ME QUEEN!!! "I Hate To Pretend To Hate To Cut You Off But I Wont Go Unless Everyone Else Goes." GRRRR WHY IS SHE BEING SO DIFFICULT!?! 

"Well maybe if we have you let your people know the dangers of being here: maybe theyll want to leave!" Ralsei says and I am impressed by his idea. 

"Hmmmm Give Me A Millisecond To Process This" Queen says then goes quiet for a blink and then speaks again. "Yeah Sure."

YAY! Me and my friends share high fives. 

"But Im Not Going To Give The Announcement LOL" Queen says. HUH? "Im Going To Have My New Second In Command Slash Step Son For The Time Being Do The Announcement. I Finally Have My Acid Tunnel Back And Ive Been Craving To Swim Laps In It One Last Time."She faces to the right of me. "Oh There He is Now. Help Us Out Wont You Ian?"

I-....I-Ian?? She...doesn't mean....? I turn my head slowly and my heart stops at the sight....It is him! It's,.,,...

Ralsei POV:

A-Another human lightner?? No,..he has animal characteristics??? i see he has ears and a tail and he's wearing a blue cloak and a black shirt and ripped black pants. He has a blue streak in his hair and scars on his face, just below where his full eyelashes touch his cheek. Hmmm...I hope we can be friends. 

"Oh Splendidious. Thanks For Taking Care Of These Guys For Me Sweet Ian. Now I Must Go Back To My Palace. That Acid Pool Is Calling My Name. Tootles LOL" Queen says before flying oin her throne back to her castle. I wish she would listen to us for we have information to impart!

"Haha what a funny woman Queen is!" Ian laughs. "In any case: welcome friends, Queen has told me so much about you all." He smiles sweetly.

It is only polite to respond and I do so "Um, yes we--" 

"Who the flip are you?!" Susie yells. Way to go Susie, I think with a sweat droplet down my face and a peeved expression on my face as well.

"Why I'm Queen's new and first advisor: Ein Emodius. I've been helping her keep her priorities in check when it comes to her people. Now I know I just got here, but my insight has helped her tremendously! In fact, her approval rate has gone up a hundredfold haha!" Ein says with a laugh that doesn't reach his eyes., but I say nothing as I am hoping he helps us.

"So you're the one whose keeping her from getting everyone outta here huh?" Susie asks with a mean glint in her eye..Oh Susie you can't...!

"Well of course. It is only right that a Queen remain loyal to her subjects." Ein smiles.

"Then all we gotta do is beat you up til we force you to tell Queen to get everyone out right?!!!" Susie says and she pulls her axe out of her pocket!! Susie stop! We don't know if he's nice or not!!

"Not quite~" Ein giggles and its honestly pretty creepy not gonna lie. "What would it look like to Queen if you beat her new advisor up into submission? I bet she wouldn't take kindly to it~~" 

Susie laughs. "Dude, we've literally known her longer than you, she'd believe us over you any day!"

"Would she?" Ein tilts his head then his pulls little green potion bottles out, "I cooked that battery acid wine just right for her, with a special spell of my own!! A potion that keeps her listening to whatever I say HAHAHAH!!!!" 

Susie POV:

W-w-what?? No way this guys has powers like that! Hes totally blowing smoke out his butt!! I start growling in fury.
"w-Who are you?" Ralsei asks in fear..Wait so he IS a threat???

Ein's smile grows and its totally creepy, "Why don't you ask you'r friend Aphmau?"

We all turn to face her.

She's completely pale and shaking slightly and her face is horrified... Oh $h!? i think we're in trouble.

"You...know this guy Aphmau?" I ask as my fear turns to concern for my fellow friend.

"He's.....he's--" 

"Her boyfriend!" Ein smiles happy. 

"WHAT?!?" Me and Ralsei scream and jump (ralsei's scream is a lot more loud and shrill for some reason). 

"Aphmau....how about you come with me, and I can show you around Cyber City, hm~~?" Ein's smile is so awful its totally making me angry!!

"....." Aphmau looks at us with sadness and desperation. "..yes ein...."
"WOAH HOLD UP!! YOU CAN'T TAKE APHMAU, SHES OUR FRIEND AND IN OUR GROUP!!" I yell at him and prepare my axe for a pummeling. Kris has their sword up and ready, thank you my friend!!. Ralsei looks resigned....Ralsei help out, hes taking Aphmau away!! I thought you liked her?

"Or what? You'll hurt me? Didn't I just tell you what would happen? Gosh, youre such an idiot! HAHA" Ein says wrapping an arm around aphmau who wont lift her head and they start walking away. IDIOT????!?! OH THATS IT!!!!!! I send my rude buster right towards him but Ralsei's scarf comes between it hitting EIn so It doesnt hit him..

"Ralsei, what gives!?!!" I say and my voice sounds weird because I am hurt, not physically but emotionally.

"Trust me Susie..." he says with a shadow cast over his face. And then he lifts his face and there are tears but also fear, "We don't want to fight him." 

I tense in fear, but then scoff. then i watch as Aphmau and Ein walk away....

What are we going to do now, without Aphmau?

Aphmau POV:

E-Ein.....no way.......but..how did he...? ..How is he here? A-and where is his taking me? We are walking around this new area that I don't know so I can't go on my own.,,, but now I'm stuck with Ein!! What do I do?!?!

"Ahh, I have been waiting all day to talk to you my sweet Aphmau......" Ein says with a creepy tone of voice....

"W-what do you want with me Ein!?" I say angry and scared but also direct and self assured. 

"HEHeheheh... Oh my gorgeous stupid Aphmau, I've been trying to reach you all day and now I finally have you.......When I was chasing you in the halls, I was trying to get you be my prom date....but now? Now I have an even better idea!"

He grabs me by my shoulders and turns me to face him and his teeth are sharp and evil. "We will rule this dark world together and become the alphas of this land!"

"W-What?!" I say for I am confused.

"Don't you see, my wonderful Aphmau? This is the place where I--I mean WE can make a name for ourselves! We don't have to hide who we are anymore Aphmau! We don't have to worry about being treated like dirt by our fellow man! We can show this world just how strong we are!!" He says with freakish delight.

"What do you mean?!?" This is still not making sense to me.

"Think about it, Aphmau: when we were at Phoenix Drop High, we were never respected. You with the shadow knights and  your friends who were boys who just used you for relationships. And me with my omega werewolf status." He says with a twinge of sadness in his eye, "They never understood us.... ....But here we can show how strong we are and not be pushed around anymore!!"

".........." I can't respond..,...he....he's right. No one took me seriously at home: I told my boy friends no and they kept trying to push me into a relationship, the shadow knights kept guilting me into things, and my parents and friends wouldn't listen when I told them something was wrong with Ein! He may be crazy but he isn't wrong that I don't want to be pushed around any more.....

.....But--my friends!! What about Susie, and Kris, and Ral----

"Hi LOL. I (Not Really Me But One Of My Peons) Finished Your Cart." Queen appears out of nowhere on her throne. She turns to me, "Oh Hi Name That Starts With An A I Think"

"Excellent! Now, let's begin the tour of our new home, Aphmau!" Ein says before shoving us both in the blue and black werewolf shaped roller coaster cart....wait: roller coaster cart?!?!!!! WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!! (but not in a fun way)
