Summary:

It was always nice being around Sua, and the others. It felt warm and happy…could she really think that? Is it selfish of her to think that at this moment

Notes:

I kid you not, I was writing this and I was like I should listen to some of the songs and then bam I saw a new song came out and tired to put some of the lyrics in this fic LOL

Work Text:

Warmth, it was always a warm temperature inside the Anakt Garden, something that Mizi did like. She didn't like the cold feeling, the cold feeling of how that older women — the pink hair one she was with before being taken in by Shine — felt and how her body was once warm but then turning cold and stiff in her little hands. She held the rim of her white dress, looking around the artificial room. The fake blue sky, the grass wasn't soft, it was more rough and pokey. She stood there looking around, spotting a black hair girl. She was sitting alone with her back rested on the fake tall tree. Her face lit up as she ran up to the black haired girl — Sua — she gripped onto her, holding her close. Sua did the same. She had a small smile on her face. Their hearts were beating, Mizi cupped Sua face, her face was soft. They've known each other for sometime now, Mizi stared into the eyes of Sua, Sua stared back. They both clasped their hands together.

Now sitting at the table, waiting for Sua to come to sit with her while they ate together. In the Anakt Garden they always had the other humans eat together, though Mizi didn't eat unless Sua was with her, not in a bad way, it just felt…wrong not eating with Sua. She had her elbow on the table and her hand on her cheek, she looked down at the food and then back to the line where Sua was waiting there, Sua noticed and waved sticking out her tongue —just a small amount— playfully at Mizi. A soft smile came on Mizi's face and she waved back. An elbow hit her side, she turned her head, her friend Till, to see that he was yanking something out of a black hair boy, another friend of hers Ivan. Well didn't hang around Ivan as she Till did with — Till always finding a way to hang around Mizi, Ivan just always hung around Till or Sua — well Sua found Ivan bothersome not in a bad way just she didn't know why he hung around her like that — which to her counted that Ivan would be a friend of hers. Till and Ivan were bickering, well mostly Till, Ivan had a stupid smile on his face as he looked at Till. Sua watched them for a bit before turning her head once she saw that Sua was now next to her.

It was always nice being around Sua, and the others. It felt warm and happy…could she really think that? Is it selfish of her to think that at this moment.

Maybe…but wouldn't anyone else be selfish at times like these?

She sat there, alone this time. It was quiet, the Anakt Garden fake blue sky lights were shifting into an orange hue, Mizi liked it. It felt peaceful. She stares at the fake sky walls turning blue to now orange and soon it would be night with white glowing spots around the darkness. Its been a while since shes been with Sua now, they had a small argument, it was something silly, not worth noting. Along with the fact that Sua had been busy with other things so they haven't seen each other much since then. She was just staring at the fake sky when a boy, a blonde one, she seen him before — never spoke to him but he had been the corner of her vision when she had been hanging with her dear 'friend' Sua. He interrupted her train of thoughts, he did say something but she didn't catch what he said at first, only seeing his mouth open and close. "Its weird…I mean strange how you both are always-" "huh? we both are what?" she interrupted finally noting that The Blonde was still speaking "did you mean Sua and me? ….I haven't hung with Sua in these last few days….she been busy and me and her got into a fight…She is com-" "No. Not you and her" he sneered "I meant Till" The Blondes face blushed a bit looking down as he said that in almost a whisper. She blinked a few times, a bit confused on why he would bring up Till, well he was her friend and he had been hanging around her a bit more since she was now mostly not around with Sua at the moment. "Huh…Well of course-" she paused tilting her head to the side with a small smile "…Till is a friend" With his face still looking down looking bit surprised at what she said — well more at so of the fact when she mention 'Till being just a friend' — he shook his head side to side. "No." Mizi looked confused "hm…?" "You know what they say…Girls and boys and just be 'friends'" he said his face still looking down, Mizi croaked her head to the side, gently biting her bottom lip "What are you talking about?" "Of course they ca-" "No. They always say females and males fall in love. They will end up mating, that is how its meant to be. They can't just be friends" He now was saying this while looking up at Mizi, his face tinted red. "As a male…I'm quite-".

oh. Her face twisted into one of disgusted at the thought of that.

"That's kinda..gross…."

A stinging sensation came across her cheek. He had slapped her. Blurry. He had slapped off her glasses, sure she could still see decent without them but still. She stared at him, he was going on at her, not really yelling — not that she could tell since she wasn't paying attention. Only picking up on a few words and sentences like 'As if you are all….dn clueless' 'you're aware of everything' 'everyone loves you…..must be nice' ' you know I felt that way'. "You filthy disgusting girl. You aren't even all that pr-" tears ran down her face, it stung, it hurt. "I'm sorry?!" she said quietly. The blondes face was dark, he looked dark — she couldn't tell what expression was on his face, not that she wanted to know. "I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to make you upset!" She said now looking up, she had wiped her tears a bit. Mizi didn't know what she did wrong, she didn't say anything rude, all she said was what she thought at the moment. I want to see Sua, I should see Sua. some thoughts that came up in her mind as she stared at The blonde. "I should go" she said turning away. He said something to her, not that he would ever know what he yelled back at her, she didn't ever want to see him again. That was gross, it felt so gross.

It was calm in the room, it felt cool, not like how it was 'outside' which felt warm…the room she was now in was a cool room. Sua was there, she looked tired, light eye bags and a sleepy expression, must have been very busy these last few weeks. She, Mizi, was laying down head rested on her arms while looking into Sua's eyes, Sua did the same. They talked for a while, Sua mentioning how she had been busy because of her mom getting her ready for Alien Stage, among other things.

Sitting alone now, floating, it was quiet, all that played was some videos of Alien Stage, was this the fate. It felt like a static hum. Distant, was that how it could have been, her and together with Sua, well as well as her friends. She hugged her knees watching the screen. Sua was probably doing the same…different reasons though, she knew what was to come. Sua had been very clear. Maybe things would be different, she could ignore this. She didn't want to argue with Sua again. How could she, this love she felt. Could it be wrong. She shook her head. Of course not, even if it was different she still did care for Sua, no one else. Perhaps, maybe. She hugged her knees, not waiting to watch more.

She had watched Sua rehearse, giving her more lines among other things, she couldn't say that she knew what Sua was planning. She didn't want to see the look her Sua's desperate face again. It her to look at, giving her a feeling of a huge lump in her throat.

It was so hot, hotter than she liked. It was so dark but yet so bright, the lights on them making it hard to see. But she didn't care. All she did want to look at was her God, her Universe…it would be the last time. She knew that this was maybe selfish of thinking this way, knowing what was to come. It was maybe childish to think this way. She just wanted to take Sua's hand and take her to be with her to bit by her side, it would be nice. Where no one would listen and just, be with each other. At least she was by her side. Their eyes where just watching each other, no one else. It was just them. But all eyes were on them, but not for Mizi and Sua, for them the rest didn't matter.

Her Universe had left her, blood spattered on her face, eyes widen. How could she forget. She dropped to her knees. looking down at Sua. Then she was being dragged away before she could think of anything else. It felt way to real, this can't be. Was this the end.

Everything felt numb, this was well, she didn't have the words. Who would know what to think in this situation. It felt really cold.

Everything was burning, it still did feel cold, despite that she just looked down, some screams were in place, her friends were all gone now, no…one was clinging on to life. She did what she could, saving at least one of her friends, she wished she could have done the same for the others, perhaps she could have…how selfish of her for trying to keep her childish dreams. No one would get it or understand but her Universe.

It was cold again, cold and dark, the air was dry. It wasn't like that day— the day that she became a witch. Everything was so hot and suffocating. All alone, No one seeing her just her silhouette, covered in a cloak, the long black hair slipped off, she sunk down to her knees hugging them and closed her eyes. This was such a cruel place, she just wish she could disappear from this place. There will be no forgiveness for this witch. What a selfish witch. No one would give her that. Only her God, her Universe could. What Universe?
