Infiltration form: 1991 Kenworth K100E with sleeper cab.
ARO-001 is the commander of an ARO faction designated the “Autobots”. It claims to hail from an alien world, and to have come to Earth to protect its people from a hostile faction known as “Decepticons”, here designated as ARO-H units. Attempted to initiate contact two weeks after first sighting, but establishment of relations failed due to suspected sabotage. No direct contact has been made since the Ides Incident.

The first ARO to be identified, ARO-002’s unconventional alternate form implies a support role. It likely does not take part in combat, despite frequent sightings near known ARO conflicts.

ARO-100 “Blazemaster”

ARO-100 was first sighted during the Ides Incident, during which it was able to temporarily stalemate ARO-H-100. It is composed of several ARO units in a gestalt form.
A sighting of ARO-100 in a populated area is a Code 1 emergency, as combat situations involving it typically lead to immense amounts of collateral damage. ARO-100 has only been sighted during combat, though ARO-001 has stated that it is also intended for crisis response.

ARO-X is a formerly human acquaintance of ARO-003. ███ ██████ was caught in the Ides Incident, successfully crippling ARO-H-100 with assistance from ARO-003, but both were severely injured when the ███ ███ collapsed. They were recovered by ARO-100 and taken to the ARO headquarters. Military intelligence suggests that ARO-003 and ARO-X then underwent a form of reconstruction known as “binary bonding” –– the combined entity refers to itself as “Rodimus”. The reasons for this are unknown but likely related to their injuries. Little close-up photography of ARO-X has been captured, but it likely exhibits invasive cybernetic modification, as part of the “binary bonding” process involved conversion of the human subject to form the head of the combined ARO unit in combat situations.
