On the night that Summer leaves for her mission after telling a bedtime story to Ruby and Yang she meets up with Raven. As they we're about to leave they turn to see a bright flash light in the house, Summer rushes back in and finds that Ruby and Yang are missing, at the same time in Atlas a similar flash light ochres in the Schnee manor Klein and Winter wake up to find that Weiss is missing, and on the island of Menagerie as Ghira and Kali were checking up on Blake only to find her missing as well. These four young girls find themselves mysteriously transported to the world of Alrest. Ruby awakens on the back of a large creature known as a titan named Azurda who she started calling gramps.

One day Team RWBY noticed a mysterious tattoo appeared on their hands and it's not just them, but before they can ask about it they're sent on a mission and encounter can unknown monsters, as it was about to kill Ruby the mark on her hand begins to shine brightly and a girl in armor appears from nowhere saving Ruby's life, as she turns toward Ruby and asks a signal question "I ask of you, are you my master?"

Since she was a child, Ruby has repeatedly been having dreams of the Rider War, where many Masked warriors attack one being, a warrior known as "Decade." After the first month of Beacon, one day Ruby and her team a strange young man named Tsukasa Kadoya, then monsters from different dimensions begin to attack people, with Remnant starting to fall in chaos, Tsukasa learns about his title as Kamen Rider Decade, the Destroyer of Worlds. Team RWBY and Tsukasa inherits the mission of traveling across these worlds to eliminate the anomaly in each, while embarking on a journey to find one world where he can call home.
