As sick as it can seem you might find yourself in a vast forest hunted like a fly caught in a spider's web so that's where you find yourself helpless without control with no escape. The day started like any other boring got up drank a cup of coffee and made my way to the convenience store as the day grew longer and the longer things felt off more off than usual I grew wary of my surroundings like nothing was what it seems I just couldn't put my finger on exactly what I shrugged it off and went home as it was spring break so school wasn't a problem anyways my older sister Jenny was home we never really got a long she was pretty mean to me and thought I was batshit crazy for my stories I had documented things I had seen over the previous summers it wasn't just her though everyone thought I was completely insane. As I walked in, Jenny yelled (Jenny) That crazy little shit is back. The worst part is my mother agreed I ran upstairs to write as I was so used to it at this point, this does not mean it still didn't bother me though it always has. The Night was late and quick, yet it felt like forever welcome to PineWood am I right?...
That spring break changed our lives forever; I just can't put my finger on why? (Masons Therapist) Mason Mason is everything alright (Mason wakes up from a daydream) (Mason) yeah sorry anyways where was i oh right then… It was like that spring break changed me not just me though all of us my older sister my mother and what little friends I have (Masons Therapist) How does that make you feel Mason your friends tell me about them if you would. (Mason) But I didn't. I got home that night. Plagued by the sins of our past the ghost of our sins I'm sorry we had to there was no other way. (Weeks later) (Mason) I'm back in school but everyone's acting weird… Tommy's Dad got this crazy business opportunity, so they moved to NYC. Tommys got a scholarship I guess. That's what it's like being a bunch of seniors in High School. If you were wondering no, I'm not the writer kid or the edgy kid or the nerd im just a normal abnormal kid in high school.
Anyways this is my last week before grad I'm kinda nervous kinda but Jane seems off like something's different and i can't figure out what so yeah that's a thing now. Whatever no one's saying I'm crazy that's different but the more I look around everyone's acting weird even the lunch lady seems kinda off what happened. (Jane pulls Mason to the side) (Jane)Mason you heard the news this is bad people are going missing, teens adults everyone. (Mason)What how? (Jane) I'm surprised that you don't know about this. (Masons has a Vision he can see his father in front of a statue crying but he's not sure why he starts seeing creatures dozens of them more and more and more He snaps out of the vision and screams) (Mason) Dad Fuck Dad I'm coming ill save you please its happening again (Jane) MASON are you ok (Mason) sorry yeah (Jane) you saw it didn't you the statue what does it mean? (Mason) Is this what you wanted to show me? (Jane) huh? Yeah (Mason) I think I've seen this before in my visions my nightmares (Jane) Nightmares? Are you ok? What does it mean? (Mason) I'm not sure who built this but i need to find my dad… (Jane) Mason, wait are you sure you want to do this it could be dangerous what if you get hurt (Mason) I'm gonna find him with or without you so you decide are you in or what? Later that night Masons started writing in his journal. So last time we spoke I told you that spring break our lives changed Forever I just didn't mention how and who you changed our lives forever. (Mason) And then I started digging through my dads study when i found this my dad met him Seth in his Journal (Mason starts reading from his fathers Journal)(Mason) and I quote he's all your childhood fears like the boogie man dancing in the pale moonlight with the devil himself he will destroy you and everything you love. (Mason) Finally back on ... wait what? (The Narrator) Hello Mason, see there's a slight problem you can't return to earth without a vessel to return to and your body’s taken so I'm here to help you find another...
But that means I have to spill some beans, hold on tight kid this is where things get complicated…
