Chapter Text

The day started as any other day for Peter. Wake up, eat, say bye to May, leave with Happy, get to school, and go to first period science. The goal was to get through the entire day with zero problems, but of course Peter luck strikes.

Peter straightens up fast and grabs his phone. Everyone is snickering and Mr. Harington is looking dead at Peter.
“You know the rules, answering the phone on speaker.”
Peter answers the phone and turns on speaker phone.
“You know not to call me in school hours Harry.” Peter Says tiredly
“Well sorry, but I kind of need help,” The whole class looked at Peter with shook on their faces, not expecting to hear the heir to Osborn industries voice on the other end.
“I had a party in the pent house thinking that Norman would be back in a day or 2. Turns out I have an hour to either clean the whole flat or hide. And I think you know the answer to what I am doing.” Peter's whole class seems interested and also concerned that Harry, the son of a multi billionaire, is calling their classmate and asking for a place to hide.
“Go to May's apartment. She can hide you there till the end of school and then I can take you to you to know where till Norman calms down” Peter answers, although Harry's Peter's childhood best friend he never seems to not be surprised when Harry does something dumb or stupid.
“Peter I love you so much I could make out with you, No homo. But you're a life saver literally, Unless Norman finds me or your father finds out I'm in his house. Then I'm definitely dead. Also, would May have hung over meds because I think I drank too much last night?”
“Yes she would. Now bye, I need to get back to class.”
“Byeeeee!” Harry gets cut off by Peter hanging up the phone.
The class starts yelling questions at Peter once the phone call ends and Ned starts giggling looking at his best friend's face, a mix of horror and tiredness for the days ahead.

Chapter Text

The side effect of having multiple friends and family that are heroes or vigilantes is that they don't do school. Which is how Peter ended up with Firework by Katy Perry blasting in 3 period math on a Monday a week after Harry's call.
“Peter answer your phone, you know the rules.”
Peter did in fact know the rules but he didn't want to gamble who was calling him. If it had been any other day he would have known Johnny was calling him, but Harley thought it was funny to switch up everyone's ringtones on his phone. So for all Peter could know, Wade or Matt could be calling him for team red shenanigans or Bucky asking how to get rid of an annoying bird(Sam or Clint).
So he shouldn't have been surprised when he looked down at the name and it was Peter, the guy who's been all over youtube because when he first was kidnapped as a child he was suspected to have been kidnapped by aliens, and with aliens now being real his case has become famous again over the years.
“Hey Quill your on speaker.”
“Peter, just the guy I was just thinking about. You have access to the ship bay at the compound, right?”
“Yes I do. Why do you need it?”
“Rocket may or may not have got us on the wanted list of the Nova Corp again because he wanted some guy's robotic leg and we also need a space to hold him if he tries to go and steal,”
“BORROW!” Another voice yells on the other side of the phone.
“Borrow, James arm again.” Peter sighs every time that Rocket and Bucky are in the same room it ends up in them fighting with Groot helping sometimes.
“How long till you reach earth?” That question makes some heads turn in his class.
“In about 10,” A loud explosion blasted through the phone's speaker.
“FUCK! PETER GET BACK IN THE COCKPIT THE NOVA CORPS BACK!” A man's voice yells loud enough for Quills phones to catch it.
“Shit, an hour if we get them off our tail, and 10 minutes if we just go straight into the atmosphere." Quills says while the sound of someone running on metal comes through the phone and muffled talking is starting to turn to yelling.
“Well then see you when you get here and don't die trying to get away from them.”
“We will try, bye Peter.” Quill answer
“Have a good flight Peter.”
“Will do Peter.”
“Todolo Peter”
A woman's voice is heard “Quill get in your seat right now or I'm about to...” Before the rest of the sentence could come through Peter hangs up on the phone. Half of his class looks like they're about to laugh while the other half look like they are in a state of shock recognizing the Quills name from the news and Buzzfeed unsolved episodes.
“Was that Peter Quill, the guy that was kidnapped as a child and is believed to have been abducted by aliens?" One of Peter's classmates asked.
“I will neither confirm nor deny that question.” Peter says already dredging the days ahead. The Guardians were planning to reveal them self's as the protectors of the galaxy on Wednesday.

Chapter Text

As of late Peters has been the most popular gossip topic around the school, with The guardians revealing themselves 2 weeks ago, people have been paying attention to what he does after school and who picks him up. Harry came on monday and took his sweet time getting to his bike and making a scene. It even got the teachers invested which like 2 weeks ago, he of course gets a call in math.
Hard times start blasting and he cheeks who's calling and the id’s Wade. This definitely won't go bad, definitely.
“Peter answers your phone on speaker.” The class looks his way invested to see who calls him next.
“PETEY PIE!” A man's voice yells through the phone.
“Your on speaker Wade.” Hearing the name most of his classmates went back to their work because they expected another famous person not some random man.
“What why? Ohhhhhhhh, right I forgot you're a child and school’s a thing for you. Oops.” Wade giggles into the phone.
“What do you need?” Peter asks, already dredging the headache he will most likely cause.
“Well I might be in a holding cell because someone tipped off that I have drugs in the drug coach and need someone to come get me.” That got some heads turning back to him, Peter Parker the resident nerd that somehow knows a few famous people, friends with a junky.
“Why did you call me and not Matt, you know because he's a lawyer,” Peter rubs his temples at his friends antics
“Oh I called him but the moment I mentioned me being in jail he hung up. I don't know if he's coming or not.”
“Matt's probably grabbing Foggy so he can drive him down because you know, he's blind. or having a mental breakdown because this is the fourth time this week you've been arrested.”
“Hey baby boy dont be mean also at least this time it wasn't because I murdered someone still holding up to the promise of not killing unless necessary." A lot of kids mouths hang open at that comment.
“I know but please get rid of the drug coach.” Peter sighs
“No can do, baby. I need it when Blind Daddy breaks my heart.”
“Wade, you're a man in your 30s, stop acting like a child.”
“You're no fun, Oh hey Matts here. MATTY DADDY COME SAVE ME!” A bang is heard on the line from Wade slamming himself against the bars to reach Matt.
“Wade wtf, who did you anger this time? Also you better be paying me for saving your ass this time.” Matt answers.
“Wade, I'm hanging up. Meeting at the same spot as last week. Tell Matt I wish him luck. Kay bye.”
“Petey Pie wa.” Peter puts his phone down after hanging up and looks at his classmates and teacher, most faces are stuck in shock.
“Peter, are you safe?” His teacher asked, a concerned look on her face and in her eyes.
“Why wouldn't I be?” Peter asks. “That was just Wade, Matt and Foggy will get him out and will probably be put on house arrest again.”
One of Peter's classmates speaks up.
“Peter, that was a grown man that was arrested and called you and has murdered people.”
“Yah normal Wade behavior also he was only killing criminals that would assault his now ex girlfriend and people that were part of jobs. He's safe to be around and Matts, our lawyer friend from Hell's kitchen before you ask. Can we just go back to class?”
His teacher nods and turns back to teach but it's obvious some people are still looking at him.

Chapter Text

After Wade's call, news about it got around the whole school only 24 hours after. Flash has stopped bullying Peter as much after Wade had come to pick him up while Flash had him pinned to a wall. Safe to say no one is bullying him for the rest of his life.
After the whole thing he had a family meeting with everyone in the tower explaining why they can't call him in class and even if they have to in a life or death situation that they can only refer to him as Peter and not to call him Spider-man. Clint and Tony looked disappointed, Natasha had told him after that she will try to keep the boys in check and Rodey had said he’ll tell Pepper(who missed the family meeting because she was in Japan) to take away Tony's phone if needed. So Peter was about done with everyone when Thunderstuck started playing from his phone.
His teacher turns around and gives him the look, his whole class turns towards him with interest.
“Harley, do you not remember what the whole family meeting was about?” Peter said already done with his boyfriend's antics.
“Well sorry darling but it's important and I will be murdered in the next 5 minutes by a sleep deprived ironman whose coffee machine was broken by a certain someone who's the only child that goes to school in this whole building!" Harley's southern ascent throws some people off and those that caught his ironman comment look shocked.
“Okay not my flat dad was supposed to sleep and also it was buck that broke it trying to make him and me a coffee before he dropped me off in the morning.”
“Well you're not the one getting chased now are ya!” Harley's heavy breathing is heard through the phone and the sound of reposers can be heard phantly in the background
“Wait, are you actually getting chased?”
“YES YOU DUMB FUCK!”
“KEENER GET YOUR ASS BACK HERE!” Tony voices yells through the phone before Harley's scream is heard and his phone falling and hitting the ground gets a bunch of peter classmates snap out of their shock but before they can hear the fight Peter ends the call before anymore of the fight can be heard Peter hangs up.
“Can we get back to class please, Miss?”
“We sure can,” His math teacher faces back towards the board and continues with her lesson

Not even 20 minutes after Peter phone blares “Video call incoming, Video call incoming.”
The teacher turns around and looks Peter straight in the eye. Peter fumbles, getting his phone out once it's stable on his desk, he answers. A hologram pops out of his phone displaying a soot-covered Tony Stark staring right back at him.
“Peter, care to explain why your hot head of a boyfriend came and grabbed Harley and flew off with him?” Tony asks condescently.
“Johnny took Harley and flew off, I had no part in it because I'm still at school.”
“You sure you don't because I'm about to call Reed to ask if Johnny's home and if he's not and I go and find them in an alley beside your school waiting for you then you're getting your lab privileges revoked.” Peter covers his face with his hand dredging,hopeing that they arent that stupid because he saw Johnny carrying Harley past his class window 5 minutes ago and knows there fucked if Tony finds them.
“D-Mr Stark can we talk about this later? I didn't see Johnny at all today and the last I saw Harley was when he dropped me off in the morning. Do you really think I'm lying?” Peter asks fake sweetness lacing his voice.
“As a matter of fact, yes I do because you're friends with my rival's son and are dating 2 of the most problematic teens,” Some of Peter's classmates that had friends try to date him and get turned down as kindly as possible seem shocked and .
“I've had the inconvenience of knowing. Did you know that Harley tried to gaslight me during the Mandarin incident so I wouldn't leave him? When I first meet Johnny he had convinced me that he was a clone and that the real Johnny had died in space but Susan couldn't take the pain of another family member and Reed had made her a clone of him So yes I do Believe your lying because there's no way you couldn't have picked up there lying and sarcasm. Also you're my kid it comes with being a Stark.”
That has all of his classmate mouths hanging open and gacking at Peter.
“Dad, I'm in class you can't just say that!” Peter yells into the phone.
“I'll just get the legal department to whip up some Ndas then. Your class can hear me right?” Tony says leaving towards the camera.
“They can.”
“Good. Well Peters class I hope none of you tell the media or Pepper will sue the hell out of you. Have a wonderful day and Peter we’re having a talk when you get home.” With that the hologram disappears and the class falls into a silence.
“Please don't mention any of this to anyone please.” Peter pleads with his class.
The door slams open, The class turns towards it to find Johnny Strom and a 6ft blond with him.
“Peter you're coming with us, I got Sue to stall Reed when Tony called. We have to leave Now.”
Peter grabs his bag and walks towards the door. Slaps the blond guy, who everyone assumes is Harley, Lightly calls him a dumbass and leaves with them both leaving his class in shock.
They all run towards the window and see Johnny carrying Peter and Harley in his iron-lad armor flying away, they look back once and then go faster and out of view, a second later Iron man passes by chasing after them at full speed.
