Akihiko is beautiful.
Haruka will never get tired of thinking it. Every part of him is beautiful and he finds himself staring at him in the morning, whenever he wakes up early.
Today, it's his freckles.
Those small, little cute dots that were imprinted onto the bridge of his nose.
Six dots. Six miniscule dots.
Somehow, they're part of Akihiko. And imagining him without them is impossible to Haruka. He twists in Akihiko's hold, wanting to face him to admire his freckles better.
His cheeks began to grow warm as a silly thought entered his mind. But his boyfriend is asleep. So it's not like it'd matter.
Slowly, he leaned closer, lips brushing against the first one. It's a feather-like kiss, so tender and tiny, that pulling away brought him so much giddiness to his chest, feeling it tighten in joy. He exhaled, relieved that his boyfriend hadn't woken up.
He did it again. A third time. A fourth time. It was a miracle that Akihiko hadn't woken up. He did it a fifth time, bolder. The kiss lingered for a few more seconds, and he pulled away.
And then he met Akihiko's warm, brown eyes. And Haruka, much to his embarrassment, had let out a screech and backed away, stumbling out of the bed.
Akihiko was already fussing despite just having woken up, but Haruka pouted. He didn't get to kiss all of his boyfriend's freckles.
