Chapter Text

Sam’s POV

The pack had all gathered at Emily and I’s house for lunch when the phone suddenly rang.
I wonder who it is.
Emily’s the who answers it because she’s the closest having been coming to put the juice pitcher on the table. I take the pitcher from her and put it on the table. The rest of us begin eating, today the girls and Seth had made homemade pizza and were in the process of making brownies. Seth was with me and Emily for the day because Leah was feeling under the weather and Sue didn’t want to take a chance of Seth getting sick, because when he did it hit him like a freight train.

“Hello?” I hear her say into the phone.
It’s only because of my close proximity and wolf senses that I.. and probably some of the other guys can hear the person on the other line.
“Emily? It’s Harry. I need you to have Sam and Jared or Paul come over to the house. Leah phased.”
“Oh.” She says in a slightly worried voice.
Shit. Leah phased. Wait… Leah phased? But she’s a woman, I’ve never heard 0f a woman phasing before. I’ll have to ask the council. On another note, if Leah phased then Seth is almost certain to.
“Jared, food will have to wait we have to get over to Harry’s” I say giving him a look.
“But-Oh. Okay” Jared says.
“Why? Seth ask me.
“Go sit down Seth. We just have to head over to your house for a little bit then we’ll be right back here” I tell him.
“Okay” he says quietly.
Right as we walk out the door I hear Emily tell Harry;
“Oh, okay. I think Sam heard you he and Jared are walking out the door as we speak. They should be at your place soon.”

We get in my truck and drive off trying to get there as fast as possible.

Chapter Text

Chapter 2
Emily’s POV
I watch as they drive away. Hoping they get there fast. I walk into the kitchen thinking. Oh, I hope Leah’s okay. I remember how it was for the guy’s when they phased. Most of them freaked out or thought they had lost it.
“Emily!” Someone yells trying to get my attention.
I turn to look at them.
“Yes?” I ask seeing that the boys’ had all ambled into the kitchen as well.
“ Where are they going?” it was Embry who asked.
“They have to go over to Harry and Sue’s, Leah phased” I tell them

No POV
All of the boy’s and the few girls that were there too looked at Emily as if she had grown a second head because Leah phasing was something that was just unlikely to happen, but alas here we are.
“But Emily that can’t be right. Girls don’t phase” Paul says’ confusion clear in his voice.
“I know. I was thinking the same thing but Harry just called and told me that Leah had phased” Emily tells them.
“Guys it’d gonna get weird with a girl in the pack” Embry states.
“So what if it gets weird. Leah’s kinda badass, it’ll be fun watching her and Sam interact cause from what I know she still hates his guts” Quill says laughing so hard he almost can’t get it all out.
“Come on, be a little more mature about this you guys this is going to be hard for Leah just like it was for all of you. It’s an entirely new experience and a hard one at that. It’s going to take some time getting used to things but eventually everyone will fall into a routine and things will start to go back to normal.”Emily tells them in gentle but firm tone.
“Hey you guys, I just thought of something. It Leah phased doesn’t that mean that Seth will?” asks Embry.
“That’s a good question.” Chimes in Colin.
“Look guys I don’t know if Leah’s phasing means that Seth will too or not. Just drop the subject for now until Sam and Jared get back with Leah.” says Emily in a stern voice.

Meanwhile Over at Harry’s~

The boy’s had just arrived at Harry and Sue’s house to see about Leah. Sue told them that Harry and Leah were right outback in the woods. Harry was trying to calm her down a bit. They were right where Sue said they’ed be.
Leah made a beautiful wolf. Her coat was a greyish silver with streaks of brown and white. She stood about as tall as Sam did in wolf form- and that was saying something, because Sam was huge!- and she was built abit like Jacob stocky but lean built for equal amounts speed and strength. There was only one small detail that wasn’t as it should be.

Chapter Text

Leah’s wolf wasn’t female! In her wolf form, instead of having girl parts like she should, she had a penile sheath and balls! This revelation shocked both of the guy’s so much that they just stopped and stared, stared until Leah had enough and growled at them to stop.

“I’m guessing you two saw what I saw too?” Harry called. At this Leah gave her father a incredulous-well as incredulous a look as you can get from a wolf( which admittedly was quite funny but no one dared to laugh.)- and shocked look as if to say What?? You find this amusing? She then gave an annoyed and somewhat frustrated growl directed towards her dad.

“ Uh huh, Yeah. Um how do you explain that though, I mean she’s a girl” Jared unthinkingly say’s

“Well, I uh don’t quite know. I’m going to let the council know as soon as I can and see what information we can dig up on women phasing”

That was good. They needed every piece of information that they could possibly get their hands on. Most information about packs, phasing and, what they were in general was most likely going to be in ancient Quileute. So they were going to have to get someone to translate it all into english for them. Ooohh man. That’s going to be a bit problem, Sam thought. And it was. There were only eight people who could speak any Quileute and only three maybe four could speak it fluently, those four being Old man Atera, the shaman at the Makah res., this guy Sam was in school with who was a history nerd and finally the one person who may or may not become part of the pack in the future, Seth.

“Alright, let us know what, if you find anything okay? Asks Sam.

“Of course” Harry replied.

“ Oh and Harry?”

“Yeah?”

“If it’s not too much trouble, do you think you could drive my truck back over to my house?”

“Yeah sure”

“Thanks”

Sam and Jared are already stripping out of their clothes-them no longer having any shame or embarrassment in being naked in front of each other as well as other people because of having to take off their clothes or have them get torn to shreds when they phase-and leave them in a pile. Sam phases into a huge absolutely intimidating solid black wolf  looking every bit the confident alpha he is. Jared on the other hand is a mid brown with darker brown almost black patches on his back and a darker snout. Both stood at over six feet.

Leah felt herself blush a bit at seeing them naked even though she had seen Sam naked before and she felt a twinge of pain in her chest as she remembered how Sam had broken her heart when he broke it off with her only to go after her cousin . She was amazed at their wolf forms, at first when her dad had told her what was happening she had thought that they would all look somewhat similar, she can now see that she was incorrect in thinking that. Just by comparing herself and the guy’s they were already a broad spectrum of pelt colors-she could only imagine what the others looked like.

Sam upon hearing Leah’s thoughts of their coat colors and what the other guy’s looked like said “Some of us are much different but most of the guy’s are a shade of brown. Though they might have some spot or streaks of other colors.”

“Whoa. Are you talking in my head?”

“ Yes Leah, we are.”

“Okay… Well, my dad explained everything to me. I just need to know how to phase back.”

“I thought you said he told you everything.”

“ Other than how to get back to my human form obviously, because he isn’t one of us so he doesn’t know how to. So if you can just quit acting like an asshole and tell me how to phase back that would be great.” Leah ears back growls at Sam.

“Look Leah, what happened between us wasn’t either of our faults. You need to get over it because starting now we’re going to be spending a whole lot more time with each other.”

“That is not my problem Sam. I’m over it. I just want to phase back and get dressed. Now are either of you going to tell me how or what?”

“All you have to do is calm down and imagine your human form.”

“Thank you Jared.”

“No problem. Just trying to help my new sister out.”

Leah suddenly nervous shifts on her paws. “ I have one question though. Why if I am a girl,  do I have A dick?”

The guy’s as if suddenly remembering this fact look at Leah kind of nervously. “well .. uh…. We don’t really know. Maybe it has to do with the fact that you phased, I mean all the rest of us are already guy’s so…”

“I’ll just do some research on it later. Oh and new sister?”

Chapter Text

I want to start by apologizing for the immensely long absence. I really didn't mean for my hiatus to extend this long.
However, now that I am back to writing I am rewriting this fic along with others. I already have the first 1-3 chapters down and almost ready to be published, though it may end up having a different name. I'll update on this page if I do change the title. I plan to continue this fic but do keep in mind that updates may be very sporadic as I work full time and have other things going on, BUT I will try my best to be as consistent as possible. If you all have any comments, questions, anything you'd be interested to see in the fic that you'd like me to consider, comment on this chapter!
