Summary
To be Quirkless is to be less than useless. The police doesn't listen to them, and the so called 'Heroes' don't even seem to know they exist.
Midoriya Izuku is Quirkless. Ever since his mother entered in a coma after a villain attack, he's been on his own. Being told he'll make everything worse by being there because of the way he was born by the Symbol of Peace was the final nail in the coffin.
So, naturally, he forms a group of Quirkless citizens to start a revolution that will shake society at it's core.
