    Haha I was actually on the mock trial team, but I’m soooo competitive that it burned me out fast. I help people write their wills! It requires a little more being nice and little less about mic-dropping on the opposition (which I did in my closing argument in mock trial).

    I can say this Vio would definitely struggle with a jury. He would get distracted by dumping every fact rather than a focused and impactful argument.

        It was a dry-erase marker, but yes. I write out the plaintiff’s case then dramatically scratched it out as I went through the evidence in the defendant’s favor, then dramatically dropped it in the tray with a clang as I turned back to the jury. I literally practiced that move.

          Haha. The "crossing off as you go" idea sounds very effective. It would convince this "jury" member.
