I am going to nitpick here. If you want them to be a witch that is fine. But calling them Wiccan is sort of wrong in my opinion. Not sure what word to use there but at the very least its offensive. Wiccan at its core follows to main tenets, "If it harms none do what ye will" and "What you send out comes back three times" which the magic described here would both violate.
