      You wanna hear something SUPER DUPER EXTRA COOL!? A Fishy Story actually has a lot to do with this fic's existence. Originally Cringe was a mer kicked out for some reason and picked up by a herd of syren, who he had been taught were evil and not to be trusted his whole life. This was LONG before I ever planned on even writing this, and by the time I was conceptualizing I completely forgot about your fic and was on a WHOLE 'nother train. Strange enough, I still have an RP with Redo_Rest somewhere that keeps that original story line. Maybe we'll publish it one day.

      Annnyways, long-ramble-short, thanks for giving me internalized inspiration!! I love your writing!! And thanks for reading my stuff!
