    I loved how Deeks handled Gibbs when he tried to bully his way into taking lead on the case.

    I loved how Callen had Neil run the computer check on Tony instead of trusting McGee. And how both Callen and Deeks realized McGee had never done any undercover 'll or even been back-up on one for Tony.
    The more Deeks and Callen are around McGee the less they think of his sills, including being a field agent. I suspect Gibbs is losing respect right and left as team leader with Deeks.

    It's also clear that Callen is losing respect for not only Vance but also Gibbs and he can clearly see that neither man, nor Gibbs team have bothered to see the man behind the masks Tony wears.
