Well this is quite a bit different from your other series, isn't it? I like this so far; we only got a glimpse of the wider world here but it seems like there aren't any class differences between humans and supernaturals and I like that a lot. Interested to see what it is about Stiles specifically that makes him ideal to mate with since you didn't seem to mention magic or anything similar. Looking forward to these two bonding over time as well and I like that you stated surrogacy was an option here- too many fics seem to suggest that once these two get together in a way like this they can't have biological children at all so it's good to see that they can both have that in the future. Loved that Stiles knew he wanted to set the tone early in the relationship that he was going to be Derek's equal as well. I guess the only thing I didn't like about this was Stiles wanting to be a teacher- it just seems super OOC to me and way too stifling a career for somebody like him to be stuck inside a classroom all the time.

Thank you for all your amazing feedback! As far as Stiles being a teacher...bear with me on that! I have a ~plan. I'm hoping it executes properly. I would like to say that teachers use a LOT of energy in the classroom, and it's no where near as stifling as people think. :D
Hey, I'll definitely give it a chance and I know that teaching takes energy (I've had enough crazy teachers in my life) I just think Stiles would want to be out there in his place of work and not reporting to the same classroom, the same office, everyday. And I really don't see him having the patience for students either, really. His kids, his friends kids? Sure. Greenberg's creepy 6 year old who can't keep his hand out of his pants? Not so much. :P
Hmm just read this again, still liked it a lot and am looking forward to the same things. Still feeling the same about the teacher stuff as well, but, I had a new question here. Stiles wasn't surprised that Derek didn't even come to meet him, but, we never learned from Derek why this was the case. I could even see Derek just being too nervous to talk to Stiles, but why didn't the Sheriff ask him to come? Or Scott even once he found out what the deal was? Though to be fair Stiles probably could've called up Scott and asked for a meeting or even to be driven out to Derek's house to meet the alpha so it's not entirely on Derek.
