      well, it probably DOES count as culturally relevant to the black death by NOW, its such a widespread belief that its brought up a whole lot

      i mainly know its not bc im preeeettty sure that instructor wanted us to please stop making bad plague jokes/humming or singing the rhyme, please, shed already had to ban the zombie jokes after the rabies lessons (we were allowed one class to get it out of our systems first. years later and well out of school it is out of NO ONES system bc rabies is zombies, dammit).
