    I think the best part about these two is that while yes they have a lot in common. They also have a lot that oppose one another.
    More so in this reality.
    Arya is a Stark. And to barrow from starkyd that means she will make stark mistakes.
    There will be conflict between them. There can't not be. Least of it will be that one is a Stark and the other targaryen.
