Both parties are valid. Shiri has every right to feel betrayed and not want Finn around. He broke her trust and that is going to take a long, LONG time to fix.
However Finn is right that they no longer want to be associated with Shiri. It is the sad reality of former addicts, the relationship they have either burned or destroyed is going to take time. While they are clean and remorseful of what they have done the people around them may not want anything to do with them. They are just done with the situation and ultimately the person. After all the trauma and emotions that they faced when they were trying to be there, before, during and after the addiction/downfall.
Finn just reached their limit.
Both deserve happiness and sometimes it may be apart from the other to get that.
When (not, if) Finn finds out she is pregnant I believe they will want a relationship and be involved in the child’s/children’s life and hopefully Shiri will allow it. Because at the end of the day, Finn is the other parent.
