    Hey! Thank you so much for the suggestions!
    The padding is very easy to do, let me know if this is better or the line should be even more farther away:

    I increased the left and right border from 4px to 7px. I can increase it even more if needed.

    For the underline thing I have two options!
    An underline that's farther away like you said:

    or, a colored background, highlighter style.

    Which one would you think would be best?

        The tags are a lot more readable now!

        I think the increased distance with the underline is better. The colored background reduces the contrast a bit too much for me, which makes the highlighted words harder to read, though you could adjust the text and highlight colors so that isn't an issue.
