Is it just me or does everyone who writes a story that takes place after the battle of the five armies completely ignore the fact that the axe in Bifurs head came out during the battle and he now speaks westron just fine? I could understand this story for a good connection but everyone does it. There not a single story I’ve read where everyone lives and bifur doesn’t have the axe anymore.
Hi. Thanks for reading my story. I hope you enjoyed it, despite this flaw you pointed out. I just want to say that this was written prior to the extended version of the movie being released, which is where we see that Bifur's axe came out. Before the extended movie was released, there was no knowing that Bifur's axe had been removed. I hope you can over look this part of the story and enjoy it for being the story that it is.
