No it is quite funny and completely ridiculous, this is probably the opposite of what would happen in real life lol. I am sure most men would commit suicide anyway XD Men are definitely the trouble makers so ladies would definitely be the ones to stay and create a heaven on Earth.
Well Amina is said to mean 'trustworthy', and the alien was despite her/their methods. I had wondered for a while what to call her, then I remembered one of my classmates from school with this name and it fit. Choosing a name native to a planet would be a rather choosy thing, I realised as I wrote this, and I felt the alien would settle with this one. She delivered what she promised, with good intentions regardless of the sacrifices. But that is one debate of morals Loki can have with her, I'll stay out of it.

I couldn't control myself I googled it and find it's origins. it's arabic I think. there s just something about naming, I'm obsessed. anyway, you are so right. if in an alternate universe or another time line, something like this happens, most men will commit suicide. in many ways women are more adaptable than men. but personally I wouldn't mind abduct all men, transport them to another earth like planet and then genetically modify them as I'm pleased! * evil, creepy smile * I actually read a fic about it, although the method of mpreg the author used was very fresh and actually interesting. and quit possible if science progress in 100 or more years.
