The fact that the game does not clarify anything about Amanda and how Connor further reacts in the end is just great. Those little things are what makes my brain go brrrr when I think about possibilities. These possibilities can be use by fans to make their own head canons which is a huge part of what makes a fandom grow and thrive.
(!!!TW: suicide reference, suicide!!!)
One of my favourite example in this game is the ending where everyone in Jericho dies except for Connor. It shows how after Amanda tries to over take Connor, he continues the motion and ends up killing himself. The death isn't shown, but it is very clear, that it ended like that. There are several possibilities of why he did it. 1) Amanda was able to take control of Connor and made him kill himself. 2) He was scared it'd happen again and killed himself before he could hurt others. 3) It is made clear, that he doesn't know what to do as the leader of Jericho. So it wouldn't be a surprise if the pressure and grief from loosing his friends made him give up and just except loss.
(!!!End of TW!!!)
This is the reason I love the game for being so vague with many things. It also keeps the game short and doesn't overload the player with information.
The removal of the LED makes me feel many things. For the most part, I love how human he feels without it and the fact that it gives people constant information on how he's doing, is also kind of meh. It is a bit nostalgic to see him without it, but overall I'm happy he removed it. (It also made a few interactions way less complicated in the fic.)

Removing the LED definitely makes a lot of sense. I just think they look cool :P. Definitely sucky they telegraph their mental state though. I wonder if someone might like disable that feature so androids could just wear them and them stay constantly blue as a 'I'm android and not ashamed of it but also don't try to read my mind by looking at my LED'.
