      This guest was me, and I eventually figured this out while I kept reading. This story is very entertaining. Reading it reminds me of olaying games that have a new game + feature, and skipping all of the extra missions and what not. Good job!

      That's good that he is not nerfed. But, he doesn't have Tsukuyomi though. His mangekyou abilities are producing Amaterasu and controlling/shaping it. Itachi is the one that have amaterasu and Tsukuyomi. Except he cannot control it.
