Yep, Javi smacked himself alright :d I apologize for the pain but I wanted to really go into the dark headspace of this fic Javi and make no compromises. Like you said, to interpret the situation (in a fictional and dramatic way, of course!) Like show how fucked up he is, and then, somehow, redeem him. Might be a tall order though lol, he doesn't wanna play nice so far. The contradiction between Javi's coldness and his kindness is also what intrigues me at this point.
