    I love how you connected these two series! I was expecting a more traditional crossover type fic, but making the Sicario gang mercenaries within Strangereal is a clever way to do it without being too ham-fisted about isekai'ing the characters. Though... this does raise the question, how do mercenary groups fit into the dystopian hyper-capitalist future of Ace Combat? Is it an Outer Heaven type deal? How has Prez maintained relevance in the age of the COFFIN system? Mysteries...

      Yeah, this is definitely more of a "fusion fic" than a traditional crossover. Sicario aren't the only folks from the World on Fire here either; plenty of other familiar names and faces will be popping up as the plot demands XD
      I feel as if groups like Sicario would probably be right at home in the context of AC3, to be honest. As for the details...well, it might be a few chapters before I can properly flesh them out, but hopefully I can do justice to the concept I'm going for.
      As for why Prez is still relevant, that's actually something I'm planning to address pretty shortly (probably in the next chapter or two.) It has to do with some stuff I've already brought up in Chapter 2, though...in fact, most of Chapter 2 has kinda been setup for the rest of the fic. I had to get it out of the way at *some* point, after all.

        I'm guessing the rest of Strider, Cyclops and Tabloid a worried about their buddy disappearing. I do wonder when are they going to see Trigger again.
