no kidding.....he's completely broken bon bon an ddjimmie with whatever that whole situation is, and god knows what he has planned to further break cups and mugs into obedience and what he'll do to chalice once he gets her.
oh yeah; and i think the real reason the cops are after chalice is because she's the legendary chalice's descendant which rumor plans to use to break free (and possibly punish chalice for whatever illegal stuff she did.) and cuphead and mugs were their best lead to getting to her (I think that's the main reason why they were in that prison, to lure chalice out or get them to break and willingly help them get chalice. that's a speculation though.)
