    The funny thing is that the only villain isekai I've seen so far is Villainess, which is more of a harem comedy than anything else.

      I really wish that people explored the whole idea of Isekai/crossover more. Or just with other genres then high fantasy alone(ALTERNATIVE HISTORY; the 1632 'Ring of Fire series' could be considered an Isekai; for mass transiting a whole state and all of it's practical implications.) Like having the protagonists' origin some-when other then the present.
      It has plenty more to offer then just anime. Even if we have got a good amount from light novels like OVERLORD.
