Monoma would probably be another good student to put in the coordinator class, as he has to figure out how to use different quirks because of his copy quirk. He’s very strategic in canon and would have interesting dynamics with others as a supportive friend and/or antagonist.
The other interesting thought is what happens to Katsuki without Izuku there with the Sludge villain. Maybe he never runs into him because there’s no first encounter with Izuku and All Might, or maybe the Sludge villain does get Katsuki, but All Might never intervenes and Katsuki is hurt or even dies when the other heroes just stand around watching.
Oh, that is such a good idea. Monoma would fit so well in that course. Though, it may prey on his insecurities since coordinators are more background heroes. So, he may only accept the program if he doesn't pass the hero exam.
Well, how I imagine the scenario is that Izuku's first encounter doesn't happen since he rushes home. So, the Sludge Villain continues to move through the sewers while searching for another victim. However, All Might eventually catch him. Though, something that could happen is that Bakugou takes Midoriya's place since I think they live relatively close to each other. If that were to happen, maybe All Might may have a talk with him about Bakugou's believes about being a hero only being about strength and taking down the bad guys.
