I'm glad you enjoy it! I find it's easier to fight Ornstein in the second phase, so it would make sense for them to target Smough straight away if they already know lightning Snorlax is a pain in the ass with that damn hammer and butt slams. They've been helping people before facing these two in their own worlds, so I'm sure they already know! Either way, that's surely how they reacted the first time they saw Smough squashing poor Ornstein lol
