"Haruka looked up at Rin, then gave him a daring smile. “That didn’t seem to stop you last time.” AAAAAAH THE TEASE THE FLIRTING I LOVE IT. the way Rin starts to learn more about figure skating and therefore starts to really notice what Haru is into is just great, and how Haru can't help but show that Rin's company doesn't really bother him, the guy is just so amused by Rin's ignorance that he cant stop the teasing. THE TENSION BETWEEN THESE TWO IS ALREADY GREAT AND WE ARE JUST STARTING!!!
This was such a brilliant line of Haru's!!! He's mimicking a fraction of Rin's flirtatious smugness and teasing and it's nkgnfk hilarious and incredible. I remember what a drag this chapter was to write, but now that you've made me look at it again, there's also so much development happening here, and at the same time it's still as if they're "stuck" in that same teasing+flirting stage ;D
