Heya! Sorry for the super late reply... Long story short: life is currently crazy on my side. I hadn't planned on leaving this story and a couple others discontinued, but I have a lot to handle and far less energy available for fanfictions. Regarding this one though, you were 100% right with your theories! It's indeed Tim there, being the new major threat among the Rogues Gallery. The boy went through a lot as you reminded, plus let's not forget he is also one of the smartest persons Bruce ever met... Therefore, after being let down and abandoned by everyone one time too many, I can totally see him snap, reconsider everything and end up on the other side of the law. That's exactly what happened to him in this future!verse.
