Comment on A Court of Readers and Dreamers

  1. Oh wow, such an emotional chapter. I agree, I was always a bit sad that Fayra never mentioned that particular incident again. I was wondering though, now that she’s on the other side of the wall, will she start having dreams of Reese? I always wondered how he dreamt of her, but she never did the same. Not to mention the mating bond, or even the bargain, how Reese could feel her, and since when she was in trouble, but she couldn’t feel anything from him.

    1. Feyre in the books did have dreams that alluded to Amarantha above her, I always thought those were Rhys nightmares. Honestly reader Feyre right here has her own trauma from before she’s running from (hence why it’s often stated she over works so she doesn’t have dreams all except once). The lack of substantial dreams from Feyre(og) is probably due to her being human and Rhys said most of the dreams were foggy even for him due to the wall so I think that was another factor.

I think Feyre could feel him, that’s why she often knows when he’s looking at her and is smug during the trials, she just doesn’t think that it’s a bond. (Which I will kinda be working with to put reader into more emotional distress as the story continues)
