Oh my god, Dis doesn't KNOW! Now that's a twist. I thought she might suspect, because how many Dwarrow can there be hanging around the Shire? I am so intrigued about the family dynamics of the Durin line. Is Thorin with Fili and Kili now? They can't be that much younger than they were in the movies, if Briar is in her forties... But there are so many possibilities!
Your Dwarven stories are delightful. I love that Dis and Primula were both there to help Briar. And little Maris! I can't wait to see her grow up!

  There are many dwarves in Middle-earth! I do find it funny that Dís doesn't consider that her brother might have anything to do with it, though.
