She can make weapons essentially stop dealing proper damage if she effects them with her power iirc. Which is why the knife stopped cutting because the blade was "dumbed". I also recall it simply destroying constructs/summons/etc as it was supposed to be used to counter her sister's power but I might be misremembering.
It's honestly broken she was just low level essentially
