Hello!! it is from a while ago and a good general synopsis of the panel is right here . they talk about creative decisions they have for characters in the making of SF6 ik the talks so a lot of character stuff that arent mentioned in the WT too are expanded here
take note also that these are synopsis only from this person's point of view (and they said during their tweets at the time that they were quite far away from the slides so they couldn't see the little notes that were written on the concept art) so a few QnAs asked during the talks may not be here too. and there were jokes said by the designers that aren't written on the slides that i only know through the jpn people's real time tweets during the talk too cuz i wasn't there 😔 (jpn lukejamie twitter was really eating during the panel haha)
(also this talk sprang out a lotta memes in the jpn fandom side too because there was a note with an arrow pointing at jamie's butt on the key concept art ((the guide that they give to the CG and Key Artists for promotional and story material)) that says that it's small lmfao 😂)
it is fully in japanese so it is better to use DeepL per line because it translates much better than translating the whole page with Google Translate (if u use google translate, some sentences become nonsensical and some bullets become practically unreadable so i do not recommend)
