    Regina vs Killian was so delicious to write and I’m glad you enjoyed it! And lol the food dancing wasn’t a purposeful B&tB reference but there are a few of those scattered around, plus references to another fictional couple - wonder if anyone will catch those 🤭

    Poor lonely Killian finally gets relief from the darkness 🥺 He just needs a cuddle to feel like himself again 😭

    I LIVE to subvert tropes and expectations!!! I’m also living for Emma making a choice based on panic and desperation rather than logic. I think a common crux of Emma’s character is her trauma of abandonment and being alone, so forcing someone to stick around would sound appealing to her and, yeah, doing that with the manifestation of darkness isn’t a *wise* decision, but at least he can go toe-to-toe with Regina!
