    XD Ah, I can see that you already have an overall understanding of the story！
    AO indeed instinctively feels that he and Margit are similar in some way, but at the moment, he doesn't yet know that Margit = Morgott and he also has no idea how their relationship will change in the future.. For now, the man is just desperately trying to repair the Elden Ring, seeking to atone for his past sin.

      🥰 Gotta love Self Growth/Redemption stories. On the note of AO not knowing about the Morgott/Margit situation, I kind of fallen into the habit of calling Margit by his actual name when commenting for other fanfics, sorry for the confusion there!😅
