I love these goobers and their little pirate family so much! The narration of the story is very much confined to Jack's perspective, which unfortunately means that some things get glossed over, either because it's familiar enough that he doesn't think about it or because he just doesn't know. There's a lot more going on than what Jack sees. But! Lots of good personal moments to come with the crew and other new friends! :)
