    Awww omg this fic so adorable! X3 I adore the way how DjD reacted when they found newly-built, and they thinking about what to do with them.

    Who will thinking that such a "cruel DjD" have such a reaction with regular newly-built and don't know what to do with them lol

      i think the DJD, when they're not busy committing warcrimes are basically just the Decepticon version of boy scouts. they are hardline Decepticons in the end of the day so i feel like they'll be very strict about keeping up the Decepticon ideals. Tarn is probably the only one who twists it a lot for his benefit.

      it sounds OOC but I say this because in the comics, we see how they have some sort of code they follow. Megatron strictly orders them not to engage with neutrals and they stick to that. like they are absolutely horrible mechs but they all believe what they're doing is genuinely for the betterment of the Decepticon Cause. that's what makes them scary. except Tarn, he's more than well aware what they're doing is genuinely fucked up but he justifies it with his own twisted logic and that's why he's the scariest.

      like that one panel where Tesarus is about to protest about what Tarn was doing and Tarn immediately shuts him up with his own twisted justification.
